So many dining options and the food here is the best I've had at any all inclusive and I am a bit of a food snob.

I would recommend a specially if you want to stay at an all inclusive and not leave the resort because there are many pools, beaches, and restaurants to choose from.

Everything that makes a
Great vacation is extra at this all inclusive so be prepared to drop another couple thousand dollars after the initial vacation booking to actually enjoy your stay and not be treated like a second class citizen.

if you want choice an All inclusive Hotel, Hyatt Ziva is the best choice.

I can't say enough about this amazing AI resort!

This was a very beautiful all inclusive resort.

I always lower my expectations since its to be expected for a all inclusive resort to have lower tier food than the usual 4 or 5 star restaurants here in the states

I will definitely visit again as this was my first all inclusive stay and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

We been to many all inclusive resorts, we still like the Hyatt Ziva Cancun more than other resorts.

The food here is amazing - much better than at most other all-inclusive resorts.

Everyone is so kind, the food is far better than I'd expect for an all inclusive, the pool and beach are beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff seems to have thought of everything you could need.

The food was amazing, even the buffet - which is not usually possible at an all inclusive,

The pool was warm and enjoyable for swimming and the beaches were great and not overly crowded.

but would recommend a beach cabana for the service and great views of the ocean!

Absolutely everything about this resort it’s outstanding: food, drinks, location, beach, pool, entertainment and especially the warmth of all the staff working there!

The beach was very clear and private, the sands are white!

Safe and Beautifully maintained property has some of the best views of Cancun beaches.

Kids loved the pools and beaches on this property.

So if you want a beach holiday with no beach and a pool that is freezing with no hot tub, this is the place to come.

The resort is amazing and located on a great stretch of beach property.

Room to improve… we went in Dec and water in ocean and pools was very cold…wish it was heated.

Overall, any location whether by the pool or beach, my kids had fun!

The quality of the food and service in The Asian, French, and Steakhouse restaurants, were only very slightly below what we have experienced in top restaurants in London, Paris, New York, Vegas, Dubai, Rome, (see any previous reviews of mine).

I eventually got it done at the Forum Mall (5 minutes away) for $15 USD.

Delicious food, large variety of food, walking distance to Coco Bongo, La isla shopping mall and local souvenirs market, many events different everyday, for kids and for adults, incredible ocean view from room

Walking distance to the Souvenir and gifts shopping Mall, Coco Bongo, Chedraui Supermarket as well as pharmacy with doctor on site, if you feel adventurous enough to explore outside the resor, which you don’t need to, it literally has everything.

Location wise - nearby bars/clubs, grocery store and a short drive to restaurants and the mall.

Further down the hotel zone road are a couple of shopping malls which you could visit for a change of scenery

There is also a more upscale shopping mall about a 5-6 minute taxi or car ride where they have plenty of high end stores.

Close to a mall, and not that far from La Isla Mall,  get an Uber Ride, super cheap, you will end up paying the same as the city bus.

I would recommend this resort at night you can take a bus and just pay a single dollar and take a ride in all around the hotel zone and visit many differents malls.

More like a big mall back home, not good for Mexican souvenir shopping.

The hotel was located right across a large mall which was very convenient.

Apart from a quick and cheap bus ride to La Isla shopping mall we didn’t feel like the need to leave the resort and interrupt out routine of sleep eat, drink,swim, relax.

The taxis that wait outside will most definitely overcharge you to go into the city like the Luxury Mall for example.

Casa del Café had amazing coffee, I went there almost 4 times a day🤣 Tradewinds had very good fruit.

but all the restaurants really .wonderful service and  shout outs to all the people who made the stay memorable .Zacharias at check in ,Jose Mercado buffet,Mitchell Moon Gate ,Grecia and Jorge Habaneros,Javier and Leydi La Bastille,Alejandro Italian,Jeshua Chevys,Jesus Casa Del Cafe,Leonardo Tradewinds,Eric Bar Saasil (Loved the Majenta  drink suggestion) Want to and will come back.

Lastly, I will like to mention our server Abel from Bar Del Mar.

but shout out to Oliver at Bar Del Mar, Ricardo and Julien and Habeneros and the Mercado, and Jesus at Moongate for being super amicable and incredibly friendly.

Anaid in casa del cafe greeted us with a smile and our coffee order by memory every morning.

You can snorkel right off the beach and even catch some sting rays!

Ricardo Del Callejo was very knowledgeable about lighting and perfectly timed my shots.

Jesus Del Angel Campos, Karla Padua, Monica Meja, VictorAguilar Gaul, Maria Torres Padua, Victor from Mercados and so many more are such amazing kind hearted people that we are blessed to have as part of our extended family at Ziva.

