11/24/2021 - On checkin we realized that we booked the last room in the hotel and it was a smoking room which we do not usually like to stay in.

05/18/2021 - At the time of booking, I have requested type of room, floor and quite no smoking area.

12/09/2019 - We arrived late at night in the Hotel,the lady at reception handled fast our "check in" and gave us a room in the higher no smoking floors, I cannot actually recall the floor now.

03/08/2020 - The location of the hotel is quite far from a lot of things to do and see with a lot of construction work happening in the surrounding area so upon arrival, the first impression wasn't the best.
