Breakfast and lunch deal was great value and staff ensured your glass was always filled in the evening.

Food on breakfast and dinner in both restaurants we have been eaten are top quality, at the pool side always had staff to make sure u r ok, or need anything.

Also to Angelica for looking after us at breakfast and dinner and engaging with the kids.

The hotel is spotless clean, the breakfast and dinner offering caters for everyone and there is always something new to try.

but really enjoyed the main buffet restaurant (Market place) for breakfast and dinner, so much choice,great quality.fresh pizzas and steaks cooked.you can pay only in market place £20 for unlimited drinks for 2 hours, 6pm-8pm .that’s reasonable considering most (alcoholic)drinks cost £12 each.

Breakfast and Dinner were included in package, The food range  was great and very varied.

The collective by market cafe excellent for buffet breakfast and lunch and in panini the coffee shop mr mangal and his team make you feel very hospitable and the sandwiches salads are my favorite.

It would be unfair if I did'nt mention the service we met with when we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

lovely 4 night break, room large and clean, buffet food very good and includes good selection of alcoholic beverages in half board deal.

The food was delicious and the room was large and exceptionally clean.

The lady in in room dining who took my breakfast order every morning started remembering my order half way into our stay and was always so friendly to us.

Since I am a Globalist, I had access to the club lounge, free breakfast buffet and free dinner buffet.

Rooms are well maintained and comfortable and the food selection at the breakfast and dinner buffet are fantastic.

Breakfast was amazing , full of delicious food , beverage , fruit and juice .

The Market Cafe offers nice varieties for breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, which we highly recommend you add to your room package.

The food in the market restaurant was plentiful and delicious and the jazz bar was great for after dinner drinks.

Everybody was helpful when we needed anyghing, in-room dining was delicious.

This is a beautiful hotel, with lovely facilities.

The indoor and outdoor pools were great as well as the gym and free spa rooms.

Our room was well above expectations, providing excellent facilities and splendid views over the Creek.

Generally I always feel so satisfied when I stay at the Grand Hyatt, the rooms are exceptional the facilities really at the very top level.

Grand Hyatt Dubai has 3 outdoor temperature controlled swimming pools; One of the largest leisure pools in the city, A children’s pool with water games and slides and a Shaded toddler’s pool.

The swimming pools were kept at the perfect temperature and the food and drinks included from 6-8pm were amazing especially the Indian food.

I would recommend anyone who visits Dubai should stay at this great hotel.my children and I enjoyed every treatment/ amenities offered at the facility.

The Hotel is perfectly located so no more than 20mins from Airport, all restaurants top quality service and child friendly.

Over the road is a big kids entertainment area with arcades,soft play,cinema and sports bar,you need to pay additional fees to use this.

The pools were perfect and the children loved it.

The pool area is huge and clean and half of it deep 2.0 meters, the childrens pool is good and big, and entertaining esp for the bigger kids 🤪.

Would highly recommend Especially if staying with young children.

The in room dining was an experience also, our little boy is still reeling from it.The cocktails served at the pool are superb, and the pool service is still amazing, the vibe is vibrant and upbeat and although a bit from jbr, this is where you'll get some of the best service anyway..we tried a couple of restaurants

Once i was released from quarantine and had a free day before my flight, I was able to go down to their wonderful pool area - which is awesome for families since it's huge and has pool depths anywhere from 1 foot to 7+feet as well as a fun kids pool and slide.

Great pool (and for kids) , Sauna and Spa centre.

All staff do their utmost to give guests, also children, a good experience, which we really appreciate.

Food here has been outstanding and my two teen sons have loved this aspect.

My son really enjoyed the pool and their food.

A great stay with family especially with children.

My husband, adult daughter and myself booked a club family room for a six night break.

Wonderful food that varied from day to day, nice pool area, even for small children.

The food was very good at The Market place and the staff went the extra mile to make our stay very special giving us excellent service.

Rajeev was really good too in the Market bar during breakfast too.

The Market Café: This is the buffet restaurant where we had breakfast every morning.

Big shout out to the staff in the Market Cafe who looked after us very well.

We ate in the Market place twice as it was included in  our hotel deal and we were astounded by the quality and choice of menu.

