Many thanks to Sheela and her team at the Pearl Club Lounge.

We always stay in the Pearl club rooms/suites with our 2 kids and this provides access to the Pearl Club lounge - we love sitting on the balcony for breakfast, afternoon tea and the pre-dinner cocktails.

Staff in the pear club lounge were lovely too

Mercy and her team in the Pearl Club Lounge offered a very warm welcome each day and conducted themselves in a professional manner, providing a very personal service and always having time to stop for a chat and engaging with the guests.

If you can afford a Peal Club room, its well worth the upgrade which gives entry to the Club lounge, where you can take breakfast, afternoon tea and complimentary drinks/snacks every evening from 5-8 pm.

This room gave access to the Pearl Club Lounge, which we loved!!

The club lounge made the trip extra special with the best team led by Mark, Sagar and Mercy.

Food choices were good especially in the club lounge.

Until now, we are so thankful for meeting them all – especially Ms. Sushana, a real gem from the Club lounge.

Furthermore, I would like to mention the team of the Club Lounge.

Definitely recommend the Pearl Club lounge as well 👍🏼 Felt super exclusive!

The whole team in the Pearl club lounge was so friendly and the service was just perfect.

The included club lounge was offering delicious patisserie/snacks/breakfast and evening Canapés.

but especially we have to mention Mr. Sagar Joshi club lounge agent and the rest of the club staff that gave wonderful service and solved each problem or gave answers to each question or service we needed.

We were able too check into our suite around noon so we waited in the Pearl Club Lounge until then enjoying a late breakfast and snacks.

We took out the Pearl Club Lounge offer each time and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Food and drinks in Pearl Club lounge is really good quality.

We were also on the club lounge Pearl rooms which allows you to have breakfast in the club lounge and afternoon tea and cakes 1500-1700 and then pre dinner drinks from 1800-2000 which is a lovely touch.

A special thank you to the entire staff of the Pearl Club lounge - which can really be recommended.

We will definitely be going back for another family holiday in the near future and we cannot wait!

Lastly, this hotel is situated in a quiet and relaxing location and is especially good if you are looking for a relaxing holiday

We are still on a 11 night holiday at this luxurious hotel, the hospitality has been exceptional from arriving the reception staff and the restaurants staff could not do enough for us.

We felt absolut great from beginn until end of the vacation.

We were there for a family vacation in Sept 2022.

The friendly, calm  and attentive service of all the staff made for a relaxing holiday.

The staff do everything to make you feel this is the best holiday in your life.

We had our family holiday here last month which included celebrating our daughters 18th birthday whilst we were there.

I would like to say a special mention to Sangam, the housekeeper who has made our stay such a lovely holiday.

We returned to the Waldorf after a 3 year covid break.

This hotel surpassed all expectations and really delivered on the perfect family holiday.

Our holiday was to mark a big birthday and the day was made extra special by the thoughtful staff.

but it’s well worth it, we had plenty of space in the pool, restaurants and the beach, you never feel it’s too busy to enjoy yourself.

The kids had fun at the pool and immediately made friends.

For me the adults-only pool is one of the best pool experiences in Dubai if you want a relaxed day.

The rooms are huge with great views, the pools and beach area are beautiful and the restaurants were great albeit expensive.

Also to Borza who attended to us by the pool and Sheyan and Ajay at Palm Avenue for delicious cocktails.

The service was excellent - from reception to restaurants, pool staff, concierge and room attendants.

A beer round the pool lunch tine £12 a pint, and Burger and Chips about £35.

Came for a pool day with my mum, amazing service, especially from Thomas, Aswin and Thanvir.

Lunch inthe restaurant next to he pool ws lovely.

Had a lovely day round the pool using the Privilee pass.

The venue itself is great with the adult pool away from the noise.

Pool team were amazing too including Aswin, Salil and all the team there in August.

Although water is generally available in your room, pool, breakfast etc.

I also ate in Park avenue the pool side restaurant and food was delicious and yes again service amazing.

Thomas, Sasi and Pabit at the Adult Pool (you guys are a credit to the hotel) and Sushil and Rajan who kept our room so immaculate along with Arni and his colleagues in the Pearl Club.We hope to return soon.

The staff was friendly, restaurants were amazing, everything was clean, pool and beach were perfect, housekeeping was exceptional.

Thanks to the staff at the pool the ice lollies were great at midday keep everyone cool, and for supplying everyone with water to keep us hydrated.

the service in the hotel is absoluty top, especially at the pool side, many thanks to Bosru, he is really the best!

In summary, the dining experience here is poor considering its a resort hotel, not near anything.

The food quality in the restaurants (I tried them all) was poor and should be upgraded.

-Once you are in the hotel, and attempt to reduce your stay due to the poor treatment you have received.

Response from management was poor even after email.

but I seriously would have refused to pay for a downgrade together all of the upset/anger/frustration their incompetence and poor management caused us.

