The service is impeccable, the rooms are timeless and beautiful and the pool/beach area are so picturesque.

The rooms are huge with great views, the pools and beach area are beautiful and the restaurants were great albeit expensive.

I would like to thank Mr. Sheran at the pool area for being there for anything I may need.

The staff where especially lovely, much more talkative and engaging then the staff in the main eating area.

The beach area was spotless & easily accessible from the main hotel, cold water,towels, sunbeds etc.

although they advertise it under different theme nights it's the same choice every night - this seems to be catering for large parties of local residents who take up large areas of the restaurant.

All areas remained clean and well-maintained.

The beach and the pool area is very nice.

This really is one of the WA, The Palm’s  best assets - The adult pool & beach area are amazing.

In terms of other activities, there’s a tennis court, a large spacious gym and a very nice spa area.

We enjoyed the beach and pool area very much, as the resort is very spacious it does not feel crowded.

Adult pool area was clean and quiet and it is somewhere you can easily lounge all day.

The lobby is on the 2nd floor and has a whiskey/cigar bar with a bar menu, Peacock Alley which is a tea/dessert place and a pleasant sitting area.

We always stay in the Pearl club rooms/suites with our 2 kids and this provides access to the Pearl Club lounge - we love sitting on the balcony for breakfast, afternoon tea and the pre-dinner cocktails.

Mercy and her team in the Pearl Club Lounge offered a very warm welcome each day and conducted themselves in a professional manner, providing a very personal service and always having time to stop for a chat and engaging with the guests.

If you can afford a Peal Club room, its well worth the upgrade which gives entry to the Club lounge, where you can take breakfast, afternoon tea and complimentary drinks/snacks every evening from 5-8 pm.

This room gave access to the Pearl Club Lounge, which we loved!!

The club lounge made the trip extra special with the best team led by Mark, Sagar and Mercy.

Food choices were good especially in the club lounge.

Until now, we are so thankful for meeting them all – especially Ms. Sushana, a real gem from the Club lounge.

Furthermore, I would like to mention the team of the Club Lounge.

Definitely recommend the Pearl Club lounge as well 👍🏼 Felt super exclusive!

The whole team in the Pearl club lounge was so friendly and the service was just perfect.

The included club lounge was offering delicious patisserie/snacks/breakfast and evening Canapés.

but especially we have to mention Mr. Sagar Joshi club lounge agent and the rest of the club staff that gave wonderful service and solved each problem or gave answers to each question or service we needed.

We were able too check into our suite around noon so we waited in the Pearl Club Lounge until then enjoying a late breakfast and snacks.

We took out the Pearl Club Lounge offer each time and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

Food and drinks in Pearl Club lounge is really good quality.

We were also on the club lounge Pearl rooms which allows you to have breakfast in the club lounge and afternoon tea and cakes 1500-1700 and then pre dinner drinks from 1800-2000 which is a lovely touch.

A special thank you to the entire staff of the Pearl Club lounge - which can really be recommended.

We will definitely be going back for another family holiday in the near future and we cannot wait!

The fine dining experience was worth every penny considering it was a high class luxury hotel and that it in the upmarket Palm Jumeirah area .

but really enjoyed the beach which is more private than that of Hilton Jumeirah, the waves are calmer as well.

I've been wanting to write a review on Waldorf Astoria Dubai The Palm Jumeirah for a long time because we really enjoyed our stay each time we stay in this very luxurious hotel.

Taxis are surprisingly reasonable we visited the Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi for about £100 there and back.

In summary, the dining experience here is poor considering its a resort hotel, not near anything.

The food quality in the restaurants (I tried them all) was poor and should be upgraded.

-Once you are in the hotel, and attempt to reduce your stay due to the poor treatment you have received.

Response from management was poor even after email.

but I seriously would have refused to pay for a downgrade together all of the upset/anger/frustration their incompetence and poor management caused us.

And our stay was poor and the handling of  covid and the safety regulations was terrible.

There is not a 5 star feel and more a all-inclusive feel with a lot of families and poor amenities.

Service was really poor for the Waldorf brand.

But a hotel brand can be ruined by a poor check in experience, and this is what happened to my family.

Considering the quality of food they produce for adults this is poor.

One week ago, A poor choice of words left me uneasy during the check in.

Post covid should ensure the leadership team given their restriction would up  their A game .Instead, poor service quality  and lack-lustre options prevail.

The cases were  taken to the room and as I dared to bring my own case in the room the poor lad almost accosted me to stop me from moving it.

Poor location, uninspiring dining options, the most depressing late night bar I’ve come across at a hotel (no one went there) and poor room layouts.

This hotel lacks the luxury in lounges, restaurants, quality of service and generally a very poor hotel in this regards.

The restaurant manager eventually came to speak with us and apologised for the poor service re. coffees.

Overall we wish we hadn’t paid the extra for such a poor experience (taxi would have been 75 Dirhams each way).

Me and my family stayed here for five days, this hotel is amazing, it’s got everything, sandy beach, nice restaurants, great rooms

They had a blast and we could enjoy the amazing food.

Great service, got us our drinks and food quickly and helped adjust our beach umbrella multiple times as the weather changed.

but the cocktails definitely made up for it.

The rooms are amazing, the pool/beachside and all the hotels restaurants are amazing.

but what really made our stay was the staff especially chef Rahul who went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our dinner every night.

All the food was fab from breakfast, Social, Palm Avenue and Mezzarie as was room service.

but really enjoyed the food at Lao who have a set menu for those on half board.

