And our best dinner we had in cosi come sei, venetian restaurant which is actually very close to the hotel, just go from the roundabout trough tunnel and on your left there is a small shopping centrum and upstairs is this gem.

We went bed and breakfast great options for breakfast and good choice!!

We had breakfast which was very good with plenty of choice, the hotel staff were very friendly and nothing was too much bother for them.

Breakfast was sufficient, cereals, seeds, dried fruit, fresh fruit, yoghurts, meats and cheeses, bread and the usual cooked food.

but they all go the extra mile- the breakfast staff provided churros for us when requested and they also put out a special cake for the Three Kings festival.

Breakfast was excellent as were lunches round the pool bar.

We booked breakfast a few times and it was nice and plentiful.

Oscars for seafood, El Toro under the tunnel (right out of hotel) Wok Great Slow Boat Chinese Buffet upstairs at the back of the commercial centre.

but they were not also for a low floor we got floor 2,  breakfast in the hotel is lovely but do go bed and breakfast as it is 10 euros each to eat in hotel.

We were surprised how gentle the climb was to the Commercial Centre and the Mogan Mall which we visited on our one dull day.

We visited the Puerto Rico commercial centre for one night and found more restaurants and shops.

Restaurants 
There are soooo many restaurants to choose from and we did have some favourites ; Da Pinnochios in the commercial centre.

pool was very nice always sunbeds available can't say enough good things about this hotel lovely location right next to the harbour and about a 15 minute walk to the shopping centre or a 3 euro taxi ride

Although it’s a good walk into Puerto Rico centre, it’s right beside the marina and beach .

We got taxi a few times to shopping centre and once to Amadores beach.

Morasol Suites is approximately a 5 minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes to the shopping centre.

Perfect for us as a family, with a walk along to the small harbour or up to the centre within around 15 minutes.

The centre of the town (the shopping area etc) would have been about 25 mins walk

You can usually get taxis into the commercial centre from the harbour.

The hotel is located at the end of the Marina, a flat walk to the beach or about 20mins to the centre of town to the older shopping area or across to the other side of the bay.

We visited the Marina Suites and found the finish and decor to be of a higher standard than the Morasol and their infinity pool was stunning.

There are so many nice staff members here, it’s a real shame they don’t get the opportunity to use their talents to continue the welcoming, relaxing atmosphere into the evening.

It definitely needed a good clean and update it was really tired and the repairs were shabby, we also had ants in the kitchen area and wardrobe.

but the pool bar was handy and newly refurbished.

Staff were so helpful and friendly and the pool, pool bar and solarium made a real holiday atmosphere.

The pool bar is being done up so maybe this effected the atmosphere

but the noise from this was minimal and did not affect our stay,looking forward to our next visit and to see the completed pool bar and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere again,

The rooms have a modern decor and the shower has a hand attachment as well as an overhead head.

Morasol suites beautiful location shabby hotel meant to be 4 star … more like a 3.

I have stayed at these apartments about 10 times and they are totally amazing.Apartments spotless and cleaned every day.The staff cannot do enough for you.The pool is a really good size and very relaxing atmosphere.

my wife and I spent a lovely week in this hotel.Whilst we were there it was my wifes birthday and she was left a bottle of wine and a birthday card from the hotel.It had recently been refurbished and new walk in shower installed.

Suite style room is comfortable and clean.

The location right next to the marina was superb as were the apartments themselves.

There is a small marina cafe across the road from the Morosol which we frequented.

Morasol is located next door to Marina Suites.

Location is good as on the flat part of Puerto Rico by the marina, ferries can be caught to go to Puerto Morgan, the market is on a Friday,

An excellent and quiet location on the flat, overlooking the marina.

It was well positioned, with a great view of the marina.

Rooms are the perfect size and the balcony’s have a great view of the marina or the pool in morasol.

We stayed in a studio room overlooking the pool & marina, which all rooms do, size of the room was great, big balcony, good kitchenette which had everything you need!

Rooms were great for what we needed of them good view of the sea and the marina!

