It stunk, the customer service was awful, and the bathroom was falling apart.

Rooms were dark and cramped, without any amenities - ice machine out of service, iron broken, had to call for shampoo and soap - no hot water.

but the water pressure for the shower was the only problem!!

Bathroom was filthy as if it hadn't been cleaned before we arrived.

The only issues was the lack of hot water and didn’t have hand soap in the room when got it.

Room could be updated leaky shower head had a washcloth on top to keep from spraying phone reception poor in room.

Dated bathrooms in the guest rooms and thin sheets.

Bathroom dirty especially the hair in the shower.

We had a flooded carpet outside of our room with a fan running all night, and they were not willing to change our room until the second night when it was too late for us to change it.

they extended my checkout by 1 hour, so it could be used at either starbucks, the pyramid cafe, or the buffet in Excalibur (the only options for breakfast within walking distance) realized too late it had been infested with cockroaches when i turned on the bathroom light in the middle of the final night and three scattered on the counter (one was on my toothbrush).

I’ve never seen a hotel charge for refrigerator and then when delivered it doesn’t work properly and there is no rack inside to put your items.

No coffee, no body wash, no towel holder on shower door and check in was delayed.

the bathroom sink drain was absolutely disgusting, would back up with water, and stunk like sewage.

There were hairs in the shower, no shower gel in the container, hairs next to the toilet and dirty towel.

Toilet flooded, bathroom smelled like urine after they cleaned it!

Full trash cans, dirt towels all over, used bars of soap in the shower, dirty sink.

2 out of 4 elevators were out of order for our room section, digital keys didn't work, bathroom sink when turned on smelled like a sewer restraunts could not accommodate the crowds and knowing the crowds you have a dinner buffet could have helped alleviate some of that and overall way over priced

Bed wasn't made everyday, bathroom towels were never replaced.

Also, sharing soap dispensers is pretty gross, go back to individual packaged soaps and shampoos.

Luxor is the best casino in Las Vegas because it is a beautiful pyramid with beautiful architecture and it is connected to Mandalay Bay and Excalibur which provides multiple places to go with Luxor being at the center.

We stayed at this hotel as it was reasonably close to the Monorail to the convention centre

They also had a state of the art gaming center and a variety of shows, including a museum.

Stayed 4 nights and can’t grumble when it comes to the prices compared to the main centre strip.

but still easy to walk to Center strip and tons to see along the way.

The location is great if you want a little distance from from the center of the strip.

but did love the atmosphere and the staff was amazing only down fall is the distance it is from the center strip but as long as you are prepared for that this is a great place to stay

Conveniently located right on the strip with easy access to the nearby Mandalay shopping center and within a fifteen minutes walk to all major shows on the strip

We did walk to the T-Mobile center for some UFC fights while we was there so that was convenient!

Centra, the Center bar, was a huge hit with our group and honestly the best casino bar we’ve been to anywhere on the strip.

The staff was very friendly and it is in the center of the downtown.

Conveniently located just close enough to experience the fun of Vegas with out the wild party atmosphere at the center.

The location is center of the strip and within walking distance of ducks restaurant, MGM, and sooooo much more

We have stayed at the Bellagio, the New York and at the Venetian and while this was not located at the center of the "strip", it was a very good value and a very nice property.

They even had a hand washing station in the center of the casino!

The cost for uber or lyft to get to the main center of the strip (where the shops and popular casinos are) is about $8-12.

I thought the Luxor would be a good place to stay given the price and the fact that free tram service connects it to Excalibur which means a quick trip across the Strip and I could catch the Monorail from the MGM Grand to get to the Convention Centre.

Much offered here, restaurants, entertainment, rooms were spacious and kept reasonably clean.

The rooms were great, place was huge and clean.

Luxor is clean, hospitable and walking distance to Allegiant stadium; plenty of entertainment aside from gaming; meal offerings abundant; easy access to tram for Strip exploring; rewards offered are of varying tastes.

The room was clean and everything functioned as it should.

I always have a great stay in a 2 bedroom tower suite, clean, quiet and easy to access the other casinos.

but beds and pillows were very comfortable.

the resort is looking shabby and run down, carpets need cleaning, power wash the filthy parking elevators and walk way into the hotel.

Your elevators were turned off during the construction and no one notified your stafff so your staff could tell people that, the elevator was closed so we were stuck downstairs for a bit till we got help which was way later on.

elevators that don't work, dirty sheets and a broken bed, and employees who don't care and lack empathy.

Hot water took up to 10 minutes, bluetooth key on phone didn't work, elevators broke, internet worked intermittently.

The only bad thing we experienced was the elevators.

An hour wait in line for the one working elevator is ridiculous!