If you have chance to have breakfast at market.

The highlight of this property would be the breakfast and dinner buffets served at the Market cafe.

Shame such a big hotel with poor aftercare, once they had your business do not want to respond/refund.

We always book Clubroom so extremely disappointed that the alternative was so poor and a rip off.

I have never had to endure this level of poor service at any hotel, let alone one that has 5 stars.

Its such a shame that the venue is let down by poor service, we ventured down to the pool on the first day after checking in and made use of the pool services and ordered food and drink  and were waiting 40 minutes for the poolside drinks and food to arrive and when they did they forgot some of the order.

Their customer service is so poor that we will never stay here again.

Having stayed here for a continuous 22 nights, I can tell you that the food was boring and bland, the cleanliness poor and the management scarily absent.

Nothing special, expensive and poor food menu,totally disappointing!

but the service was poor to a point that we had to keep asking and calling house keeping to keep up to normal amenities provided

the only place where you feel that they need more training is at the pool (service is poor)!

Check in was poor, no offer of a drink or to sit down, felt like we were processed, room then didn’t have sufficient beds in it, as we are club half board you are restricted to one restaurant that you can only enter into between 6 and .8pm.

Turn down service only if asked, room view not ideal, poor attention from staff at lobby and half board information not clear from neither the lobby staff or the grand club lounge.

Negatives: 

Language- We found that the staff to have very poor standard of English.

The quality of the food in 2 of the restaurants is of poor standard and variety and luke warm, the chicken was under cooked and pink, you have to que and the set up is something i have never experienced before you are treated like cattle pushed about and crammed in just to try and get a meal.

We are food fussy and mega foodies in our family

So attentive everywhere, from the pool,  Bikesh will look after you to Andiamo Restaurant where Himanshu will be the best host.

but they have extended it to juice or soft drinks but NO food.

It’s our 3rd time in this hotel, every time is wonderful stay, the staff are amazing especially at the restaurant Rabii, Julie, Lissa, Pratap, Cristy at the lobby and Jackie at reception, we had a brilliant time me and my husband , ones again Thank you 😊

The Fb managers of the hotel the two gentlemen both by the name  mr Fredrick take good care of the guests and if one likes Lebanese food Awatar is one of the best Lebanese food for me in town .

Cooz bar was the highlight of the stay (surprisingly closed on mondays), great atmosphere, superb cocktails and excellent in house singer.

Really good hotel, service minded staff, fantastic pool area, good variety at breakfast, nice restaurants and fabulous rooms.

The valet parking to front desk to the quality and tidiness of the rooms; was immaculate.

Came to Dubai for 4 days as a quick stop on way to Thailand for my mum 60th birthday present, the hotrl in his self is amazing, high quality of rooms, decorations.

Housekeeping do a great job, the rooms are always cleaned to a high standard so thank you to those members of staff too, you all made us feel welcome and a valued guest.

Rooms are huge and the service is impeccable.

Staff is always nice, rooms are always clean as expected.

Fantastic stay staff could not do enough for you.Food was excellent and room superb.We arrived at 8.30am and were allowed to check in at no extra cost.Our trip was postponed 2 years running due to covid and the hotel were really good allowing us to delay our trip.

The rooms are very spacious and the beds so comfy.

I have stayed her for around 10 years on and off mainly prior Covid and I loved everything about our stays in club rooms with the benefit of club floor perks which to be fair are expensive

We had a twin room on the 7th floor which was generously proportioned and very comfortable.

The rooms were clean, spacious, bathrooms fantastic.

When they found out it was our honeymoon they decorated our room with roses and decorations and cake. Wonderful.

The reception team under mr Siddhart rooms director miss Dana mr sherif very hospitable during our stay .

Arrived early this morning around 10.30 checking was quick and gave us our room straight away so impressed.

Almost everything is a short  taxi or uber ride away and the Metro station and Wafi mall with a Carrefours are a nice walk as long as its not too hot.

Grand Hyatt Dubai will always be my most preferred hotel in Dubai because the hotel is strategically & centrally located within the vicinity of the airport, Wafi Mall, CBD and DMC.

This hotel is suited to people who want a relaxing time as there is nothing in walking distance apart from Wafi Mall roughly 20 minutes’ walk.

