One night the room door got jammed and the keycard didn't work and the hotel staff acted as if we didn't know how to use the card.

They charge deposit and you will have to communicate with differnet group of teams by email to get it back.

He says that it was just a mistake and the card wasn’t meant for us.

Just imagine they charge for water @6-8 euros for bottle to be provided in the room through housekeeping and room service. Pathetic!

ALSO, before I forget, I was charged an excess of $900 on my credit card despite only having and being charged for about $200 in incidentals.

It’s unacceptable that they can’t provide commercial invoice and we paid almost 2000€

It eventually went off
Lifts are operated by your room key which stopped working throughout our visit so we couldn’t use the lift until reception had checked our card

Noise from above/surrounding rooms
Hairdryer was awful, burnt my hair to a crisp 
Took large deposit from us upon arrival, this wasn’t mentioned when we booked.

Housekeeping unplugged my travel power-board for charging my devices and removed the plug from the wall which was very annoying.

We finally were relieved that the issue was settled at check-out and we didn't incur any additional room charges.

but when I had asked for some decorations in the room to surprise my wife, they charged me 60 Euros for some flowers, balloons and macaroons.

but I don't expect this at a hotel charging close to $500 per night.

We booked a 2 night stay at the hotel so everything was pre-paid before we arrived, when we came to check in they wanted €906 as a deposit for the room so I had to give them my bank card to take this payment.

And everything wrapped up with us being charged twice for the stay.

They charged the entire amount of the stay (over $1,000) on the credit card right away.

I still don’t know whether that is an Amex issue or a hotel one,

We gave the hotel a second chance and stayed with them on our last night in Paris, they promised to resolve everything that was wrong by way of a credit with ACCOR or discount across the entire accommodation,

Only real negatives where I had to call for towels twice and got charged $5 to rent an ice bucket.

However, nearly 2 months after my stay my Visa card was suddenly charged again for €600.00.

Hotel fabulous location close to the    Eiffel Tower and the toot toot bus stop great for touring Paris.

Our second stayed in Patis at Pullman Eiffel Tower the hotel has such a great location and great view

Sitting outside even on 23rd November was so special - yes it really is that good to see the Eiffel Tower that close.

Our room was the 5th floor with the Eiffel Tower view from the balcony.

This hotel is located by the Eiffel Tower and

Ok hotel partial view of Eiffel Tower because your a block away.

The location is next to the Eiffel Tower, plenty of restaurants and shops in the area.

It is amazing to be able to come out front and take pix with the Eiffel Tower.

even though the second room I booked actually costs more (both with Balcony views of Eiffel Tower) they would not let me stay in my current lower cost room and did not issue any kind of refund or offer anything for my trouble.

Excellent staff, great position within 2 mins to the Eiffel Tower.

A couple days at the Pullman was just enough, especially for the million-dollar view of the Eiffel Tower.

We booked through Expedia & paid for a room with a balcony & Eiffel Tower view, it was 100% worth it.

The views from our rooms of the Eiffel Tower were magnificent.

When we arrived we were impressed with proximity of hotel to the Eiffel Tower.

We had a Eiffel Tower view room and we’re upgraded to a suite (104) all I can say is spend the money on a balcony with the tower view.

Seems this hotel is more focused  on the location being near the Eiffel Tower, not service and comfort.

My recent stay at this hotel offered a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, which was undoubtedly the highlight of the experience.

Overall, just great location, location, location and a great view.

Amazing kingsize comfy bed with fluffy pillows and big warm quilt and a great location to all tourist sites.

Although the location is close to the tower, there is nothing around it.

Its a good property and is centrally located with good staff at front desk.

The location of the hotel is wonderful also.

We all loved it - I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat, their service is fabulous as it their location.

The location is central and lots of the sights are within easy distance.

All I can say is location, location, location .

The Pullman Eiffel Tower seems to rest on the laurels of its location.

Perfectly located near the Eiffel Tower & not far from The Louvre, Arc de Triumph etc.

My husband and I waited in line for seating the rooftop location about 15-20 minutes before getting seated.

One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel location,

You pay over $600 in one night hotel and there is no  security in the lobby.

but quite expensive and the breakfast was overcrowded with people could not move.

the only negative was the slightly confusing room rate and bill.

Secondly, we asked for a wine opener and they said we either take our bottle down to the bar to open, or we pay guest services for one. Imagine!

(However be careful bc they do have lots of hidden fees, for mediocre food when you receive your check.)

