First , the hotel was located in a prime location for visiting my family in Cushing, our beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was acceptable (but not great).

This is the only place that’s decent to stay in Cushing Oklahoma period.

Returned later that evening, she said she fixed it.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

This BW is clean, friendly staff overall, accommodating, and comfortable.

Despite assurances that cleaning has been enhanced due to Covid, our room was not cleaned particularly well.

She proceeded to tell me that she used it to clean after she fixed the sink.

When I did they gave me pool towels because they ran out of towels They allowed homeless people to place a brick on a side secured door and sleep in the laundry room.

We ate at some of the restaurants in town and were very disappointed  with our experience 
When we arrived at the Best Western from the Moment we walked in, we were very happy and enjoyed having a clean pleasant place to come home to.

The staff recommended the restaurant next door for amazing greek food.

Breakfast was quick and easy to get, we could also take it to the room and ate while getting ready.

Absolutely every room amenity was in good working order, right down to ice box cold fridge.

Additionally, the room had a misty smell.

Comfortable room and they had good hot water.

Very nice hotel that had clean rooms, hot water, clean towels, comfortable beds; all the things you want when you book a hotel.

Had a very nice clean room, not over stuffed, just right to get around in.

The tile was broken in the room, the floor was uneven, the carpet had an iron burn mark.

Bathroom smelled like something was dead in it.

I asked for more at the desk and they were able to give me an additional set.

The cleaning staff had their carts blocking the hallway because they were cleaning rooms.

My husband and I even played a game of pool next to the jukebox near the lobby before we heated up our dinner.

My husband is in the area for a construction project, and is THRILLED with his lodging at the Drumright Inn.

the service was excellent and staff was very friendly.

The staff was very friendly when I spoke with them and promised to take good care of him for me.

but not that the cable was also out so no t v. Very then walls I could hear everything the neighbors were saying.

Walls are paper thin and I laid awake half the night because of the loud tv next door.

If you need anything at all, you must drive onto town..you can’t even get a pizza delivered there. Ok.

The bathroom is small with a stall shower.

Very ecclectic, pleasant front desk person..

The owner was one of the nicest guys I have ever met.

The owner apparently owns an antique store and has quite a few pictures & furniture there on site.

Super clean, and the manager deana was just always amazing and helpful.

but it doesnt work in this room, probably due to such thick walls.

In summer months they provide outside games for kids and adults to enjoy like horseshoes and many others to make you feel at home as much as possible.I could go on about more and will if ask.

The bed was comfortably firm, the room was very clean at all times (great staff, a real customer friendly family), and it was quiet.

Check-in was good; young lady at desk was very friendly.

After 6 hours of driving, I got a cup of water out of the faucet in my room.

I drive a food delivery truck and the thru road back to the highway was being worked on and I could not get out without backing blind into traffic.

The purpose of room service serves 2 roles, the 1st being the obvious, the 2nd to assure the rooms are not being damaged and to prevent illegal activities.

I spend a lot of time in motels and appreciate not feeling claustrophobic.

But again, very clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous.

Two lady friends and I stayed here while racing up the road at Hallett Motorsports Park.

My son and I got in very late, around 12:30 am and the lady who checked me in was very nice.

The owner told me the night I checked in that he would be willing to stop traffic for me in the morning, which he did.

The staff was welcoming and I was checked in quickly.

That being said the owner is not from around here if you know what i mean,yes rooms were nice if you care to raise a pit bull in them.

I  can use towels and wash cloths for 2 to 3 days and keeping the same sheets for my 4 day duration.

The young lady at the front desk was pleasant and friendly.

I gave it 2 stars for uncomfortable bedding & bathroom cleanliness, and no housekeeping to remove/replenish towels/make bed (had to go to office to request additional towels) I was told housekeeping "didn't come to work" on Sunday; well then why am I paying full price for partial service?

Manager Trish has TERRIBLE attitude and should be retrained in Customer Service, if she was ever trained in it to begin with.

Not the best nights sleep or anything to write home about.

Overall the lady that checked us in was nice.

Continental breakfast was sweet rolls, muffins, two kinds of cold cereal, three kinds of juice, coffee.

The rooms are clean and the staff is great.

Was supposed to get the room with kitchenette

The Wilshire gave me a comfortable room to stay for two nights.

It has provided me with all the comforts of home…towels, sheets, pillow, trash bags, and cleaning supplies for my room.

Room security is top on my priority list, as is a well lit parking area, and the Wilshire has both.

I enjoyed my stay.The staff were helpful and friendly.My room wa newly remodled and very clean.Price was cheap compared to surrounding areas.

The comforter had some burn holes which is common in a non smoking room, hehe.

The room is filthy, example - cobwebs on the walls.

Checkout day, 9am, I was all packed and was about to leave when housekeeping just walked in.

I had to park in front of the building  and walk about 50 feet to the room.

It's probably just as well that I couldn't open the curtains, the place looked bad enough in the dim light.
