Mizan at the beach was very wonderful and amazing.

The beach house is also amazing, with a view of the sea and food so good you’ll want to eat until you burst!

Pool areas are great and the beach is like one warm bath we are really going to miss every part of Anantara.

The beach is fab as well and has a lovely view out to Atlantis.

Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and the hotel is on the beach (also plenty of sunbeds).

Mizan  has been super friendly looking after us at the beach.

Fabulous hospitality I would like to thank the following, Sonia and her team in the North Rez, the lovely Sumi in the Beach House, MJ and her team in the Lotus Lounge ( say hi to Deepak) the Mai Bar team for keeping everyone watered and fed during those very hot days and the pool and beach team who work so hard.

The beach is exteremly clean and there are plenty of sun beds always available.

We ate in the Beach house on our last evening - it’s beautifully located on the beach - from which the views of the palm and city are amazing.

You really need to catch the happy hour or drinks are VERY expensive!

My only mild annoyance was the price of the drinks which were very expensive compared to other places we have stayed.

On several occasions at the pool and beach we were approach by the F&B team and asked how we would like to pay for drinks.

Just be aware that the drinks are expensive here (but this is typical for Dubai).

Our only other criticism is that drinks are very expensive -

If I had to absolutely had to pick on something to say was bad, I would say the soft drinks are expensive as they are not included in the meal plan.

but be careful my daughter got stung by jelly fish, also bring your own lilos from Amazon and get them pumped up a gift shop for free be warned though a packet of hobb nobbs was near on a fiver and drinks are expensive but all in all if you can get an amazing deal on beach villa do it you get your own butler and breakfast in your villa thank you anantara

As others have said, towels, bedding and sun-loungers - especially the loungers on the beach - are in need of replacing/refreshing
The hotel increases the price of drinks that it offers for its 2 for 1 Happy Hours!

Drinks expensive and I don't think there was any alcohol inside them.

We then tried to pay a set fee for a drinks package of some sort, which they do not off in any way.

Yes the drinks are expensive as reviews have mentioned

Anantara is one of the best resorts on palm Jumeirah.

After 2 years in lockdown with no aeroplane in site, after a huge amount of pented up non-travel frustration, we booked a family trip to Dubai and stayed at the Anantara Resort on the East Crescent of the Palm Jumeirah.

We were recommended to the Anantara as we fancied a change to our regular go tos Jumeirah and Atlantis.

You feel like you are in a tropical country when you stay in Anantara at the Palm Jumeirah.

Located on The Palm Island, Jumeirah Anantara Resort is one of the best in all aspects.

This is probably the most beautiful resort in dubai on the eastern crescent of Dubai's man-made Palm Jumeirah, A Thai-themed hotel with villas set around lagoon-style swimming pools and water park.

Very nice room with direct access to the lagoon, great beach and pool, great food, very tasty breakfast, great location on Palm Jumeirah, great service with very nice staff, very much recommended.

Life guards watching all day which was perfect for the children.

My son birthday makes more memorable and enjoyable since the staff are so friendly and accommodation.

Malcolm and Gregory as super energetic and get the kids involved in the games and bring a lot of fun and laughter.

It was our daughters first holiday and I can’t say how much this hotel went above and beyond for us.

Just arrived home last weekend for a fabulous week away with my partner and our 2 and 4 year old children.

Kids had great time in the pool and Tuk tul kids club , teens club.

Beautiful hotel feels like your in the Thai paradise, room options are great.. we stayed in a swim up lagoon room was ideal as we traveled with our 10 week old baby & 3 year old.

Only complaint is today / Sunday the pool is heaving and it seems locals can pay to enjoy the pool?

The only thing was soft drinks and water was expensive

Also dubai is expensive, a glass of prosecco is £21 and a corona £11.50 so use the happy hours in the hotel.

Small Room and also they charged us extra despite we had already paid full amount and it was also not justfied.

but a few not completely included in half board so ends up quite expensive for something you wouldn’t necessarily choose.

The experience has been top class - food/drinks are quite expensive

Majority of meals requested a supplement to be paid which was not cheap.

But those journeys are a small price to pay to stay in such an awesome hotel.

When you check in, the first thing you are offered is to pay for an upgrade.

The cost of alcohol is very expensive and the change of prices halfway through or holiday was a little upsetting.

This hotel is only interested in selling overpriced holiday and they continually send you emails. Avoid.

The choice of restaurants was amazing & all the food we had was great.

Highly recommend you the bbq sizzler night to anyone.

Every restaurant was amazing on site, the food is so good you can’t accept that your full.

Food was great and the staff were amazing and tended to our every need!

But we loved a waitress from Kenya that served us in the crescendo restaurant her name  began with a P so sorry I can’t remember it

We were travelling to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and chose Anantara based on experience from other Anantara hotels-sadly it didn’t live up to the others.

Amazing food and fantastic service from Rajni the the fabulous Indian cuisine restaurant “ZOYA” we went half board this holiday and the food and service has be outstanding!!!

The Sofitel Dubai The Palm is a beautiful resort located on the top of the Palm and ideal if you look for a break outside the city.

At all three restaurants the children's menus were great, lots of choice and a break from the standard fish fingers and nuggets (albeit they were still available).

We have travelled a dozen of times to numerous holiday destinations and hotels in Dubai, and trust me nothing even compares and is even close to Sofitel.

Stayed at the Sofitel which is amazing, staff here can’t to enough to make your holiday special.. our room cleaned every day by Kamal.

He is a really nice and polite person and kept the Children entertained all holiday.

I have been to many great hotels such as Banyan Tree Phuket , Anantara Palm Jumeirah

It’s one of our favorite spots on Palm Jumeirah.

Sofitel The Palm Dubai is the crème de la crème of hotels situated on the Palm Jumeirah.

With a very spacious well furnished bedroom and living room and a large bathroom with a freestanding tub and separate shower, the suite also had a walk-in closet and huge balcony overlooking the gardens, the sea (Palm Jumeirah lagoon) and the pool.

The hotel is situated on the palm which gives the opportunity to stay no so far from the marina, the jumeirah beaches.

We arrived at the night to Sofitel dubai the Palm , Amazing place in Palm Jumeirah, the check in was so wonderful, Fouad he managed to arrange for us a lovely room with a nice view big balcony, he explained the whole hotel facilities restaurant with a Huge smile on the face 
 The hotel is amazing ,the staf are so friendy 
 Big thank to the Amazing Fouad for his professional services and his warm welcoming , he makes our stay unforgettable

but easily accessible to the usual tourist hotspots of Jumeirah and wider Dubai.
