We first chose the Belvedere over Dubai by chance on a grey Saturday afternoon spring 2004 when my wife and I were looking for some special for our 20th wedding anniversary.

The hotel is located one block off the beach and easy access to the ocean.

The surrounding area & location is pure bliss.

Beautiful location, fantastic riding, knowledgable and friendly guides, incredible food, free laundering of your kit, on and on.

The hotel is located one block off the sandy beach.

The location is close to the beach, wonderful Italian designer shopping and the best Italian cycling routes imaginable.

The location was excellent and is very close to the beach.

The location was excellent for a variety of activities.

The location of this hotel was such that options were plentiful.

Location of the hotel is just 10mins walk from the centre the town, and 2 mins walk to the beach.

Nothing is a problem, the location to the beach and the town is only minutes away, you are in the thick of things

In summary - The rooms are fantastic, the location is great, the staff are all wonderful, and the service is top-notch.

A must experience for cycling holiday.Accomodations, hospitality,location all excellent.

We will be back again, many times I'm sure, it was amazing and so much fun, we laughed with our new friends and loved this beautiful seaside resort location ( the beach was an unexpected delight too).

but more than that loves a great location, food and wonderful people.

The last three days a father/son joined us and again we rode to absolutely stunning locations.

Our stay in Corvara was marvellous and the location was spectacular.

The hotel in a very good location just a little away from the main drag.

We biked to beautiful locations every day, it was the best.

Everything about our trip to the Belvedere was absolutely amazing - the location, the rides, the food,

When not riding, we were able to walk the beach, walk to a fantastic out door shopping mall and other boutique shops up and down the surrounding streets.

A large Shopping Mall is a short walk down the sidewalk.

The location of the hotel is also great, being one block from the beach and a few blocks from a shopping mall, and within walking distance of the train station.

Marina has created a recipe that delivers an amazing experience.

The force behind it all is  Marina who is always  smiling and working hard to make sure that everything is done at the highest level.

Have to say a special word about Marina the owner who is the most caring, attentive, always around owner.

So grateful for another sensational week with Marina and her incredible team.

We have not stopped talking about our experience at your hotel and how amazing it was.

Marina treats us like family and Julia makes sure your stay meets expectations.

but Marina and her staff at the hotel Belvedere always make our dream of a fun and relaxing vacation come true.

On our last day we had the pleasure of riding with Marina's son (Filippo) - his attention to our safety was incredible.

Marina and her team did an exceptional job to welcome us,  makes us feel at home, with amazing food and amenities.

Marina and her team ensured we had an amazing week with extensive gourmet food selections, clean and comfortable accommodation, sparkling pool and spa for post ride relaxation and our cycling tour guides took as on some spectacular rides and gave us some history of the area.

Thank you to Marina and all her staff for a fantastic holiday from the moment of my arrival to the sad point I had to leave.

All of the guests at the hotel are treated like family by Marina and the rest of the staff.

A small suggestion would be to have another bike mechanic on hand to help out during the bike pick up and drop off as the process seemed to take longer than it needed to with the poor guy working all alone.

though some of the road surfaces are poor this is not a major factor.

However, those in the lower levels are subject to traffic and poor pavement close to Riccione.

I have absolutely nothing poor to say about the experience.

though it takes 5-10 km to really get out of town on each ride, and some of the roads are busy and in poor condition.

I believe that one should always take responsibility for oneself or suffer the consequences for poor choices.

Room very small, no storage space,  breakfast buffet ~ cold scrambled eggs daily, bikers lunch ~ insufficient amount of food, poor quality wines served at dinner, table service poor ~ no silverware ~ short supply of coffee ~ cream.

Lots of hills, poor roads in town and busy, few bike paths, and NO sag wagon.

After staying at so many small rooms all over Europe we found a gem on the beach with a bigger room and bath.

The only very minor point to consider are the rooms are quite small, with limited storage,

The hotel itself has been nicely redone, rooms small

The accommodations are lovely - rooms are small

The negatives would be:

Very small rooms.

The room we were given was a little small, so we upgraded to a suite, which was super.

to land in your room which is small, old-fashioned, and not very luxurious.

Marina and her staff  continue to innovate and strive to give their guests the best possible holiday.

You are treated like family by staff that works together like family.

but also for the incredible welcome and attention to detail of all the staff.

Such a warm welcome upon arrival (yes, we were greeted by name!).

The hotel staff are without exception friendly and always helpful.

Although I traveled alone I made many friends with other very friendly staff and guests 
I will certainly return and highly recommend to my friends

I can’t say enough good things about all the staff.

Your staff is phenomenal - feels more like family than staff.

Our guides were professional, fun, and caring.

Marina (hotel owner) has created an amazing culture that attracts the most client service oriented staff that I have ever had the pleasure of encountering.

I can confirm that everything claimed on their website is true.

Although we'd been hoping for longer rides having seen the range of daily tours on the website and were slightly disappointed to find only 2 available most of the week in the heat (30-35+°C throughout) we would have struggled with significantly longer rides.

She found the Hotel Belvedere and I noted the high ratings on the social media websites.

Everything that you read and see on their website is true.

For us it is back to work and school and checking out the Belvedere website when we need a look at our favourite and only summer destination.

it suffices to say that everything they claim on their website is true.

Our trip to the Belvedere Hotel in Rimini, Italy was all the website said it would be and more!

We can say that we have finally found a hotel in Italy which perfectly corresponds to the presentation and description on the website.

Excellent rooms, super convenient position Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa is a walking distance, very friendly and helpful staff.

