Dear Marina,

We have not stopped talking about our experience at your hotel and how amazing it was.

Marina treats us like family and Julia makes sure your stay meets expectations.

but Marina and her staff at the hotel Belvedere always make our dream of a fun and relaxing vacation come true.

On our last day we had the pleasure of riding with Marina's son (Filippo) - his attention to our safety was incredible.

Marina and her team did an exceptional job to welcome us,  makes us feel at home, with amazing food and amenities.

Marina and her team ensured we had an amazing week with extensive gourmet food selections, clean and comfortable accommodation, sparkling pool and spa for post ride relaxation and our cycling tour guides took as on some spectacular rides and gave us some history of the area.

Thank you to Marina and all her staff for a fantastic holiday from the moment of my arrival to the sad point I had to leave.

All of the guests at the hotel are treated like family by Marina and the rest of the staff.

A small suggestion would be to have another bike mechanic on hand to help out during the bike pick up and drop off as the process seemed to take longer than it needed to with the poor guy working all alone.

though some of the road surfaces are poor this is not a major factor.

However, those in the lower levels are subject to traffic and poor pavement close to Riccione.

I have absolutely nothing poor to say about the experience.

though it takes 5-10 km to really get out of town on each ride, and some of the roads are busy and in poor condition.

I believe that one should always take responsibility for oneself or suffer the consequences for poor choices.

Room very small, no storage space,  breakfast buffet ~ cold scrambled eggs daily, bikers lunch ~ insufficient amount of food, poor quality wines served at dinner, table service poor ~ no silverware ~ short supply of coffee ~ cream.

Lots of hills, poor roads in town and busy, few bike paths, and NO sag wagon.

After staying at so many small rooms all over Europe we found a gem on the beach with a bigger room and bath.

The only very minor point to consider are the rooms are quite small, with limited storage,

The hotel itself has been nicely redone, rooms small

The accommodations are lovely - rooms are small

The negatives would be:

Very small rooms.

The room we were given was a little small, so we upgraded to a suite, which was super.

to land in your room which is small, old-fashioned, and not very luxurious.

I can confirm that everything claimed on their website is true.

Although we'd been hoping for longer rides having seen the range of daily tours on the website and were slightly disappointed to find only 2 available most of the week in the heat (30-35+°C throughout) we would have struggled with significantly longer rides.

She found the Hotel Belvedere and I noted the high ratings on the social media websites.

Everything that you read and see on their website is true.

For us it is back to work and school and checking out the Belvedere website when we need a look at our favourite and only summer destination.

it suffices to say that everything they claim on their website is true.

Our trip to the Belvedere Hotel in Rimini, Italy was all the website said it would be and more!

We can say that we have finally found a hotel in Italy which perfectly corresponds to the presentation and description on the website.

even though it was pre paid, with multiple ‘add ins’ and two attempted card scans which we stopped.

Management team did not do what they said they were gonna do with credit and meds.

In conclusion, I urge you not to stay at the Tesoro during hurricane season, as they will provide the bare minimum of services while charging you the full price.

Tried over charging us for extra fees we had already paid for!!

I refused, and after almost an hour of haggling with her, did she give us a $100 room credit.

I am a timeshare owner at tesoro in Cabo San Lucas I wish I had never bought the second set of points it seemed like every other time I go there something goes wrong they'll promise you one thing and turn around and charge you for something they should have never charged you for I'm advising you people take it from a timeshare owner it's better just to find a deal on Google or one of the travel companies than to buy any timeshare there it is absolutely not worth it take it from a timeshare owner

When we went to the desk to verify this was legit (again, trust has tanked), we were told that while most people do credits at checkout,  he could see that our voucher expired that day.

Room keys are old card swipe and had to be rekeyed twice during visit.

The next day we packed up followed those directions and this person was no where to be seen and they refused to refund the balance of the prepaid nights.

I kindly disputed the charge and back and forth a few times until I had to fill out a form for them to remove the water bottle charge, again stupid and waste of time.

Make sure your credit card has no international fees to save more.

When we checked in, they asked for a credit card to hold $50 for incidentals.

They will seriously charge you for anything they can and they believe it is 150% YOUR responsibility to not incur charges, not theirs.

And upon check out I was hit with a $45 charge for “alimentos y bebidas” with no itemization whatsoever.

When she got to the hotel they tried to charge her an additional $600 saying her rate didn't include taxes and fees.

Tereso charged 50 USA dollars a day and  would not considered to provide a discount.

The only complaint is that we got charged for a small bottle of water and a soda in the mini fridge.

A 4 hour day pass is $35 if you charge in pesos.

The pool bar made great drinks and the hot tubs overlook the marina.

