I was also very convenient to have shuttle bus to different malls.

The Hotel is like 10 Minutes away from Jumeirah beach and from there you can easily take the metro to reach other destinations!

Here we learned about the free shuttle bus to the malls and beaches!

Shuttle bus to go to the centre was a plus .

Several free busses take you daily to the city, taxi's are cheap.

That, and being literally MILES from the nearest metro did it for me so I cancelled the rest of my stay and moved to the Sheraton over by the Mall of the Emirates.

The hotel was very busy with bus loads of Chinese tour groups and the noise levels at breakfast were unbelievable.

The shuttle bus service is a great addition, we used it every day, you can reach the JBR Beach and some other places easily with it.

but they have shuttle service will visit again

Shuttle bus timings are good to Dubai mall , mall Emirates and outlet mall.

Reachable also by public transport (city bus 34 from Internet City station). Recommend!

I also enjoyed free shuttle service to some the major Malls in the city (Mall of Emirates, Dubai City Mall, Ibn Batthuta). There are also services to other popular areas as well (Jumeirah Residence, Dubai Marina Mall, etc.)

Burj Khalifa is a 25 min/80 AED taxi ride away, Dubai city even further and the relatively nearby Jumeirah Beach or Dubai Marina Mall are a 15 min/40 AED taxi ride.

Overall i recommend anyone to stay in Ghaya Hotel which is very near to airport, expo and shopping malls.

The hotel is close to a shopping mall with large supermarket and there is a shop within the hotel for basic groceries .

We walk to the local shopping mall just behind hotel which had a few restaurants it took about 10 minutes.

Set some 20 minutes by car away from the Marina Mall or 35AED each way in a cab, this Hotel is very rurally located with nothing to do around it.

There is a mall an easy walk/short drive away and there are plenty of taxis around to help you with your sightseeing if you do not have a car. If you have a car you can use valet parking or self park under the hotel where there is plenty of room (more than I've ever seen in Dubai!)

The hotel has an excellent shuttle service to the Mall of the Emirates, Jumeirah beach, Dubai Mall and more.

He took my phone and apparently thrown the paper with it in a trash bin right after because he had no intention to call

They simply FOOLED me and still I have double charged 6500 aed without anyone from the hotel side willing to help me!

- I had to wait for more than one hour and after 4 calls to the receptionist I got extra planket!!.

I have been part of this unique hotel i call family in in my professssional journey of oiling industry career ay the middle east.One year down with this hotel i have no clue how time flew handling multiple thousands of people onshoring and ofshoring from our crew at this comforting abode.

When I needed to make the appointment in the hospital from Canada, I was not able to call directly to the Dubai hospital, the hotel staff kindly assisted me.

I lost my iPhone in the room when checking out,

when i call to complain about fly in the room they said they will send some one to spry it???? ?

My partner went down to reception to complain as they did not answer the phone.

You arrive from work late tired,in the early morning you wake up to maintenence beside your room with any prior telling you call several times to stop noise nothing happens they just appologize no action taken.untill god helps you and they stop to get your rest.

(reported it first night and checked out without anyone fixing plus kept waiting for 2 hours after first call without being visited)

By the way, also by 2 nights no ones cleaned the room where whenever I left, I did leave the clean room sign on door.

Staff would often call the lift if they saw us heading that way, opened car doors for us and called over taxis.

because all of us need to work on our mobiles and laptops

Caught myself a lot of times in a situation when I was calling in order to ask for paper tissues or toilet paper because it had been just forgotten to be refilled.

Some of the guys was very rude on the phone.

When I call I’m told I’ll be phoned back (still waiting).

When we needed to burn off the calories during our stay, the very attentive and knowledgeable Beharu was always there to help us achieve our fitness goals in the spa and fitness centre.

Excellent experience delicious food good service nice people yummy coffee nice parking my facility , nice salon nice spa , i willing to come back again to try massage and sushi once again.

I’ve been a regular user of the spa, gym and health club for the past 2 years.

But the fact that i can literally swim using the props  and balance in the water is one of the best experiences of my life and that is all thanks to this wonderful team of health spa facilities- jagdish, chinna!!

Pool is very big and spa massage is available.

The club runs 1:1 swimming lessons for kids and has a spa and gym too.