We were allocated room number 408, which had a fantastic view over the marina.

The suites are situated on the flat overlooking the marina so everywhere is in walking distance.

We had a wonderful room with a very large balcony overlooking the marina and the pool.

The setting is quiet with a beautiful view over the Marina, yet close to some good resta6such as La Mattine, El Gaitero and El Guanche.

Such a calming place to be in, with a fantastic outlook over the marina.

very enjoyable visit, all the staff friendly and helpful.there is very little wrong with this hotel and itis located on the flat very near one of the marinas and ferry port.the pool is a good size and there is also a rooftop sunbathing area.if i go back to puerto rico i would go back to the morasol.

Our favourites were Grill Costa Mar (best paella ever and amazing fish), Kai Chinese restaurant and Don Quijote (Salmon and prawn linguine with twice as much fish as pasta).

but if you want to have tapas and half bottle of wine and a beer for lunch it will set you back about $45_60.

Tables were available inside and outside on the cool shady terrace, and were quickly cleared by the efficient and welcoming restaurant team.

The area is nice with lots of bars and restaurants.

The location is excellent to restaurants, beach, boat trips, supermarket and of course the view is beautiful night & day.

There are lots of restaurants and bars close by which was very handy and the beaches nearby were so beautiful.

I would recommend using the shop and restaurants just a few minutes walk from the hotel through the tunnel.

I’m good walking distance of everything shop pub and restaurants just up under the tunnel!!

No evening entertainment no evening meal options, poolside very quiet

The kitchen area was well appointed and came with all the utensils you needed to make a meal.

It is an easy walk to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants to suit every taste.

Under the tunnel to the right of the hotel is a slight climb to some really good restaurants, pub and mini market.

David on reception gave us loads of tips about places to visit and arranged a New Year's pizza delivery for us.

If you go directly across marina it takes you to loads of different restaurants and also a Spar shop.

For us to get to Durty Nelly’s was a treat as we love live music and it was 5 minutes walking distance together with half a dozen good restaurants.

After we suffered some unforseen mobility issuses just before going on hoiliday the staff went above and beyond to make us as happy as posible , we arrived late at night the gentelman on the front desk done his upmost to get us some food and drink which was very helpfull.

If there are no signs up  and people are not told of this then as new people arrive they  just join the " well everyone else is doing it " and they start getting up even earlier than the day before.

but a word of warning , if you were travelling with others and using the bed settee the one bedroom suites are fairly open plan with no door for the bedroom so you may be better with a 2 bedroomed suite.

On the fourth day we discovered the existence of the solarium for which there were no signs to be seen in the hotel, as far as we could see, and on the second last day we found the Jet2 information board, having been told at reception on day 2 that there was no such board.

When maintenance removed fridge they uncovered a very large amount of mouse droppings so mice must have been living here for some considerable time.

The pool bed situation is not as advertised and towels were never removed despite being left all day.

I’ve stayed in various hotels around the world and this is the 1st time this type a rule has been implemented of 
30mins not on the sunbed then the towel and personal belongings are removed.

Only complaint was that despite a sign on the desk at reception saying you are not allowed to reserve sunbeds with towels, everyone does, so by 9am there are no beds with parasols available at the pool area.

The refurb of bathrooms was planned around 18 months ago and still no sign of this happening unless the area to the right of the hotel have been?

but no taps, just shower head which means the whole bathroom gets a thorough soaking when you try and fill bath with it, as it thrashes about unless you either hold it or want to wait half an hour to fill bath. Owners should Either remove bath (no!)

but there was a form in the room stating that this was ongoing).

The one shower I used on the roof had a blocked drain.

The bathroom is a nice size with a walk in shower, you need to build a towel dam when you use the shower as it floods the bathroom floor as the drain is not fast enough to take the water.

It seems that there is no proper drainage in these areas.

The cost of this holiday was not cheap and I really do not expect to have to put up with mould etc (I don’t have it at home).

We regret not booking the friday night bbq as we passed by and it smelled and looked delicious!

