but that is what you expect from a All Inclusive holiday.

The food was very cold I know all inclusive are cooler

but it is to be expected in a 3 star all inclusive hotel.

The food was typical all inclusive, and what you would expect from a 3 star hotel.

The food at this all inclusive hotel was pretty good with always something that most people would eat pretty fresh.

This was a really great experience for myself, daughter and two grandchildren ( ages 8 and 10)
The hotel was very clean and the all inclusive slush and ice creams went down well.

We went all Inclusive so Breakafast Lunch and Dinner were included.

This would have been easier if someone directed you to tables as we’ve had in previous all inclusive restaurants.

Don’t book all inclusive if you don’t want to see some of the same foods.

but a bit of everything for everyone as expected for all inclusive.

This is a large and busy "Fully inclusive" *** hotel and we were expecting a very basic experience.

Food was typical of an all inclusive, gluten free options are plentiful.

Like many people on here was worried about the mixed reviews, me and the family wanted an easy family holiday, having a 2 year old we needed easy facilities and all inclusive.

This was our first all inclusive holiday as a family.

The food is everything you’d expect from an average all inclusive again nothing luxurious because you aren’t paying luxurious prices, I’m a picky eater and there’s always something I liked.

We had a fabulous little break at this hotel, it’s a budget all inclusive and it’s done really well.

Hotel is nice, clean, as it is all inclusive you get a plastic cup for drinks, that staff on bar always washes to give you new one.

There was reports of a sickness bug going around in some reviews.

We visited this hotel from the 21st August for 10 nights and I must admit after reading a lot of negative reviews on sickness bugs and the apparent lack of cleanliness we were very anxious about coming here.

I packed dettol and a collapsible bucket at the thought of one or more of us catching the ‘sickness bug’.

Whether or not the sickness bug issues are a product of a poor all inclusive service or airborne you'll never prove unless you see a doctor, the fact remains that despite it clearly happening there was absolutely no contingencies in place to prevent it.

My husband and I luckily avoided the bug and when we have looked at how we were different we can only surmise that it is pool water or slush machines as the kids both only ate plain foods like chips and pasta.

Now onto the negatives 
- 7/15 of our party had stomach bugs during our stay and you could hear conversations of guests everywhere saying the same thing, this is probably down to 2 things, god awful food and the weird cup system they’ve got going on
- dining is a nightmare.

The sickness bug going about I’m sure was from the pool and not food related.

4/5 of my family caught a really nasty stomach bug which left us bed bound for 2 days - my daughter was sick in her bed and we were left for an hour and a half before anybody come to clean - we repeatedly asked for cleaning products so we could clean up after them to stop the risk of other members of our family catching it

Our family of 3 had a sicknesses bug, hope its the virus not from food.

The most disappointing part was us all getting poorly, all 4 of us had stomach bugs that kept us in our rooms for 2 days of the holiday.

Sickness bug in the hotel and the hotel have done nothing to support people in containing the bug.

We met a family at the pool who warned us of a sickness bug on our first day as the cups used for all inclusive drinks are only rinsed out and not washed properly before drink refills, we thought we would be ok

I initially put my daughters down to the heat and thought maybe more brother picked up a bug.

My partner and I spent 3 days in the room due to a tummy bug.

We were a bit apprehensive after reading reviews online about sickness bugs

But it is a great all inclusive three star family hotel and a think some people forget that it's three star not the burj Khalifa it's great for the price and the splash pool is great for kids

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpfull, the pool areas were great and entertainment was on point.

Honest review and I have stayed in a lot of 3*Hotels the hotel is clean staff are friendly and pools are great the area is very quiet nothing around the hotel so if you like it more lively this area won't be for you, small beach 15 mins away near the small town free minibus from hotel

staff are brilliant and place is very clean.

The hotel room was nice and clean and cleaners was in daily to clean I think towels changed every other day.

I was apprehensive of this holiday after seeing mixed reviews and I have to agree with them, starting of with the positives the entire hotel is clean, Pools and poolside clean and able to get a sunbed, restaurant always tables free and dishes cleared away quickly, so I have to really praise them on that.

Room was spotless, & good view of the pool.

but really clean and been cleaned daily, air con worked great!

but clean, it was good emough for a weeks stay.

We headed to the room first, which in all fairness was clean and ok, a little dated

Always something to pick for all meals, always a clean table to sit and we didn’t go hungry at all.

But the maid was friendly enough and was happy to provide the clean towels when asked.

