We were all inclusive and the food was great big salad bar lots of Spanish things like Fideua and Sobre Sada/Chorizo.

Myself and my fiancée have just returned from a week all inclusive holiday.

but plenty to choose from , we went all inclusive and i would recommend doing this to any1 going in the future.

Overall a small selection of spirits and cocktails were available all inclusive as well as soft drinks and slush.

As with all All Inclusive hotels there were good and not so great bits and I would say that’s personal preference.

Good options of all inclusive drinks (cocktails and vodka slush to keep you cool.

even though staying in an all inclusive hotel.

It seems like everything you do costs extra money which for all inclusive isn’t the best.

Food was OK, the usual all inclusive stuff.

If you’re a family with children looking for a clean, safe, friendly and good quality all-inclusive hotel with a range of entertainment, I highly recommend Globales Maioris.

They were allowed to stay and use all inclusive facilities, which was a real help to us.

Safe's are also available to hire, both not cheap when you have already paid to be all inclusive.

You have the bear in mind it is still all inclusive at the end of the day so it will never be phenomenal!

This is a lovely decent all inclusive hotel on a budget.

The food I have no complaints about, if you are used to doing all Inclusive holidays then there will be no issues.

Went all inclusive with my mum as a belated 40th birthday trip for me.

All-inclusive drinks were pretty good too - the one lager beer was perfectly nice, as were the wines and sangria on tap.

We stayed here in May 23 for 7 nights all inclusive.

Local busses operate outside the hotel, tickets easily purchased online and it’s quick to get to the water park, S’Arenal & Palma.

however; once they factor in pick ups/drop offs to other hotels in Palma & Arenal it was 1hr30!

One thing I will say is on the bus they will take you to the local beach playa de Palma or S’Arenal.

We used the free hotel bus to go into Arenal and Palma and the local bus just outside the hotel to go to the water park, all really easy to use.

Bus stop 2min walk that will take you to water park and onto Palma through S Arenal.

The hotel operates a free bus daily to Palma and Arenal if you want to escape for the day.

It’s close to Arenal and Palma with good links by courtesy bus from hotel and local service.

however, the hotel runs a free bus to and from Arenal and Palma on a daily basis if you fancy exploring.

but there’s a free bus each day to beach/Aquarium/Palma and you can book everything through the lovely reception staff.

but the hotel run a shuttle bus into Palma city on a Monday and a Thursday (you must book the day before).

I knew before we booked it, it was in a quiet area which didn’t bother us at all, we did catch the bus to Palma which was just stunning.

We got the quick bus in which was supposed to be 40 mins

Great for a visit to Palma or accessing the free shuttle bus to the beach.

There are free buses to beach and water parks .

We used the hotel bus to go to the beach,

and book onto free shuttle buses that transport hotel guests to and from a handful of locations and attractions.

There was a free bus to take you to palma or the aquarium

but we used the local bus service which was fine for us.

We did take the public bus into sarenal to visit the beach and that was worth it, the bus stop is literally outside the hotel and if you have google maps on your phone it will tell you which bus to get and what time its due - ideal for us with a small child.

however there is a free hotel bus that goes into Palma.

We were able to get on the hotels shuttle buses for every day that we tried.

There is a free shuttle bus to palma and to the beach I recommend them.

We also took the public bus to the nearest town and again had no issues.

The hotel have free busses should you want to visit surrounding areas or there is a public bus right outside the hotel.

Shuttles went to the main beaches (S’Arenal) and Palma Centre.

but there is a large Mercadona supermarket just 5 mins uphill for any essentials and a small shopping centre downhill from the hotel with various bars and restaurants.

The hotel was as described in the description not much to do outside the  hotel, apart from the supermarket and the small commercial centre close by,the free bus into Palma was a bonus and has to be booked in advance,staff and the entertainment team are very engaging and try to get everyone engaged without being pushey 
Evening entertainment was better than expected with professional entertainers and the animation team doing their tern as well.

we really enjoyed our stay here, there’s a bud that goes into palma if you fancy a day out, and there’s a small shopping centre 5 minutes walk away if you fancy some food out or some lovely cocktails!

The general area is very quiet with a small commercial centre and supermarket nearby.

A small shopping centre and many restaurants within a 10 walk from hotel.

Turn right and at the end of the road there is a little shopping centre with a few food shops and restaurants.

Walk right and ahead out of the hotel and you’ll come across a mini shopping centre, there is small shop there and a few different restaurants.

The hotel itself - a lovely, quieter hotel away from the hustle and bustle of town center.

A trip to the town centre must be enjoyed if you visit with a complimentary mini bus being offered from the hotel directly to the sandy shores of Arenal - a superb day out!

Cocktails - Only 4 cocktails included in All Inclusive.