I stayed here in Pullman it is very good hotel I enjoyed my stay and expo also it is very huge and good and rooms are very good and pool on 35 floor and metro is very near from hotel it walking distance.

The Hotel was perfect close (near) to the Metro, so that we drove to the „EXPO 2020“ in 20 minutes, for 4 times.

The location beside the metro was ideal for our visit to the expo or anywhere else in the city!

Mall of Emirates was 4 stops with Metro Station.

Location was perfect for walking to everything (Dubai Marina metro station 350m, Marina walk 900m, Dubai Marina Mall 1.6 km, JBR beach.)

Choosing the rooms on front of Jumeirah you can overlook an amazing part of the city with the Dubai Marina Mall and the Palm Jumeirah.

Hotel is a short walk via the metro station walk way to Dubai Marina where there are plenty of restaurants and for shopping at Dubai Marina Mall.

The location is brilliant only 20 min walk to the Marina.

First time I stayed closer to the marina and I have to admit the hotel was very nice and clean.

Enough choice for restaurants close by, also the Marina is on walking distance.

The hotel is literally 4 mins walk from the DAMAC properties metro station, which means from th hotel you can pretty much get anywhere with the integrated transport system, including the airport.

The hotel is next door to the metro or the tram down to Jumeriah, excellent dining and shopping facilities close by at the marina.

The hotel is very nice very close to the marina and the JBR you can move to the metro station 2 minutes is available to the market and pharmacy.

Although friends had chosen this hotel I would not hesitate to go back due its proximity to the Marina and ease of getting anywhere in Dubai.

Also room furnishings and amenities are poor in a 4 star you can find more tasteful rooms with better amenities better than the Pullman.

Really poor customer service from a so called 5 star property.

Firstly poor recognition at check-in of an Accor Gold member:  no welcome drink voucher, no room upgrade, nothing to make you feel special or valued.

but after 35 minutes I went down and I saw the lady that I asked and she looked at me and asked me if everything was fine and did not mention anything about the status of the manager coming to see me I thought that was very sad and a poor way to handle your customers.

Though the location is great if you are doing business in the JLT/DMCC freezone the hotel WiFi speed was poor and would not allow me to dial up to my VPN to log into my office servers.

but bathroom is very poor, and needs  some serious attention.

It’s now quite dated, with inadequate storage and tired decor and poor maintenance.

This meant I had to go speak to the manager on another 5 occasions using valuable holiday time and getting poor service all the while.

but the lunch and dinner are very poor in option although every dish is made very tasty from tapas to desserts (salutation for cooks).

They would need to be trained on how to treat guests in a more professional manner..
Also, very slow service whenever asking for basic things in the room- like laundry bag- cotton pads  etc

The location is also great, 7 minutes from the nearest METRO station.

Very easy accesibility to the beach and malls the metro station overall was worth it..The Door man Duncan has really been of great assistance he made life easy very approachable and friendly.. Peter at the restaurant  was of immerse support always checking to ensure he is at ur service.

To go to the beach they have a free shuttle bus every half and hour, this bus also go to Dubai Marina Mall and DMCC Metro Station!

The free shuttle can get you to and from the beach every 30 minutes till 18.00 (although it seemed for us it's even quicker to get there by foot cause in the morning and at about 17-17.30 there are plenty of traffic jams) and also to Dubai Marina Mall and Emirates Mall, this is definitely a huge plus, as some hotels don't provide this service at all. 2.

The hotel has a courtesy bus to the beach, metro station and Dubai marina Mall also the Emirates mall which is amazing.

The hotel also provides a free bus going every half an hour to the beach, Dubai Marina mall and the metro station.

However if you walk for around 25mins you will get to Dubai Marina Mall which has plenty of food places to chose from.

Well located - restaurants and Dubai Marina Mall are all within walking distance.

What makes this hotel extra special is the daily complimentary shuttle service every 30 minutes to the JBR, Dubai Marina Mall and the Metro.

The location is very good with easy access to Dubai Marina mall.

I was very happy to be here the room service is amazing full support and fast response the room is clean and reception is perfect the location is good for the marina and beach, the alloro restaurant is five star and the guy there who his name is sherif is amazing one follow up the customers with all they needs and happy welcomed to all
