We are thankful Ms Nelia and Mr. Akbar of Ramada Downtown, Dubai for the hospitality and upgrading our room to Burj Khalifa view as we checked in on my wife birthday for celebration.

Stayed in the Ramada hotel - room was a great size and had a fantastic view of the Dubai fountains and burj Khalifa.

Our room was upgraded to one with a view of the Burj Khalifa fountain View which was great.

This hotel room provides the most amazing and panoramic view to the fountain and burj khalifa area.

Really nice Suites, had a room with the view of the Burj Khalifa, so we could see the fountain-show straight from the room.

He told us the road for Burj Khalifa and help is with bags and groceries as well

We were assigned the best room of the hotel thanks to his generosity, a beautiful view on the burj khalifa, mall and fountain with a very spacious room.

but as Raza saw that the children and I immediately offered us to move to a more comfortable double room with a view of Burj Khalifa, for which many thanks to him, the children are delighted!

I will advice all of you not to use this hotel as they don't clean the rooms properly and sometime they completely ignore the cleaning.

..So it is not the companys fault if they are having failed system!!

Hotel is very nice, beautiful view, they upgrade my room as well, near with Dubai mall & Burj Khalifah, it is perfect.

Just 10 min walk from dubai mall and all major attractions.

It was very good hotel the service was great also the hotel has a good location, it’s near from dubia mall and to much activity and all stuff were very friendly and helpful and akabr was very good with dealing with customers and so kindly, I like hotel very much I’ll visit again 🤍🤍

Great hotel right in the downtown with  beautiful view to Burj Khalifa and fountains.You have free shuttle service to kite beach and Dubai Mall.For us it was more convenient to visit Dubai mall by feet cause it is 900 meter away only.

The hotel is very close to Burj Kalif, fountain and Dubai Mall.

Just next to dubai mall fountains and even has a small mart next to it to pick up groceries or other necessities.

The location is great, close to Dubai Mall, and our room had a spectacular view of the Fountain light show and Burj Khalifa.

Very good service, will definitely come back when traveling to dubai..the room is very spacious..the location is very near with dubai mall and there is a supermarket next to the hotel..amenities is complete..mr akbar is very helpful and very kind

It was a nice stay the 2 bedroom room was really big staff was nice, the walk to the Mall and Burj was probably just a little too much

Hotel & serves is vary good, I like fountain & burj khlifa view, I also visit Dubai mall, all hotel staff is so cooperative & helpful.

They check on our room end if we appear busy or have a do not disturb sign on they call very late in the day just to see if we need anything.

Rang reception and the woman is talking to me like she doesn't even know what is going on in her own work place,  just ridiculous.

My daughter split water on the bedding and we had to call housekeeping at midnight to change the duvet.

Slow to answer calls for housekeeping services and front office.

But you need 1 of the ramada staff to take you along the back to open the gate . The downside is you can’t go back  this way to the hotel as there’s no one to meet you on the other side to open the gate ( unless you call ramada reception and ask someone i guess?)

Our firs day cab journey couldn't be completed because the driver's credit card machine couldn't connect to the nearest cell tower, so Victor at the concierge offered his cash to pay for the tax - a lifesaver (Thank you!).

4 days later had a bunch of missed calls from the hotel and called back to speak with MARICRIS who had been calling and calling (and then persisted on calling my partner) claiming food had been consumed from the minibar.

We moved from another hotel and lost our phone.

The room still need upgrades, like a cordless phone , USB charger and international plugging system only at the bedside in the room , the living area and the washroom does not have an internationally Electrial plug .

Even after complain no one has even bothered to give a call.

but no alternatives and silution given to us by the hotel..even no assistance at all..we called, called, saying that they will call us back but no one called us..it was really a disaster day..

They made me feel that it was my fault bec i failed to answer their calls,i was at work the whole day
I was also ask to pay almost 4x of the price i booked and offered me discount

but not good enough reliability for my business and video calls so only stayed 2 days.

Phones not working at all, bathroom sink plug blocked.

The apartment concept, of Ramada DT Dubai allowed us to prepare simple meals,  and of course the friendly and efficient services rendered by all the staff.

The breakfast was always different and of a high quality (the cheese fatayer are exceptionally tasty).

Today my first dinner with kenza i have included half board..wao food was amazing .service was excellent whos given by mr siraj & manoj m realy hapy for dinner..my room is amazing great viw..tjanks to all.

My whole family had a wonderful stay at ramada, Mr Raza even went above and beyond to make sure every minute at the hotel was pleasantly memorable and even on request upgraded our room to the magnificant Fountain view of the iconic bhuj kahilfa.

Our one bedroom apartment was very spacious with two bathrooms and jacussi.

I like:
*Size of the one bedroom apartment is big compared to other places.

The apartment was very nice, with lots of space and had all the basics.

Apartments are very spacious and hotel is clean and staff all good .

The Ivory Grand Hotel Apartment stay in Dubai turned out to be the best decision for us as we were travelling with a 3-year-old.

It was brilliant, apartment was more than enough for us (2 adults and 10 & 7 year old).

The apartment had everything that one could ask for while on a holiday, it was large, very tastefully furnished and had all the amenities required.

Compare to other Hotel/ hotel apartment  the ivory grand hotel  is worth it and live up to our expectations.

It’s good apartments clean every thing is good except the translation in food between Arabic and English swimming pool was great for family it’s great 5 min walk to mall of Emirate cinema restaurant all

It is a medium hotel apartment near a mega mall where you can go spend some time.

We stayed in a huge 2 bedroom apartment which also featured 2 huge bathrooms.