The only negative and reason it's not a 5 star review and in my opinion not a 4 star hotel is the damp in the bathroom, really quite bad.

The bathroom was quite small with no power in the shower or taps when warm water needed, there was a hole in the ceiling and signs of damp everywhere.

On arrival our room smelt of cigarettes and took a few days to get rid of it.

We have stayed here numerous times and the Suites, the staff and the weather never let us down.

We were warmly welcomed by David on arrival and the cleaners were excellent.

Rooms were kept clean, the ladies were always friendly.

Several reviews mention this, and the reply is often that there simply isn’t the demand.

The rest of the hotel was clean and the pool area was looked after, all of the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The staff are lovely, friendly and any requests/issues are dealt with promptly.

We were welcomed by Luis who was very kind and friendly.

Just back from our 3rd visit to the fabulous Morasol -  perfect location, great rooms and fantastic staff - reception staff especially Luis were so helpful and always greeted you with a smile and our lovely cleaner Elisa!

We had a late flight home and was offered the use of a complimentary room, which was complete with fresh towels, toiletries and even a bottle of wine and large bottle of water.

Bottle of water provided so we were able to make a hot drink.

You can buy large bottles of water from the hotel so you don’t have to carry heavy bottles from the supermarket.

but now commercialised, we avoided the Friday market, it is a lovely walk around the marina, bus there for €1.55 each and €7.00 back on a water taxi along the coast.

We had no bottled water in our room upon arrival which we always previously had.

We also had a bottle of water in room as we arrived late which again was very thoughtful and helpful.

Our favorite place at the Club was hanging out at the main pool and lazy river.

The club house is nice and the gym is amazing, fully kitted out with all the latest kit, techno gym.

While we were there, we enjoyed our breakfast each morning at The Cafe, swimming and hanging out at the main pool and lazy river at the Club.

The young men, driving the golf cart from the hotel to the club house were well mannered and drove very carefully.

The shuttles between the hotel and the club were helpful and prompt.

The whole hotel is beatiful, the external building, the pool on the anex club, every thing is very nice, the room is very confortable and well finished in all the details, the service is amazing,  specially the front desk professional Gabriela Roja, which had helped us with everything we asked, the whole expericen became amazing with her special service.

We spent a day at the pool club next door and enjoyed that as well.

The excellent Naples Bay Club is an integral part of the resort, with complimentary shuttle service as well.

We enjoyed the Naples Bay Club access every day--played tennis, used the Pelotons, made many laps around the lazy river.

Part of your room package is access to a private beach club that is a short walk or golf cart ride away.

The complimentary shuttles to the Club and downtown Naples were so beneficial (we didn’t rent a car so having this kind of transportation was excellent).

Room- we booked a club room across the street from the main hotel.

Additionally, there were great amenities at the Naples Bay Club (just a short walk or golf-cart ride away), from the gym and spa, to the tennis courts, to the terrific pools.

The whole staff at Naples Bay Club makes you feel like “family”.

They have a "Club" area that is a few blocks down that you need to drive to.

We mentioned that we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and we were greeted with a card signed by the staff, a bubbly toast, and candy!

Housekeeping left our door unlocked about 40% of the time we were there, completely unintentional as the door looked closed and locked, it's just that the door handle would push down and open without the key card.

tried to by a $6 packet of tynol in the gift shop with a $20 bill and was told "we dont make change charge it to your room of you dont get it".

but was surprised at checkout by a $37/day resort fee added to the bill for each of our four nights(our reservation confirmation from Snaptravel stated there would be no additional room charges beyond the prepaid fee).

They tack on a service charge with every purchase at the pool bar/restaurant so be aware!

My other con is, when ordering from the bar or servers, on your bill, there is a 20% Service Charge applied to your bill which in reality is a tip automatically applied,

They charge a daily $37.00 resort fee , considering all we used was a towel.

Also be aware that they put the full amount of your stay on hold on your credit card as well as charge your credit card during your stay.

