The hotel was super clean with nice view of the future museum, the breakfast was delicious and they had various options.

The breakfast buffet is rich and leaves nothing to be desired.

but lovely fresh water at summer.Just want to add to clean more bathrooms in a pool…I recommend to visit a Lebanese restaurant Alhan.The food there is so delicious,amazing show ,belly dancing,live music.Definitely will be back again to Voco hotel

The hotel have good restaurants, bar and club with amazing views as well a outstanding breakfast buffet with made to order daily specials.

Located in 49th floor, it has very beautiful landscape and delicious dinner with nice wine.

The hotel breakfast is also nice with daily specials to keep things varied.

In general, rooms, cleanness, breakfast quality, other amenities were fully met my expectations from 5* hotel.

Every thing was great: new hotel,  has all guest requirements, hotel style is modern very elegant , location is great cleanness, friendly staff, very cooperative reception staff , although it was very busy and fully accommodated

The location of the hotel is excellent, the facilities of the hotel are unique, with a unique view, and most importantly, the performance of the staff at the reception and breakfast.

The location is ideal for a city tour because there are two metro stations nearby.

I stayed in voco just a couple of days before.. Hotel is good and located on Sheikh zayed road.

The Voco hotel is my the best in Dubai .I was living in Nasima  tower…The prime location on Sheik Zaed Road,just 5 min to Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall…Especially love the gym,so professional and my personal boxing  training with Michael,the pool is nice not such a big

The location was perfect since we were there purely for shopping in Mall of dubai.

Also, as a result of their mistakes, they agreed to allow the club lounge access for all the guests, even the deluxe room guests.

At check-out I was charged for breakfast for one day, which was a mistake on Expedia's part in the transmission.

How would I describe my stay, as I am a permanent resident there, starting from the frontdesk staff who greet you with enthusiasm and a wonderful welcome to the quick service, cleanliness and food, everything invites you to come again, a second, a third, a fourth.

The team in Celsius restaurant were the best and most friendliest team we've met.

Two shops nearby aswell as eateries such as KFC, McDonalds, Tim Hortons, Cold Stone all within walking distance.

Service from Bea at front desk and Yesser at the restaurant was excellent.

Also, the cotton candy after the food as complimentary was great.

Around the hotel there are numerous shops and restaurants.

though we came almost midnight there closing times.we came after dinner from alhan.thank you danushka looking forward to us.see you again soon thank your excellent service given for us .

I had a dinner at Windows Bar in voco Dubai and it was a very pleasant experience.

You can order food and they'll meet you at the elevator to get it.

We had support from the food and beverage team throughout the whole day.

The waiter danushka at lobby lounge is super amazing and very professional  he suggested for me the meal to take and it was the best have ever had .

Before I had even finished my sentence, the gentleman replied with “Ok sure, no worries” in a rather rude way.

I stayed more than 6 month in this hotel, no matter how bad service was I still continued until one morning early I got call from rude staff saying from tomorrow my room rate is going to be 80 times more what I was paying , I understand the hotel was having high rate for expo

Kudos to how she dealt with some extremely rude customers that were being argumentitive with her.

Worst place , they refer us to travel agency , who were harassing, rude,unprofessional & lies to us about everything, we paid 600.00 aed for     Cruise dinner at dhao , when we went there no table reserved for us ,informing the same to the management , we were promised for full refund which they refused later,never take there service as staff is rude ,harassing .

Hospitality in SPA was poor, Custoner service Handel was not to the level, Breakfast African lady was so rude and unprofessional with lack of take care.

This is blatant cheating and we felt put down to an extent that I hated sleeping or being in the room at all!!!

My doughter found the mattress in the extra bed much too hard to sleep in - instandly the room boy exchanged it into a better one.

I will never recommend this hotel and never come back

They have a club at the 50th floor and they put they put he music so loud, that you can’t sleep at the 43th floor.

3rd bed made the room impossible to move around, and the bed that we were given was disgraceful, so uncomfortable and my daughter who slept on it had severe back pains every morning due to how hard it was with spiral springs sticking out.And after staff brought third bed, we had to ask for sleepers, towels and cup for tea , for third person .

We had a water leakage in our room on the last day, so our shoes were soaked wet when we woke up.

but I don't think I will again, 3 days, st and 2nd day I couldn't sleep at all, Indian family were in the room next to me and they were so annoying and laud, walls are way too thin you can hear everything in the room next to you.

It’s very calm during night so a deep sleep is guaranteed.

In the second night our neighbors were very noise and we could not sleep from 3:00am to 4:30am, then I decided call in the reception, they called them and returned the call to us asking if they stopped with the noise and yes, they did.

The wardrobes smelled really stringly of urine, not very pleasant if you happen to be trying to sleep on that side of the bed.

(Not very safe either)

The room was ok, a little worse for wear with some stains on the sofa, carpet, bedding etc

The walls are paper thin, if you want to sleep through the night or sleep later in the morning pack earplugs.

They denied to take the money which offered, they said my blessing is enough for them.

deserves all my appreciation and respect with his wonderful treatment and enthusiasm.

Our second stay at Voco , this is a great hotel  near World Trade Centre , close to metro.

Excellent location near the metro station World Trade Centre so in very easy reach of the airport, shopping malls and most of the Dubai attractions.

in terms of location it is about 4 minute walk from the World Trade Centre metro staton and also many taxis driving right outside the hotel so always have travel options.

the location of the hotel is perfect being so close to the mall of dubai and the world trade centre.

25mins on the red line from Terminal 3,  to World Trade Centre, plus a 200m walk.

Very convenient located if you are there for an event at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The metro runs from the airport and stops at World Trade Centre - a five minute walk from hotel.

The location is great, with the World Trade centre metro station 5mins walk away.

