but with the construction of the new boardwalk all that has been totally spoilt.

There is some construction on the outer buildings and the Beach area, one of the hotel guests we go to know had to move rooms because the construction was outside her room and was very noisy, there is no direct walk from the pool onto the beach anymore, as there is a long pathway thas has been build along Westbeach and this has separated the hotel and beach directly, this pathway is filled with Beachbards Clubs and Restaurants, St Regis is building a beach club directly opposite the adults pool so the beach view is now permanently blocked which makes some of the video and pictures of the Fairmont outdated.

The construction work was not intrusive, noisy or a eye sore so it was never a issue.

but Dubai is under permanent construction so not unexpected & also it didn’t really bother us.

but I haven't included this in my rating as I knew about it beforehand from the webcam and there are not many places in Dubai that you can completely escape construction. 7.

Something my holiday provider never told me was that the Flow kitchen buffet was going to be the same each night due to ramadan and that's something that's gone into a separate email of complaint, We have also commented on the construction around the pool area as we wasn't told about that either!!!

Our room was on the 9th floor and overlooked enormous floodlit construction sites on both sides.

People walking on the street can look in and during my stay I noticed that the men working on the construction site would stare continuously as they walked passed in the adults pool.

Construction noise most might be aware of that.

Only beach view is not as great as before as a new club is under construction blocking the views.

Not so great: noise from construction work from 6.30 every morning (windows need to be sound proof) + hotel needs an update, furniture and carpets are stained, outdated and worn out.

We didn’t have any noise issues with construction,

I talked with workers yesterday, they told that the construction continues until February at minimum.

However the construction work went through the night.

The beach was scruffy with various bits of rubbish and bottle lids still on it despite apparent litter picking and the entire water’s edge and into the sea is full of sharp stones making leaving the water especially for my elderly parents awkward and uncomfortable , it has construction work ( again) going on next to it and suspect that stone/sand debris is shifting across.

The WiFi was a little weak at some parts of the hotel and there was a construction site on the right side of the hotel which wasn’t loud at all

There has been construction blocking that view for some time

during our stay we had an incident in the hotel that a huge wooden headboard fell on our bed, luckily, we were out fort the evening and dint got hurt, customer service has tried to answer and explain with a few reasons how and why it happened while none of those really made any sense (like the room was under construction during my stay, or the headboard was left by mistake by the cleaners on the bed etc.)

There's a bit of construction going on around the hotel (it is the Palm after all, totally overdeveloped now in my opinion) and offshore on Dubai Harbour,

Nice staycation location with views of the Dubai Eye and JBR.

The Room had a fantastic View over the Marina and the Dubai Eye.

This is a very nice asset and the view over the palm and Dubai Eye is gorgeous.

Great venue with great seating outdoors overlooking the Dubai eye!

Rooms were specious, see view from higher floors is definitely nicer than lower floors, overviewing Dubai Eye.

Fairmont The Palm has once again been a fantastic holiday, fantastic setting, beautiful food and amazing staff.

They couldnt have been more helpful and made our holiday so much more welcoming.

i was on vacation with my family for 13 days and we had this beautiful hotel Fairmont the Palm.

We just returned home from the most amazing holiday In Dubai.

Myrjam at the reception was first representative of the hotel at the beginning of our holiday, very helpful.

All in all we had the most fabulous 10 day holiday and will 100% be back next year.

but I like to spend my holidays outside relaxing and enjoying the company of family (old & young)… the fairmont just doesn’t allow for that.

We had a wonderful family holiday at the fairmont Shublan from housekeeping was so friendly and helpful it made us feel so welcome.

This was our second holiday at the fairmont on the palm and I can’t  recommend it enough.

Thank you very much for your understanding and made our vacation fantastic.

the hotel was also really lovely my daughter and my nieces had so much fun.

The boys at the adults pool could not do enough for us while we were at the pool.

A particular mention to the staff at blowfish pool bar who are so attentive, always remembered what we liked to drink etc and made a great effort involving our son and treating him like a friend, he loved it!

RAJAE is the sweetest lady to greet you at breakfast every morning and my girls loved her.

Pools for kids and playgrounds are sufficient and clean.

We travel with our son who has a serious nut allergy and has to carry an Epipen.

We made the most of this with our kids too and they loved having the scones and cakes in the afternoon.

