Rooms are very bright convenient and  stylish with proper bathroom and very delightful amenities.

Lovely room and bath accommodations, comfy bed.

Whether allowing us a complimentary early check-in or the excellent concierge service that booked Burj Al Arab tour for us in moment's notice, whether the bubble bath they arranged for my child or the excellent in-house discounts they offered for dinner at arguably the finest Indian dining establishment in the city - I cannot adequately express how impressed and touched we were by Taj Dubai staff.

The rooms are super clean with all the amenities.

Beautiful smelling toiletries and great shower and bathroom as well.

Excellent experience - right from accomodating our early check in request to serving with smiles, Taj team made our stay memorable, family room was perfect to accommodate 3 adults with all modern amenities - key advantage  - it is close to Burj Khalifa n free shuttle service is available for visit to Dubai Mall - spoilt us with choices in Breakfast - if ever we visit Dubai again will stay at Taj only - once again thanks to Taj Team for their excellent service

I enjoyed the bath tub bath, might have enjoyed more with bathing salts.

Room was amazing, so many beautiful artefacts in the room as well as a sumptuous bathroom and bed.

The bed was super comfortable and I loved the bathroom and the tub especially!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff, service, and amenities at the Taj Dubai.

Marble bathrooms are beautiful and  relaxing especially at the end of a hot Dubai day.

Additionally my room faced a new construction site, making it extremely unpleasant to look out the window especially when I thought I was getting a view of the Burj and not a tiny sliver of it.

The view from the very dusty glass facade in the room is clouded by Dubai's construction sites.

If you're choosing the Taj Dubai for the view of the Burj Khalifa, then you may be disappointed when you see that it's obstructed by all the construction that is going on around that area.

although there was construction at the entrance that gave a bad first impression.

The only draw back is that it is not really walking distance to much - not the hotel's fault - it is a big city, with long blocks and lots of construction.

As usual in Dubai, there are construction work on going and a part of this nice view will change a bit.

however, we saw construction and dirt and no city.

You would have to cross some major roads and or go through construction so we had to take Taxis.

It was a pity that there were constructions all around, making the outdoor area seem messy.

My only complaint was that despite its close proximity to the burj khalifa, fountain, and opera it was difficult to walk there due to highways and construction (but that is very typical of Dubai).

They charge more for a Burj view room (unfortunately, the only alternative is a construction view).

but check construction noise across street.If problem, will switch rooms if avail.Ask for other side,not higher up.Dubai’s construction is skyscrapers;  higher won’t help.

Possiblilities for kids were limited, a lot of construction is going on opposite the hotel (of course the hotel cannot do anything about this), the bar is very noisy and took all night long (i stopped hearing music at 6am).

Unfortunately we were given a room with awful views over a construction site!

A little tricky to find with all the construction

for someone from thirsty California it’s baffling to see a construction and population boom in the desert.

Close by, there's a construction site, that is affecting the view during the day,

You should note that Dubai is in constant construction so you will see cranes.

The hotel is very convenient to Dubai Opera, the mall and parks surrounding Burj Khalifa.

The location is also perfect as it is only a short stroll to Dubai Opera and the fountains in front of Burj Khalifa.

If you’re going to the Dubai Opera House, the Taj Dubai is a great place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here for an evening as we were seeing a show in the Dubai Opera.

walk straight cross at Ist light signal and continue walking straight to Dubai opera and it takes you some construction area nearby ..cross the road and hotel is in front of you ..very safe to walk back even at night 11oclock ..may be very lighted up due to Ramadan festivity .

With iconic landmarks like Dubai Opera and The Dubai Fountain in close proximity, Dubai's glitzy  nightlife is a stone’s throw away.

Bombay Brasserie is the best Indian restaurant in Dubai and the breakfast is excellent.

Over the years, I have become familiar with and really enjoy South Indian cuisine.

rooms are good, food is very good, specially indian food is availiable.

If you can, try to find Somya, a excellent waitress that will make you into de Indian food, all you need is to ask for the Indian experience.

The hotel offers a wide variety of cuisines and their Indian cuisine is to die for.

I would strongly recommend anyone & everyone visiting Dubai, specially who loves Indian food , should stay @ TAJ DUBAI.

Breakfast is excellent while Indian food is average.

We had a marvellous stay for 4 days among the best of staff be it at the Breakfast & Indian Dinner restaurant specially Sachin, saddeqe, Rohit, Sardarji’s at the gate , it was their ‘ service above self’ at every time

The South Indian cuisine served at break fast was great & 
mouth watering ,specially at a 5 *property at Dubai .

Comfortable room, lovely breakfast buffet and ate Bombay Brasserie for an excellent Indian dinner.

There are plenty of restaurants to eat in from Indian to Asian street-food cuisine and there are great views of the city from the rooms.

