We stayed in a Club room for 8 nights which was of a very high standard with everything you could ask for.

We had a club room which meant we had the privilege of late checking and check out.

Booked the Raffles as it was near the airport and had a club lounge platinum members can use.

The hotel is stunning and it's well worth upgrading to a Club room to then have afternoon tea, cocktails and canapes included.

The hotel looked so amazing, and as it was our anniversary a few days later – we decided we couldn’t wait until our next visit, so we booked a club room and checked out of our beach hotel, and boy am I glad we did!

It was a Club Room and they are so much larger than the majority of hotels.

We had an amazing girls stay at Raffles last week and would HIGHLY recommend booking a club room at the hotel which included afternoon tea, evening snacks and drinks and breakfast!

We where staying in a club room with access to the club lounge and where advised we could used the lounge immediately for breakfast if we wish Which was excellent.

However, despite paying for the Club Lounge, we were informed that the lounge was closed.

The daily breakfast is average in quality and the main restrautant was closed for private events during our stay.

Was only informed via email the day before that the club was temporarily closed due to covid.

The only disappointment was that Crossroads Cocktail Bar was closed.

Unfortunately the club lounge was closed due to covid which I would question given the numerous hotels in Dubai which currently have their lounge fully operational; anyway they provided lounge benefits near the lobby for Diamond guests.

I had afternoon tea and evening canapés in the Raffles Salon in the lobby as unfortunately the Club Lounge was closed due to Covid

but due to Covid19, the lounge was closed.

Everything in the room operates on the provided ipad in case you don't want to figure out where all the switches are - even the curtains can be closed on the ipad.

Evening drinks and canapés in the ground floor lounge , as the club lounge was closed due to COVID restrictions, was served by a brilliant set of people.

In a nutshell, the cons:
1- The pool is fairly small considering the capacity of the hotel (14 floors)
2- It is closed to the big highway from the airport so 2 of its faces are pretty noisy
3- It is located outside the city center and quite far from the Palm
But, there are pros that clearly makes it wonderful:
1- The staff is just at the top level.

On the down side - Swimming pool was empty - so no atmosphere and swim up pool bar was closed - despite being told it was open on booking

But that glass doors are not closed properly, there are a bit space and leaking wind and sound.

The hotel was peaceful and tranquil, even overlooking towards the city skyline over the motorway, you never heard a thing once the balcony doors were closed.

The only disappointment was the sauna and steam room being closed for maintenance,

The club lounge was excellent, afternoon tea was tasty and the evening session was a pleasure.

The staff in the club lounge were so friendly and provided a fantastic relaxing opportunity at the end of each day.

Wonderfull staff in club lounge and pool swim up bar: friendly and professional at the same time.

We were honestly made to feel like VIPs wherever we went be it in the restaurant at breakfast, by the pool,in the club lounge or just in passing.

The service offered in this accommodation, the rooms, the extensive breakfast buffet and above all the Raffles Club Lounge on the 10th floor of the building really convinced us.

The club lounge truly delivered personalized service and great care.

They arranged separate dishes for him every time we visited the club lounge.

I would like to mention the wonderful service my husband and I received in the Club Lounge by the two lovely ladies in red, exceptional.

If your booking a room at Raffles, as per previous TripAdvisor recommendations I would highly recommend booking the skyline rooms and access into club lounge.

This was also my first experience of the club lounge at the hotel and the service and staff there were excellent too.

From the minute we got to door of hotel until checkout this hotel surpassed all expectations x from louiza azi guest relations making us feel like family x security and pool guys x breakfast staff so attentive x special mention has to go to the girls in the club lounge Betty and veria x they looked after us so very well x nothing was too much trouble x a credit to the raffles brand xx

Both Velia and Betty in the club lounge showed us exceptional care and attention at all times.

We also had access to the club lounge up on the 10th floor which serves a great afternoon tea (we had European one day, Arabic the next) as well as drinks and canapés from 6-8pm daily.

Big shout out to the staff who really are an asset to this hotel, particular mention to Velia and Anam in the club lounge.

If you can do so, upgrade to stay on one of the Raffles Club lounge floors.