The resort offers jet skis by time or jet ski tours to isla mujeres or even a yacht for rental purposes!

We enjoyed a pristine beach free of seaweed, and full of fish, starfish, hermit crabs at dusk, and even a small ray.

Our favorite place to hang out in the day was at the quieter Bar Del Mar pool area to the rear of the resort where Elidio, Carlos and Santiago were exceptional servers.. thank you guys!

For a resort this expensive, we expected a higher quality of food.

Don't recall when some many people paid attention to me and actually acted like they enjoyed do it.

The pool is not heated no hot tubs outside only in the spa and you have to pay.

We paid US$1000+ for a double bed room (2 adults and 2 small kids).

So you're paying 800 USD a night and the resort skimps out on things like this.

However, the price increase is excessive, and guests will no longer be able to afford it.

Serious renovation needed to bring it up to 2023 especially given brand new properties for similar prices in the Cancun hotel area.

We were not at the hotel for 30 seconds before we were being pushed into something that cost more money or time- an experience that persisted throughout the entire stay.

Refusing to pay for an alleged infraction we did not commit, he gave us 30 minutes to vacate the premises.

Everyone I talked to was very rude and unhelpful and this experience cost me $100.

I don't want to pay for it so i disputed the charge and am waiting for the credit before the card paymemt due.

They did not accept Apple Pay, so my new Hyatt Chase card with a $95 fee was of little use and we lost a potential 4-5 nights or about 25,000 points.

But you get get much better prices somewhere else.

There are not many flights coming back to San Francisco from Cancun and it's expensive, so I can't use it often,

The most glaring issue is the massive over abundance of paid cabanas.

It’s a little pricey because the dollar vs peso

However we were disappointed that there was no spirits in the room, at this price point and standard it was a let down, you have to upgrade rooms to get spirits.

The room keys are cards which is not very convenient, other hotels provide bracelets that work as key, in this one you have to pay if you want a bracelet.

We stay in the turquoise tower and would expect more for what we pay to stay here.

The property has taken lots of effort to ensure there are enough things for people to do and not get bored - variety of pools, kids club and activities, pretty good evening shows and quite friendly staff for all the places .

The three various shows every day has something for everyone

The price was well worth the experience from the food, to the entertainment, games, restaurants and bars.

We didn't go to the bars or entertainment areas

Instead, the shows are held outside, facing the lobby and the stairs are where the audience sits on pillows.

The show was very entertaining and buffet is very convenient.

Convenience, entertainment, professional and friendly staff were the top perks for me and my family.

It's beautiful, nice food and great experience, many options, nice staff, very clean, very quiet room and good parties, events shows.

Nightly entertainment was excellent and very fun.

The rooms were impeccable, entertainment every night was really cool and the general atmosphere just always so pleasant across the entire resort.

Rafael was so funny and entertaining - what a show.

Only thing: dolphin area is part of the resort, we don’t like this kind of entertainment, besides that, everything was amazing!

If you have kids they have a kids area and they have different shows every night that’s entertaining for everyone.

Rooms, dining meals, buffet restaurants, wedding events venue, all restaurants and the pools with entertainment staffing.

The staff was very friendly, spa is very nice.

Positives:

The Kids Club and Spa teams were standout features of our stay.

Between the hydro spa treatment and the message area, I would say this experience is well worth the splurge if you have the time.

Brigitte and Hervik - not only did they provide lovely massages at our cabana,

but had direct access to the spa and the adults only pool.

Waking up to the dolphins, all of the food options, spa treatments were so relaxing and rejuvenating, beach access was perfect, all of the pools were clean and well staffed, and the rooms are beautiful and clean.

Hervik gave the most amazing mini facial and massage on the beach in our private cabana.

For example, you no longer get free transportation to the airport or spa access for staying in turquoise.

Spa was great too - glad I finally decided to do it, and you could spend hours there if you really need some relaxing time.

At the cabana, daily massages, including cucumber slices for eyes and aloe spray, delicious grilled shrimp tacos, and all the drinks you can handle, what is not to love?

From the time you check in to the time you leave you are harassed about booking excursions, the spa, romantic dinners, etc.

We got a cabana 3 days and they came around to spray us with aloe and gave us mini facials!

When I got to our appointment though, the spa told me different.

Perfect Hotel for personal vacations, beach lovers , food lovers , water sports lovers ,for relaxation , for SPA , for Snorkeling , for swimming , for pool lovers , for hydrotherapy , a family environment with excellent customer service

When we checked in we upgraded to the Club master suite, they gave us 2 complimentary spa packages as part of the paid upgrade.