The amount did total the security deposit or the cost of the overall stay.

I did feel it was overpriced for what you get, cereal, fruit, eggs, different teas, water.

At  there rates it absolutely was not the experience I was expecting.

but there is little attention paid to the guest experience.

Only marking down a star for the dinner at the restaurant on the first night, the food was below average and very expensive.

but I think a tad overpriced for the overall quality of our room.

Husband booked this as an anniversary surprise, given the price we were extremely disappointed.

They are a  tourist trap complete rip off.

The rooms are not cheap and are around 600 Euro per night or AUD 1,000 which did not include breakfast.

We strongly complained, and finally they said we'd get rooms as soon as they were available, and they 'graciously' allowed us to eat breakfast - which we had already paid for anyway with our reservation!

The hotel just seems to be a commercial money, making building with no sympathy for tourists, putting their time in money into affording their expensive rooms.

Stunning view of the Eiffel towere from our balcony, The room is gorgeous, comfortable and spacious.

The room view is sooooo good, recommend to request high floor to not hearing a noise disturb from the road and any smell of cigaratte from ground floor ( im on second floor so i experienced both of them)

Rooms were flashy and had good comfortable beds.

Breakfast at the Pullman was a good selection room was clean and good standard.

The bathroom was lovely clean and modern, the room and bed comfy and clean.

The room was already waiting for us to checkin.

It was upsetting after spending so much money on the room.

Breakfast was the highlight, came with the room fee.

The breakfast buffet (complementary) is fantastic, rooms were comfortable as was the bed.

But anyway back to the Pullman, my room was a garden view and the balcony was nice.

We did, and had a room on the fourth floor and I couldn’t fault it.

To take 10% off an $800 room is quite insulting.

The rooms are some of the largest and modern in Paris.

The room was a good size given it was in the city.

If you’re looking for a hotel that has everything you need in Paris, luxury and view, this is the one.

But the best part was the amazing view from the balcony.

although we have a balcony view of it, it’s not a great hotel.

but they advised if we wanted a better view to come back at 3pm check in time & we could get this.

Sitting 3-4 times a day admiring the tower on my balcony as we have breakfast, watching the light show….spectacular view.

The view from our room was breathtaking especially at night and the breakfast buffet was like nothing we have seen before.

We were a little thrilled also at the thought of having breakfast or a glass of wine on the balcony as we took in the view.

We splurged to get an Eiffel Tower view and so glad we did.

The guy in the reception gave us a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa.

Our room was on the 19th floor and was spotless with the most incredible view of the Burj Khalifa and the city with ceiling to floor windows.

We received the Room with the Burj Khalifa view and we were really really happy about it.

I stayed in the executive suite which was beautifully furnished and comfortable, room had a clear view of the Burj Khalifa, the staff were always super friendly and really helpful.

Hilton Dubai is on of the luxurious hotel in Dubai with the best location close to dubai mall , burj Khalifa,downtown Dubai , city walk and jumeirah beach .

What a wonderful  hotel 10/10 in every single details location was great near all highlights of the town.Rooms are just amazing  big mine had a view on the canal and burj Khalifa.

We booked an Executive Club Room and got a very large room on the 40th floor with a sofa and a view of the Burj Khalifa.

Excellent location right across from Burj Khalifa.

Special mention of Simran for giving us superb room on 15th Floor with Burj Khalifa View.

We had interconnecting rooms on 22nd floor with spectacular Burj Khalifa views.

The room was spacious, large and had a beautiful view over the canal and the Dubai skyline with the Burj Khalifa in the distance.

Check in was easy going and very friendly , our room with balcony ( 2613 ) was very clean , equipped with all what guests are expecting and had a view to Burj Khalifa.Housekeeping was cleaning up our room daily , which was a positiv surprise !

The room had a lot of space, and a view of Burj Khalifa.

It was great to see George from Level 7, Executive Lounge.

A special thanks to Mr.Ranjan from the Executive lounge, his way of theating clients, level of service and special cocktails made us feel in a high-class bar.

Then there were George and Jeffry in the executive lounge we couldn’t thank them enough, every night they went above and beyond to make sure my wife had something to eat because she has allergies and also kept the wine flowing amazing couple of guys which made our holiday even more enjoyable.

Every touch point during my stay which included concierge, front desk reservations team, restaurant, spa, pool, Executive Lounge and more - their teams would greet me, ask how was I enjoying my stay, offer assistance and more!

but a memorable one was from jefry at the executive lounge, he was amazing and so kind and polite in assisting our needs, he definitely made the executive lounge experience amazing and he was very fun to talk to, definitely coming back.

