The hotel is near the metro station and the big burjuman mall great acces to everywhere where green line and red line meets .The cheap restaurants nearby to eat thank you Ashok for helping and the other team housekeeping members were too good they cleaned the rooms everyday

It is not a good recommendation.. the receptionist is not friendly and accommodating..poor wifi and even the television is not working.

Very poor reception and unprofessional attitude.

Besides, the internet connection also very poor.

however just moved to another hotel post 2 nights as couldn't stay there due to extremely small size room and poor customer service.

Room was very small bed was  very small and uncomfortable .pillow was too hard to sleep on .I don’t know how they got four stars.

The room was very small I felt like I was in a box, I asked for a late check out as i checked in very late they said we can extend an hour max.

The room was small so I requested change in room with creek view.

but bogus if anyone see inside.too small loby and very small room and average bathroom.

Cons: Rooms are really small, no face cloths, have to request an iron and ironing board.

The rooms were tiny in comparison to others.

but the hotel rooms are very small, you could get better and bigger room opposite side regent palace in comparatively lesser price.

The smell in the lobby was reminiscent of putrid memories from back alleys in Mumbai.

We transferred to another room (R407) and the smell is like a newly sprayed deodorizer.

One of the Bed runners had a burnt mark, maybe from a cigarette since it was a small round.

Every hotel we visited, their lobby were so disgusting with smoking and funky smell.

We didn't notice until the next day. Disgusting!

Not to forget a very unpleasant smell in the room.

It was my first stay in this nice hotel, first of the location is the best just next to the mall and easy way to go by train as metro station is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel specially for the people who are attending the world trade centre exhibitions , rions were very well cleaned and the reception staff and others were very friendly.

World trade centre is just 10 minutes by metro.

Let check in, luggage was largely delayed, issues with card room multiple times, iron did not work, laundry burned one of my shirts, hairdresser services highly unprofessional, and a list of some other issues.

We were overcharged for our stay - the hotel took money twice for the room - when we brought it to the attention of the Receptionist they were rude, belligerent and aggressive, insisting it was our fault.

I explained i wanted to pay for my bill when i leave as we would be eating in Teatro restaurant most nights & wanted all my bills on one account , 
Its simple authorise my card & i’ll pay my bill when i check out, its not difficult,  they r not interested in u as a customer all they want is to swipe your card for full payment on arrival.. the staff have become extremely miserable & the service has gone way down hill.. Teatro is still our favourite restaurants the food is fantastic

although they have my credit card details, which means that even I left the hotel without paying, they can guarantee their amount by deduct from my credit card!! !👎🏼👎🏼

Expensivve, room are small, no day light, no accesible electrical outlet for charging and extremely expensive.

Was not made aware that we would need to pay extra money for beds after I was already charged much higher for a large room to fit my family of four.

Also, persons in charge of transportation for guests (getting taxi, hotel limo etc) are a bit too desperate when trying to sell you hotel limo instead of getting regular taxi - pushing you too much.

Perhaps balance between prices and offering could be improved.

Amount authorized on my credit card was slightly more than I was told.

The hotel showed no awarnes on sustainability and environmental issues except for the general towel card in the bathroom that no hotel housekeeping service follows anyway.

but he charged us AED 350 when we got there!

The upgrade to include breakfast, along with the Municipality Fee, Tourism Fee, Room Service Charge and VAT, added over £20 per day.

i liked this hotel until they stole money from me..they deducted money from my card and have since refused to reply me emails.be careful putting your card details and allowing then to deduct from your card.

Only thinf I did not like was that on my first night a man standing outside of the hotel was a cab driver and overcharged me by 30 durhams for a 5 minute taxi.

My reservation was online by my company and it was cancelled due to delayed arrival and lack of card authorisation.

We have been members of the Rotana loyalty system for years and find its benefits more than offset the annual cost of the card.

While we were flying to Dubai they canceled our reservation at the same day we arrived because they couldn't make a payment from my credit card, and they never sent an email previously asking about the cc.

Be careful when you pay by a credit card of your country when you booked the room.

Another problem the hotel takes a deposit from my credit card and until now 48 hours bo refund.

but they still charge us the room price for twin beds room.

I arrived to Dubai from Shanghai and I found in this hotel the perfect atmosphere to rest from my previous week in China and recover for the week ahead in the Emirates, peaceful atmosphere and close to the metro line from which you can visit easily reach other parts of Dubai.