The Club lounge was a great benefit the afternoon tea was a light lunch, and the evening canapés and cocktails was enough for a light evening meal!

Velia, Annasti, Betty, Anam and Victor in the Club Lounge were simply amazing.

Both the restaurants and the Club Lounge are outstanding with utmost service.

The club lounge offers good selections of F&B and the staff service was exceptional.

but sadly didn’t have time to visit the club lounge during our stay so I can’t comment on this, but it’s a good excuse to come again!

If you get a room facing the city, you will hear the highway traffic.

If you are sensitive to noise, you might not enjoying sitting on the balcony too much since it's facing a busy highway.

The only disadvantage to mention that we did not know earlier is that the hotel is directly located at the highway and we were not aware of that,

But outdoor with a lot of noise from highway.

but we heard lots of noise from the nearby highway or busy street.

There are busy streets and highways all around the hotel, as well as construction (as in so many places in Dubai).

Only negative I would say about this hotel is the location- right on the highway (so some rooms can be noisy), and you have to catch a taxi everywhere,

The hotel is also beautiful and connects to the WAFI mall.

All the staff were exceptional, the room we had was very spacious and being right next door to the Wafi Shopping Mall was convenient.

The location of the hotel, with direct access to Wafi Mall and a short walk to the Metro is really good.

And the hotel was beautiful and location was excellent, 10 minutes to Dubai mall and 25 minutes to the marina!

The hotel building borders directly onto the so-called "Wafi City" (an Egyptian-style shopping mall) and, same as this, is based on Egyptian architecture - namely in the shape of an iconic pyramid of Giza.

For a quick transit this hotel ticks all the boxes, authentic charming and right by the wafi mall for a quick shop.

It is not hard to forget that you are in fact inside the city of Dubai and mere minutes from everything including the airport and the superb Wafi mall.

Not to mention the unique mall attached to the hotel, and this mall is not too crowded, which is also comfortable for us.

We stayed at the club room for 3 nights at the Raffles Dubai located next to the Wafi Mall.

A bonus at this property is the attached WAFI mall with its beautiful souk, which we enjoyed visiting.

The room was a good size, very comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the gardens 

There is a shopping mall under the hotel so if you need the basics they are to hand.

but is slightly away from the malls and beaches however the Metro station is only 5 minutes easy walk away which gives easy and inexpensive access to all main areas.

You can walk to Wafi Mall from the lobby.

It is connected to Wafi Mall, which was dead quiet (in fact we were the only people there when we visited)

You will never regret staying in this hotel, it has an excellent location next to wafi mall and dubai medical city, 10 minutes away from dubai mall, as soon you arrive you will notice the hospitality of all the staff, they will treat you like a royal family and make sure to satisfy all your needs leaving the hotel with a beautiful memories and a big smile,  the rooms are super clean with a beautiful interior design and a big room size, in room dining food is so delicious.

i loved the hotel, people who worked there are very nice and friendly, room service is perfect and breakfast is delicious.

There is a well sized gym, spa and salon on site as well as restaurants.

Thanks to KATH and NIK for always being so supportive and friendly to me and my friends every time we visit.their service is amazing especially when recommending our dinner.

Amazing experience, spacious rooms, and top notch service.

Therefore, I suggest to put a Ashtrays in the balcony.

Although the smell was not overly strong, as a non-smoker, any residual smell of cigar smoke is really noticeable to me.

Also there were no ventilation in a bathroom, the water constantly didn’t dry and it cause bad smell (as something expired).

however the area it's self is very flawed, the tiles around the pool, where people tend to walk around in bare feet are extremely hot to the point in which I and my family have burned the bottom of our feet which is extremely unpleasant, after speaking with another resident of the hotel they had the same issue.

I can still smell the lemon and lavender in the air!

Not too thrilled with smoking in the bar,

When they found out that my wife was sick with a nasty cold Issa sent camomile tea with ginger and honey to the room.

To clarify a question below, the hotel offers smoking and non-smoking rooms.

To make things worse one of my pillows smelled like cigarettes and finally I got a dead cockroach in my cereal during breakfast.