The same mess was on the carpeting in the halls and elevators several days in a row.

button for the elevator was hanging out of the wall by it's wires. Dangerous

Rooms are dated, halls are dirty, half elevators are broken (elevator wait time is 20 minutes), breakfast wait time is 30 minutes and it’s $30 per person (welcome to Vegas!).

The elevators are really dirty, slow and the emergency phone units are all bashed in.

Elevators are filthy , rooms , walls and restaurants too.

but multiple elevators are broken requiring you to walk long ways to go up/down.

We got stuck in the rundown inclination elevator, one of four was totally out of service.

Casino and Hotel is lacking entertainment the food choices are more fast food than restaurants it only offers a Mexican restaurant and the rooms can use a face lift my bathroom shower was leaking water on the floor.

Some rooms near the elevator can be a bit noisy.

The elevator cabs lobbies were terribly worn.

The elevators were a constant frustration.

but now…the room was dingy and dirty, our view was ruined by a giant Doritos ad on the window, the restaurants and stores are way overpriced ($5.79 for a 16 Oz bottle of Diet Pepsi $6.99 for a small bag of gummy bears-ridiculous!)

I spent $79 on my room and it wasn't worth $20.

I had extensive issues with the individuals in the neighboring room arguing about illegal activity and being loud to the point I had to request security come address the issue at 5am.

then during the construcition a sewage pipe line broke and filled up every room on my floor with this horrid smell and it was not resolve and i had to stay in a friend room

I had to request to change rooms because the first one I was given had a pungent chemical odor.

It was a problem with the room they were unable to rectify it.

was too exhausted for another room change so just paid a house-keeper to come change the bedding quick. 2 out of 5 mornings i was woken by power tools renovating at 08:30,  the room beside me the first morning (was given a $65 credit and told it could be used towards "anything except the foodcourt" so put a couple Carrot Top tickets on the room.)

The rooms were dirty the carpet was sticky.

Only two were working when we visited and we had to wait pretty long to board one to get to our room.

but need renovations in rooms as a rewards member gaming frequently I thought it would be more pleasing so that I would want to gamble more.

The carpet in the room area of the casino smelled old and moldy.

Rooms are not nice casino is very tight food was mediocre at best not a very good Las Vegas weekend would not recommend staff was great just disappointed in room and food and the gaming cocktail waitress must have been on strike as well

Rooms were dirty and very dusty, the drains don’t work very well and very outdated .

The so-so:

The rooms in the pyramid itself were just regular.

Room was very dated (early 90s feel), un patched holes in the wall, shower water was cold, some of the lights were burnt out, refrigerators were an extra charge (~$30/day).

The room was clean, beds and pillows comfiest ever!

Rooms are well maintained by the cleaning staff, clean rooms, staff was extremely helpful with questions and  kind as well.

Customer service was amazing and rooms were clean front desk was accessible pretty quick and friendly.

The room was clean and everything worked!

Other than that the rooms were clean, stuff was friendly, housekeeping was amazing and the overall experience was gr8!

the smell of the room and dirty bathroom, almost dying in the elevator, or water falling from the floor above into buckets.

Really nasty (I was on the green elevators).

Room was not what I asked for no view and smelled out of door I always stay here

I had to switch rooms because some room around me was smoking, the smoke alarm would keep on going, and my room stink of cigarette smoke.

“Non smoking rooms” yet you can’t even breathe in them because of how strong the smell is.

Luxor is old, smelly and just not functioning at a standard that is expected for the money being spent here.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and the check in and check out processes were seamless.

All staff we encountered was super friendly and very pleasant.

Employees make you feel welcome and do a great job of doing that very friendly staff.

Thankfully, one of their staff did let me know that I was already checked out and to just toss the room keys on the counter and make my flight.

The restaurant choices are good, I especially love Diablos and the entire staff that I interacted with are so nice and friendly.

The only nice person was the front desk agent who found me a room after I agreed to an upgrade at additional cost.

Front desk manager tried to make me happy saying he would meet me half way then didn’t meet me half week.

Great stay great value the staff was very friendly and helpful would recommend friends and family members to stay at luxor convenient to the strip had pretty good luck if I had one complaint it would be the buffet for brunch the breakfast side was not good at all for the price of the buffet.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Great family place to stay, Titanic exhibit was museum quality, very nice.

Casino was great and definitely recommend the Titanic exhibit.

but went to the Titanic exhibit which was very good.

We liked the atmosphere, the titanic exhibit was amazing.

I also love the Titanic exhibit, and the Bodies exhibit was also really interesting to see, both of which are right there.

The Titanic exhibit was absolutely amazing and authentic.

It is also conveniently located near the airport and attractions such as the wonderful Titanic exhibit, the interesting Bodies exhibit, and the fun Blue Man Group show.