Pools were great and executive lounge was brilliant a special mention to DAVID and GEORGE, two really nice people.

Staff are all very friendly and helpful especially our waiter Najmullah Haider whom has looked after us in the executive lounge as we are frequent travelers to Hilton hotels around the world.

The executive lounge operates out of the Cafe in the adjacent V hotel and the Buffet breakfast is fabulous.

The highlight was the executive lounge close to the top of the tower which seemed to be styled on the interior of an ocean liner from the glory days of shipping.

Staffs are really friendly and professional from front desk reception, to concierge and restaurant and executive lounge server.

Overall, our experienced were great from front desk team, rooms, hotel facilities, executive lounge, breakfast, etc

For me the staff go a long way to make me enjoy this hotel, Jinz Joseph at the pool and  the team in the Executive Lounge led by Jefry always make me feel welcome and appreciated as a guest.

I would also like to give a special mention to Desiree from the Executive Lounge.

I am writing this review to reflect on my experience with two staff members at Hilton Al-Habtoor Hotel, Mr. Ali from the hotel reception staff and Mr. Jeffry at the Executive Lounge.

Executive lounge is huge(shared with V and Hilton) has ample space to accomodate large groups.

The staff and the service in the executive lounge were truly awe-inspiring and absolute perfection especially Grace, Desiree, Ralph and the other two ladies.

I got the executive lounge access where I enjoyed the service at V hotel.

The Executive lounge is also worth a visit, staff are exceptionally nice and just can’t do enough to please you.

Great location of hotel, perfect to get to for my work, hotel rooms were very clean, hotel staff very friendly and helpful, especially Shiela whom was in the coffee shop by reception.

It’s centrally located in downtown with excellent ground staff available to assist in travel requirements.

We often went to eat at the Rib and brews where we met a beautiful young lady named Akanni.

We stayed half board and we thought that the all meals were excellent.

One of the aspects I really enjoyed the most were the breakfast options and service.

There was a slight problem with air quality, we smelled smoke from the ac duct

After the Breakfast you could put your clothes in a laundry bag because it smelled so bad after food.

I had some concerns for an hotel called Hilton,where the exepectations where higher, about our staying and also the evidences of photo can testify:
1.Shower presents some indicators as molds
2.Last 4 days the bathrobes were not assured and I was concern to call each day the reception
3.

even though we had multiple issues and had to change rooms three times in two days 
But Bathrooms have plumbing issues no hot water and mold in doors and are not cleaned well so bad

This hotel was more like faulty towers 
We stayed one week and the room was never serviced until 6pm canapés in business lounge was awful i ordered a birthday cake one month before travel and also two days before my husbands 50th birthday no sign of cake only 3 macaroons left on a plate and an apple and orange
Glass ashtrays and bottles from swimming pool bar were around pool area and on one occasion broken glass everywhere so called staff were not bothered

My husband had to sleep on the l sofa that smelled as the sheets as the pillows light- smoke smell humid and felt humid to the touch
The sofa was very very hard we didnt enjoy the living room either, and to our surprise, i'm an interior architect i would definitely know if it was supposed to be so or not and i'm sure it's not, the sofa had no back pillows!!

The room was really dirty, the towels were so so so so so so so so dirty with stains and hair, the bathroom had urine on the toilet the minute i arrived, the water quality is really bad it makes u feel sticky, the bed sheets were not clean and the room had a smell.

In the evenings though, once the restaurants get working all the smell from the restaurant exhaust gets sucked into the room so if you keep the AC on at night you end up having the room and your things inside smelling of food cooking.

We are currently on day 4 of our 8 night stay and have had to change rooms because of a molding mildew smell in our bathroom.

Only 1 niggle the doors by the 7th floor lift was left open often by people smoking just outside the swimming area .

Our original deluxe room was satisfactory, if not for the smell of the bedsheets.

Staff is smoking between the guests in the pool lobby area every times  .

Sheets were not clean and typical smell from linens.

Broken tv, broken telephone, bath that won’t drain, a fridge that won’t get cold, noisy AC etc etc.

some area needs to stay in long queues
You need to change your clothes each time after breakfast because of the smell of food.

the receptionist "Nawal" had no clue about the rooms and which is suite and which is a smoking room and not, and due to that we were kept waiting for along time to check-in.
