even though it was pre paid, with multiple ‘add ins’ and two attempted card scans which we stopped.

Management team did not do what they said they were gonna do with credit and meds.

In conclusion, I urge you not to stay at the Tesoro during hurricane season, as they will provide the bare minimum of services while charging you the full price.

Tried over charging us for extra fees we had already paid for!!

I refused, and after almost an hour of haggling with her, did she give us a $100 room credit.

I am a timeshare owner at tesoro in Cabo San Lucas I wish I had never bought the second set of points it seemed like every other time I go there something goes wrong they'll promise you one thing and turn around and charge you for something they should have never charged you for I'm advising you people take it from a timeshare owner it's better just to find a deal on Google or one of the travel companies than to buy any timeshare there it is absolutely not worth it take it from a timeshare owner

When we went to the desk to verify this was legit (again, trust has tanked), we were told that while most people do credits at checkout,  he could see that our voucher expired that day.

Room keys are old card swipe and had to be rekeyed twice during visit.

The next day we packed up followed those directions and this person was no where to be seen and they refused to refund the balance of the prepaid nights.

I kindly disputed the charge and back and forth a few times until I had to fill out a form for them to remove the water bottle charge, again stupid and waste of time.

Make sure your credit card has no international fees to save more.

When we checked in, they asked for a credit card to hold $50 for incidentals.

They will seriously charge you for anything they can and they believe it is 150% YOUR responsibility to not incur charges, not theirs.

And upon check out I was hit with a $45 charge for “alimentos y bebidas” with no itemization whatsoever.

When she got to the hotel they tried to charge her an additional $600 saying her rate didn't include taxes and fees.

Tereso charged 50 USA dollars a day and  would not considered to provide a discount.

The only complaint is that we got charged for a small bottle of water and a soda in the mini fridge.

A 4 hour day pass is $35 if you charge in pesos.

The pool bar made great drinks and the hot tubs overlook the marina.

It was right on the harbor where all the boating action is.

Easy to go to the restaurants at the marina and shopping.

A good bargain for a great place to stay by the marina.

The hotel is located by the marina, walks away from the actions of Cabo.

There is also a beautiful and memorable view of the marina with many boats.

Nice room with amazing view of the Marina.

The room was spotlessly clean with a perfect view of the marina.

And the tacos del pastor was very pretty and delicious!!

Also, being on the marina was great and lively.

Clean, great view of the marina, efficient desk operation, and that fabulous breakfast buffet.

This hotel is right there next to the marina, the location is perfect if you are going fishing in Cabo.

It is smack dab in between the harbor and downtown.

It’s in a great location on the Marina so it’s close to all of the water excursions we booked.

I will definitely come back to stay at this place just because it’s close to the marina.

The convenience to the marina and close to town are the main reason we stay there.

Location: excellent, right on the Marina and walking distance to the boats that take you on tours, Señor Frogs, Cabo Wabo, and to the main strip of downtown where all bars and clubs are located.

Location of Tesoro is just amazing /The Hear of Cabo.. Everything you want to explore around the Marina is in walking distance to local , beach .marina. food.

The location is wonderful at the marina and in close walking distance to just about everything.

With the proximity next to the marina, there is plenty of opportunity to walk around, explore, eat, and drink!

Tesoro is a great location to stay, right on the marina and walking distance to everything.

Everything was fine and lovely, the staff is too friendly, the view and the landscape from entire hotel is gorgeous, the location is very good exactly on the Marina and close to everywhere, 5 min walking to night clubs and 15 min walk to beach.

The facilities, the staff, the location near the marina were exceptional.

Tesoro basically covers one whole end of the harbor so you are close to all the action of boats coming and going.

Overall, we loved the views and the convenience of having the hotel near the marina.

For our stay pre and post dive trip on board the Nautilus Explorer, we looked for an hotel close to the marina.

Near marina and walking distance to a lot of bars nearby.

Walkable marina boardwalk to numerous restaurants, clubs, and shopping.

This hotel is located on the marina near so many places to eat or drink and to people watch yet you can also walk to the beach and swim, eat and drink and just enjoy.

The restaurants are near by across the street, the places near the Marina are all great.

Tesoro Los Cabos was right at the Marina and walking distance to everything - churches, restaurants, bars and shops.

We were right in the marina close to everything.

The views of the Marina and downtown area are great.

We stayed in a standard Marina view with king size bed.

I upgraded my standard room to the marina view and it was totally worth it.

Breakfast on the patio, overlooking the marina, with delicious options, was certainly a morning highlight.

We did pay for a view of the Marina which was nice especially at night.

Can't see the ocean for the yachts in the marina.

Great location, views of the marina, breakfast and most of all great people who were gracious and willing to be of service.

It happened, and we went to the roof top restaurant with a spectacular view of marina.

We got a beautiful table overlooking the Marina.

but Marina and her staff at the hotel Belvedere always make our dream of a fun and relaxing vacation come true.

On our last day we had the pleasure of riding with Marina's son (Filippo) - his attention to our safety was incredible.

Marina and her team did an exceptional job to welcome us,  makes us feel at home, with amazing food and amenities.

Marina and her team ensured we had an amazing week with extensive gourmet food selections, clean and comfortable accommodation, sparkling pool and spa for post ride relaxation and our cycling tour guides took as on some spectacular rides and gave us some history of the area.

Thank you to Marina and all her staff for a fantastic holiday from the moment of my arrival to the sad point I had to leave.

All of the guests at the hotel are treated like family by Marina and the rest of the staff.

A small suggestion would be to have another bike mechanic on hand to help out during the bike pick up and drop off as the process seemed to take longer than it needed to with the poor guy working all alone.

though some of the road surfaces are poor this is not a major factor.