We did not think our kids at 7 & 4 would have any interest in this,

The kids loved the pools and we went for a dip everyday, the private beach is also gorgeous.

Their attention to detail was above and beyond they were friendly, professional and our children loved them!

Do Aura sky pool which is over the road it’s one of the best experience we’ve ever had do the 3-7 visit costs about £80 each

Pool and beach staff is very helpful and so many food and beverage options .

- Pool staff: you have 4 large pools with approx only 2 staff running around trying to serve everyone.

Great hotel for families, pool and beach easily accessible.

All services were good, the brunch at BA served incredible food, there is an adults only pool and many restaurants to choose from.

Stayed at the one bedroom suite and the view of the sunset/JBR & Palm skyline from the jacuzzi was amazing every time!

The room i had with a jacuzzi was really nice and the view was just Wow.

The hotel has many pools several Family-friendly pools and slides are scattered around the hotel which was a plus, the restaurants we visited in the evening were exquisite (Indian fusion and stake house)

Arrival was at 3 am so check-in was fast and easy and we went straight to bed, how ever there were issues with the Wifi for the first two days of our stay, we could not use Wifi in our rooms, this was fixed and we didn't have issues since, the Wifi at the adult's pool area is poor, sometimes it's ok

but to be honest management around the hotel seemed poor and not well trained.

but it was very poor with tatty, torn, dirty sunbeds.

but your beach is without a doubt terrible the hole set up is wrong why are the cabana’s positioned at the front why is the water sport complex smack dead Center of the beach at the front not good either also no washroom facilities very poor the food outlet on the beach looks like a street food café rubbish and the loungers look like they are second hand and have seen better days the same can also be said for the sun umbrellas.

My wife cut her mouth and whilst they were apologetic, we didn’t make a fuss and it felt like they tried to brush it under the carpet a little 
- the sports bar only plays football not rugby, poor effort!

The shower head kept slumping no matter how many times you tightened it and the water pressure was poor.

The beach service was very poor and we often had to ask three times to get served.

but the physical service a little poor and slow.

Again, lack of service and poor quality here too.

The daily clean was pretty poor - one day no towels, the next no loo roll (leaving us "out"), then no service at all.

As it is a 5 star, I rate it as poor (after edit: changed to average after apology from front desk).

Felt like we had a cheap package holiday very poor this time.

Their choice of starters for children is also poor - soup is the only choice and this doesnt go down well with young ones!!

This was a truly awful experience each morning and one that was a real issue to us as there was constant queuing in line for food and the amplifying noise meant that it was impossible to have a quiet breakfast, which we have always had when in the Gold Lounge.

however venue extremely busy with family groups and adults wanting a quiet meal - not an ideal mix.

If you like to hear yourself think and maybe even RELAX on holiday then this IS NOT the hotel for you!

I had the famous lamb chops marinaded and cooked to perfection and then served in a sealed jar full of spices and smoke.

(I have NEVER felt like that before) 

Also their is a constant stream of complaints at the front desk so we weren’t the only unsatisfied holidaymakers.

There was no banging house music or drunken youngsters which was what we wanted.

There was non stop loud music pounding and battling each other from the beach clubs and other hotels just beside.

We did hear some traffic noise late at night

We had city view rooms which overlooked the main trunk road of the palm so it was quite noisy with all the cars,

Normally have to wait till 2/3 pm which after a night flight is hard to stay awake.

Rooms overlooking the new beach clubs can get noisy in the afternoon/evening due to music

but we know some guests were not happy with the constitution and the noise during the day.

I find this very rude and insulting as they should believe the guest and it’s not as if she was splashing about and making lots of noise.

There was a construction site either side of the beach when we arrived (but during our stay the boards were mostly removed on the one side) and in front of the adults only pool that was noisy at times

It must be noted that the music seemed to get louder as the meal progressed meaning conversations became challenging without shouting.

but honestly you can barely hear it and there isn’t any dust etc, the first day we sat right next to it and there was very minimal noise.

A bit too noisy with all the brunches to sit by the pool some days as they pump out the music  louder and louder as the afternoon wears on and builders working all night with the building works on the beach (24 hrs) shouldn’t really be allowed as the diggers beep all night when they reverse ..

This meaning it is dusty, full of exhaust fumes and noisy.