It was right on the harbor where all the boating action is.

Easy to go to the restaurants at the marina and shopping.

A good bargain for a great place to stay by the marina.

The hotel is located by the marina, walks away from the actions of Cabo.

There is also a beautiful and memorable view of the marina with many boats.

Nice room with amazing view of the Marina.

The room was spotlessly clean with a perfect view of the marina.

And the tacos del pastor was very pretty and delicious!!

Also, being on the marina was great and lively.

Clean, great view of the marina, efficient desk operation, and that fabulous breakfast buffet.

This hotel is right there next to the marina, the location is perfect if you are going fishing in Cabo.

It is smack dab in between the harbor and downtown.

Tanya, Ray, Judy, Ed, and George were so kind to us and all of our guests and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend special.

The owners, Judy and Ray and family, were warm and wonderful, and their staff, Tanya and George were super friendly and helpful!

Excellent accommodations, great breakfast, Ray and Judy are wonderful Inn owners and all within walking distance to the village.

Ray and Judy, we will definitely be back again!

Judy and Ray were very helpful in planning our days and including sites not to miss.

Ray and Judy welcomed us and Ray took a great deal of time helping us to plan our stay in the Chatham area.

but Chatham is a delightful place and the old harbour Inn hosted by Ray and judy and team was exemplary.

Judy and Ray are more than helpful with advice about things to do and where to eat.

We had a poor room unfortunately, ground floor

The hot option was poor every day (I didn't eat any of these, my husband had a couple).

Those are my only two negative comments about Old Harbor Inn, and I am only writing this to help prevent the pain of some other poor victim with a bad back.

The only drawback for us was the room was very small for two people.

The rooms are small - there is very very little room at all to move around unless you really like your roommate, and there is little space for suitcases.

The rooms are a bit small and the air-con is a little noisy

The website was not the greatest so I’d called for reservations (as of this writing, that has been rectified with a modern, attractive website they should be proud of).

Read the website--it is an accurate presentation of this delightful B&B!

The Old Harbor Inn

I had a three day stay planned and paid and my flight was cancelled from Ny and no flights available to Maine for several days 
They refused to refund me as not done within two weeks and offered me a few days a month later when I could bet off from work 
Not my fault that I cancelled 
No credit for future trips

The only reason I gave it a 4/5 is the billing practice.

When you  make the request they will say that you have already been charged and they can't change it.

You don’t have to ask a taxi to wait for you because they charge a dollar a minute to wait.

We wanted to be on this floor so we could all sit together outside and play cards, have a cocktail, etc…

Service in the restaurant was a bit slow,

I almost fell off of my chair when I went to book our annual room, and realized they are now charging more than $909 per night (PLUS at $30 resort fee) for a standard room!

The free breakfast is misleading- you're given $30 credit for breakfast and are responsible for anything over.

I was offered to charge Tesla via same plug as iphone.

Wifi came with the room, no extra charge.

We were rather taken aback by the girl on reception at check in. Having said that we had a reservation, she abruptly asked for our name, checked we were on her list and then said, "I need a photo ID and credit card."

Beware: Breakfast was included in our rate and yet they still charged us sales tax.

the front desk lady said very snottily that the restaurant opened at 0630, not behavior I would expect at a place charging the rates it does.

She said, “something went wrong can I see the card again.” Immediately I said, “will this card get charged twice?” She replied, “no.” Well I wish I didn’t trust her.

The living room had 2 side tables with charging stations that both did not work.

I could not understand why this hotel does not have better reviews- and I saw the reviews about people complaining about the resort fee, unknown charges on their hotel bill, and inconsistent pricing.

but they can keep charging our credit card.

While the lack of service could be forgiven for a hotel in the $100/night range, it is completely unacceptable for an establishment that prides itself as a luxury resort and charging prices between $400 to $800/night (plus a $25 of resort fee/day).

When I questioned the hotel about this on check in I was told that it’s like airline tickets where what you pay is what you pay which is not true united airlines will give you a credit if you book a fare and it drops minus a service charge.

They also charge you for petty things here like tax on the breakfast that was suppose to be a room comp/credit.

They printed our Acadia passes at the front desk, and the marina and sunsets were to die for.

We had a terrace with immediate access outdoors and a view of the whale watch boats and beautiful harbor.

Don’t hesitate booking this hotel for your stay in Bar Harbor

Also, Bar Harbor and Acadia are such fantastic places, that my happiness as a traveler could have obfuscated my ability to accurately judge the hotel.

Bar Harbor was formerly  an upscale, water front community.

I originally planned to reserve a house for our stay in Bar Harbor.