And our stay was poor and the handling of  covid and the safety regulations was terrible.

There is not a 5 star feel and more a all-inclusive feel with a lot of families and poor amenities.

Service was really poor for the Waldorf brand.

But a hotel brand can be ruined by a poor check in experience, and this is what happened to my family.

Considering the quality of food they produce for adults this is poor.

One week ago, A poor choice of words left me uneasy during the check in.

Post covid should ensure the leadership team given their restriction would up  their A game .Instead, poor service quality  and lack-lustre options prevail.

The cases were  taken to the room and as I dared to bring my own case in the room the poor lad almost accosted me to stop me from moving it.

Poor location, uninspiring dining options, the most depressing late night bar I’ve come across at a hotel (no one went there) and poor room layouts.

This hotel lacks the luxury in lounges, restaurants, quality of service and generally a very poor hotel in this regards.

The restaurant manager eventually came to speak with us and apologised for the poor service re. coffees.

Overall we wish we hadn’t paid the extra for such a poor experience (taxi would have been 75 Dirhams each way).

Me and my family stayed here for five days, this hotel is amazing, it’s got everything, sandy beach, nice restaurants, great rooms

They had a blast and we could enjoy the amazing food.

Great service, got us our drinks and food quickly and helped adjust our beach umbrella multiple times as the weather changed.

but the cocktails definitely made up for it.

The rooms are amazing, the pool/beachside and all the hotels restaurants are amazing.

but what really made our stay was the staff especially chef Rahul who went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our dinner every night.

All the food was fab from breakfast, Social, Palm Avenue and Mezzarie as was room service.

but really enjoyed the food at Lao who have a set menu for those on half board.

I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel, rooms are spacious and nice, great view from a palm sea view room.good food and great hospitality from all the staff, I really felt looked after, lovely beach and not very  busy (at the time  I went)

Also very good and friendly service from Alex in the mezzerie, of which I very much appreciated and also from Quasem.

Food was really nice and arrived nice and hot.

Clive Pereira who runs the restaurant and his team were fantastic as always.

We would like to thank the entire team of staff that made sure our stay was unforgettable from the breakfast team, the housekeeping team and the poolside team through to the restaurant team.

Santhosh and Torintan harshad sagar all amazing service, really good food and such kind staff.

We also loved the fact that the children were not forgotten when it came to slippers for the room and children’s toiletries.

Shankar who was the gentleman who looked after our room was truly amazing!

Our room was lovely with great view and facilities.

Our room steward was called Abhishek and did a brilliant job looking after our room -as did his colleagues too.

They surprised us and decorated our room for a celebration and left notes everyday checking that we are still enjoying ourselves and wishing us a great day

As first timers to Dubai we didn’t know what to expect; what we got was a fabulous hotel, impeccable service, a sumptuous Pearl King Club Room and the best quality food we have ever had.

We stayed in a Pearl Club room which was worth it as the views from the lounge where fantastic in the morning.

We loved the location and the rooms view .

Sangaam, our room attendant was brilliant throughout and even brought up a little Waldorf teddy for us to keep.

The room would be cleaned regularly and breakfast provided a a good variety. Thank u Waldorf Dubai:)

check in was smooth & efficent, booked 10nights in a deluxe king palm view room with balcony, the views are stunning, ate mostly in the Mezzeria restaurant where the quality & choice of dishes was fantastic, along with the Lovely & Friendly  staff, who could never do enough for you!!

So friendly and made our stay so comfortable cleaning our room every day to a very high standard.

Just completed our 12th night stay here at the Waldorf and can honestly say it's been the best experience ( over 26 visits to the UAE) Everything from front of house check-in , room and soft furnishings, food ( absolutely outstanding) pool and quality of service delivery has been 1st-Class.

The service here is incredible and the best I’ve seen at any resort I have been to in Dubai.

Really a great location and service and the pool time does a great job, they always have a smile and are very helpful.

The service is impeccable, the rooms are timeless and beautiful and the pool/beach area are so picturesque.

I really liked that the assistant manager of the hotel seemed very hands on and approached us every time he saw us to make sure our stay was going well and to see if we needed anything.

but was every staff member we dealt with.

Special mention to Abkishek and Okha for ensuring our room had everything we needed.

They were always very helpful and asking us if we need anything or if they could help in any way.

They were all very accommodating, offering drink replenishments.

The hospitality was definatek5 stars, all the staff are polite and courteous, no request was too much.

In fact all the staff are great in this hotel and ready to help.

The staff were super and very attentive inparliclar  OJO THOMAS AND ASHAD .

These guys were amazing and did everything they could to help you have the best day.

Thomas, Ojo and Aswin were all attentive and friendly.

The staff were on point and very helpful to the point they almost knew what you going to ask or need.

She and her staff waited on our every need in the highest professional manner.

The hotel is immaculate credit to all cleaning staff.

but after I spoke to Manveer Singh the reception manager he made sure we had a unforgettable experience.