I have to say the two bedroom apartments were much better and spacious than the 3 bedroom apartment.

The apartment itself was really spacious with everything you need.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for almost a month and it was like a home to us in Dubai.

Our two bedroom apartment was nice and clean.

We stayed for 12 nights with breakfast and all was good, any problems maintenance dealt with quickly.

The breakfast ( included in the price) was very good.

Great breakfast buffet (even a smoking area outside) Very nice swimming pool with ample chaise lounges, cabanas, they even have a poolside menu for lite snacks.

The view in the breakfast room was great that’s about it.hotel was okay

I loved the breakfast and business lunch at the hotel restaurant and I used to order room service fairly regularly.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely polite and very well trained.

We had breakfast included and this offered a wide variety of choices from cereal, croissants and toast to freshly made omeletes and waffles.

We found this a really nice APARTMENT Hotel (that felt more like home than a hotel), suitable for family stay, with great breakfast, great amenities inside the room, good balcony (on a good day, we could see Burj Khalifa from there), nice swimming pool and games room that kids had great fun with.

The buffet breakfast was well worth the extra cost and had plenty of choice.

The terrace of the hotel gives panoramic view of the city, with Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa prominently visible.

and 2 bathrooms.we ate in restaurants in mall of the Emirates which is 5 mins away.got a free shuttle from the hotel to take us to other parts of Dubai and drop off at burj Khalifa.breakfast choice excellent with a large range of hot and cold food.when we travel to Dubai again we would definitely stay here again.

I am discounting the Burj Khalifa as it is a major tourist attraction and if forgery was common then more would know about it.

Just a short walk from the mall of the emirates where you can jump on the metro anywhere.

The hotel is near the Mall of the Emirates, which made commuting to EXPO 2020 and other parts of Dubai very easy using the highly efficient Metro and bus services ( we splashed out a Gold travel week pass, which was worth the money).

The location was great, only a 5 minute walk to the Mall of Emerites and metro station with plenty of shopping and many excellent resturants Would highly reccamend staying here for singles, couples and families.

*Location is close to many supermarkets and mall.

Also right behind Mall of the Emirates and not too far from the Marina.

The walk to Mall of Emirates is about 5 minutes and then another 5 to walk through the mall to the metro station.

The resort is about 20 minutes walk from the Mall of the Emirates.

Have stayed at The Ivory Grand several times fantastic staff lovely food and great rooms in a really central location just 5minutes walk from Mall of the Emirates  taxis cost roughly £7/10  for most of the main destinations like Dubai Mall and The Atlantis Highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is close to a mall and is also only 5 minutes drive from the Etihad bus drop off which is very handy.

The Mall of the Emirates and other grocery stores are very close.

The Resort is clean, close to public transport, and walking distance to Mall of Emirates.

The short distance from the Mall of the Emirates ensures good mobility whilst staying here.

Accessing the mall of Emirates is very easy, rooms are very big and clean, fridge, washing machine the rooms are fully equipped with all the basics and also check in is very quick their wifi is pretty fast

We went up to the room on the 7th floor (non smoking) and our room was beyond my expectations.

The rooms are spacious and kitchen is semi equipped.

They keep us in relaxation lounge for 20mins then brought to couples room.

There is a conference room / party hall, if one wants to celebrate birthday's/ events.

The great thing was that the children had a room for themselves as well as the parents.

You can also request food which they deliver to your room.

Starting from the cozy living room, great kitchen with all the chinas, stencils, glasses you name it.

The restaurant in the lobby is amazing and the prices of both the rooms and food are reasonable.

Very regular room cleaning, and superb hygiene.

Overall a great stay, prompt service and plenty of room with washing machine and cooker.

but both where clean, including changing rooms.

The rooms have all the necessory ammenities and it feels like home.

from entering the hotel apartment, we observed that corridors/ hallway  are well maintained up to the rooms.

The different between the classic are the rooms are smaller and there is no dining table.

Unlike other reviews, we only had to wait one morning for a table

The breakfast wasnt very varied IMO and we had to queue in the morning until a table was freed.

Our table was reserved and seen most of the tables full.

but that was about half hour before closure) so you might need to share your table, and the offered food quite limited.

The tables are not adequately cleaned after a guest completes his breakfast.

but because the hotel is popular we had to wait for a table.

but the restaurant gets filled up around 9.30am so there may not be an available table a person may have to wait a while.

Always got a regular taxi from outside the hotel, only once having to wait a few minutes for one.

The hotel has 4 working lifts so there was never very long to wait.

One morning we came down for breakfast and was told to please wait in reception as it was full, the reception area had over 20 poeple waiting.

but unfortunately due to there poor internet which we have complained about, we can't wait for our one month to end so we can leave.

We had to wait in the queue couple of times to get in.

As we had friends come over to wait for us in the room while we were getting ready, that was quit a problem!

We had to wait in queue one day we arrived late for breakfast,

The shouldn't wait us to call and even when we called , they didn't give us the right answer.

I was assigned my own locker & personal toiletries & left to change while she waited outside.

Good place for travel, the room is good, location is good and restaurant is good, near from burj khalifa and we can go to downtown just by metro or even walking, and all the stuffs were good.

Hotel is 700 metre walk to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro along main road so no security issues and 25 minute walk to Dubai Mall.

They also had a lovely gentleman bring my bags upto my room which was great. Next I went into my room which I paid an extra £10 for a view of the city ( including the burj khalifa!!!)

15 minutes aqay from Dubai mall and burjkhalifa area in downtown , room 105 with balcony and i enjoyed Boeing in wonderful atmosfere with Salama the manager there and everyone was nice to me , süre i will recommend to others