Near the Burj Khalifa and  the Mall, it’s very easy to go there !

although, be aware that there is a lot of construction in the local area currently so this can be fairly loud when relaxing by the pool.

The sound of the generator of a nearby construction was annoying at night, so we asked the for a relocation to a higher floor, and staff was kind enough to accomodate our request.

Watch out, they are building a project just next to the hotel, so if you want to rest by the pool, it will be on a construction site.

Unfortunately, the view was not on no-good side (I could only see the building under construction).

but there is construction on the other building so I ask the Reception if I can change my room and they transferred me at 4th floor with Burj Khalifa view for FREE!!!

I didn't sleep well because of the construction outside.

The WiFi is fast enough to watch a movie

We got a room on the opposite side of the construction

Mind you, there was lots of construction along the way.

but blighted by construction works 24 hrs a day.

however there were many constructions around which I could easily heard at night, the staff was not as good as described in other reviews, I felt the check-in a little rushy and many details lost.

There are a few construction sites around the hotel.

although there was near construction we couldnt here any thing from the outside

but is a bit noisy from nearby road traffic and a construction site right next door.

In walking distance of the Dubai mall had to cross a big construction site to get there, the pool view is also overlooking construction (but that is Dubai downtown).

The location is super, walking distance for Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and the amazing fountains.

It had a very good view of the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

I will be staying here again when I visit Dubai.

The location is very convenient for Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa  and DIFC.

We decided to extend our holiday to Dubai an extra 3 nights so we booked here to stay before we checked in to Atlantis & boy are we glad we did!

This hotel locate close to Dubai mall & Burj Khalifa.

It was fun and modern, clean, great location across from the Dubai Mall, 24 hour store for snacks, great internet.

Everything is new and it's a 5 min walk to the Dubai Mall which is great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Lali who was always there with his big smile and giving us suggestions on shopping, transportation, etc.

Keenan in particular was so friendly and took care of us very well.

And it was friendly staffs and room was clean and fasionable.

Staff is very friendly and seem like they enjoy their jobs, well trained and know what they are doing.

Staff were all friendly and helpful and we loved the 24hr shop and free tickets we received for the Reel Cinema in the hotel. The outside pool area is amazing and the perfect place to relax in the sun (which it gets all day!)

We loved the relaxed cool atmosphere of the hotel.

This hotel is ideal for those looking to be based near dubai mall.

The location is just 5minutos to dubai mall and 12 minutes walking to metro - red station.

The housekeeping was excellent in providing us things we needed such as as  extra kettle (as we needed to keep boiling water for the baby bottles) and the manager Eliah was fantastic, he remembered our names and always made an effort to check that we were getting on ok. Taxis are always available outside the hotel and it’s only a short walk to the mall.

The hotel was just ideal for our purpose, 
walking distance of Dubai Mall, all the personnel and especially Hossam from the reception was great!

Would recommend this location to everyone, great walkable distance to the Dubai mall and a short 15 minute distance to the marina.

I have had friends stay at rove marina and they had similar experiences.

but not least,  I had the privilege to visit other branches of the Rove Hotels in Dubai (La Mer Beach, Trade Center, Marina and Deira CC) and the level of consistency is astonishing.

Most nearby attractions such as Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Miracle Gardens, Deira/Old City, Dubai Frame, Dubai Marina, and Sharjah are equidistant and easily accessed in under 20 minutes by Uber/taxi.

We already had a very nice stay at Rove Marina last year and it was a great stay.

Location was great, close to downtown and about 15-20 minutes from Old Town and Marina (opposite ways), The air conditioning was more than ample, the wifi worked great, and it was really convenient having a store in the lobby to purchase bottled water, snacks, coffee, etc.

I also stayed at Rove Dubai Marina and the Rove Downtown is by far a better location.

We stayed at the Rove marina last time and liked it enough to try the Rove Downtown.

Shuttles to beach, Marina walk, Mall and museum.

We enjoyed visits to Bhurj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, Dubai Museum, Dubai Creek, Aquaventure, Mall of the Emirates, Jumeirah Mosque, Dubai Marina, Mall of the Emirates, Le Mar Beach and Burj Al Arab.

Situated in a convenient position for access to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall, plus a reasonable taxi ride from JBR and Dubai Marina, it’s a perfect place to explore Dubai.

I am going back to Rove, Dubai Marina in December and looking forward to it

This is the second visit by me and my friends :) the first one was in Rove Dubai Marina.

We love Rove Hotels and we stayed in all the properties from Rove Downtown to Rove Deira City Centre, Rove Trade Centre, Rove Healthcare City and Rove Marina.

you can also buy a dayticket for the subway, which is not more then 15 dhs i believe, and visit the Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Marina or go to The Palm.

Taxi fares are around 50 dirhams to the airport and 40 dirhams to the Palm and Marina.

Alternative: during our holiday we also visited JA Ocean View: at the beach, the Marina, The Walk.

The rooms are small and basic (unlike a lot of the big posh hotels)

but the room was a bit small and had a strange elevator.

Yet, rooms are small, too plain and you need to pay for everything you ask for.

but instead we stayed 3 and pushed back our flight back home 

Room is a bit small for 2 but  as we were always out it wasn’t very a problem 

Beds and pillows are comfy.

The only minuses were 1) a very small room definitely not suited for three guests (two adults and a child) with nowhere to put all our stuff, and 2) the pool would benefit from having different water depths, which would be more convenient for kids. Oh, and also 3) Construction site right between the hotel and Dubai Mall -

although the rooms small it was perfect for the 3 nights we were there.

The rooms are a bit on the small side, and could use a few items such as iron and ironing board, and other hot beverage selections (different teas and hot chocolate perhaps).
