Breakfast and lunch deal was great value and staff ensured your glass was always filled in the evening.

Food on breakfast and dinner in both restaurants we have been eaten are top quality, at the pool side always had staff to make sure u r ok, or need anything.

Also to Angelica for looking after us at breakfast and dinner and engaging with the kids.

The hotel is spotless clean, the breakfast and dinner offering caters for everyone and there is always something new to try.

but really enjoyed the main buffet restaurant (Market place) for breakfast and dinner, so much choice,great quality.fresh pizzas and steaks cooked.you can pay only in market place £20 for unlimited drinks for 2 hours, 6pm-8pm .that’s reasonable considering most (alcoholic)drinks cost £12 each.

Breakfast and Dinner were included in package, The food range  was great and very varied.

The collective by market cafe excellent for buffet breakfast and lunch and in panini the coffee shop mr mangal and his team make you feel very hospitable and the sandwiches salads are my favorite.

It would be unfair if I did'nt mention the service we met with when we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

Rooms are well maintained and comfortable and the food selection at the breakfast and dinner buffet are fantastic.

The Market Cafe offers nice varieties for breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, which we highly recommend you add to your room package.

The food in the market restaurant was plentiful and delicious and the jazz bar was great for after dinner drinks.

Everybody was helpful when we needed anyghing, in-room dining was delicious.

The Hotel is perfectly located so no more than 20mins from Airport, all restaurants top quality service and child friendly.

Over the road is a big kids entertainment area with arcades,soft play,cinema and sports bar,you need to pay additional fees to use this.

The pools were perfect and the children loved it.

The pool area is huge and clean and half of it deep 2.0 meters, the childrens pool is good and big, and entertaining esp for the bigger kids 🤪.

Would highly recommend Especially if staying with young children.

The in room dining was an experience also, our little boy is still reeling from it.The cocktails served at the pool are superb, and the pool service is still amazing, the vibe is vibrant and upbeat and although a bit from jbr, this is where you'll get some of the best service anyway..we tried a couple of restaurants

Once i was released from quarantine and had a free day before my flight, I was able to go down to their wonderful pool area - which is awesome for families since it's huge and has pool depths anywhere from 1 foot to 7+feet as well as a fun kids pool and slide.

Great pool (and for kids) , Sauna and Spa centre.

All staff do their utmost to give guests, also children, a good experience, which we really appreciate.

Food here has been outstanding and my two teen sons have loved this aspect.

My son really enjoyed the pool and their food.

The food was very good at The Market place and the staff went the extra mile to make our stay very special giving us excellent service.

The indoor pool is spectacular, as is the lobby area and indoor landscape.

So attentive everywhere, from the pool,  Bikesh will look after you to Andiamo Restaurant where Himanshu will be the best host.

Swimming pool area was fantastic with plenty of sun beds.

The hotel rooms are to class the swimming pool the gym and the spa excellent.

We as a family had a blast here and would like to thank all the hard working staff from valet all the to the pool attendants and gaurds, book without hesitation this place is a gem 10* and above

Very nice clean rooms, great personnel, great pool area with heated pool, complementary transport to beach, the Dubai Mall end Expo.

Where do I even start, the staff-highly trained, competent, friendly, they go All the way and I mean from the staff outside, at the door at the reception, the rooms, the dining, the shops, the pool.

Really good hotel, service minded staff, fantastic pool area, good variety at breakfast, nice restaurants and fabulous rooms.

The team by the pool are always there to assist us with beds.

Shame such a big hotel with poor aftercare, once they had your business do not want to respond/refund.

We always book Clubroom so extremely disappointed that the alternative was so poor and a rip off.

I have never had to endure this level of poor service at any hotel, let alone one that has 5 stars.

Its such a shame that the venue is let down by poor service, we ventured down to the pool on the first day after checking in and made use of the pool services and ordered food and drink  and were waiting 40 minutes for the poolside drinks and food to arrive and when they did they forgot some of the order.

Their customer service is so poor that we will never stay here again.

Having stayed here for a continuous 22 nights, I can tell you that the food was boring and bland, the cleanliness poor and the management scarily absent.

Nothing special, expensive and poor food menu,totally disappointing!

but the service was poor to a point that we had to keep asking and calling house keeping to keep up to normal amenities provided

the only place where you feel that they need more training is at the pool (service is poor)!

Check in was poor, no offer of a drink or to sit down, felt like we were processed, room then didn’t have sufficient beds in it, as we are club half board you are restricted to one restaurant that you can only enter into between 6 and .8pm.

Turn down service only if asked, room view not ideal, poor attention from staff at lobby and half board information not clear from neither the lobby staff or the grand club lounge.

Negatives: 

Language- We found that the staff to have very poor standard of English.

The quality of the food in 2 of the restaurants is of poor standard and variety and luke warm, the chicken was under cooked and pink, you have to que and the set up is something i have never experienced before you are treated like cattle pushed about and crammed in just to try and get a meal.

We are food fussy and mega foodies in our family

but they have extended it to juice or soft drinks but NO food.

It’s our 3rd time in this hotel, every time is wonderful stay, the staff are amazing especially at the restaurant Rabii, Julie, Lissa, Pratap, Cristy at the lobby and Jackie at reception, we had a brilliant time me and my husband , ones again Thank you 😊

The Fb managers of the hotel the two gentlemen both by the name  mr Fredrick take good care of the guests and if one likes Lebanese food Awatar is one of the best Lebanese food for me in town .