It wasn't fair that we were unable to enjoy the area as the smokers were so spread out.

The other downfall is that the carpets in the room are a bit smelly and need to be regularly maintained.

The pool and gym was disgusting, the steam room turned stained yellow.

Only minor criticism would be the glass dome in the garden looked filthy (above Wafi Mall) and the pathways poorly maintained

Bar staff and lifeguard are very attentive, They keep changing water and ice and life gaurd assist with towels.

What do you say about this incredible hotel - from check in to check out I was treated like a Princess - truly an incredible experience  - the room was luxurious - the staff was so attentive - however as I traveled here alone as a woman they a bit taken back

the very reason we come back here says volumes about the hospitality.

The entire experience is wonderful, you really feel that the entire concern of the staff is to serve you to get a one of a kind experience.

We had a great experience at the Raffles Dubai.

The hotel's access to the green line of the Dubai Metro is almost easy (about 5 minutes by foot) and there is access to the Wafi shopping center from inside the hotel, where there is also a Carrefour store and many other shops.

Our recent stay at Raffles (Wafi) has managed to secure us as regular guests whenever we are in Dubai.

If you’re traveling to Dubai I would highly recommend staying at the Raffles Dubai - Wafi City.

If you love serious pampering and relaxed home for your vacation, Raffles (Wafi) is the place.

Breakfast and lunch deal was great value and staff ensured your glass was always filled in the evening.

Food on breakfast and dinner in both restaurants we have been eaten are top quality, at the pool side always had staff to make sure u r ok, or need anything.

Also to Angelica for looking after us at breakfast and dinner and engaging with the kids.

The hotel is spotless clean, the breakfast and dinner offering caters for everyone and there is always something new to try.

but really enjoyed the main buffet restaurant (Market place) for breakfast and dinner, so much choice,great quality.fresh pizzas and steaks cooked.you can pay only in market place £20 for unlimited drinks for 2 hours, 6pm-8pm .that’s reasonable considering most (alcoholic)drinks cost £12 each.

Breakfast and Dinner were included in package, The food range  was great and very varied.

The collective by market cafe excellent for buffet breakfast and lunch and in panini the coffee shop mr mangal and his team make you feel very hospitable and the sandwiches salads are my favorite.

It would be unfair if I did'nt mention the service we met with when we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

Rooms are well maintained and comfortable and the food selection at the breakfast and dinner buffet are fantastic.

The Market Cafe offers nice varieties for breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, which we highly recommend you add to your room package.

The food in the market restaurant was plentiful and delicious and the jazz bar was great for after dinner drinks.

Everybody was helpful when we needed anyghing, in-room dining was delicious.

The Hotel is perfectly located so no more than 20mins from Airport, all restaurants top quality service and child friendly.

Over the road is a big kids entertainment area with arcades,soft play,cinema and sports bar,you need to pay additional fees to use this.

The pools were perfect and the children loved it.

The pool area is huge and clean and half of it deep 2.0 meters, the childrens pool is good and big, and entertaining esp for the bigger kids 🤪.

Would highly recommend Especially if staying with young children.

The in room dining was an experience also, our little boy is still reeling from it.The cocktails served at the pool are superb, and the pool service is still amazing, the vibe is vibrant and upbeat and although a bit from jbr, this is where you'll get some of the best service anyway..we tried a couple of restaurants

Once i was released from quarantine and had a free day before my flight, I was able to go down to their wonderful pool area - which is awesome for families since it's huge and has pool depths anywhere from 1 foot to 7+feet as well as a fun kids pool and slide.

Great pool (and for kids) , Sauna and Spa centre.

All staff do their utmost to give guests, also children, a good experience, which we really appreciate.

Food here has been outstanding and my two teen sons have loved this aspect.

My son really enjoyed the pool and their food.

A great stay with family especially with children.

My husband, adult daughter and myself booked a club family room for a six night break.

Wonderful food that varied from day to day, nice pool area, even for small children.

Took my wife and granddaughter with me and they really enjoyed the facilities of the hotel.

Almost everything is a short  taxi or uber ride away and the Metro station and Wafi mall with a Carrefours are a nice walk as long as its not too hot.