Snack food was poor, hot dogs with no buns!

Whenever the toddler cried or did something ‘undesirable’ the mother would scream at the poor kid who otherwise got zero attention.

but doesn’t deserve the 4 stars, the rooms are great that’s definitely the good thing, but the food, the poor all inclusive, the entertainment doesn’t deserve 4 stars, also there is nothing to do outside of the hotel, so just an average hotel with 2,5 stars

The food was cold every night and had to be warmed in the microwave even if you went in as soon as the Restraunt  opened the food was also very repetitive there  were no hot drinks available in the Restraunt other than breakfast time and the soft drinks Pepsi / Pepsi max and 7up had run out more often than not.on our last night even the white wine ran out which is poor for an all inclusive.

why the staff didn’t know that as soon as I mentioned it seemed a bit poor and would have saved me getting annoyed about it.

Adults fighting, filthy rooms, lack of English language, poor food we lived off rice & salad and had to eat out and even go to the supermarket been an awful experience not enough letters to let me leave full review.

The pool area is excellent if a little small for the number of Guests  with lots of sunbeds and is clean

The entertainment team work really hard organising the usual variety of poolside games during the day but obviously have budget constraints as the evenings entertainment was poor and mainly consisted of them doing sketches or more games/quizes/karaoke.

The children’s game room is also quite poor, we won a prize on the ‘Stacker’ machine

but the hotel provides free buses to Arenal and Palma 
My only complaint is the local spirits because they are poor.

Some of the nighttime entertainment we saw was karaoke, kids disco, halloween show and they decorated the hotel for halloween and did a scary maze through the hotel one night.

Florence used the kids club a few times which was great.

The entertainment was really good, different each night, loved the magic show :).

The entertainment certainly wasn’t upto much though.

There are big pillars that make it difficult to find a seat to be able to see the stage.

There was a very good snack bar that was open all day, daily and evening entertainment

They did a fantastic job especially Borja who did the aqua dancing in the morning!

Entertainment was good and slides were good and customer service was fab

however the entertainment team were always friendly and would speak English, French and Spanish.

The kids disco 8:30pm then having to wait around till 10pm.

Evening entertainment was on too late and not very good - 10pm the entertainment started.

The animation team were loads of fun, the food was lovely.

All the entertainment was for the children and they are mostly French.

In the evenings the summer team (Brilliant team btw) put on different entertaining shows for adult and kids in the disco room.

Overall we all had a nice stay, staff were helpful when we had questions.

Staff were able to answer all our questions and were so helpful in helping us arrange days out.

Hotel clean and staff friendly,food was not to bad  ,breakfast and lunch was better ,evening meals were a bit the same, ok if you like everything in a sauce ,I did have some grilled chicken one night ,definitely aimed more at the French tourists, and they they seam to be looked after ,but we had a good time chilling in the sun ,Mark and Debbie Plymouth

The hotel was well situated and had no passing trade. .

Palma was good it has a huge cathedral, harbour and plenty of shops and coffee shops and places to sit outside and watch the world go by.

Food- The food was excellent, the kitchen staff work really hard and there is plenty of choice for kids and adults, all different dishes from around the world.

I have been on many all inclusive holidays across the world and the food at this hotel was the most terrible!

but the shows in which they did themselves, for example "Invention of Love" was the best entertainment I've ever seen, and I've travelled the world quite a bit and seen lots of different animation team but this one is definitely the best!!

Best thing about the holiday was our last day was that we went to Aqua world!

but we thought it was a fab hotel, we have stayed in a lot of 3/4 star all inclusive accommodation all over the world, this is by far the best in Europe that we have stayed in. Thank you we look forward to returning next year (we never return to a hotel we have stayed at before but the hotel Maoris is an exception)

The beds may not be the most comfortable thing in the world,

What I loved was the family activities which were brilliant fun and included Masterchef, World day and the fun Fiesta time.

Located across the street from both Amtrak and Metro, so easily accessible to many destinations.

Excellent location if arriving by Amtrak or metro.

Hotel is convenient to Washington Metro, Virginia Railway Express and Amtrak trains, and close to major highways.

It's located adjacent to the Metro and Amtrak stations an is within walking distance to Old Town restaurants/attractions.

As an added bonus, our upper level room provided a great view of the nearby mainline railroad tracks, with its continuous parade of Amtrak, VRE and CSX trains.

Can't beat the location - right across the street from the Metro and Amtrak station.

This is one block from Metro and Amtrak and on the Metro line for Airport, making it perfect for a base for doing business in D.C.

It’s also next to the metro and Amtrak station which makes it convenient to go to DC and the airport.

The hotel is directly across the street from Amtrak and the DC Metro red line.

