We chose the all inclusive option, the food was amazing, with plenty to choose from at the breakfast and dinner buffets (Horizon).

but with a little encouragement and creative flair you can manage to extend this with the drink available on the all inclusive.

We as a family of 4 went for a 10 night all inclusive holiday to Amwaj Rotana, Dubai Jumeriah Beach resort towards end of July 2022.

Good tip, go for all inclusive dine around, a better deal you will not find.

even though we  were all inclusive we could only use the main restaurant for breakfast and Dinner or the Rossa, snack bar and main restaurant for lunch.

We booked an all inclusive package not really sure whether we’d use the allowances

but you could only dine at 2 within the all inclusive package .

All inclusive was 100% worth it, branded spirits, cocktails and the wine was lovely.

The all inclusive package is well worth it, every meal we ate was of good quality and plenty of choice.

but soon as we mentioned it they offered room change and all inclusive upgrades which was great.

We chose the All Inclusive option and we are so glad we did.

Came with my partner and stayed at the hotel for 13 nights on the basic all inclusive package.

We stayed under the basic all inclusive package - the food and drinks were great considering how much we paid for 15 days.

We opted for the all inclusive which was great.

We came on the all inclusive package and would say this is a must.

but if you like alcoholic drinks it's worth paying for the all inclusive package which was branded premium drinks.

Well the overall experience was nice 

1- the staff are friendly and helpful specially the ones at the door 

2- the location is perfect is ur coming for a beach all the time trip, the beach is just a walking distance and they have an access through the pool.

!😊 Also position of the hotel is perfect everything is so close beach shopping and great restaurants.

Very close to the beach and night life if wanted is on your door step!

The best thing was a good location near the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes of the Walk.

The lifts used to take a while as there was only 3 in the whole hotel and they were always full.

The lifts can be a bit busy at peak times

The only downside is the lifts during peak morning time.

The other problem is the lifts, it wasn't uncommon to wait ten minutes for one and then the way they missed floors and stopped for no reason is nonsensical.

The only thing, that could be a little better, the elevators were overloaded in the morning.

but extremely busy, lifts are a nightmare at this time as there is only 3 of them, can be waiting up to half an hour before u get one to go down, and that’s not an exaggeration!

Had his colleague actually been in the elevator he would have been here now.

We were allowed to walk by the reception and take the elevator up without any problem.

The team at the first floor breakfast restaurant was very helpful , But the lifts were very slow .. the worst part about the hotel.

Lifts after wait 15-20mins for ever time and regularly braking down

Service around pool VERY SLOW one waiter for over 50 guests often waiting 40 min

Difficult to get sun loungers and pool inadequate for size of hotel 

Food cold and VERY REPETITIVE AWFUL

Lunch menu no healthy choice just burger and pizza 

Street noise while eating evening meal horrendous

Rude and ignorant front desk no customer care skills what so ever

Very poor value for money we spent £5800 dirham 28134.00  for two people very disappointed .

Elevators, one of the three elevators was breakdown , we had to wait for more than 15 minutes , then we move using the emergency stair case from 12th floor to 1st floor carrying my child and the some personal staff

The three lifts are slow and not enough during peak times and when one fails, like it did yesterday, be ready for a long wait!

Straight away it became apparent that the lift will be causing issues as it took a while for a lift to arrive.

The negatives:  the lifts are a nightmare, waiting for an eternity for one not to pass you by

Every construction person knows that the maximum time calculation for lifts is 28 seconds not 28 minutes.

but the main issues every visitor should know are:
• bad smell of mold and humidity in the rooms (we changed 2, so it wasn’t just a problem with the first one we got)
• 3 extra small lift with the capacity of max 13 persons for 25 floors 
• 80% guests that are not wearing masks and anyone warns them 
• average food

It is set just at Jumeirah Beach, adjacent to the Blue Waters.

It was our 2nd time staying at Amwaj Rotana JBR and we returned not only for the hotel’s prime location on Jumeirah Beach

A great stay at the Amwaj Rotana at Jumeirah Beach for our first visit to Dubai.

The hotel is set in a perfect position with a huge pool overlooking the Jumeirah Beach, and the Ain Dubai Ferris Wheel on Bluewater Island.

You will not be disappointed if you love a centrally based hotel, near the beach, shops, marina, Ain Dubai and the Jumeirah Palm, it's perfect for all those things.

We booked the Amwaj Rotana as it was in the location we wanted to be in (close of Jumeirah Beach) , had sea views from all the rooms, had previously received good Trip Advisor Reviews and offered an All Inclusive Option.