Literally walk out the lobby doors are you are right in the middle of bar harbor.

-Also right in the back yard of this hotel is sand bridge to Bar island, where you can hike as well when tide is out.

We had such a great time in Bar Harbor at Harborside Hotel.

We had connecting rooms (949-951) that faced the marina with a patio.

The location can't be beat with close proximity to everything in 'downtown' Bar Harbor (you can walk to everything) and a quick drive to the sites in Acadia National Park, the views of Frenchman Bay are just gorgeous (get a room with a view!

Really cool vibe overall in a prime Bar Harbor location.

Downtown Bar Harbor as well as the whole island which encompasses most of Acadia was right on top of this property.

Definitely consider the Harborside Hotel if you are planning to spend some time in Bar Harbor!

but for overbooking sent us to this hotel, that was much better and in the center of everything in Bar Harbor.

It was our first time in Bar Harbor and we had a lovely stay.

AND they have their own parking lot which is very important in Bar Harbor.

My husband and I will absolutely stay here again if we return to Bar Harbor.

Right between the Bar Island trail and the marina; can’t beat that.

Also for the price of the rooms they are a little small.

Because of the price of this hotel I would not have expected this.

Dissapointed to discover a shabby small room for which we paid more than $500 per night. Double doors inside connect this room with the next door apartment, occupied by somebody else.(!)

but when you pay as much as you do to stay there you don’t want to smell it.

Be careful when you book prices will lower and they won't honor the change.

But beware you might not get what you paid for.

However, everything is expensive, especially fine dining and transportation.

Paying that price should include these items.

This hotel  seemed to be overpriced for a mediocre facility.

I say the room was average, probably below average for the price.

If I had one complaint, it would be the price point.

If you can’t deal with that, pay more or ask for a higher floor.

IF I am going to pay those kind of prices, I expect staff, at every level, to be treated fairly and paid competitive wages.

Rooms, service and amenities are very average, and it will be insulting to anyone paying almost $1k/night. As a management consultant, I predict this move of doubling price year-over-year will 1.)

For the amount that we paid for this hotel, we were not satisfied.

The additional fee of $75 per day was on the higher side of what we normally pay,

Hotel staff were super friendly, and the Wedding itself was held on the lawn to the side of the resaurant looking across the Marina.

It’s in a great location next to the beach, marina and lots of restaurants.

Perfect location for a few days stay in the marina.

The location is lovely, some of the rooms are actually in the public marina

A perfect place for weddings and a place to see nice ships and yachts.

Hotel was in a wonderful location by the marina.

but to be fair we didn’t use them all that much as it was nice to walk around the marina.

We upgraded to a marina deck room which means you are in the centre of the complex, a few steps from the pool and restaurant.

Our room was right on the marina, super spacious with everything we could have needed.

The marina and river views are very relaxing and you have the choice of enjoying water activities or visiting the more lively resort of Praia da Rocha.

Our patio looked out over the marina which was a view I would never bore of.

Beautiful boats and just a lovely marina.

Plenty of boat trips from the Marina to Bentagil Caves.

Great location as our small terrace overlooked the marina and there was a shop and the beach just opposite.

We stayed with you 26/8/23 – 2/9/23 in a Marina Deck Studio.

The view from the restaurant terrace overlooking the marina is fantastic.

We had a lovely suite with the balcony overlooking a busy marina one side, the large pool the other, and short walk to the restaurants.

I’ll be specific, hopefully it’ll be helpful to others as I can only assume they’re paying for 4-5* Tripadvisor/Google reviews

Rooms: Firstly, if you book a “family suite” you’ll be close to a mile away (across the other side of the marina) from the main hotel complex.

First night we had a poor choice dinner in the restaurant, practically alone.

although they are working with reduced staff at the moment I thought was a little poor, I would have thought every Euro counts at the moment

but they were poor which is a shame as it leaves little choice for the evening.

also the door into the room had some bad peeling at the bottom and gave a poor impression and expectation of the room.

The pool at the hotel was extremely poor.

As a positive the food choice was so poor I managed to lose weight on holiday - a first! !

These men pushed a young toddler around in a buggy all day and paid the poor child no attention.

The mini frankfurters and streaky bacon were of really poor quality.

but you are charged for the capsules which is a bit much particularly as the machine coffee at breakfast is poor.

Service was extremely poor in nearly all aspects of the hotel.

but a few things need addressing 
- on check in only one member of staff so had to wait 20 mins to be seen and then told simply we couldn't check in for another 1.30 mins
- breakfast was very nice but again queuing 10/15 mins for fried eggs and omelette was a pain, so didn't bother some mornings
- asked for router so I could get internet as was poor in my room.