Maria is the best employee really she helped us a lot wi the everything when we asking about anything she is going on same time and perfect thanks a lot Maria hotel service amazing and we like the food Indian

The food & service in every restaurant is excellent, there are so many offerings, Miss Tess is an Amazing Asian , Bombay Braserie is an incredible Indian restaurant and the Truffle Prawns in the must visit“Treehouse” are a complete wow!!

The hotel is located close to downtown dubai and also provides a shuttle bus to and from dubai mall.

The change I paid keeping in mind about facility and it’s proximity to Burj Khalifa and dubai mall.

The hotel itself, is in luxe and in an impeccable location, close to all the amenities a business/leisure traveller requires of Dubai.

The place is clean and the amenities are nice.

My therapist Mimi has really good touch and the pressure level is exactly what I need.

She is very knowledgeable and knows all pressure points of the body.

She knows the body and pressure points so well and massages in a way to release the tension.

The hotel rooms, the bath and the pool are very clean.

They have a lovely little shower built into the space to rinse off after and a relaxation room I am currently sitting in to settle back into reality.

Room are good size, very good beds, spacious bathroom and outstanding Wifi (kids very happy!).

But that’s it, rest of the team doesn’t know where the washroom or what is included in business lunch.

The spa is absolutely clean, has amazing water pressure at the shower and very courteous staff.

They really know the pressure points and you feel great.

You were attentive and you knew how to adapt the pressure according to need.

Really caring touch and just enough pressure.

Had a deep tissue massage by the lovely Thunya who was excellent.

She asked if there was areas I’d like her to focus on and her pressure was just right.

Pressure was perfectly right on every of my back muscle and she managed to stretched and resolved my shouldn & neck issue.

I had 90 minutes Deep Tissue massage with Thunya, it was beyond incredible.

We chose this Hotel for its proximity to Dubai Opera House, Downtown and Dubai Mall.

My husband booked a night stay at this hotel along with a visit to Dubai Opera House to see the performance of Phantom of the Opera for my birthday present.

Also great location to Dubai opera,mall and only 10/15 min to airport.

The walk was thru Burj Park and past Dubai Opera.

Asking for elevated floor becausevthe view is better.

To Dubai mall for shopping is only 13 DH or a good few minutes walk .

It wash greet ahmed in the concierge is the best one he helps us alot my two girls live the room and the pool the food was nice and they give us nice room view everything is nearby the hotel pharmacy,food , emarets mall , and clean room and very comfortable

Also, tge location is near many great sites like Dubai Mall

The Pullman Hotel is well located in the City, just 15 mins walk to the Mall & Burj Khalifa.

Dubai Mall is about a 15-20 minute walk away.

Location for Dubai Mall is good and close.

The manager claims that they cannot guarantee a Burj View non-smoking room even if you have this information advertised and listed on your confirmed booking reservation.

Smells like a cigarette in the room. Dusty.

but I don’t think this is appropriate for customers who don’t like smoking.

but absolutely abysmal, especially for a hotel of this standard, the room had a stale smell and needs to be renovated.

The room that we have was having intensive smell of tobacco, not very pleasant when you are not a smoker.

but somehow it is moving down the drain slowly.

In the suite, there was a weird foul smell and so was in the shower cabin which was there through out our stay.

Just a little bit bothered from all the air fragrances used even in the room.

We specifically mention we need a non - smoking room and yet they put us in a smoking room.

Although we got another room as soon as we arrived, the smell was same.

1 - smoking rooms availability ; more rooms should be allocated to customers 
2 - insufficient hot water in showers; apparently one person's  shower is allowed as water coming through hot tap becomes real cold

your missed some necessary items in the bathroom like teeth brush & loaf

there is much point I wasn't comfortable with, 

1- the smell of lobby and room even towels, duvets and tissue was bad.

Bed is not comfortable and some dusk and molds are visible.

Unusual smell in the room so requested to change room.

The smell of the hotel is very bad especially in the corridors
The services are very ordinary compared to other hotels of the same category
I asked a room for smokers to give me a normal room and they told me this room for smokers is a bad style

I haven’t had a massage quite as incredible as this before.

The spa is a definite must to whether you are residents of Dubai or visitors .

I am definitely booking my next spa treatment with Pullman ❤️❤️

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel the breakfast venue was amazing, the service was really good too, we did as well a message treatment at their spa and it was really good, a big thanks to Tania she did an amazing job, we are sure want to come back

I have been coming to this spa for years and Thunya has been my masseuse.

I would definitely come again next time for another massage treatment.

I also had the hot candle massage at the hotel, it was the best massage I've ever had.

We had a double room with two single beds with a balcony that faced outside to the main road and a bathroom and fridge.

Great amenities including pool and small pool for kids, gym, playground.

The staff was very courteous and helpful, the room and amenities were top-tier and the location made it very easy to get around downtown Dubai efficiently.

Superb amenities at Ramada with a fantastic view of Burj Khalifa.
