Its been a great experience stay in the hotel, and its very helpfull that to have an assistant that be able to take care of you nicely.

I would rather stay at 5 star hotels like Kempinski, St Regis and the likes, I would rather pay a little bit more than to get such a poor hotel.

Communication on the reception was poor, each time call them no response.

The rest of the service is very poor and hardly recognisable compared to the West Bay Intercontinental and the 40 plus I have stayed at around the world.

but the package of the food menu is not good what they providing here must say hotel hospitality services are good but regarding to food not worth it useless poor must suggest everyone to order from outside another restaurant s

wifi was so poor most if the time keep connecting all the time i missed many of my meeting.

I was staying in 3504 , the internet was so poor  for around 3 days without WiFi, so horrible experience and once I checked in Staff at reception were lbehaving with me like I’m a corona patient🙁, it doesn’t feel I’m in five star hotel.

very disappointing and what ever is cooked is tasteless and of very poor standards and its a big minus I would say!

however, there is not justification .. its just sloppy and poor quality.

But, to be treated in such a poor way in a five star hotel (indeed in any hotel) is beyond the pale and basically removes any sense of trust that you might have in the brand and in the specific hotel.

There is strong breeze of poor attitude that blows through this property where staff do not care whether guests are there or not and this experience was my last at this hotel.

My room was 3908 and it was one best rooms I have over stayed.the room was very clean with all amenities.

The only reason to give a 1 was the rooms are clean.

Definitely a hotel I’d stay in again…..

Intercontinental doha hotel was one of the best hotels.from which i had stayed great service spacious rooms clean sanitized and very well maintenaned.

Unfortunately the WiFi speed was far too slow to allow me to get much work done.

even though their computers were running a little slow and was very busy when we were checking in.

The only thing I didn’t like was, my room’s sink was draining water really slow!

Housekeeping is a little slow and not very neat.

Only complaint was that checkin was quite slow.

The service in the restaurants and bars in the Doha City Hotel is dreadfully slow and lacking attention, not very good at all, I actually walked out of the Asain restaurant after not receiving any attention for 20 minutes .. there was only one other table being served .. a table of approx.

The breakfast service unfortunately was a completely disaster, so so slow, you don’t really want to have a morning like this when you are in business trip, that’s why I give 3 starts instead of 5.

Waitress service we felt was a bit slow, and to be told no ice cream was very disappointing that we had to go up stairs to get it ourselves was even more disappointing.

Conclusion: great hospitality, exquisite experience, tasty food, perfect location, spectacular views, and elegant ambience.

I suggest to get such kind of experience when you are visit in here.

I would like to share my quarantine experience at intercontinental doha the city hotel.it was completable.

It is great experience to stay in Intercontinental hotel as a long term stay.

I landed in Doha last night, taxi to the hotel to complete two days of quarantine because actually Spain is a country on the red list.

Thought it was not going to be good as the taxi driver from the airport got lost and had to flag another cab down for directions.

One word of caution, there are two entrances so the taxi drivers get a bit confused if using Uber.

But, can get a bit tricky to locate the entrance to this place if you are coming by a taxi for the first time.

but make sure they call a taxi and not use private cars.

Caught a Karwa taxi to the hotel which cost 61 qatar riyals due to traffic

Unfortunately when I arrived no one came out to help me with my luggage until after I had left the taxi and gotten into the reception.

I was interested in visiting the Islamic Museum, and asked the concierge to call a taxi for me.

I hope they can.There is not so informations for city.They ask always about taxi.

My only concern during my stay was an attempt by the concierge to get me to travel back to the airport in an unmetered vehicle after I requested a taxi.

It is located not too far from the Old Doha airport which is about 25-30 minutes from Hamad international airport and it is close enough to some sites which are worth visiting, like souks which are a must visit in Doha, as they are so beautiful and clean; also not too far, the museum of Islamic art which is a mn absolute must, WOW!

However poor air quality in the rooms and old furnitures.

poor buffet tasteless cold food, you can enjoy salads it is the only choice for you from choices restaurant, I do not recommend it as you stay in Hotel and obliged to have your food there, they have other restaurants need to conform first

When the bill arrived they had charged us Q199 each for alcohol + QR 149 each for the poor buffet.

Pool unclean, broken tiles and poor quality.

Breakfast service in the restaurant was very poor with helping to get a table, getting things cleared, getting help looking for items, etc.

Our lovely waiter explained that there was nothing he could do , so we asked to speak to the supervisor , the supervisor gave him the twist of the hand ‘ what you ‘ (if you live in the gulf you know what this means) and was so rude to the poor guy.

Their prices are expensive and their service is extremely poor.

however, the airport transfer service is poor.

except that the food was really poor to say the least.

but the smoking in such a small venue with poor ventilation made the visit impossible for me.

but noticed very poor transportation to pick and drop passengers from AIRPORT .

Restaurants are pricey (no more than you'd expect)

Overpriced food and alcohol even by Qatar standards - 330ml beer £12.60?

The cost of meals in Oryx was also higher,

Bar is expensive, a draft beer costs roughly $15

Expensive to eat here and as it seems to be in the middle of nowhere not many options.

Food prices were a bit expensive for room services option.

Only one negative is the price of alcohol, very expensive.

Our only complaint was the expense of the food and alcohol.

The only down side was the expensive restaurant on the ground floor.

The only problem was the high price of the foods and beverage in the restaurant and the bar was expensive also .

The Hotel installations are excellent, the staff well trained, rooms very clean, food and Bar are very good.

OVERALL: Clean rooms, good staff, great food, nice facilities and a connected location make this is a solid hotel that will only be made better with its imminent renovation.

Room was very clean and well equipped with all the required amenities.

Everything was clean in the room except for the shower area, found a couple of hair on the seat side and 1 hair on the shower head.

but a little slow check-in mat be due to Qatar airways stop over program so our priority was low due to discounted price which is an assumption.

A bit slow on guest services for rooms, yet cleanliness is good.

but pool bar a tad basic and pretty slow service.

Check-in was a little slow and we had to wait in line for both stays.

Rooms are getting older compared to West Bay hotels like Intercontinental Marriott and need refurbishment.

although the check in and out experience does need some improvement as it is very slow!

After I had a breakfast the first night I didn’t repeat it due to a slow service and selection.

I was stey for week in hyatt regency oryx doha it was really nice experience room excellent all the outlets so nice specially al nafourah garden open door restaurant very nice they have very nice expence lunch with shaisha only 99qr thanks to saif for recommendation

So I had the best feeling of hospitality from this visit.

Superb service and hospitality as usual, you and your team consistently exceeds our expectations.

I would like to mention Mr Sujith for his great hospitality, his attitude towards the customers is exemplary.

The overall expertise was over the top; the restaurant dining experience is excellent, as well as variety within the Hotel; you can choose from Spanish, Arabic, international and Chinese restaurants.

The breakfast was the best I have experienced in the GCC.

Was privileged to be served by a gentleman by name Saif* such a customer service experienced guy.

It is very important to get family kind of experience while you're away from home for more than 1 month.

but on this business trip to Doha, Hayatt Regency hospitality was beyond my expectations.
