We are thankful Ms Nelia and Mr. Akbar of Ramada Downtown, Dubai for the hospitality and upgrading our room to Burj Khalifa view as we checked in on my wife birthday for celebration.

Stayed in the Ramada hotel - room was a great size and had a fantastic view of the Dubai fountains and burj Khalifa.

Our room was upgraded to one with a view of the Burj Khalifa fountain View which was great.

This hotel room provides the most amazing and panoramic view to the fountain and burj khalifa area.

Really nice Suites, had a room with the view of the Burj Khalifa, so we could see the fountain-show straight from the room.

He told us the road for Burj Khalifa and help is with bags and groceries as well

We were assigned the best room of the hotel thanks to his generosity, a beautiful view on the burj khalifa, mall and fountain with a very spacious room.

but as Raza saw that the children and I immediately offered us to move to a more comfortable double room with a view of Burj Khalifa, for which many thanks to him, the children are delighted!

The stay was good, great location, clean, above average style, cool welcoming at the reception and a very helpful person at all time named Mr. Mukhtar “doorman” … I would like to recommend this place .

Also our room was very clean and the room keeper Dev Dutt greeted us every day with a smile and asked if we needed anything and always checked we were stocked up on fresh towels and water.

The room was clean and stunning with excellent views of the fountains, which we watched from our balcony.

we got beautiful swans one night as a surprise 😍😍😍 cleanliness of the room was perfect by the way I expected less after my previous staying in a different hotel

I will advice all of you not to use this hotel as they don't clean the rooms properly and sometime they completely ignore the cleaning.

..So it is not the companys fault if they are having failed system!!

They check on our room end if we appear busy or have a do not disturb sign on they call very late in the day just to see if we need anything.

Rang reception and the woman is talking to me like she doesn't even know what is going on in her own work place,  just ridiculous.

My daughter split water on the bedding and we had to call housekeeping at midnight to change the duvet.

Slow to answer calls for housekeeping services and front office.

But you need 1 of the ramada staff to take you along the back to open the gate . The downside is you can’t go back  this way to the hotel as there’s no one to meet you on the other side to open the gate ( unless you call ramada reception and ask someone i guess?)

Our firs day cab journey couldn't be completed because the driver's credit card machine couldn't connect to the nearest cell tower, so Victor at the concierge offered his cash to pay for the tax - a lifesaver (Thank you!).

4 days later had a bunch of missed calls from the hotel and called back to speak with MARICRIS who had been calling and calling (and then persisted on calling my partner) claiming food had been consumed from the minibar.

We moved from another hotel and lost our phone.

The room still need upgrades, like a cordless phone , USB charger and international plugging system only at the bedside in the room , the living area and the washroom does not have an internationally Electrial plug .

Even after complain no one has even bothered to give a call.

but no alternatives and silution given to us by the hotel..even no assistance at all..we called, called, saying that they will call us back but no one called us..it was really a disaster day..

They made me feel that it was my fault bec i failed to answer their calls,i was at work the whole day
I was also ask to pay almost 4x of the price i booked and offered me discount

but not good enough reliability for my business and video calls so only stayed 2 days.

Phones not working at all, bathroom sink plug blocked.

It is a short walk to the Dubai Mall and subway system.

The hotel is in the downtown and just few minutes to the Dubai mall, the view is fountain and you can see the beautiful view every 30 minutes.

The Burj Khalid’s and the Dubai Mall are about 15 mins walk.

We had a wonderful time at Ramada, it's close to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall.

The Dubai mall was right behind the hotel with a massive pond and water boats.

My whole family had a wonderful stay at ramada, Mr Raza even went above and beyond to make sure every minute at the hotel was pleasantly memorable and even on request upgraded our room to the magnificant Fountain view of the iconic bhuj kahilfa.

How would I describe my stay, as I am a permanent resident there, starting from the frontdesk staff who greet you with enthusiasm and a wonderful welcome to the quick service, cleanliness and food, everything invites you to come again, a second, a third, a fourth.

Every thing was great: new hotel,  has all guest requirements, hotel style is modern very elegant , location is great cleanness, friendly staff, very cooperative reception staff , although it was very busy and fully accommodated

Fantastic views of Dubai, floor to ceiling windows, perfectly clean, lovely complimentary toiletries, everything we needed was catered for.

Room was also spotless and cleaned to a high standard.

The hotel was super clean with nice view of the future museum, the breakfast was delicious and they had various options.

The Voco hotel is my the best in Dubai .I was living in Nasima  tower…The prime location on Sheik Zaed Road,just 5 min to Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall…Especially love the gym,so professional and my personal boxing  training with Michael,the pool is nice not such a big

Located in 49th floor, it has very beautiful landscape and delicious dinner with nice wine.

Also, as a result of their mistakes, they agreed to allow the club lounge access for all the guests, even the deluxe room guests.