Cleaning staff kept everything very clean, we overlooked the deep pool and that was cleaned first thing every morning along with the surrounding area.

The pool area agasent to the hotel across the road it’s great especially for younger kids.. our room was clean and tidy and cleaned each day.

but was safe and clean and enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Rooms were spotlessly clean with clean towels every day.

The rooms are cleaned EVERY day and the cleaners ensure the hotel is spotless.

Kids club offers great activities and our little one enjoyed T-shirt painting and horse riding (beware these activities come at a cost which you’re not told about until you arrive at the activity the morning of) 

Other
If you stay here, you’ll realise that unfortunately the guests ruin the experience most of the time with too much drinking, arguments, rubbish thrown everywhere etc.

I stayed in the club as my 3 year old couldn’t be left and they were great.

Kids club was great, the entertainment team were fab with the kids, really engaging and my two girls loved them!

The daily kids club runs from 10.00 - 14.00 and there’s multiple activities, my children didn’t go as they’d rather play by the pool,

My son is 4 and was able to go to kids club which he loved and made new friends.

The kids club was brilliant i put my kids in twice, they went on a pony and made tshirts.

Kids absolutely loved it, kids club was good for them too (10am to 2pm everyday) missed some of the shows as they started at 10pm and we had 3&4 year old with us so they were tired & cranky.

Kids absolutely loved kids club and you can see the entertainment time love what they do.

but wanted to be somewhere lively with lots of bars n a couple of clubs .

Great place for families my 7 and 8 year olds loved it the kids club was wonderful and all the entertainment team were top notch the food was ok aswell you well always find something to eat only complaint really was you have to be round the pool by 8 to get a sunbed and the sun umbrellas need replacing other than that we all loved it

Kids club was good, lots for them to do and mini disco was enjoyed by my daughter every night at 8.30pm.

even though we didn't leave my little one in the kids club ,we did go and stayed for little bit , seeing all the kids staff playing,helping, basically having fun.

All stuff was so nice and friendly.Kids enjoyed the kids club and kids disco every night.

The hotel was very clean the staff were very good also the facilities are very good with the three pools and bars there are activities during the day and a kids club

There's a big gully at the back of the Canarios Park and no bridge across if there was you'd be about 5 minutes away from the Centre so you are slightly out of the way with the nearest Bars, Clubs and Restaurant around a Horse-Shoe shaped  Mile and a bit walk away (20ish minutes or so),
Good on a nice night.

Pray for good weather, otherwise “kids club” is being handed a set of pencils and a few sheets of A4 paper.

George Ivo  were great at getting people to play sports as well as Itzo my kids also loved going to the kids club with Maria Irene Monika and Francesco.

Out of 4 elevators, only 3 were working and it was always crowded.

The lifts at the front of the building made some rather concerning noises, we stuck to the back ones or the stairs after that experience.

On the last day we managed to get a late check out which was just a room next to the lift to shower and chill in which cost 20 euros and you have to ask first thing on the day of departure.

The lifts were also very small and slow and not fit for purpose for the size of the hotel.

The lifts used to be a nightmare as there was only two, and they broke on a regular basis,

The only down side of this lovely hotel are the lifts, just 2 to service 6 floors containing about 323 rooms.

Other (not a complaint, just to make people aware) - 
- two small lifts were constantly in use.

The only annoyance to us would be having only 2 lifts, we were on the 6th floor and with a toddler needed to use the lift so having to wait a while was the only annoying thing

but can understand when peak time the wait for the lifts would be a problem as with the free bus to the beach and back as it can only hold 8 people and it lane only hourly,, we found a way to the beach that is only 15 mins walk and to save waiting 2 hrs for a bus back we got a taxi back ( from rank) cost 5euros….

2 lifts for 6 floors meant it was virtually impossible to catch a lift without a Long wait.

The lifts are ridiculous we waited 45 minutes with a pushchair.

I also noticed this is not a wheelchair or disabled friendly hotel, and only 2 small lifts for a large hotel is not acceptable.

Has there where stairs everywhere the lifts arnt clever too.

We travelled with my 18month baby so we had to go in lift with the pram and the wait could be quite lengthy sometimes.

Only real negative from our experience was there’s only 2 lifts for the whole hotel which as you can image does require some waiting time.

The beds are very hard, the lifts are very slow.

All I ate for a week was pasta, pizza and chips even the jet 2 rep was taking photos of the un described food that was put out I get the "chefs" have an amount to spend per head

but not for couples if some quiet time is required for part of your holiday.