Cooz bar was the highlight of the stay (surprisingly closed on mondays), great atmosphere, superb cocktails and excellent in house singer.

The valet parking to front desk to the quality and tidiness of the rooms; was immaculate.

Came to Dubai for 4 days as a quick stop on way to Thailand for my mum 60th birthday present, the hotrl in his self is amazing, high quality of rooms, decorations.

Housekeeping do a great job, the rooms are always cleaned to a high standard so thank you to those members of staff too, you all made us feel welcome and a valued guest.

Rooms are huge and the service is impeccable.

I have stayed her for around 10 years on and off mainly prior Covid and I loved everything about our stays in club rooms with the benefit of club floor perks which to be fair are expensive

We had a twin room on the 7th floor which was generously proportioned and very comfortable.

The rooms were clean, spacious, bathrooms fantastic.

When they found out it was our honeymoon they decorated our room with roses and decorations and cake. Wonderful.

The reception team under mr Siddhart rooms director miss Dana mr sherif very hospitable during our stay .

Arrived early this morning around 10.30 checking was quick and gave us our room straight away so impressed.

Lastly, it's close to everything and connected to the Wafi Mall which in turn have their share of amazing restaurants.

The Wafi Mall is a 5 minute walk away and is a lovely quiet mall with lots of nice shops and restaurants.

the pool area is also large and even has a jogging track at one end.the hotel is near the airport and also near to the shopping malls in a taxi,there is also the wafi mall within 10 minutes walking distance.inside the hotel are quite a few restaurants,the most popular is the main one , the collective ,which does the most amazing breakfast,with so much choice even the fussy eaters are catered for.

but taxis are cheap and reliable and the Metro station is just a short walk away (as is the Wafi Mall for essentials, restaurants, shopping and indoor crazy golf)!

The Bad points for us 
All charges around the hotel incude tax/service charge at check in we were quoted and at check out learn it was before tax/charge .

I visited Dubai during the off peak season for work and was put up into Grand Hyatt very close to Airport and located next to Wafi mall as well as Metro station.

Creek Park is across the road from here, while Wafi Mall is a short walk away.

Wafi mall and the metro station is just walking distance.

Location of the Hotel was great for our needs, its central to Dubai Mall, the Airport and WAFI mall.

Yoga at the beach with Jannah is smth special that you will enjoy.

There are plenty activities at the beach, in the aqua park, and in the show room at night.

Every night they have some show for adults, before that is mini disco for children, and all day many different activities on the beach.

but the lady who does the yoga on the beach.

And what I also really liked were the activities you could do at the beach like volleyball, aqua gym or playing ping pong.

There were entertainments on the beach by the sea and by the pool at different times.

Staff friendly and always something to do whether it chilling by pool or joining in with activities on the beach.

Beach animators are doing an excellent job especially Rio.

So many activities were offered to us during the day by the Animation Team, which was always inspiring and motivating, especially when it comes to doing sports on the beach.

Everyday a lot of games and activities on the beach we enjoyed so much.

Between the animation activities on the beach, the slides in the aqua park, the shows in the evening,the bars.

Atmosphere at the hotel is great, there's planty of activities at the beach and the animation team is great at organizing them and really we like it so much 

and also the animation showes is so cool w enjoy it so much and for sur we will be back soon

The animation team was so nice and friendly, they had a great animation program, they had a lot of different things going on every day on the beach and in the aqua park.

From Clubbing with the hotel, belly dancing, volleyball, cultural performances, Fire dancing and even aqua gym in the wave pool.

The pools are warm and there really is a lot of bars dotted around so can always get a drink.

however, the staff made our holiday and we have made friends for life especially with the animation team and all staff from house keeping our friends Muhammed,  bar to pool staff who we miss so dearly and will remember forever.

Our room was on the 3 d floor, pool view, very big and cleaning every day without reminding.

The pool Is brill with no issues,lots of sunbeds and no problem getting one.

Restaurant service is excelent, animator programme big fun, sea is close, pools are clean, you can book diving trip and see dolphins.

The two pools (relaxing area and waterparc) are enjoyable and they have good lifeguards.

Our room had been upgraded with a jacuzzi and a fabulous view of the pool and surrounding area.

Beach is near and relaxing pool for adults was fun for us.

The hotel is looking after you when you go down town with a cab, good lifgards at the pool (and qquapark) and for exemple when you're going to party at a club they are taking care of you.

The standard of entertainment I also thought was quite poor especially if you have teenagers - there was a pool party one night

We found the Lebanese poor,however the Itallian and Thai were lovely.

Sometimes it was awful watching those poor guys wearing suit trousers and shirt and running back and forth in 40 degrees weather.

Cons: No irons available at the hotel + drink options are poor in all inclusive holidays (no cocktails unless you pay more).

Our hotel room was exceptionally basic and in really poor condition.

The couple next to us were told she could have her nails done, when she asked the price of £125 (British) the reply from her was something along the lines of “go forth and multiply”

The beer was decent from the bars, the spirits were poor.

It showed poor management not to listen to its guests.

We then had the terrible storm which destroyed alot of the hotel, they had floods, the marque for Christmas was destroyed and collapsed and the poor workers worked through the night to try and get it back to normal.
