For those moaning that this isn't a 5 star resort I'd agree it is not the Ritz or the Burj Khalifa

Deliberately travelled outside of school holidays so probably much quieter than during peak periods.

Good hotel and even better people, from housekeeping to manager they couldn't do any more to make our holiday great  hotel was very clean rooms were spacious  and modern couldn't wish for better, thankyou

The best advice if you don't want to have lazy holiday- rent a car and explore. 2.

Christof and George from the activity pool bar made our holiday. They showed excellent customer service, were amazing at remembering our order (there were 6 of us!)

Great hotel for a family holiday, its huge and there are different pools and resaurants to visit.

Amazing hotel with great staff, we had a brilliant holiday.

Overall a fabulous holiday, and if it wasn’t for the issue above we would have had no issues at all.

We arrived home Saturday from a week's stay here and wow what a holiday!

The holiday was made by us as a family just all being together.

Just came back from amazing holiday to Rhodes and staying at Lindos Imperial.

but there was a cooperation with the neighboring hotel, which gave you the opportunity to do the popular vacation beachsport every day.

but worth pre booking some restaurants to get either Asian, Mexican, Greek or Italian cuisine.

We booked 4 a la carte restaurants (Greek, Mexican, Grill and Wok) and they were all amazing.

Nonetheless, we tried the Mexican cuisine restaurant and Asian cuisine restaurant and they were both great and OK respectively,

Massive mention to Jamie, the host for the Italian, Mexican and Greek restaurants.

We were lucky enough to have booked 4 resteaunts which were Mexican, Wok, Grill and Greek.

Jamie greeted us on our visits to the Italian, Greek & Mexican restaurants and his friendly welcomes made him a star in our boys’ eyes and really enhanced our evening meals.

There was no availability in any of the restaurants on the app so we went to guest relations who managed to get us in the Mexican on Saturday night at 7.30.

Worst staff are Danielle at reception and Giannis the captain of the Mexican restaurant.

Loved the Italian, the fish restaurant and the Mexican too.

In addition to this world first class buffe restaurant, they offered you three times a week dinners you can choose to have in one of the themed restaurants (Italian, Greek, Asian, Mexican.

We tried the following restaurants:
Grill - amazing
Italian - really good
Wok- very good and you get to try a mix of the starters
Tappas ( Mexican) very disappointed again.

We tried the Mexican restaurant which was okay and a break from the main restaurant.

• The Mexican restaurant was our second favourite, again service was great and food was lovely.

The al la carte restaurants are ok. We went to the Mexican and the seafood one.

Currently here: Food and service here was wonderful at the Mexican restaurant!

but food options was limited for families that don’t eat beef or pork, in our trip of 7 nights there was no lamb dish at all and food was flavourless at the main restaurant, we tried 3 a la carte restaurants, Grill, Asian and Mexican out of which the grill restaurant was the best and I would highly recommend that, Asian and Mexican were good but quite basic.

We did manage to get into three of the restaurants that were available on our all inclusive package, Wok (which is actually the noodle bar by day) was absolutely gorgeous, the Mexican & Italian too

On top of that they have 3 restaurants (Mexican, Italian and I forgot the 3rd one).

The a la carte restaurants were great!, the steakhouse and the Mexican were the best one!

Hotel, pool areas and rooms were all very clean and provided a nice relaxed area.

My husband and I  enjoyed our holiday at your hotel very much, we had a swim up room block 4000 (4049) very peaceful, beautiful views, pool fabulous very clean, room lovely, the maid was brilliant always happy to help, all staff very pleasant and friendly in every part of the hotel, restaurant fab, plenty of variety , and if you have a sweet tooth you're in heaven.

Access to pools and bars with good variety of choice available.

Specially my morning coffee- such a blessing :)
5 .BAR staff- believe me or not- even there are plenty of bars, the best and only bartender for us was Gerasimos at the pool bar.

We had an amazing time at Lindos Imperial - the room was spacious with a super comfy bed and balcony overlooking the main pool area.

There were plenty of sunbeds available around this pool at this time of year.

Nice small Beach 1 km from the hotel.

The food was nice and pools shame about the lady’s in the spa.

The relax pool is right beside you and is quite enough, the hotel seems to house couples in this area rather than families.

There were available sun loungers around each pool.

All the staff were very friendly around the activity pool.