You can hear everything from the hallway and it's really disturbing, especially at night.

however unfortunately the hotel is very noisy and we could hear drunk neighbours, toilet flushes, showers and sewage flowing through pipes which ended up making our room smell 2 days in, we requested the room be cleaned and it was the same day which fortunately got rid of the smell.

There was a lot of noise at night/early hours of morning.

We managed to sleep ok except for being woken at 3-4am by our neighbour being violently sick which we could hear very clearly through the walls.

But.. food is awful, most staff are downright rude including the reception staff a d especially some of the bar staff, one of which (Tina) I witnessed shouting at guests multiple times.

however due to the air traffic control issues their holiday was unfortunately cancelled by jet2, so I ended up here alone with my young boy 🙈

The reception were lovely, very warm; welcoming and room was ready straight away upon arrival at around 11-11.30am.

The restaurant could get quite noisy at times,

but not much… you may enjoy it, but if you want a relaxing family holiday to enjoy time together - go with Tui or jet 2 and stay somewhere else - you pay for what you get with them.

The music in that area was super loud, to the point we couldn't hear each other ( check and it was between 85-90 decibels).

The sickness them seemed to ramp up and you would hear people talking about members of their family being stuck in the room unwell.

The restaurant can be noisy and isnt the place for a romantic night for two!

The pool areas are so dirty, they need a good jet wash (see pictures) the pools are murky and have a layer of dirt on them.

but they don’t tell you this when they’re shouting about them inviting everyone to go along.

I could  hear other people  vomiting as well so wasn't just us.

We could literally hear both our neighbours been sick in their rooms too.. that would be the main reason why we wouldn’t return amongst a few other things.

Had a kids pool with small slides and water jets etc.

but lovely, I’m a very fussy eater and there was always something for me to eat, the dining room was very noisy though and short of tables had to go back a little later.

The food is the leftovers from the prior meal.

was able to get a free mini bus down to the town and beach, food is good and plenty of drinks, 2 swimming pools,

but me and my family always found something to eat.

Always managed to find something to eat, good selection.

The food was so very greasy and all tasted similar.

My daughter & i lived off pasta for lunch AND dinner for the majority of our stay.

was aloe better than expected, food was okay

We didn’t find there to be too much around the hotel apart from a parade of gift shops and average restaurant bars near Cala Domingos beach.

I’ve been to many all inclusives, & always enjoyed the food, as norm, I’m not that fussy,

but that's just for us probably

Overally, great hotel for a 3* we couldn't expect more, food could be better but defo a lot of families were happy with their stay I could recommend especially for families with kids.

We started eating at the nearby Calles De Mallorca for some meals for a better choice.

but you could see they loved their jobs and there was always something going on for the little ones and for the adults as well to be honest

but they put on entertainment  for the children every day and night , me and my partner got a taxi to the beach/the town for 5€ there is a free bus to take you to the beach there was cleaners about for 5am cleaning and always someone checking pool honestly a great hotel me and my partner couldn’t fault it at all to the point we have booked to go back next year :)

ignore the negative posts as it is a great budget hotel for family's that's what's it's set up for entertainment staff are fab and kids loved it.

Next entertainment evening entertainment is alright, no complains, live animal shows etc and the two male entertainers with the beards were amazing.

The rest of the kids club staff were great and interactive with different activities everyday.

Entertainment area, I could not stand, as you get eaten alive, so I would watch from balcony.

Kids activities very good, entertainment was good,got everyone involved.

The balcony was quite spacious and had a beautiful view too 

The pools are great , especially the little kids area with the slides and fountains and we didn’t struggle to get sun beds however , umbrellas do go very quickly 

The entertainment staff were great , we didn’t take part in any activities as a group of 5 we just entertained ourselves

The entertainment in the evening wasn’t really to our taste, classic Butlins style,

Different and funny entertainment, responsible and shine personal.

On the positive the pools were great and some of the entertainment staff appeared to be lovely.

We met 2 lovely little families who were really friendly and welcoming and made me feel a little more sane after no real Adult interaction 🤣 I’m grateful to them for kindly inviting me to their table at the entertainment and keeping me company until they left x it’s hard travelling alone with young children, so some kindness from strangers went a long way!!

The entertainment staff went above and beyond!

There was a show on each night with the normal kids bit first.. we had a great holiday there and would be happy to go again.

but the hotel provides a free bus into the centre/beach all day everyday.. or reception will ring a taxi for you which was only €5.

Stayed in a brand new room just left of the reception!