I would highly recommend the Nassima Royal for its friendly staff and proximity to the World Trade Centre and Metro station.

Due to my stay the location was very near to my conference which is very close to the world trade centre.

I stayed here on recommendation from a work colleague as it’s so close to our office in the World Trade Centre.

This is one of the skyscrapers near World Trade Centre MS. My experience started from the reception area and smiley and kind lady by the name Maria.

It’s very close to the metro station, World Trade Centre hence we can use both taxi and metro to go anywhere.

The location also is very convenient to the World Trade Centre metro (within 5 mins walk) and you are surrounded by some nice restaurants and quick bite eateries all within minutes of the hotel.

We had views over the World Trade Centre district.

The hotel is in a great location if you visit an exhibition in Dubai World Trade Centre.

I’ve been to all of the hotels around it; the Conrad, the Fairmont, H hotel, Jumeirah world trade centre apt’s.

This 5 star hotel is perfect for business since it is walking distance from the world trade centre.

Al bandar has very nice bar and it has beautyfull terrace, and very attentive staff specially Cristina, has great offers all the time, must to try, best in the area, also not to forgot manager who always checking the satifaction

All public areas in the hotel were kept very clean.

Tanvwer  bellboy and Bilal reception is good and awesome  persons   location is good near to all areas and metro .

Receptiën Mr Bilal and ms selina are good nice location and area will come back for sure next time   Every this was perfect and good keep it up

Raphael and his team at the door were great in helping us find a taxi or helping with luggage etc. in 3 days we were able to visit many areas of the city easily (and cheaply!)

Pool area and bar was well managed and the team top notch even to the extent after a day you do not have to order your order was waiting for you!!

We chose this hotel as we have not stayed in the creek area before, and we were not disappointed!

The hotel was beautiful, from the lobby to the breakfast area to the rooftop pool, to the guest rooms.

I recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay close to the market area of Deira or the gold souk and yet enjoy a luxurious stay.

We spent a lot of time in the pool area and was looked after by Mohammed and Shanker for food and drinks.

The pool was fantastic, great view of the Creek, OMO was very helpful and friendly, we had a great chat about the area and gave us ideas of places to visit.

Would like to tell thanks for them and to all  who was working in breakfast area , they helped me to start my morning in the best mood ☀️

The gym is very complete with new machines and the swimming pool area is so nice.

The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle bus to La Mer Beach, Dubai mall and the Mall Of Emirates.

Was so easy to get around to places the hotel offers a free shuttle to DUBAI MALL the BEACH and the hotel bus is so nice and easy to spot when you are out 
The breakfast was so good I thought I would get bored having the same breakfast for 7 days

Ideal when you’re traveling with family so they can enjoy a day at the beach or at the mall while you are working.

We normally stay at the Rotana Beach in Abu Dhabi

The guys at the service counter suggested me things to do, they told me about the free shuttle buses we must book one day in advance to go to La Mer Beach, Dubai Mall and the Dubai Supermarket.

Whilst not centrally located it’s a short taxi ride to downtown or Jumeirah beach, we preferred being out of the hustle and bustle.

They happened to have a new opening called Al Bandar, only 10 minutes from Dubai International airport, right on the shores of the creek.

The breakfast was excellent, the facilities of the club were excellent, Mr. Lukman was very considerate in terms of hospitality and  They pay special attention to the guests, considering the taxi or other things

F&B with Bader, Shawky as always yummy and huge selection of choices.

Big  thanks to the ladies staff  ( Mariia, Dinda, Tatiana) who is always professional and makes our coffee more delicious then ever in Downtawn .

Our guide for the Dubai city tour was Fizal and our guide for the dinner cruise in the creek was Kamran.

But next day morning decided to check out due poor hygiene, less attentive staff , uncomfortable environment for family.

the air circulation in the room is poor, i cannot feel any air movement in the room where i slept on the bed courtesy of poorly designed ventilation ducts.

EXTREMELY LIMITED selections and poor tasting food.

Thats pretty poor, sometimes small things can make a difference, it's not like i wanna steal them.

- There were only one set of bathrobes and slippers in the room 
- The TVs don’t work
- The TV in the bedroom has a blue light which is so bright and very disturbing when your sleeping.

but there is a busy street in front, but it does not bother you in the rooms (no noise).

however if you struggle with sleeping then you may want a different side as from my floor (8th) you could hear some of the larger vehicles.

Most of the rooms have connecting doors, and accoring to the management they are even more noisy.

Negatives - incredibly busy location means they need constant music on pool terrace to drown out traffic.

but at the same time did not feel too disruptive on our stay at all.

Following a few minor issues of noise on the first day, I was immediately offered a selection of rooms to review with the Front Desk Manager accompanying us and transferred to an alternative room.

The noise, the pollution and just the general day to day hassle of getting around drives me crazy and would have spoilt her first experience of such an amazing city.

The only worst thing I hated was the smoking

Morgans bar is very casual, smokey and loud at times.

but after check in we weren’t happy with it as it was a smoking room (and smelt strongly, we’d booked non smoking) and it was a bit worn.

Upon checking in, I was advised that I couldn’t have a non-smoking room (my preference) straight away as none were available

Apart from Fridays (where lunch is a buffet in Salt and Pepper), the only option for lunch is Morgans pub (which is much more of an evening venue and can get smokey) or the crowded and hot pool deck.

When we first arrived, The receptionist Marilyn had a NASTY attitude.

Of course they deny that there is a smell and even assured me that it is normal some smell to be present.

What makes this area so attractive is the hotel is perfectly placed away from the traffic and so close to major attractions and landmarks in the city, including the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai Festival City, Dubai Museum, the Gold Souk, Al Seef and Rise at Dubai Creek Harbour.