However, those in the lower levels are subject to traffic and poor pavement close to Riccione.

I have absolutely nothing poor to say about the experience.

though it takes 5-10 km to really get out of town on each ride, and some of the roads are busy and in poor condition.

I believe that one should always take responsibility for oneself or suffer the consequences for poor choices.

Room very small, no storage space,  breakfast buffet ~ cold scrambled eggs daily, bikers lunch ~ insufficient amount of food, poor quality wines served at dinner, table service poor ~ no silverware ~ short supply of coffee ~ cream.

Lots of hills, poor roads in town and busy, few bike paths, and NO sag wagon.

After staying at so many small rooms all over Europe we found a gem on the beach with a bigger room and bath.

The only very minor point to consider are the rooms are quite small, with limited storage,

The accommodations are lovely - rooms are small

The negatives would be:

Very small rooms.

The room we were given was a little small, so we upgraded to a suite, which was super.

to land in your room which is small, old-fashioned, and not very luxurious.

I can confirm that everything claimed on their website is true.

Although we'd been hoping for longer rides having seen the range of daily tours on the website and were slightly disappointed to find only 2 available most of the week in the heat (30-35+°C throughout) we would have struggled with significantly longer rides.

She found the Hotel Belvedere and I noted the high ratings on the social media websites.

Everything that you read and see on their website is true.

For us it is back to work and school and checking out the Belvedere website when we need a look at our favourite and only summer destination.

it suffices to say that everything they claim on their website is true.

Our trip to the Belvedere Hotel in Rimini, Italy was all the website said it would be and more!

We can say that we have finally found a hotel in Italy which perfectly corresponds to the presentation and description on the website.

It is located in the marina, which I would say is the heart of Cabo, there you can get nice souvenirs, book boat tours and so on, everything at walking distance.

Located right on the marina you could watch the hustle and bustle below or get to any excursions easily enough.

Makes it so convenient that we are right off the marina so we have easy access to shops and the beach!

Such a great experience and we loved the marina and all we saw there.

Really liked one loud pool and one quiet pool.

They have really fun and exclusive pool party’s for all ages I was 19 and partyd it up with people much older… this is a very fun resort and would recommend.. the best thing is their ocean so nice and warm, clean and not scary at all

Other than that, our stay this time was what we expected and the drink service provided by Romy at the larger party pool as well as Blanca at the Nook Cafe was exceptional.

The location and service were great.They had a wonderful party pool and great service by the pool.

With a private beach entrance next to the party pool, your entire day can be spent soaking up the sun (and Ranch Water) and still get some ocean time in!

The DJ at the pool played great music - very much a party atmosphere.

The staff by the party pool (Manuel, JC, Stefani, Jessie, and Leonardo) were all amazing.

I love that they have a quiet pool and a party pool.

The party pool was amazing and always had activities/fun stuff planned.

Food was excellent, it was nice to have both a party pool and a calm pool.

Williams at the Party pool was phenomenal and made us feel special every time we were there.

Manuel always made sure we were having fun playing Pool Volleyball and helping us with our Spanish.

The food at Bites was my favorite (excellent sushi & crab cakes)
I love that there is a quiet pool that overlooks the marina and also a party pool with lots of great entertainment so great options to choose from depending on how you feel on a particular day.

Williams and Hector at the party pool made sure we never went thirsty or hungry while we were there.

We had postponed our trip from August due to more crowds, and Ray was extremely flexible when we asked to change our dates.

The Inn is small and we didn't have to deal with a crowd.

But, what made the Inn stand out among the crowd was the hospitality from the owners, Judy and Ray, and everyone else that works there.

And there are fresh baked goodies available all day.

Add to that their top-notch staff, goodies galore and a truly pleasant vibe—it’s why we thoroughly enjoyed our week in Chatham.

Each day the aroma of freshly baked goodies fill the air.

Breakfasts were amazing and the baked goodies available all day were great.

Breakfasts are outstanding as well as all the goodies out for snacks.

We got in late one night and grabbed some hot cocoa and baked goodies before bed and it was just amazing!

From fresh baked goodies everyday, all Day, to coffee and beverage bars on each and every floor, with real coffee cups and glasses.

Loved all the special treats and homemade goodies.

It’s a beautiful B&B that will cater to your every need from the beautiful rooms, delicious breakfasts, home baked goodies all day and the sincere hospitality!!!

There is water, soda, snacks, and homemade goodies available at all times.

Breakfasts were delicious and if you can’t be there for breakfast, they’ll make a goody bag for you.

Every day there were  numerous freshly baked goodies as well as hot entrees.

There you will also find fresh baked "goodies".

This was our 4th visit to the Old Harbour and it’s like coming home every time💕( even  during these challenging times)  Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay as special as possible from the rooms to the always delicious breakfasts and goodies!!!

And the home-cooked breakfasts and baked goodies hit the spot.

A fantastic room (North Beach) with beautiful appointments, great breakfasts on the back deck, and phenomenal home baked goodies!

If that wasn't enough, there were fresh baked goodies and hot drinks available in the afternoon as well.

Breakfast on the patio was relaxing and delicious, and the homemade baked goodies were tasty.

Also, delicious homemade baked goodies were offered  every day--what a treat!

Tanya, Ray, Judy, Ed, and George were so kind to us and all of our guests and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend special.

The owners, Judy and Ray and family, were warm and wonderful, and their staff, Tanya and George were super friendly and helpful!

Excellent accommodations, great breakfast, Ray and Judy are wonderful Inn owners and all within walking distance to the village.

Ray and Judy, we will definitely be back again!