We enjoyed the hospitality so much we decided to have dinner again on our last night.

we have never seen a super good hospitality person before like her.

I stayed for three nights at Fairmont the palm and i had the best ever experience.

Honestly thanks to 80% of the staff here that we had a good experience for example, waiters, room service and pool staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Afternoon tea experience and would highly recommend attending.

We look forward to returning again to enjoy your hospitality.

Absolutely loved my first solo trip to Dubai, Absolutely amazing hotel, very clean, all staff are a credit to the hotel, the staff in BOWL FISH so helpful and welcoming, beach front gorgeous, very clean house keeping staff amazing gentleman maybe called sham, I had trouble with my transfer to Dubai International, John & an Emirati guy forgot his name was absolutely fantastic, they calmed me down after my transfer issues, did everything they could to sort my transfer, thank you for my first experience of Dubai and I'll be returning very soon.

and then this hotel had great staff, if i have to type about them it's not enough because they were great especially i want to thank couple of those who made us feel great and give us a warm feeling, Dende raj, Nikki and May cho, Vijo, Ali and the sweet Kauther, I will definitely come back because it was a great experience.

The hospitality staff were incredibly helpful we greatly appreciated their assistance throughout our stay .

There is the Dubai eye, a few shops, restaurants and coffee shops

Location is superb, long sandy beach on one side and on the other side you have the Dubai Eye and all the restaurants and cafes and a long walk on the blue water’s promenade and the JBR at your door step.

Caesar’s is a top class resort, ideally situated next to Jumeirah Beach and next to the Dubai Eye,

The room was stunning with full views of the sea 
and Ain Dubai (Dubai eye ) which is awesome , definitely a must do !

The hotel itself is a beautiful place right in front of the Ain Dubai (Dubai Eye).

The hotel is ideally located near the Dubai Eye , JBR everything!--shopping, dining and culture!

And the pods are finally being installed on the Ain Dubai (Dubai Eye) next door, so hopefully that opens soon and it will add to the hotel's attraction.

I had a beautiful "Dubai Eye" display of sweets waiting for me in the room (Thanks Vartan and Jonathan).

Overlooking the resort is Ain Dubai (Dubai Eye) which is due for completion this year, and outside the hotel is a number of shops, restaurants, bars etc on the main Bluewaters promenade, which reminds me of the Hong Kong waterfront, which looks back onto Dubai Marina and JBR, with a public footbridge that leads directly onto the top end of the same.

Everything is so clean everywhere, there are some shops (more to open in the next month) and they are currently finishing the Dubai Eye (like the London Eye, just bigger).

The Ceasars Resort is located in Bluewaters near Dubai Eye.

One of the top Hotels which I have visited during so many years with a breathtaking view of the sea and right below Dubai Eye!

I really recommend it.The location is near Dubai eye and the Jbr beach walk.

The development will also house the "Dubai Eye" & the Ceaser's Casino in due course besides residences which are already there..

although it a new island where the new Dubai Eye.

So make it one of your choice to visit this new island Bluewaters close to Dubai Eye

I had one of the most beautiful experiences in a hotel here in Dubai we arrived at the hotel they gave us the Cabana one of the most beautiful places on the swimming pool with a sea view a unique spectacle the hotel Dubai Eye the attraction for years to come  .

Several pools with the option of an adults only, and access to private beaches overviewing the Palm and the Dubai Eye.

Having the half-board option, Hell's Kitchen is a must!

We had a la carte breakfast at Hell's kitchen once and it was delicious.

The quality of the food in Hell's Kitchen was amazing and we would like to say a big thank you to Sudan who made us feel welcome and add a bit extra by putting candles on our dessert and sang happy birthday as we were celebrating our birthdays.

Hell's Kitchen was again superb quality and good fun watching the kitchen in full flow.

Breakfast was included in our booking and we found the Hell's Kitchen restaurant a surprisingly serene environment in the morning, sitting outdoors with highly attentive and friendly staff serving breakfast-to-order with big, genuine smiles on their faces.

Been to Hell's Kitchen for dinner, since I love 
trying diverse cuisine, HK food was finely detailed and the ambience is more like a show.

Hell's Kitchen was a bustly affair, and we just wanted to say that they served lovely food,

We went for the half-board package and paid the additional supplement of 100 AED pp to go to Hell's Kitchen and we had some of the best food we have eaten here.

