Under Remodel, HVAC nor working proper, inadequate room lighting, no daily maid service.

They changed my 2 Queen beds to a king and placed us in an ineffective handicap room.

I believe the smell was coming from the air conditioner.

Be mindful of the time of year as it does get to freezing temperatures.

It was either freezing in the room or burning up, usually during the day when it was warmer outside.

I enjoyed the stay except for the price I was charged for the rooms with no working a/c or heating.

The service was excellent, the breakfasts were good and well presented.

The breakfast staff is AMAZING and put their heart in to their job.

This Best Western Plus is the best location in Cushing for Comfort, Wonderful breakfast included, Beds and Bedding are excellent for a good night's rest.

Everyone was so nice and the hot breakfast was great.

Breakfast was quick and easy to get, we could also take it to the room and ate while getting ready.

The breakfast was well plentiful, tasty and very clean.

After a light breakfast the next morning, we were on our way.

We check out early with no problem due to change of plans.

I recommend NOT staying in 201,203,301 and 303 due to parking lot noise.

Despite assurances that cleaning has been enhanced due to Covid, our room was not cleaned particularly well.

Due to unplanned event, I had to increase my stay from 2 days to 4 days.

It can be a little pricey for the area because it stays fairly booked due to oil industry.

I have a business in Cushing and due to the snow days, I had to spend the night here.

The people that work at the desk were friendly, and very helpful.

Becky went above and beyond in helping us check in and then book another night due to winter weather.

Receptionist were great as they help out with kindness.

The establishment is kept very clean, the staff is very pleasant, helpful and courteous.

They did not provide clean towels - I had to go downstairs to ask for towels.

I was told they had a shortage of towels because guests were stealing them.

but they had a shortage of towels and the bathroom outlets didn't work.

Didn’t get extra towels like we asked for.

Entered room & used towels under the sink & beds not made.

The towels are no longer that nice bright white, and they are a little rough.

This place is amazing every time we go there for our little staycays or mini vacations I absolutely love it it is My Little Getaway right here in town I totally enjoy everything about the place.

I was in town for some family business and this place worked out fine.

We ate at some of the restaurants in town and were very disappointed  with our experience 
When we arrived at the Best Western from the Moment we walked in, we were very happy and enjoyed having a clean pleasant place to come home to.

The motel on the east end of town was good when it opened

I would recommend this hotel if out of town.

When we go to anything at Oklahoma State we always try to stay here if we can't stay in town.

I will definitely stay here the next time I am in town.

We went to Oklahoma for a wedding and stayed in a suite at this Best Western since the wedding was in the next town.

I wondered just what we would get for a motel in a small town.

.Room was nice and quiet would stay again if in area was down for an OSU Football Game..Cushing is a small town

As Cushing is a small town this is the top option available.

Our daughter was playing in a softball tournament a few towns over and after driving past some not so safe hotels we were beyond happy to find this Best Western We will definitely be back next year with reservations! !

This motel exceeded what I expected to find in this small town.

Cushing is a great town with absolutely the best hotel employee I have ever encountered.

This was a pleasant surprise in this small town Staff was very friendly.

Though I usually stay with family when in town, this time I stayed at the Best Western.

My husband and I even played a game of pool next to the jukebox near the lobby before we heated up our dinner.

I mean…the shower randomly  just there in the middle of the room was enough…no need to add the whole  ‘you might..probably will get murdered or possessed during your stay’ vibe to it.

One towel for the shower witch is next to the bed.

Small room for commoder, in room vanity, and separate shower.

The bathroom is small with a stall shower.

Walls are paper thin and I laid awake half the night because of the loud tv next door.

If you are travelling with kids there is a small park and play ground next door.

My husband is in the area for a construction project, and is THRILLED with his lodging at the Drumright Inn.

the service was excellent and staff was very friendly.

The staff was very friendly when I spoke with them and promised to take good care of him for me.

If you need anything at all, you must drive onto town..you can’t even get a pizza delivered there. Ok.

Just bad energy..the place a chaotic maze of dark, stale hallways that are packed full of…stuff.

The rooms are old in appearance, functionality and musky.

Very ecclectic, pleasant front desk person..

The owner was one of the nicest guys I have ever met.

The owner apparently owns an antique store and has quite a few pictures & furniture there on site.

Super clean, and the manager deana was just always amazing and helpful.

In summer months they provide outside games for kids and adults to enjoy like horseshoes and many others to make you feel at home as much as possible.I could go on about more and will if ask.

Breakfast was Sunny Delite, two kinds of cold cereal, bread, small muffins, tiny sausage biscuits, and a Folgers coffeemaker that made both regular and strong coffee.

Coffee machine in lobby was not working well.

but they do put on a pot of coffee at 6 a.m.  Don't know where they buy their coffee, but some of the better tasting I've experienced in hotel facilities.

It is definitely dated and some wear and tear.

Bathroom was dated and shower head was oddly low.

The bed was comfortably firm, the room was very clean at all times (great staff, a real customer friendly family), and it was quiet.

Check-in was good; young lady at desk was very friendly.

But again, very clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous.

Two lady friends and I stayed here while racing up the road at Hallett Motorsports Park.

My son and I got in very late, around 12:30 am and the lady who checked me in was very nice.

The owner told me the night I checked in that he would be willing to stop traffic for me in the morning, which he did.

The staff was welcoming and I was checked in quickly.

That being said the owner is not from around here if you know what i mean,yes rooms were nice if you care to raise a pit bull in them.