The hotel’s USP is primarily its location and with direct access to the white and Sandy Jumeirah beach.

Hotel location was very good only 2 minutes walk from the amazing jumeirah beach.

Beachfront of Jumeirah Beach, front rooms have a fabulous view of Blue waters and the whole beach.

The balconies have amazing views of Jumeirah Beach and the observation wheel at Bluewaters.

The location of the property is perfectly located on Dubai’s promenade “The Walk” at Jumeirah Beach Residence and is close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

From my balcony, I had a beautiful view of Jumeirah beach.

Perfect Location and beautiful view to see side, the beach and shops nearby Jumeirah  beach side.

The hotel is walkable distance from coffee shops and restaurants on Jumeirah beach.

It is located just 100 m from Jumeirah private beach, very nice view, very professional staff.

Wonderfull hotel, best employes, excellente and clean rooms, local in he jumeirah beach – almost in the sands, burj al arab view, to many facilities arounded the hotel like pizza makers, sandwiches et all…..simply the best hotel in JBR!

Amwaj Rotatna on JBR great location and staff.

Great location as the tram is literally round the corner and connects to the metro.

Perfect holiday hotel in JBR, very close to Jumeira beach and Marina .

There’s a bus shuttle to the marina mall.

Pier7 has a lot to offer which is a short (very warm) walk of about 20 minutes along the marina.

Our suite ‘1916’ had commanding sea-views overlooking the Marina, the big wheel ‘Ain Dubai’ , Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island and the suite was kept immaculate by Nasir who always had a smile and wanted to do more to make us feel right at home!

The yacht cruise was the same price per person and there is a buffet and lots of entertainment was definitely worth it.

The hotel itself is in a fantastic location at JBR and a very short walk to the marina.

Great location between the marina and the beach.

-good location near to the beach and Marina area, metro, a lot of fun things to do with kids where you can walk to
-nice staff, good food and drinks, clean

Not so good:

-Children's pool closed 
-the sun starts to shine after 12pm at the hotel pool area.

Its close to the Marina and you can walk to so many places grom the hotel.

Location is ideal for walks, beach and good food and very close to the marina which is beautiful!

The Dubai Marina and The Walk are probably the only area in Dubai where one can do everything by walking.

Excellent hotel, right on near the walk, dubai marina, and the beach.

better to get a nice breakfast in Marina walk , Plenty of outlets around  .

I would highly recommend to everyone, short stroll to the shops, JBR beach and Dubai Marina.

Further, there is a grand Mosque on the 2nd Floor of the Hotel Opposite to the Beach, Juma & Eid prayers are performed in this mosque and the all the other prayers are done on the schedule displayed in the Mosque.

There are loads of restaurants, hotels, banks, fast food joints, supermart, at least one mosque, lots of stylish residences, eye-popping wall art for decoration - you name it.

At one point, a chef chatted to us and explained what certain foods were and how you should eat them (panipuri), nice touch.

Breakfast was was till 11 a.m. and it was delicious, there are many tables in the restaurant.

Our favorite restaurant is Rosso , because of amazing food and amazing servce!..

Alcohol is available from 12pm until 10.30pm.

The hotel was clean and the food was great.

They were so nice and helpful, specially Kim at Rosso Italian Restaurant she so lovely and sweet.

The restaurant (buffet) supplied and presented a great number of meals each day which were of a lovely standard, masks are still strongly advised in the restaurant.

Will definitely return, amazing 5 star restaurant and 5 star treatment.

Like to appreciate housekeeping guy Atif (from Pakistan) , Concierge, reception and meal team, it was fantastic.

Thomas and Winda in Horizon restaurant brilliant also, as we're all staff.

The service, the tidiness of the rooms an in general the tidiness of the hotel, the food and the whole staff was more than attentive!

We really loved to stay at Amwaj Rotana, it is very nice and tidy hotel,food exceptional and service wonderful!

This hotel is absolutely amazing, the rooms are spotless, the food is divine and the staff are just so caring and attentive.

Breakfast has a good variety of food to choose from.

Also would like to say hello to Margie in the Horizon restaurant, she was so cheery and friendly, always there to help with anything we needed.

Our flights had been rescheduled and we were allowed an early check in and a complimentary evening meal.

Dinner - we did the half board option and was impressed with the selection for dinner, plenty of choice and the quality was good.

I would like to name Mr.Jude for his very nice welcoming every morning and his sense of responsibility.

First of all, all the staff we encountered were polite, helpful and very friendly, much like Dubai as a whole.