SERVICE:
service at havana and zen wei was beyond expectations, we passed by Hell's Kitchen met a receptionist leo nora she suggested us to have dinner in Hk, she was so welcoming and charming.

The restaurants open (less than normal due to the pandemic), a Chinese restaurant as well as Hell's Kitchen were extremely expensive-£30+ for even a burger is just insane especially with 'expensive' restaurants on the island far cheaper than this.

You should try the great food at Hell's Kitchen.

The offer includes breakfast for 2, dinner at any participating Caesars Bluewaters Dubai restaurants (we chose Hell's Kitchen to try Gordon Ramsay's famous BEEF WELLINGTON dish), access to their pristine private beach and temperature-controlled infinity pools and COMPLIMENTARY ACCESS to either LAGUNA WATERPARK or THE GREEN PLANET.

We had a great meal at Hell's Kitchen and drinks at Havana Social.

Can't wait to return and eat in Hell's Kitchen once again as well!

Beyond the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel, the next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service at Hell's Kitchen Restaurant.

Big compliments to the Hell's kitchen staff, super friendly and the food is top notch.

It was great to see some familiar faces.. To mention a few.. Murad and Clifford at the front, plus the guys at concierge and some faces that the kids recognised at kids club.

Family friendly part with spacious rooms and a kids area too.

The welcome we were shown as a couple and to our 2 year old son was exceptional.

Receptionists are very positive, bell boy are very smart!

Iran and Jared from Roam the teenagers club were wonderful he loved hanging out with them and they looked after him so well.

even that late in the day he surprised my son who just got his 11 A*** at GCSE , with a super congrats.

We stayed here recently with our 5 year old daughter and it was amazing.

Then the front desk of the hotel tried contacting them and they kept on delaying …we accepted the situation and started to embrace what we gave so I could enjoy my birthday season ..the hotel team service..Iran and Jared from the kids club with my son ,, they wear amazing ,,, Chef Mohammed took care of us with our picky eater kids plus Venus restorant amaaaaaazing Italian food with there Mohammed waiter and the pool restorant with marqus burger and there nachos…to die for marry and feiona from the pool Assisstant team wounderful girls… xoxo 💋

but the amenities outside were to compensate the immediate access for the children.

The Guys at the outside Bar at the pool again so attentive , especially my man Siddhesh have a great trip home my Friend to India , from day 1 this man took care of us and the children as if we were his own family , we had a private Yacht booked through the guys at the beach for a 4 hour personal cruise including around the Palm and into the Marina for a swim off the yacht and into the evening , shout to all of them for looking after us as well especially Zizo and Amemd and Mahmoud our cameraman , so Siddhesh personally sorted all the drinks for the trip and put together a complete range of cut fruits and specially arranged as they do , its like art lol ,

We were welcomed with flowers and fresh fruit in the room, biscuit treats for the children and already we are feeling like a valued guest. .

The Staff, hotel, rooms, food, choice of restaurants in the hotel, location, facilities, kids club, pool, pool bar and staff,  all totally amazing .

I have 3 children (7, 5 and 3 months), so family friendly hotels are important to me when looking for a Dubai staycation.

Great staycation destination and equally great with families with kids.

Watersports were plentiful and our kids went out at least once a day on one of the many they had.

We stayed in the Palace which feels more luxurious and recommended more for couples whereas the Julias pool area had lots more children in.

Facilities were exceptional, drinking water provided around the pool continuously all day.

The pools are amazing and the ocean so warm.

A special mention to Bimal at Fortuna pool, he always had a welcoming smile and worked so hard.

A big shout out to Mary and Fiona at the fortuna pool who took care of our every whim.

Pool service was great, and it was lovely that everyday they would come over and bring you a bucket of ice with water bottles.

Pool: Vivek, Tarisaqi, Miriam, Sumita and the team for remembering our food allergens and keeping us well looked after ay after day after day in blistering heat.

Great facilities, friendly staff and plenty of pools to pick from - Neptune and Fortuna being my fave!

Beach and pool so well looked after, you will not regret staying here

Rooms are spacious ultra modern and the main hotel pool is fantastic, the staff can not do enough for you.

The service was brilliant and the staff were amazing…..so helpful and polite especially Susmita who looked after us during our visits to the pool. Excellent!