A beer round the pool lunch tine £12 a pint, and Burger and Chips about £35.

I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel, rooms are spacious and nice, great view from a palm sea view room.good food and great hospitality from all the staff, I really felt looked after, lovely beach and not very  busy (at the time  I went)

Also very good and friendly service from Alex in the mezzerie, of which I very much appreciated and also from Quasem.

Lunch inthe restaurant next to he pool ws lovely.

Food was really nice and arrived nice and hot.

I really liked that the assistant manager of the hotel seemed very hands on and approached us every time he saw us to make sure our stay was going well and to see if we needed anything.

Shankar who was the gentleman who looked after our room was truly amazing!

but was every staff member we dealt with.

Special mention to Abkishek and Okha for ensuring our room had everything we needed.

They were always very helpful and asking us if we need anything or if they could help in any way.

Just completed our 12th night stay here at the Waldorf and can honestly say it's been the best experience ( over 26 visits to the UAE) Everything from front of house check-in , room and soft furnishings, food ( absolutely outstanding) pool and quality of service delivery has been 1st-Class.

We also took advantage of Rolli polli soft play area with a hotel guest discount which both my 3 year old and 1 year old loved.

The pool area is lovely, the grounds are stunning and the staff absolutely make this hotel.

The pool area and pool bar, fantastic staff, the breakfast areas fantastic staff, reception/concierge and door attendants fantastic staff and housekeeping staff fantastic too.

The indoor pool is spectacular, as is the lobby area and indoor landscape.

Swimming pool area was fantastic with plenty of sun beds.

The pool area is huge and clean and half of it deep 2.0 meters, the childrens pool is good and big, and entertaining esp for the bigger kids 🤪.

Really good hotel, service minded staff, fantastic pool area, good variety at breakfast, nice restaurants and fabulous rooms.

Once i was released from quarantine and had a free day before my flight, I was able to go down to their wonderful pool area - which is awesome for families since it's huge and has pool depths anywhere from 1 foot to 7+feet as well as a fun kids pool and slide.

We had garden-facing rooms, which offer a great view of the pool area, Dubai monorail, the creek, Dubai airport, and much more, which is great entertainment for the kids.

A much quieter area with the luxury of outdoor space - plus taxis constantly on standby outside the lobby.

The facilities such as the pool area and gardens were lovely with plenty of sun beds and space.

The pool and surrounding area was well kept, had some lovely downtime around it.

Wonderful food that varied from day to day, nice pool area, even for small children.

Possible to spend all time just at the hotel with a great, spacious pool area with comfortable chairs.

I chose it because of the incredible value of the room price, the photos of the pool and lobby areas and the reviews of breakfast .

The pool area is of a good size with different depths in different areas.

Breakfast and lunch deal was great value and staff ensured your glass was always filled in the evening.

Food on breakfast and dinner in both restaurants we have been eaten are top quality, at the pool side always had staff to make sure u r ok, or need anything.

Also to Angelica for looking after us at breakfast and dinner and engaging with the kids.

The hotel is spotless clean, the breakfast and dinner offering caters for everyone and there is always something new to try.

but really enjoyed the main buffet restaurant (Market place) for breakfast and dinner, so much choice,great quality.fresh pizzas and steaks cooked.you can pay only in market place £20 for unlimited drinks for 2 hours, 6pm-8pm .that’s reasonable considering most (alcoholic)drinks cost £12 each.

Breakfast and Dinner were included in package, The food range  was great and very varied.

The collective by market cafe excellent for buffet breakfast and lunch and in panini the coffee shop mr mangal and his team make you feel very hospitable and the sandwiches salads are my favorite.

It would be unfair if I did'nt mention the service we met with when we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

The food was delicious and the room was large and exceptionally clean.

The lady in in room dining who took my breakfast order every morning started remembering my order half way into our stay and was always so friendly to us.

Breakfast and dinner were in The Collective, which offers a great variety and quality of foods, for both adults and kids.

Since I am a Globalist, I had access to the club lounge, free breakfast buffet and free dinner buffet.

Rooms are well maintained and comfortable and the food selection at the breakfast and dinner buffet are fantastic.

Breakfast was amazing , full of delicious food , beverage , fruit and juice .

The Market Cafe offers nice varieties for breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, which we highly recommend you add to your room package.

The food in the market restaurant was plentiful and delicious and the jazz bar was great for after dinner drinks.

Everybody was helpful when we needed anyghing, in-room dining was delicious.

I have travelled and stayed at many hotels in Dubai, mostly 5 star ones based in Jumeirah Beach - the Atlantis, Jumeirah Beach and others, none of these had staff that made us feel more welcome or satisfied as the staff at Grand Hyatt Dubai.

I also love the quality of the other guests staying here on each of our visits - seems to draw the right type of guest - mannered, kind, well presented, from all over the world - leaving the fake people to stick to the Jumeirah area well away from here.

but can’t afford the top hotels on the Palm or Jumeirah Beach, then the Grand Hyatt is a great alternative.

I have stayed in Dubai numerous times and always stay in Jumeirah area, which is lovely also,

Travellign with two kids, 6 & 4, they were excited to visit the pool and in particularly the kids club, having enjoyed the same at Jumeirah property two weeks prior.

This was our favourite hotel compared to other hotels we have stayed in Dubai this includes Atlantis The Palm and Sofitel Jumeirah!
