Marred by poor service in house keeping and one lady at the reception lobby area who seems to judge guests by their looks and checks to make sure you are indeed a guest here, snd think you are a random person off the street, despite telling them your room number and name.

Santos, at first we were given a poor room,

but I would never think EMAAR will let such poor service happen umder the name of their company.

The Room Service & Breakfast std are also pretty poor.

This is a brunch for seafood lovers with 3 different styles of lobster + a great section of sushi and sashimi.

I’ve sampled several brunch’s in Dubai,

We went for the 1kg rib eye which was a lot of meat for the 2 of us

Starting from the hotel gate (AbuBaker) and in the reception (Osamah) and also in the restaurant (Hamdi) they all makes you feel comfortable as you are in your home.

Great time at ewaan brunch, fantastic food and variety.

The place itself is so cozy and amazing, they have wide array of food selection, and the staffs are so well attentive and polite!.

We had chosen a Palace Fountain View Room which was absolutely beautiful and the staff had been kind enough to decorate the bed and gift us a cake and a lovely note for our honeymoon too. We loved watching the fountain show from our balcony every evening (I lost track of how many times we had watched it by the time we left!)

The restaurant seats and atmosphere is really nice with the lovely singer and life band.

On site you also have Asado for an Argentine steak and some delicious Malbec and Thiptara for mouth watering Thai food and thee best seats in the house for the Burj and Fountain shows.

Very good service from mark and ari, really enjoyed the good and service, worth it as on the entertainer and makes the offer very good.

The singer was great and you will not feel bored.

Went to Ewaan for girls out, it was really nice atmosphere, great variety of food, the music was entertaining, the waiters Asgar always kept our table clean, we can for the seafood, unlimited oyster supply.

Best of all they have BOGO offer on the entertainer and its resuable! !

We had a great seat by the window and was able to even see the Dubai fountain show.

I gravitated naturally to my killer trio of seafood: prawns, lobsters and oysters!

Will definitely be back again in winter to sit outside and watch the fountain show.

Everything contributed to our perception of magic - both interiors and exteriors, rooms and suites where we stayed are all imbued with oriental flavor and atmosphere.

There was entertainment (singing) and she was excellent with a mix of classic tunes and old favourites.

but linked to Dubai Mall for shopping and dining and surrounded by Burf Kalif and other skyscrapers, Opera house etc.

Very slow service, in short very expensive for what they offer.

An area of improvement I would say is that Buhayra Lounge can have extra staff at times as service is slow

Check In was very slow and took more than 20 minutes!

although the in room stereo is very dated and the tv is very slow with limited choice ( not a major problem as you are doing it wrong if you stay in the room the whole time )

The property is fairly old.We stayed in the palace suites we think they are over ratted and dont recomend as they are old , dated, sewer smell from shower and carpet was  dirty.For the price we paid we should have got something much better.I would rate in a 3star quality with a 5star position.Pool area nothing special.Breakfast buffet was standard and service in the morning was terrible,waiters were slow and did not respond to us quickly as they had to be reminded that we are still waiting for our basic requests like a teaspoon on serveral times.

Unfortunately the meat was terribly tough, certainly neither a baby goat nor slow cooked.

I have just stayed at the palace for the fith time and have noticed the decline in the quality of the room and bathrooms.The WC and showering fittings plus the only working basin that was working all require repair making the room not fit for purpose.The hotel was as lovely as always the breakfast is superb and the staff wonderful.The booking in and out is a little slow,they need more staff behind the concierge I think

The only issue we had was that the internet/Wifi in our room kept dropping out and was very slow at times.

The service was very SLOW and there where not many people in the dining room.

The attendants were slow to serve tea and crockery for cereals had to be requested.

We have celebrated the 4th birthday of my daughter,  Ahmed and Ari Were very lovely with our kids and have made our experience even nicer.