Christos from the activity pool bar was friendly and made Amazing cocktails!

although the hotel already has 3 separate pools in itself which is great.

multiple pools  ,  lots of activities  yoga stretching volleyball table tennis     aircon good  ,,maintainance brilliant  and quick changing  stuff.arrival service  good    ..warning the food is so good  its   really easy to gain weight .

though was incredibly poor which left most of our days ending without the usual bit of holiday fun you expect with families at night.

-	Short walks from rooms to other facilities at the resort
-	Gyros (at the activity pool) and noodles (at the main pool) are terrific

The BAD
-	No porter greet
-	Long line to check in
-	Disorganised escorting to rooms
-	Night entertainments are poor – requires significance improvement
-	Cannot book restaurants in advance

The OK
-	Luggage storage albeit unsecure
-	Standard rooms

The foot was very poor and the bookable restaurants a joke.

Burgers at the beach bar were poor cooked in mass and left to stand which made them soggy in the middle, looked uncooked to me.

All inclusive wine is such a poor quality.

We felt we had to as the evening entertainment at the hotel was quite poor.

however the dinner time buffet was quite poor, bland waterty foods, cold food and food sat for quite a while.

Parts of the hotel are quite dated and in poor condition, tiles broken, half finished works, potholes, bad smells, missing skirtings, damaged doors etc.

We had to eat in Kiotari and Lardos as the food was so poor,

The Mexican and Italian a bit poor and wouldn't bother .

Beach-very poor, like a building site car park!

For a 5 Star hotel to not have any freshly sqiueezed juice is just poor.

In the end we settled for the room which we were originally allocated and tried to make the best of a very poor situation.. After being there nearly 24 hours we unpacked and tried to enjoy the holiday.

but poor quality and repetitive and lunch food not made to order.

We also lost the free Wi-Fi connection for 3 days of our holiday which meant we couldn't use our phones as the phone signal was also poor in the area.

Understaffed, poor service, free-for-all in buffet, steep walks to rooms, poor room cleaning, dated building, horrendous burger bar, 

I’ll stop now because I feel like a Karen.

The location is quite poor, a busy road with buses and cars runs through the middle of the resort.

I didn't want to cause a scene so we left the bar and went to the reception and i told the receptionist that i would like to make the management aware of the poor service that i had just received.

Food was very good, especially in the A-la-Carte restaurants - unfortunately only being here for a week we didn't have the chance to try them all!

She is not only a person who will book your ala carte restaurants, she is the person who will explain you how to explore the Island in the best way to see more and all its beauty from all the edges.

It’s a lovely hotel with comfortable rooms, great entertainment, plenty to do, fabulous food and just a really great atmosphere.

We booked the various restaurants early on our first morning to secure a place and in the main they didn't disappoint, the steak was our favourite with the fish restaurant a close second.

It didn’t really matter as we weren’t eating as a family anyway because it didn’t all come at the same time.

Personally, I found the food to be great!

The food is fabulous, I'm quite picky and there is always something for everyone.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in staff could not do enough for us food was lovely bar staff were amazing looking after us.

but the food was good overall and they displayed allergen information above the food choices which was good.

Hotel service at the highest level, food and drinks very good.

The 3 free onsite ala carte resteraunts were  all booked.

but there is a variety of restaurants to choose from.

Evening entertainment in the main bar was excellent, and the star gazing night very interesting and informative.

but we didn't sample too much of the entertainment my Nephew was getting married out there so the hotel was chosen for us and we caught up with family during the evenings.

We saw opera singers, soul singers and dance acts.

The entertainment on an evening at the main lobby bar and at the amphitheatre which were good and varied.

The day time entertainment had our group up on our feet and winning a darts game.

the plusses =lovely brilliant hotel    with  george   at desk and jamie at  main dining area  and many other helpful friendly  people .staff were good .room  was good   with great views  of rising sunshine   good entertainment ,   surrouondings of hotel   good,   wide selection of foods    wifi good no charge  appreciated.beach nice  great snorkling,   eco friendly  .

The evening entertainment is okay, this hotel is for people who want to relax and enjoy a pleasant evening.

As the night drew close on our second day, after our dinner, we made our way to the top of the resort to go enjoy the nightly entertainment at the resort.

We watched 2 of the evenings entertainment shows, one being a magic/illusion show and the other a dance one.

The kid’s entertainment and disco was perfect for my little one.

The entertainment staff was amazing and we all enjoyed the mini disco and all the activities around the pool organised and ran by them.