It was surely a mistake coming here tonight .

It is better to learn from your mistakes than to have arrogance due to your achievements.

At check-out I was charged for breakfast for one day, which was a mistake on Expedia's part in the transmission.

though there was a little bit of glitches here and there, I mean we are humans we make mistakes.

I was astonish, was the first time ever that a hotel apologize for a “mistake”.

The team in Celsius restaurant were the best and most friendliest team we've met.

Two shops nearby aswell as eateries such as KFC, McDonalds, Tim Hortons, Cold Stone all within walking distance.

Service from Bea at front desk and Yesser at the restaurant was excellent.

Also, the cotton candy after the food as complimentary was great.

Thanks to the special service from Anu Rai who offered us the best drinks and suggested a Shrimp and Chicken Breaded with delicious sauces!

Around the hotel there are numerous shops and restaurants.

The hotel have good restaurants, bar and club with amazing views as well a outstanding breakfast buffet with made to order daily specials.

The waiter danushka at lobby lounge is super amazing and very professional  he suggested for me the meal to take and it was the best have ever had .

Before I had even finished my sentence, the gentleman replied with “Ok sure, no worries” in a rather rude way.

I stayed more than 6 month in this hotel, no matter how bad service was I still continued until one morning early I got call from rude staff saying from tomorrow my room rate is going to be 80 times more what I was paying , I understand the hotel was having high rate for expo

Kudos to how she dealt with some extremely rude customers that were being argumentitive with her.

Worst place , they refer us to travel agency , who were harassing, rude,unprofessional & lies to us about everything, we paid 600.00 aed for     Cruise dinner at dhao , when we went there no table reserved for us ,informing the same to the management , we were promised for full refund which they refused later,never take there service as staff is rude ,harassing .

Hospitality in SPA was poor, Custoner service Handel was not to the level, Breakfast African lady was so rude and unprofessional with lack of take care.

This is blatant cheating and we felt put down to an extent that I hated sleeping or being in the room at all!!!

My doughter found the mattress in the extra bed much too hard to sleep in - instandly the room boy exchanged it into a better one.

I will never recommend this hotel and never come back

They have a club at the 50th floor and they put they put he music so loud, that you can’t sleep at the 43th floor.

3rd bed made the room impossible to move around, and the bed that we were given was disgraceful, so uncomfortable and my daughter who slept on it had severe back pains every morning due to how hard it was with spiral springs sticking out.And after staff brought third bed, we had to ask for sleepers, towels and cup for tea , for third person .

We had a water leakage in our room on the last day, so our shoes were soaked wet when we woke up.

but I don't think I will again, 3 days, st and 2nd day I couldn't sleep at all, Indian family were in the room next to me and they were so annoying and laud, walls are way too thin you can hear everything in the room next to you.

It’s very calm during night so a deep sleep is guaranteed.

In the second night our neighbors were very noise and we could not sleep from 3:00am to 4:30am, then I decided call in the reception, they called them and returned the call to us asking if they stopped with the noise and yes, they did.

The wardrobes smelled really stringly of urine, not very pleasant if you happen to be trying to sleep on that side of the bed.

(Not very safe either)

The room was ok, a little worse for wear with some stains on the sofa, carpet, bedding etc

The walls are paper thin, if you want to sleep through the night or sleep later in the morning pack earplugs.

They denied to take the money which offered, they said my blessing is enough for them.

deserves all my appreciation and respect with his wonderful treatment and enthusiasm.

There were fast food shops near by, and taxis readily available for the 5 minute drive to the Dubai Mall, as well as other activities.

also visited the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

The location was the hotel was great and convienient to get to most places including the Dubai mall.

They told us about the amazing Deira city centre, Al Satwa, metro travel as well as places to shop where you can find quality things such as souvenirs to bring back home such as Daiso (located in the Dubai mall) and also Day to Day shopping (located just outside the Deira station).

Located right hear the Dubai mall and the metro station is very close.

Affordable and very local to the Dubai mall.

The hotel is also fairly centrally located right near the train stop and only two stops to the Dubai Mall.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone it’s location is very convenient and close to most places such as the Dubai mall the Burj Khalifa.

Along this road are plenty of fast food places such as kfc,Macdonalds,Nandos etc if you want something better the Dubai Mall is a short taxi ride where you will find great restuarants, the Burj Khalifa, and a fountain show.

Good position to go per Taxi or Metro to the dubai mall or the burj Khalifa.

The rooms were large and comfortable:  a big "tell" for me on a good vs bad hotel room is the shower and this shower was amazing!

I decided to have a rest day away from work pressure, So I went to Park Hyatt , from the entrance you will feel the positive vibes and the welcoming atmosphere from all the stuff there.

But what set’s this hotel apart is the attention to detail from the checking in experience to the ridiculously good food, to the filtered rain shower and the amount of staff who referred to my family by name.