What was good - food at the the Rice restuarant and the Titanic exhibit.

The Titanic exhibition in the hotel is excellent, there are various restaurants, shops and facilities that serve the hotel well.

It was a good location for the trade show that I went to.

I went to Vegas for a trade show and the room was nice, the customer service at the check in desk was great.

It's fine if you have a trade show like I did in Mandalay,

I stayed here for a trade show at Mandalay Bay and the two hotels connected.

Good value on the room as part of a trade show package.

I come to Vegas every year for a trade show, I stayed in the pyramid.

The Staff Service, the food, the gaming, and even the parking are WORLD CLASS.

The MSB cocktail in the lounge was out of this world good.

The Luxor is a world class hotel with great amenities and helpful and friendly staff.

Luxor is a reminder of the wave in the 1990s to breathe new and exciting life into Vegas, transforming it to more of a world-class tourist destination.

I have read that the Luxor has one of the largest hotel lobbies in the world, it is huge.

They're much better properties on the strip where they can appreciate our money and 'WE' as 'Asians" are the biggest gamblers in the WORLD!

The Stage Deli is perfect for quick snack, they serve a world class sandwich.

Buffet brunch had unlimited mimosas and so much food from around the world, excellent choice.

I had perhaps the best breakfast burrito ever at Pyramid Cafe and the bloody Mary was world class.

All gift shops are fantastic and the Buffet is out of this world!

The casino offers all the latest games, the dining is good, the hotel rooms are nice, and the entertainment is world class.

The theme was just out of this world breath taking as you first walk into the hotel.

away for a moment of relaxing, doing whatever you chose, a time to dance, read, swimming, golfing, dinning, conversation with others from around the world!

Also remember you can collect World Of Hyatt points here as it a MGM resort.

We stayed 8 nights here in a premium tower room which was recently refurbished.The room was tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed and large TV screen.A nice view of the side of the strip from the 14th floor where we would watch the world go by sipping shorts!

The buffet is has a very large array of various food from around the world.

The reason we chose to come to Las Vegas was because of the Luxor and it's fascinating Egyptian theme which allowed us to feel like we were in an ancient world.

This Beautiful Piece of art is one of my Favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve been all around the world, There truly something for everyone.

I expected a casino much like other Ontario casinos, I was so wrong……….

Way easier than going to the bridge and walking through the casino.

They are missing attention to details in the hotel like picking up glasses and bottles that are everywhere in the casino and just plain good housekeeping.

We got a voucher for $10 each for food at the hotel when we signed up for the casino rewards.

The casino, the coliseum, and the hotel take up a lot of real estate, so you have to walk a lot to get where you want to go.

We booked this hotel for a 1 night stay over the weekend  The hotel is directly connected to the casino for convenience.

The rooms are once again, a walk through the casino,

I got there several hours early valet, park the car my girlfriend showed up with valet parked her car we went did some visiting outside the casino.

Great parking options (Free parking in parking garage) Good options in food selection, nice to see it has a 24hr Tim Hortons in the Casino.

but you can’t take them from area to area or into the casino.

So, have to walk all they way back through the casino find a restaurant and eat.

They have a not-bad casino and that's it, otherwise I highly-recommend you don't throw your money in trash by coming here especially if you're looking solely for a hotel.

If you choose to not use valet, you can park across the street for free and drag your luggage across the walkway and about 1,000 yards through the casino floor to registration.

The casino is very clean and spacious with good slots, tables and restaurants.

The event facilities were excellent and a small quiet business centre was basic

The Hotel-Casino's two wonderful hotel towers, banquet facilities, theatre-arena offering A list entertainment and convention center.

They have a good fitness centre with an indoor pool and a spa.

Several four star restaurants are within the hotel along with a large, beautiful convention center with banquet meeting rooms.

Business Centre is easily accessible, great service for meetings.

Go to the bars, listen to music, Good food,  gambling, spa treatments, pool, jacuzzi, fitness center and more.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable., from the servers to security to rewards center.

Great shows and live entertainment at the center casino bar.

Love that Cosmo’s is at the center of it all as people outside the bar can enjoy the entertainment too.

There is a spa for massages, The fitness centre is very good and

When the gaming, eating and drinking are done, take a stroll along the Riverfront Park where the gardens are breathtaking and I love that huge Canadian flag, front and centre at the entrance!

Steve at Rewards Center was awesome and made sure I received my military service players card.

Pool and jacuzzi are very nice, the fitness center is perfect for a good workout.

We enjoyed the live band at the main bar in the center of the casino and enjoyed our dining experience as well.

The fitness center has excellent equipment and in like new condition.