Polite and smiling personal, that want to help.

The response to all our queries and needs was lightning quick !

Overall it was a good stay, staff are good and the place is clean.

First and foremost, the life guard Soijeen (please excuse my spelling if I spelt your name wrong) what a man and a amazing human being. This man apart from amazing hospitality, arranging family outings on our be half (which were amazing!!)

STAFF- WOW , the staff and Managers,, staff were so welcoming.

but that quickly subsided and we were welcomed in and around the hotel.

Thank you to the concierge, reception staff and housekeeping- everyone was really lovely.

From Front desk staff, to concierge, house keeping and pool lifeguards are always on the lookout.

I have spent all day so far waiting to be moved as I have plans this evening and do not want to unpack in one room to re pack in another room.

Even with health problems you only had to wait a few minutes and then the help went directly to our room.

We went around the pool a few times and if there wasn’t a sunbed they took your name and sorted you one as soon as they could and gave you a shout in the pool or pool bar wherever you are we never waited longer than 15 minutes.

Finally checking out, they let you wait for no reason, if you don’t ask them why you’re waiting, definitely they will make you miss your flight.

I don't think he realised how long we had been waiting.

You should prepare yourself for a long wait at breakfast time: one morning we waited lift for 15 minutes.

You are waiting for cleanyour room hours and hours. .

The wait for the lifts was so painful wasted one hour each day waiting for lifts.

We were given breakfast as we waited for our room to be ready, which was at about 1pm.

There are only 3 lifts to service 25 floors and we regularly waited 20 minutes for a lift.

Nevertheless , 3 lisfts exists only , and they are so slow , it is common to wait 3 to 5 min  for them , and when they arrive sometimes they are full , so you wait again , this is is very frustrating .

Only 3 lift's you could be waiting a considerable amount of time trying to move around.

However the pool area was not equipped with enough long chair so that we sometimes had to wait for approx. 20min.

The reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5, is that the hotel is rather expensive for the standard of rooms, the breakfast is a little underwhelming and you can wait a long time for the lifts.

Unfortunately when entering our room it turned out that he was not ready yet, the baby cots were missing and the door of our double suite room was locked after we were waiting, meanwhile 1 hour later housekeeping came with the cots.

however no Birthday message or card ( not talking about small cakes as most of 5* hotels doing ) for my husband BD .. we decided do not extend our stay and booked another hotel ..  Got charged 250 Dhs for late check out ( 4 p.m).. we’re waiting bellboy to help with suitcases 20 min . .

We truly enjoyed our visit to this world famous hotel, and look forward to returning.

I had saved up for some months so that I could visit Berlin, my main wish was to visit this famous hotel and sample the world famous kaiser cup cocktail.

Our room was overlooking the famous Brandenburg Gate - we felt truly spoilt.

One of the most famous hotels in Germany and our stay was really great!

The famous hotel ADLON has opened the QUARRE’ TERRASSE.Fine and friendly service.

The famous ladies in red were also checking everything was alright.

Our relatively large group of 20 or so works colleagues were on a short walking tour of the area around the Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag and decided to pop into the famous Adlon hotel for a late morning cup of coffee.

The hotel facilities and famous breakfast were first class too.

And it was nice to visit somewhere so famous.

Having just returned from a weekend in Berlin staying at the famous Hotel Adlon, I can honestly say it exceeded our expectations.

but my recent experience with the famous ADLON forced me to leave a comment.

Right next to the historic Brandenburg Gate, this historic hotel has been the choice hotel for many famous guests including Charlie Chaplin and Marlene Dietrich.

We stayed at the famous Adlon,from start at reception to quality of the room and service it was worth every penny.We had the famous breakfast which was excellent.

We had an amazing breakfast every morning in the Lorenz Adlon breakfast room, with views of the famous gate, enjoying champagne and strawberries.

Hotel Situated right at the historical center next to the most famous sight and next to the elegant shops and boutiques Of Friedrichstrasse.

Very nice hotel, where all the politicians and the famous stay.

Just a few steps from the famous Brandenburg Gate makes this historic hotel even more special.

The breakfast buffet was divine and almost anything you wished for was there with exceptional quality. By far one of the best ones that I've stayed in any luxury properties (Four Seasons, Jumeirah, Mandarin Oriental, Dorchester, etc.)

The location of the hotel is good in terms of reasonable walking distance to the main tourist attractions.

One of the visiting staff members didn’t know if the fireplace is working as he has working only a week at hotel.

Every member of the staff is extremely personally friendly, with real smiles and interest in our well-being.