On our wedding day, there were complaints from our friends and family (INCLUDNG THE BRIDE) concerning  Anthony (who was in charge of our wedding reception) regarding his tone and behavior from seating, trying to take drinks from guests at end of reception, and abruptly ending the wedding reception which caused problems for people trying to get their belongings from inside the reception room.

We were told that late checkout was possible for 2pm at an extra charge and ended up having to leave at 11 because this was not the case with two small children.

Being a server in my past, I would have been more honest about it as that might spur someone to tip on top of the charge.

Despite charging an amenities fee, I was informed what the amenities were.

And they only charge usd 75 per stay all in (not per dog) for the pet fee.

They took a credit card and went over the "extra" charges which were $37 per day for "activity fees" and a one time charge of $160 for cleaning.

They required an additional charge of 75 dollars for pet cleaning fee at entrance that was not advertise in the booking process.

Credit card is charged $500.00 just in case we use a facility.

I paid my bill in full not looking for any credit,

With spa services, bell service, valet parking with no charge, housekeeping daily, beach service, shuttle service, WiFi, Marina service if needed, boat tours if desired, the list goes on and on.

(They offer a free breakfast, I paid $3 for a cup of tea and they don't charge a daily amenity fee.)

.on check out we received an extra charge for breakfast of $48 so it turns out the lady checking us in had made a mistake.

but based on my dining experience at Nosh and the general atmosphere.

The rooms were huge, with really high quality fittings.

Pool areas were nice maybe a little dated

but not been back for 4 years, We had a 2 bedroom suite with a sun terrace over looking the Marina, all the apartments had been renovated to lovely neutral colours, Staff are always so friendly and helpful, It’s my go to place in Naples, Only 15 minute walk into the Old Town

Each room is a suite complete with a full kitchen, comfortable sitting area, and elegant bath.

It was feshly decorated with a brand new bathroom.

The gym was clean and had all up-to-date equipment.

This resort is near downtown Naples and we wanted to see the holiday decorations.

The resort itself has it all as you can indulge in the pool scene & fitness rooms or elect to use the apartments as a base for a beach break as we mostly do.

The downtown area and beach are were cozy and nice.

It was impeccably clean and well decorated.

And the kitchen, dining room area and living room were cozy

The one bedroom suite had a modern and comfortable decor, with a fun view of the marina from the spacious balcony.

We really enjoyed the restaurants on site and the laid back vibe.

Rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated, with great views of the marina.

Highly recommend Naples Bay Resort and Marina and definitely come back!!!! !

We stayed he for 5 nights after Disney in 2 bedroom Marina view .

A few weeks ago, I enjoyed three nights at the Naples Bay Resort in a two-bedroom suite overlooking the resort's beautiful marina.

We chartered a speed boat from the Hotel Marina, which was incredibly convenient (especially for my engagement plans as this was an integral part of my plan).

The nice thing about breakfast is, unlike hotels with buffet, the breakfast is served at a cafe by marina and you can choose from the menu and order a la carte.

We booked a 2 bedroom Suite, which they upgraded to a marina view for us which was a lovely gesture, and what a view it was!

I highly recommend the Naples Bay Resort and Marina.

My husband brought me to Naples for a birthday getaway and Naples Bay Resort and Marina made it unforgettable!

We had a 2 bedroom suite overlooking the Marina (beautiful view!).

My trip to the  Naples Bay and Resort  Marina was a wonderful experience.

The rooms were top notch, with at least every other room being a suite-type room with a great view of the marina, and the meeting rooms right off of the lobby were excellent and just what we needed for our event.

I loved walking my dog around the marina, especially at sunset.

We had a great view overlooking the Marina.

We traveled  for retirement and anniversary reasons and as a result we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite that was beautiful with an awesome view of the marina.

The room was very clean and had an amazing marina view, a major upgrade over our vrbo view.

Our balcony had a direct view of the Marina; very quiet and relaxing.

The suite was spacious and had a perfect view of the marina.

We had a beautiful view of the marina from the bedroom, living area, and balcony.

While the room was nicely located near the elevator, the traffic noise on the terrace was noticeable — despite having a Marina view.
