Under Remodel, HVAC nor working proper, inadequate room lighting, no daily maid service.

They changed my 2 Queen beds to a king and placed us in an ineffective handicap room.

I believe the smell was coming from the air conditioner.

Be mindful of the time of year as it does get to freezing temperatures.

It was either freezing in the room or burning up, usually during the day when it was warmer outside.

I enjoyed the stay except for the price I was charged for the rooms with no working a/c or heating.

The service was excellent, the breakfasts were good and well presented.

The breakfast staff is AMAZING and put their heart in to their job.

This Best Western Plus is the best location in Cushing for Comfort, Wonderful breakfast included, Beds and Bedding are excellent for a good night's rest.

Everyone was so nice and the hot breakfast was great.

The towels are no longer that nice bright white, and they are a little rough.

There was poop in the toilet upon our arrival, which made us wonder if the room had only been ‘made up’ and not cleaned at all.

However, the pillows smelled like the really really old ones at Grandma's, breakfast was cleaned up and put away 15 min before the advertised time, the refrigerator made a racket ALL the time, the bathroom wasn't super clean, and it was minimal.

they gave soap bars that were 1 1/2" in size, tiny packs of shampoo and conditioner. .

The next room had a child's greasy hand prints on the mirror, a big grease stain on the bed cover, the front panel of one of the dresser drawers was broken off, the microwave was dirty and the shower didn't drain.

Room was dirty, sink smelled horribly musty.

So I started looking around more and began finding them crawling in the decorative creases in the headboard.

Didn't need any more blankets than were provided.

I gave it 2 stars for uncomfortable bedding & bathroom cleanliness, and no housekeeping to remove/replenish towels/make bed (had to go to office to request additional towels) I was told housekeeping "didn't come to work" on Sunday; well then why am I paying full price for partial service?

On the plus side, it's convenient, you can walk across the parking lot to McDonalds to get breakfast, it was relatively clean.

Continental breakfast was sweet rolls, muffins, two kinds of cold cereal, three kinds of juice, coffee.

They serve a simple breakfast in the morning and will take care of any and all concerns or needs that may arrise.

The cleanliness of the room is borderline disgusting.

It was a disgusting experience and I will never come back.

Had to switch rooms because smoke detector beeping.

The towels are stained, the sheets are faded, the chair is ripped and there is sharpie writing on the wall along with disgustingly dirty lamp shades and phone.

Roaches in the bathtub, in the bathroom, on the sink and on the wall by the clothes hangers.