Just a short taxi ride away from the city; the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Aquarium providing great days out (when booking a taxi, as for Zaheer - very friendly and made sure we got back to the hotel even when late).

Beautiful Italian food and the most romantic and laid back setting underneath the burj Khalifa.

Be prepared to pay for taxis or rent a car if you want to visit the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, the marina etc - Anantara is situated near the end of the palm, a 20-minute drive from mainland Dubai.

Taxi to Burj Khalifa around £23, less for the Eye - worth every penny.

We had a sea facing room with a big balcony overlooking downtown Dubai (Burj Khalifa) and the beautiful Burj Al Arab.

The air conditioning and lighting work well, and the views of the Burj al-Arab and the Burj Khalifa every morning and evening are stunning.

The Burj al Arab and the Burj Khalifa are musts to visit, with the Dubai Fountains a definite at the latter.

At the front of the hotel you are treated to more lovely views of the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa, where you can also take a leisurely stroll to check out the other nearby hotels and up and coming developments.

You really need to catch the happy hour or drinks are VERY expensive!

My only mild annoyance was the price of the drinks which were very expensive compared to other places we have stayed.

On several occasions at the pool and beach we were approach by the F&B team and asked how we would like to pay for drinks.

Just be aware that the drinks are expensive here (but this is typical for Dubai).

Our only other criticism is that drinks are very expensive -

If I had to absolutely had to pick on something to say was bad, I would say the soft drinks are expensive as they are not included in the meal plan.

but be careful my daughter got stung by jelly fish, also bring your own lilos from Amazon and get them pumped up a gift shop for free be warned though a packet of hobb nobbs was near on a fiver and drinks are expensive but all in all if you can get an amazing deal on beach villa do it you get your own butler and breakfast in your villa thank you anantara

The hotel increases the price of drinks that it offers for its 2 for 1 Happy Hours!

Drinks expensive and I don't think there was any alcohol inside them.

We then tried to pay a set fee for a drinks package of some sort, which they do not off in any way.

It was our daughters first holiday and I can’t say how much this hotel went above and beyond for us.

Just arrived home last weekend for a fabulous week away with my partner and our 2 and 4 year old children.

Beautiful hotel feels like your in the Thai paradise, room options are great.. we stayed in a swim up lagoon room was ideal as we traveled with our 10 week old baby & 3 year old.

We’ve stayed twice now at the Anantara the Palm resort with our two children.

but the in resort pricing is more reflective of an exclusive and prestigious hotel.

Only complaint is today / Sunday the pool is heaving and it seems locals can pay to enjoy the pool?

The only thing was soft drinks and water was expensive

Also dubai is expensive, a glass of prosecco is £21 and a corona £11.50 so use the happy hours in the hotel.

Small Room and also they charged us extra despite we had already paid full amount and it was also not justfied.

but a few not completely included in half board so ends up quite expensive for something you wouldn’t necessarily choose.

The experience has been top class - food/drinks are quite expensive

Majority of meals requested a supplement to be paid which was not cheap.

But those journeys are a small price to pay to stay in such an awesome hotel.

When you check in, the first thing you are offered is to pay for an upgrade.

The cost of alcohol is very expensive and the change of prices halfway through or holiday was a little upsetting.

This hotel is only interested in selling overpriced holiday and they continually send you emails. Avoid.

The choice of restaurants was amazing & all the food we had was great.

Highly recommend you the bbq sizzler night to anyone.

Every restaurant was amazing on site, the food is so good you can’t accept that your full.

Had a great 6 night stay, restaurants were really good, location is great, hotel is impressive and staff exceptionally helpful.

The Anantara hotel has best villas with lagoons n some Villas have own pools n villas with clear floors n sea underneath is most beautiful experience to stay in .

Anantara the palm dubai resort has excellent customer service and provides above and beyond experience.

Overall this hotel is an absolute must if you’re staying in Dubai, we will definitely only be staying here from now on, the whole experience made our holiday utterly out of this world.