It was our first family holiday with a 2.5 year old and 8 month baby in tow and I have to say, the Waldorf and it’s staff made it such a memorable experience from beginning to end.

They all went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible.

From the time you walkin(beginning of your stay) to the time you walkout(end of your stay) a wonderful experience.

We were welcomed like old friends and again as usual it’s the staff that make the experience so special.

I recommend this hotel and the experience to anyone wanting to visit Dubai Palm Jumeirah, you will not be disappointed - 10/10.

LAO - our experience in LAO was one of the high-lights

The food and drinks are delicious and we had a great experience.

This is was our first time staying at the Waldorf and I must say it was a fantastic experience.

These guys work so hard, making your experience at the beach so pleasant.

Looking forward to coming back and experience the Hospitality again.

The club lounge made available to us was very intimate and attentive to our needs.

Omnath in club lounge is a credit to the hotel he is so jolly and friendly and always asking if you need anything the hotel need to recognise him in this role .

We were lucky enough to be staying in an Executive Club Room with access to the Club Lounge and what a wonderful team it has.

The Club lounge was stunning and run by Earl who is a wonderful host.

From the warm welcome at reception, the attention to detail at the Club Lounge (make sure you book your accommodation with the Club Access), the 5-star Talise Spa facilities, the in-house screening room…everything was simply outstanding.

We had access to the Club Lounge, again this was very personal and all staff were friendly, welcoming and the service was super.

We had access to the club lounge which was so enjoyable.

We were offered a welcome drink and taken to the Club Lounge, where we enjoyed a cold drink before being shown to our spacious room, which was on the third floor, overlooking the Palm.

The Club Lounge was fantastic - special mention to Om Nah & Siteesh for their excellent customer service.

Earl and his team at the club lounge (Rose) in particular provided 1st class hospitality in a friendly and professional manner.

We had Club Rooms, and we really appreciated the Club Lounge facility, for drinks throughout the day as well as pre-and-post dinner.

Second point I'm very picky about as a frequent user of hotel club lounges around the world.

What we did like was the Club Lounge Seating Option where you can sit indoor or on the fabulous terrace.

We used the club lounge for the 6-8pm free drinks which had nice choices and we ate at Amala and Al Nafourah which were lovely.

Everyone from reception, concierge, room staff and particularly everyone in the Club Lounge.

The Beach Team: Babu and his team as well as Rajendran were incredible and always ensured everyone on the beach had a lounger.

Stayed July 2022 - August 2022 ; 

I have previously stayed at this resort before with family (adults and children), and have returned to this resort due to the good experience previously received,

I wouldn’t stay here again because it’s mainly a family hotel and the pool was over run with kids

My kids spent long time waiting at the hotel corridor!!!

And it was a fabulous mother and daughter trip :) will return!

Big thank you to the housekeeping staff who worked tirelessly to ensure everything was just perfect, including providing gifts and flowers for my daughters birthday as a surprise.

The facilities for both adults and kids are top of the game.

I always come here for a pool day with my wife and baby.

It was nice that our numerous visits and loyalty were recognised, and cakes and chocolates were provided in the room in recognition of my sons’ 16th and 18th birthdays which was lovely.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Nur at the Reception for organising a beautiful day on my daughters birthday by sending treats, balloons and decorating our room thank you so much Nur you truly are an asset to the hotel.

Earl (Club Lounge Manager) couldn’t be more helpful and his team are fantastic - especially Omnath who we enjoyed chatting to everyday whilst he was looking after my husband and I as well as our daughter.

We dined at the Kitchen Connection at  Jumeirah Beach Hotel and were greeted with Honorine who looked after us and especially my Daughter throughout our meal.

It was my daughter's birthday whilst we were away and the hotel arranged a lovely surprise for the room.

A bit about us - we travelled as a vegetarian family of 3 which included our 7 year old child.

Multiple swimming pools and kids enjoyed it.

We order food for him and kids from talabat.

.We spent our time mostly at the kids pool.

Children having pool toys taken away, inflatables being removed at all opportunities and ensuring that no ball enters the water at any cost… even if purchased from the hotel shop as a pool ball!

The pool itself is perfect for the children and my son LOVED it!

Restaurant choices were vast and Beach and pool options were great too.

The decor, the grounds, the pool and beach area were all amazing.

We stayed in two interconnecting club access rooms which were ont eh 2nd floor centre of the hotel so the view on the balcony was directly in the middle line of the pool.

It's away from the centre of Dubai and has the beach / pool areas to unwind -

This is my 3rd family visit to the zabeel hotel is stunning  from the luxurious foyer to the restaurants stunning spa and pool area the breakfasts were excellent as well as the restaurants would highly recommend

Special shout out to Sunil who looked after us on the Bach and then mum and dad by the pool also assisted with Mathandra who’s attentiveness made their pool time relaxing!

The villa are nice, clean and with a beautiful pool in the front.

Wish i had more time to experience the pool and the spa…