Cabana rentals are affordable and highly recommended - comes with dedicated drink service for ~9 hours, food service, two facials, and two coconuts!

Babies were welcomed everywhere and staff was incredibly baby friendly!

Very clean, multiple restaurants, and OMG the staff were super courteous.

Everyone was extremely nice, helpful, and great with my kids.

The staff members are highly praised for their remarkable professionalism and dedication to providing an excellent experience for every guest.

The staff is very attentive and we never went hungry.

I cannot thank the staff at the hotel enough for their amazing hospitality.

One day while we were playing in the pool a staff was serving alcohol & fell into the pool.

The service of the staff was beyond my expectations.

While the staff were top notch and all friendly less can be said about the rest of hotel.

The staff was polite, professional and did a world class job.

The natural beauty of the Emiglia Romana countryside and the Adriatic beaches is mixed with the Belvedere's magic ingredients: great hotel/rooms, amazing food, welcoming staff, wide range of daily activities (bike and non-bike), knowledgable and friendly guides, themed evening soirees, modern bicycles - and so much more!!.

The hotel also has a terrific spa and the hotel is about a block from the beach!

Close to a great beach (and the water was warm even in October).

The hotel is only 1 block from a beautiful beach with a boardwalk, and a 10 walk to great shopping.

The hotel is located one block off the beach and easy access to the ocean.

All the classes and trips to the beach were fun!

Our room was very comfortable and overlooked Riccione beachfront.

Alongside the great cycling, the staff, the food there is the sunshine, the miles of beaches, the shops, the chance just to relax and meet fellow guests.

Both of our teenagers enjoy the panoramic rides along the coast with Lorenzo.

Marina organises lots of events and trips a typical week might include a cocktail party on the terrace before dinner and on the last night there’s usually a party either a pool party or a beach party this time it was an end of season party that topped everything it was a Dolomite snow party unbelievable!!!

The hotel is located one block off the sandy beach.

There is nothing about this hotel, its staff, the service, the food, the cycling, the weather or the beach you won't like.

The location is close to the beach, wonderful Italian designer shopping and the best Italian cycling routes imaginable.

The location was excellent and is very close to the beach.

We first chose the Belvedere over Dubai by chance on a grey Saturday afternoon spring 2004 when my wife and I were looking for some special for our 20th wedding anniversary.

When not riding, we were able to walk the beach, walk to a fantastic out door shopping mall and other boutique shops up and down the surrounding streets.

A large Shopping Mall is a short walk down the sidewalk.

The location of the hotel is also great, being one block from the beach and a few blocks from a shopping mall, and within walking distance of the train station.

Marina has created a recipe that delivers an amazing experience.

The force behind it all is  Marina who is always  smiling and working hard to make sure that everything is done at the highest level.

Have to say a special word about Marina the owner who is the most caring, attentive, always around owner.

All of the guests at the hotel are treated like family by Marina and the rest of the staff.

A small suggestion would be to have another bike mechanic on hand to help out during the bike pick up and drop off as the process seemed to take longer than it needed to with the poor guy working all alone.

though some of the road surfaces are poor this is not a major factor.

However, those in the lower levels are subject to traffic and poor pavement close to Riccione.

I have absolutely nothing poor to say about the experience.

though it takes 5-10 km to really get out of town on each ride, and some of the roads are busy and in poor condition.

I believe that one should always take responsibility for oneself or suffer the consequences for poor choices.

Room very small, no storage space,  breakfast buffet ~ cold scrambled eggs daily, bikers lunch ~ insufficient amount of food, poor quality wines served at dinner, table service poor ~ no silverware ~ short supply of coffee ~ cream.

Lots of hills, poor roads in town and busy, few bike paths, and NO sag wagon.

After staying at so many small rooms all over Europe we found a gem on the beach with a bigger room and bath.

The only very minor point to consider are the rooms are quite small, with limited storage,

The hotel itself has been nicely redone, rooms small

The accommodations are lovely - rooms are small

The negatives would be:

Very small rooms.

The room we were given was a little small, so we upgraded to a suite, which was super.

to land in your room which is small, old-fashioned, and not very luxurious.

Marina and her staff  continue to innovate and strive to give their guests the best possible holiday.

You are treated like family by staff that works together like family.

but also for the incredible welcome and attention to detail of all the staff.

Such a warm welcome upon arrival (yes, we were greeted by name!).

The hotel staff are without exception friendly and always helpful.

Although I traveled alone I made many friends with other very friendly staff and guests 
I will certainly return and highly recommend to my friends