This hotel was a great location for our family to tour around the Washington D.C.  We started our trip in Northern Virginia and took Amtrak into Alexandria.

Excellent location to travel into Old Town Alexandria via Amtrak and travel around Alexandria and surrounding areas by metro and trolley!

It is literally across the street from the King St Metro stop and the Alexandria Amtrak station, making travel exceptionally easy.

Great location, across the street from Amtrak and metro (my room viewed the train-- there was NO train noise!).

We arrived by train, walked to the Hilton from the Amtrak Station, and checked in to a clean, comfortable room.

Soon a freight train went speeding by as well as an Amtrak.

Great location near Amtrak, Metro and Old Town.

This property is located near the metro, so if you take the metro, you can walk there in a minute, literally.

It was also convenient to the metro stop and the free trolley.

Hotel location is near the free King Street Trolley which allowed access to multiple dining and shopping options.

So close to the Metro and train station so an easy trip into DC and a good walk to the riverfront (or take the free trolley as the hotel is between two stops.

Upon deciding where to stay while working in the area, Alexandria was our top choice. We were very pleased with the location, service, convenience of food, sites, and travel ( Metro is DIRECTLY across the sidewalk!!)

Recommend not getting a room facing the metro tracks.

Location was perfect for the bus route as well.

We walked to restaurants and bars, and rode the Metro train into DC and to the airport.

The train station is a stone's throw away and the metro, buses, and free trolley at your doorstep.

The location is great as it’s next to the metro and right by the trolley stop for King Street.

The location right next to the Metro station was very handy for very easy Reagan airport access - 7 minutes away.

The proximity to the metro station is very convenient.

The location adjacent to the King St metro station is extremely convenient if you’re going to rely on public transportation.

Located directly across from the King Street Metro station, it was fast and easy to get to from DCA.

This hotel is located in a great spot, literally a few steps to the King ST. metro station, and right on one of the more happening streets in old town Alexandria, giving you a lot of options for dining or shopping.

The room was bright and spacious and very clean with a view of the George Washington Masonic Temple and overlooking the King Street Metro station.

Great location that is a 5 minute walk to the train and metro stations.

Big plus, DC Metro station just outside front door.

When my late flight arrived, I just hopped on the METRO to the King Street Metro Station and walk across the street to the hotel.

I couldn’t give the hotel a great rating because our room was adjacent to Metro Station which meant noise and we were assured we would not receive this type of room and we did.

Alexandria old town trolley and King street metro station was just across the street.

Can't beat the location at the corner between Metro Station and fantastic King Street - breakfast was wonderful as well.

We chose this hotel for its convenient location to the King Street Metro station, which I will discuss further below.

The location was great, right on King Street at the west end of Old Town and right across the street from the transit center.

Trolley to the waterfront and art center is just outside the front door.

I came out to DC for a global conference located at the main conference center in downtown DC.

Located at 1767 King Street, in Alexandria's historic King Street neighborhood, it is a four-star hotel with a Starbucks in the lobby, the King Street Tavern for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a fitness center, a business center, gift shop, lounge and concierge.

I used the fitness center each day which had enough cardio to not have people waiting.

Family stay, hotel chosen in order to give easy access to the metro into centre of D.C.

Business or pleasure this hotel is in the center of it all.

The fitness center was clean and better equipped than any hotel I’ve stayed in in recent memory.

So easy to hop on Metro and be in the center of DC in no time or to the airport.

The fitness center was much better than most.

The room was nice and spacious, very quiet for sleeping, and the great fitness center, as well.

Hilton Old Town, Alexandria, VA  is located right across from the Transportation Center where you can find buses, the Metro, the free trolley, and Amtrak.

The Alexandria visitor's center provides excellent advice and maps for a walking tour.

All of the attractions in the Old Town area, center around King Street, between this hotel and the waterfront (about 1 mile) and easily walkable as well as safe and clean.

the metro took 20mins to get into the centre of Washington.

I have a client in DC across the street from the Verizon Center.

Fitness center provides all I need for my workout, and King Street is right outside the door for additional walking and shopping.

The King Street Trolley, which stops right in front at a small transportation center, travels down King Street passing shops and restaurants.

My chagrin was the lack of usb outlets (doesn’t matter what kind, there were none except the old back of the tv which I usually only do in Airbnb) and even the electric outlets- there were none close enough to the bed that you could charge your device while using it.

When asked if there was anything could be done about the service or the charge for the bed our request were dismissed my the front. 8.

Hilton overcharged me over $100 / night higher than the rate advertised on their direct booking website.

It was finished off with over charging, failing to provide an invoice (as promised)

There was no free coffee available and the server at the breakfast were confused and charged the full amount for the breakfast when the lower priced option was ordered
