Our weekend birthday stay could not have been better, with Carla taking care of us and receiving some of our first birthday wishes from Edward and Shamin.

We had a great time at the Rooftop at St Regis to celebrate my friend’s  birthday .

I choose the hotel for my friend birthday.

A special thanks to Ms.Ploy and her club staff , for the excellent service she provided for my husbands birthday with the generous decorations and complimentary massage .Her attention to detail, great communication skills, and ready smile made the experience and surprise even better than I expected.

It’s our second time to have a stay in st.regis doha, the staff members were very nice and helpful, and when we ordered a cake to celebrate the birthday they told us that they will organize something complementary and it was so sweet of them to come back late at night to find “this” waiting for us.

Arrange a great cake for my baby birthday and give him Ballons.

My wife's birthday was on that day, and we were surprised with a beautiful and good tasting cake, with two splendid plates with pastries for my two kids.

Breakfast was a feast every day, with variations on the menu, and a staff more than willing to anticipate our every wish.

Breakfast is at St Regis is ultimately the best in Doha, a lot of tasty and delicious varieties in the buffet.

Mary in the kitchen made amazing pancake creations each morning for our two year old.

We decided to skip breakfast due to the poor service we received the day before, and therefore can't comment on whether it got better.

but instead my whole family experienced a very poor and very bad Christmas buffet.

Unfortunately, we got a very poor service and welcome starting from the security guard to front desk supervisor.

All in all poor service and not a great birthday for my friend!

Had very disappointing experience today at St. Regis Oyster bar and their more that poor service.

Despite the brunch was maximum half of its capacity, the service was very poor and they run out of sushi, some desserts, rum. .

Breakfast: sub standard English breakfast served without all the items listed, poor quality bread for toast with unspreadable

but paying full rates, and constantly experiencing poor service is not acceptable especially as it was completely avoidable.

There are a number of other examples that I can provide that illustrate the poor quality of service at this property.

Kids club is very poor, no activities for kids.

but the music was boring, loud and of poor quality.

The sashimi was non-existent and the sushi poor.

Wonderful outdoor pool, nice views over the beach,  great menu, friendly staff and the lovely Anges on hand to help make the atmosphere special.

Truly the perfect experience of a luxyry hotel, from my arrival till my departure the service lived up to its name, extremely attentive and caring staff, stunning hotel with impressive variety of restaurants and cuisines.

This visit was no exception as the food,  accommodation and service was once again exceptional.

I visited Hakasan restaurant and was impressed by the food.

I am a picky eater who does not eat eggs -- so it says alot that I was always able to find food I liked for breakfast.

They had a large variety of options to cater for people with all food preferences.

It was amazing and they have a very nice renovated rooms also they have really good restaurants the food was amazing , very nice vibes at the hotel and lots of activities , Nice experience at the spa and wellness , The gym need to be improved ,in general I was amazing stay

The foods, pool and beach was great and enjoyable.

I am a frequent traveler and honestly I highly appreciate the service provided by all staff at St regis Doha especially Antonella from Guests relations.

It truely was a special, memorable stay mostly because of the exceptional service.

We had 3 marvelous nights at Regis, Great Staff & well exceptional service, Specious, Clean, Comfortable.

HOWEVER, the service we received here was impeccable.

St. Regis Doha is absolutely fantastic, what makes it extra special is their service.

Even at the reception, the representative was very slow in processing and rude.

- The Cigar Lounge: The decorations is Supeb, magnificent classic sofas and decorations with jazz background, the service is so slow it takes time to bring the cigar cutter, drinks and the bill, also they have only two kinds of cigars!!

A bit slow in providing meal service to Cabana and my Astor room had no exterior light in terrace.

Orders for drinks from the Oyster Bar was slow.

Only thing which is weak is the stuff who is doing the service at the lobby and garden (can be very slow and stuff is not prof enough) and also ı must say their Spa needs to get better , ıt is not good enough for a hotel like this.

Not a good services (too slow with everything),but the

Downfall was the very slow food service around the pool.

Service is a bit slow, and they seem a bit inexperienced in that area compared to Dubai++

The pool was probably the highlight of the hotel, service was slow and you have to call the pool boy to call someone from the oyster bar to get anything.

but they are quite slow and says yes before they know if an order or reservation is confirmed.

Only items of note: If you dislike smoke, avoid the ground floor lounge overlooking the pool in the evening as smoking is allowed here.

Cleaning of the extra leftover plates between meals was also an issue, and there were times when we had to ask for additional cutlery, or ashtray and wait more than 5-10 mins for any request as simple as those to be delivered.