As good parts, the staff at the reception was very kind, I asked for a charger and it was offered to me, which I appreciated very much, and at the restaurant the staff who took care of the dirty plates were hardworking.

The front desk are very friendly , the bar staff very friendly.

We know this because of the lovely guy ‘David’ next door that would be shouting all night.

miguel the receptionist was the most helpful such a nice man truly added to our experience.

They were always more than helpful to me, telling me, nothing no problem,

The Room was a suite on the second floor 276 and looked out from the huge balcony straight at the Burj al arab and Burj Khalifa just wow!

although we only had a partial sea view it was lovely to sit on the balcony with a view of the Burj Kalifa.

We stayed for 6 nights in a King Deluxe Skyline View room with a great view of the city including the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa.

The room was massive with a balcony overlooking the sea & views of Burj Al Arab in the distance.

We did the little boat trip from the beach round The Burj Al Arab - 500 Dirhams for 30 mins - boat takes 5 people.

Beautiful location, you can choose the burj el arab & burj halifa view or the pool & beach view.

I’d definitely recommend a pool facing room as opposed to a room facing the Burj Al Arab and Downtown.

Great views of burj Al Arab & the world as well, good instruction and direction from staff.

We had a chance to have photos taken by Figo which we did by the Burj Al Arab and also by The Atlantis so we have some nice memories to take home.

Overall the hotel suited our needs, as it was well situated on the Palm with both views of the Dubai skyline, one side and the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa to the other as our Suite was situated on the corner of the building room 201.

Our room over looked the Burj Al Arab, so had the best of both worlds as the beach side we had the Atlantis!

We would like to thank Udaya for taking the time to take us to the burj khalifa and explaining sights on the way.

Our room faced the Burj Al Arab and was spotless and a great size.

The room was lovely and had a great view of the Burj al Arab and when it was clear you could also see downtown.

It was spacious, very clean, massive super king bed with expansive ocean views towards the Burj.

The rooms - very spacious, we were lucky enough to have a room overlooking the Burj and downtown Dubai in the distance and was very clean and felt very safe from a covid perspective.

The guys were so helpful & willing taking pictures of us in front of iconic sights, allowed us to jump off the boat and have a swim in the sea in front of the Burj Al Arab, they redirected the boat so we could watch a sea plane and abseilers land which was brilliant to see.

The room was clean and bright with a beautiful view to the Burj Al Arab.

Rooms are of the highest standard with views either of Burj al Arab or the Palm.

The service is impeccable, the rooms are timeless and beautiful and the pool/beach area are so picturesque.

He went above and beyond to make sure our room was clean all the time and made sure we had everything we need.

So, to me these prices are just not justified, so I will NEVER go to Dubai again, the place is nice and clean, and safe,

The hotel is immaculate credit to all cleaning staff.

GYM - the gym is clean and big and used it twice.

As first timers to Dubai we didn’t know what to expect; what we got was a fabulous hotel, impeccable service, a sumptuous Pearl King Club Room and the best quality food we have ever had.

The staff was friendly, restaurants were amazing, everything was clean, pool and beach were perfect, housekeeping was exceptional.

Firstly we would like to say a very big thank you to Sushil who keep our bedroom very clean, and for the towel people and animals he made a different one every day it was brilliant.

The hotel and its pool and beach area are beautiful and really clean!!

The rooms are very comfy and clean, as is the rest of the hotel.

The beach area was spotless & easily accessible from the main hotel, cold water,towels, sunbeds etc.

As you can imagine, the hotel is spotlessly clean.

Food was incredible, all delicious, everything was fresh and neat.

We stayed for 5 days, hotel was very clean, location is approx 30 mins from the city.

Many thanks to Sheela and her team at the Pearl Club Lounge.

We always stay in the Pearl club rooms/suites with our 2 kids and this provides access to the Pearl Club lounge - we love sitting on the balcony for breakfast, afternoon tea and the pre-dinner cocktails.

Staff in the pear club lounge were lovely too

Mercy and her team in the Pearl Club Lounge offered a very warm welcome each day and conducted themselves in a professional manner, providing a very personal service and always having time to stop for a chat and engaging with the guests.

If you can afford a Peal Club room, its well worth the upgrade which gives entry to the Club lounge, where you can take breakfast, afternoon tea and complimentary drinks/snacks every evening from 5-8 pm.

This room gave access to the Pearl Club Lounge, which we loved!!

The club lounge made the trip extra special with the best team led by Mark, Sagar and Mercy.

Food choices were good especially in the club lounge.