Nuno and Noah I would like to highlight here as sports entertainers, because they were always there with passion and full commitment.

We spent our time in the main bar where there is always entertainment on such as Greek night, singers and people playing instruments.

Evening entertainment in the lobby bar was good usually a singer, guitarist or dancers (we preferred spending the evenings here than the amphitheatre as seats are comfy) Alex one of the evening waiting staff was exceptional really went above and beyond for us as a family nothing was too much trouble from getting us drinks to helping us find a seat outside when it was busy he really is an asset to the hotel.

The hotel has ample space down near the beach area and not once did I see some form of beach party or entertainment.

This charming lady done everything in such a perfection, that without her our stay wouldn't be as great as it was.

Drinks are of good quality and the staff are fabulous.

We was upgraded which made a massive difference and the Staff was helpful.

Other than that the rest of the staff spoke good english and always greeted me with a smile.

The bar staff were great and there were never any queues at the bar, also they had Pepsi and Pepsi Max for soft drinks which was good.

Your professionalism and friendliness demonstrate the quality of the hotel's service.

The staff was wonderful especially Jamie in the dining hall who welcome you he was such a lovely guy.

All staff on the lobby desk were helpful.

Greetings to the lady who takes care of the guests' comfort.

Elpida from excursions/restaurant bookings was very helpful and assisted us with last minute reservations and ensured we had the best service.

The employees were wonderful especially Elpida for accommodating our needs for food recommendations and bookings.

Large mall over the road , with food court and essential shops (Waitrose superstore) and plenty of designer/clothing stores.

We went up the Burj Khalifa, which is well worth it, the view from up there is outstanding!

We are Dubai residents currently living close to Burj Al Arab and we decided to do a staycation at the Dukes to change scenery.

but there is also a Mall right in front of the hotel and it’s very close to JBR, The Marina and Burj Al Arab for example, so you’ll be able to enjoy your vacation in many different ways.

We took a speed boat ride to the Burj Arab and around the Palm.

Location wise, the Dukes is so convenient to grab a taxi to the Sou Medinat, the Marina, Burj Al Arab, any of the malls, or walk to the Golden Mile.

Also, our balcony overlooked the front of the hotel so we had a good view and we could even see the Burj Al Arab from a distance.

Great location no further than 20 minutes to the Burj Khalifa and central to everything.

We also booked the Speedboat tour from the marina to Atlantis and the Burj Al Arab.

Our rooms 1114 & 1107 were called Superior rooms and had a sea view with the Dubai city skyline (no Burj or other highlights)

Highlight of our trip was a visit up the Burj Kalifer and a meal in Serafina Restaurant overlooking the Dubai fountains and the Burj Kalifer.

From our room, we had a view over the sea to the right and over Burj Al Arab to the left.

Highlights definitely Burj Kalifer, speedboat tour round the Palm and marina etc.

To the Burj Khalifa the price is around 110 aed.

We sailed for 2 hours around the palm, to the Burj Al Arab, into Dubai marina,

Hotel has a great location on the trunk of the palm - takes only 10 minutes to get to the Marina or 15/20 mins to get to downtown - where the Burj is.

You can then get anywhere (Burj, Marina etc) from there for very cheap.

but unless your planning a visit to the ski slope, you’re probably better off at the Dubai mall which offers a vast array of shops, a souk, the Burj khalifa, dancing fountains and aquarium.

noisy from 6 in the morning in the rooms that go to the construction site. the food that can be ordered on the beach or by the pool in the Ula restaurant is not tasty, it feels like a pizza was done by a person who does not know how to make it (dough and sauce, and cheese was dissolved somewhere)

And the construction works were extremely irritating.

There where multiple construction works going on during our stay and the hotel are not accepting any responsibility for it, the standard line is that they have sold the outdoor area.

We are not talking light work.. we are talking pneumatic drills , angle grinders, consistent hammering!!!

You may as well stay in Sheihk Zayed Rd, we had a view of an adjacent hotel, and also Construction waste at ground level. 2.

construction on another side which is noisy and disturbs the view.

Currently staying here and would only advise you to stay here if you are a big fan of construction work - to be fair it’s not the only thing wrong with this hotel , breakfast is always full and so far we have not been able to get a sun bed round the pool and the drinks service round the pool is rubbish .

Now the pool area wasn’t too fond of the construction going on and didn’t know had to share an area with part of the Oceana residents which cuts down on seat space.

My room was next to an construction building and the noise was terrible.