- Rooms: 
They don't have a smoking or a terrace in their suits.

but luckily, there was very little smell inside the room.

From looks to smell, you will not be disappointed.

but there was a dank smell in the bathrooms.

That smell was there during our whole stay.

The smell of humidity is killing me and the whole look, especially in the rooms is beyond dated.

butler was nice, The room and furniture were too old it needs to be redecorated + the bedsheets and towels did not smell clean, big pool and beach areas comparing to the other hotels in Qatar at this time, I will never go back to the hotel again.

We also were surprised when we arrived at the hotel to check in at 6:30 pm, to find they had given away our non-smoking room.

but hope the ladies in the reception is not wearing same uniform like the servers and i hope you have a non smoking  area because it's not good to the kids inhaling the 2nd smoke of the sisha or cigarette just saying, but over all it was amazing.

Price is expensive 
Be aware it is smoking place.

Even by the poolside, my kids are breathing in passive smoke and its disgusting.

Agnis is an outstanding hostess with amazing personal skills and professionalism.

A thoroughly delightful stay, with staff that were beyond willing to meet our every expectation.

Every staff we encountered was super accommodating and friendly.

but after about some ten to fifteen minutes we had arrived at a well planned entrance with the National animal of Qatar the Metal Oryx greeting you.

Ritu was highly courteous and she anticipated our needs so well, that we felt like enjoying this luxury at our home

Other staff were so friendly, thanks Antonella and Jenay.

The staff were very friendly and well taking care.

Staff are outstanding and especially Antoneua, She inspired us with here great welcoming.

Would love to spend another Friday buffet breakfast again.

Very much down to earth, With smiling eyes really I mean it, Breakfast was outstanding and I have to search in dictionary to describe it, none can replace the tasty, quality, quantity and pride feeling kind of food they delivered to us.

but not least, wonderful lobby and great breakfast at the restaurant…thank you all for the great service and facilities.

Some of them by names who really make our stay remarkable, concierge sanita and Jeff / public house bfast chef mohamad and service staff anwar with Merciline.

Breakfast was super and we look forward everyday.

To Tilak, Yuvraj & Balbina, for surprising my husband in our room to sing him a happy birthday song with delicious drinks & cake with a sweet greeting card as well.

I enjoyed this hotel except their breakfast place in the mornings and bar in the evenings The Public House was good at breakfast and appalling in the evenings.

Amazing experience , this is our third time enjoying their breakfast formule ; Albina, who served us was beyond amazing , we will definitely come back with our friends next time ! Albina!

What a beautiful glorious place and destination of choice it is, i visited the public house, great place to be and delicious food served,, i also met great customer service by the security (Pardin.

Breakfast was very good with very attentive personal.

It became more special because of the surprise given to us by their staff Ms. Jennifer (Lady in Red) and Ms. Apple.

Starting from call center operators till waiter next to the pool.

We made MULTIPLE phone calls to the front desk & the manager and not a single person followed up.

Turned up for our check in time around 3.40pm - room was not ready - waited almost 1.5 hours with me having to follow up and find their management -  who didnt bother to call until I spoke and found him

After the massive  delay, our luggage wasnt taken to the room and the person who checked us in said ' he can't verify if i gave her my luggage tag'

I went to the luggage store and found my luggage myself and the manager said he would check cctv.

but they never called back not call back.

Special mention to 1)  Antoinette ( Tony ) who kept taking my calls and keeping me Calm when the doctors were taking time preparing the release certificate.

You don't even need to call and request for something..

There is much room for improvement in calling operator and room service as it takes much time to reach them.

although most of my requests were expressed via the phone.

Jennifer made inquires for me with cell phone providers and confirmed hours of operation and arranged transport.

They told me to sit in the cigar lounge and wait and they would call me.

After calling housekeeping multiple times they stated that they are only allowed to come after 3 days during quarantine.

A year ago, we’ve received a phone call from Kempinski’s team explaining about a membership that they were offering where you’d get discounts and some privileges, me and my husband were into these kinds of activities so we said yes!

We regret staying there and wasting our money it was out first and last time, no one shows when we ask for anything for the room they just talk and no application we had to call several times to ask for someone to fix the damaged coffee machine it wasn’t even working!

Extremely poor service when the phone is answered.

1-Reservation: 5/10 because of the ambiguity as we asked about the price per night for the grand suite and we got 2 different prices in two calls about 12 hours in between.

Sometimes they wont even come not unless you make another call to follow up.

Had calls inbetween from them to find out if we we needed anything.