The location of the hotel is perfect, it is right next to a mall ( Wafi Mall ) in case of need ( water, hygiene products. ).

Lastly, it's close to everything and connected to the Wafi Mall which in turn have their share of amazing restaurants.

Sofitel is opening an amazing new hotel at the Wafi mall, just saying.

The Wafi Mall is a 5 minute walk away and is a lovely quiet mall with lots of nice shops and restaurants.

The Wafi Mall is a few minutes walk from the Hotel.

the pool area is also large and even has a jogging track at one end.the hotel is near the airport and also near to the shopping malls in a taxi,there is also the wafi mall within 10 minutes walking distance.inside the hotel are quite a few restaurants,the most popular is the main one , the collective ,which does the most amazing breakfast,with so much choice even the fussy eaters are catered for.

but taxis are cheap and reliable and the Metro station is just a short walk away (as is the Wafi Mall for essentials, restaurants, shopping and indoor crazy golf)!

All charges around the hotel incude tax/service charge at check in we were quoted and at check out learn it was before tax/charge .

I visited Dubai during the off peak season for work and was put up into Grand Hyatt very close to Airport and located next to Wafi mall as well as Metro station.

Creek Park is across the road from here, while Wafi Mall is a short walk away.

Wafi mall and the metro station is just walking distance.

Location of the Hotel was great for our needs, its central to Dubai Mall, the Airport and WAFI mall.

We just spent 5 nights at the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel in a club room.

We had a club room, which was plenty big enough for us all,

Highly recommend getting a club room, high light of the trip with such friendly staff.

We are a family with two children under 12 and stayed in a club suite.

I cannot recommend enough upgrading to a club room so that you experience the joy that Mary Ann, David and the club lounge team will add to your holiday.

We stayed in a club room with 1 extra large king bed/1 sofa bed and 1 roll away.

Upgraded our room into a club room, with very minimal amount added.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a club room so we could take advantage of the club benefits. Wow!!!

As a club member, we also got a discount on the restaurants, free shuttle bus, free entry to Wild Wadi and 3 clothes pressing during the stay.

He gave us a complimentary upgrade to a club room and we were so pleased to be able to catch up on some sleep.

We spent some afternoons and early evenings at the club lounge which was part of our deal with booking a club room.

For the beach you need to pay aed75 pp unless you have booked a club room.

We had booked a Club room & this was great value as it included breakfast, afternoon tea & drinks/nibbles in the evening.

We chose to pay for an extra night in order to get a guaranteed early checkin and late checkout and chose a Club premier room to get a large room with some complimentary food and drink at the Club Lounge.

Took a Club Room at the Jumeira Creekside for all four of us (based on cost grounds compared with having two rooms. Although kids (!)

Perfect location, close to airport and Irish Village.

Located close to the airport (I even walked to the hotel from the airport) and had plenty of facilities, with sports centre and spa.

although hotel location is quite far from some touristic areas in Dubai (like Marina or other) it is close to the airport and literally couple of steps away from Irish Village (good destination for fun night out) so would definitely recommend to consider this hotel for stay in Dubai.

The hotel has 2 swimming pools with one being exclusively for adults.

Hands down, this hotel experience is the best I have ever experienced, the facility, staff’s and all the, facility as roof pool, large swimming pool downstairs, the gym, spa treatment and barbershop was great, the possibilities are incredible.

Booked the hotel for 4 nights through a colleague and what a surprise family room.Great room , beautiful room amenities, top class technology in the room, tasty amenities & top class facilities.

The service was top class, the facilities were amazing and it was all very affordable.

but it wasn't straightforward getting a taxi out front of the hotel, concierge had to call for one, which was a little unusual for a big luxury hotel of this type.

in the taxi cab and Judy went out of her way to make the necessary calls to find the specific cab and driver and have him return the item in time for our departure.

Even the kids noticed the horrible attitude from reception staff,even over the phone, rest of our 4 rooms double occupants were treated like lepers,room service spiralled downhill next, orders took forever, breakfast orders would come hours late and cold, after children were cranky and unpacifiable.

Room view isnt nice
Very slow room dine in service, even calls are not answered until calling more than 3 or 4 times.