The only minus is that also due to some constructions in the area, it is not so easy with a stroller to go from the hotel to the mall.

A building is in construction in front of our room so there is some noise in the morning.

the room view was facing a construction site and that was the premium room, after leaving my car for two days in the parking the battery was off because they left the car open for the last two days and their manager was very rude by saying maybe your car is old and you need to change the battery!!!!

Pool area under construction, noisy and dirty.

Only if the rooms are isolated properly to avoid the road noise and construction noise entering in the rooms, the stay would have been excellent and a 4 star for sure.

But now there is a construction of apartments opposite the hotel and we were given a room with a view of this construction site, which worked around the clock.

The smell and construction is unacceptable.

they give rooms near construction (hear them and also view)
Pool is far need stairs and walk
Room old AC make noise wake you up in the morning.

Construction around the property was very noisy.

We tried the Indian restaurant on our final night & the food was exceptional and in beautiful surroundings.

We ate in the Indian restaurant on the 15th floor of the hotel with breathtaking views and we also ate at Ula, the pool/beach restaurant/bar which was also great.

wow great F&B team and delicious Indian food have been served which recommended by Chef Faizan.

We tried the Indian restaurant and were extremely impressed!

We went to the famous Khyber Indian restaurant at the dukes hotel and it was by far the best place to eat in town !!

I recommend breakfast which had a fantastic choice for all needs and Khyber Indian restaurant has the best food along with amazing views.

Indian restaurant on the top floor is really good and staff can't do enough for you.

Indian restaurant on the 15th we would recommend.

Going back later in the year, kyber Indian restaurant is out of this world for food and service

One the best Indian food places I have been to in Dubai.

The food is amazing in all the restaurants, the Khyber indian restaurant on the 15th fllor is a must visit, Hitesh & Santanu were the perfect waiters.

Final  special thanks to head chef Faizan Ali at the KHYBER Resturant who creates the most amazing Indian cuisine ever!

The staff at the Indian restaurant were very friendly and the food was good.

The one Indian restaurant which is on the top floor with an outside roof top area, AMAZING views over the palm while you eat your food or even just for a quiet drink, nice calm atmosphere with mood setting music, food is to die for!

P.S The Indian restaurant Kaybur is to die for! !

You are also able to book into the Khyber indian restaurant on the 15th floor for dinner which has great views.

The chef SHARATH was so accommodating and lovely and went straight away to make her some lovely Indian food.

We also liked Khyber Restaurant which I can highly recommend for those who like Indian cuisine.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is pretty central to everything we did, for example is not far from the shopping malls (one of them are just over the road), the Marina, water parks etc.

Lots to do around the area from a short distance from the marina, the Dubai mall, and you have water sports on the beach.

Indoor pool and gym are located on top floor and have beautiful view on Marina and the Palm.

Special thanks to the amazing receptionist NUR as she did the impossible for us when we asked her to help us find a room with a view towered the Marina

Outside you have a Nice view of Dubai marina.

The hotel is in the beginning of the palm, near the Marina Walk

Dukes The Palm hotel location is great with access to a private beach with fantastic views of Dubai Marina.

Over the road is the Nakheel mall which is great we found the most amazing coffee shop which sold the most amazing cakes so try it I’ll post a picture you’ll find it if you see the cakes 😂😂
We got the metro and the tram each night to the marina and it was so worth it it’s beautiful to wander around on an evening and easy to do.

The hotel facilities are spotless and a fantastic infinity outdoor pool at the beach with views of the marina skyline.

Short taxi ride to the marina if you want to go there.

The room was an executive studio which had a view of the marina

The team upgraded us to a beautiful Suite with an amazing Dubai Marina view, thank you Basit for your great hospitality and making our wedding anniversary so special with VIP amenities and a breathtaking view!

Thew location is great as its at the beginning of the Palm very close to Dubai Marina

We will visit again for sure and we recommend this place to our friends and families also great view Dubai marina side .

Location is perfect, much nicer than the Marina area in my opinion.

We had 3 views from this room, city view to one side, beach and marina to the other side, yes we had views of the other tower block

However, I would recommend you to stay in a Dubai marina hotel which would work out at similar price to this hotel and is very close to the palm.

I visited the gym various times as it is well equiped and you have the best view of the Dubai Marina and the palm from there.

Amazing costumer service especially from the kitchen, pool and bar and from the information bit.

The private beach was great and 2 pools also meant that I rarely had to leave the hotel
