Sadly it was unseasonably hot out and 80 degrees isn’t my idea of comfortable to sleep.

The 'City view' room (which I had) look out on to a busy 4 lane road and the traffic noise was reasonably loud - requiring earplugs to sleep.

The bed was so low it was like sleeping on the floor.

Also early in the morning there's a sound of a pneumatic drill and other building noises from the construction site just a few metres away from the hotel, so between noisy air con and the drilling - no quality sleep at all.

Unfortunately, our mattresses weren't very firm and the pillows were lumpy and too soft so we didn't sleep well.

Our bedroom was on the street side and I must say the noise (even in the weekend -  in the summer when It's like Ibiza) did not keep us out of our sleep (but we live in a big city, so this is quite subjective).

However, during the night the noise was not so disturbing therefore we had a decent sleep.

The room cleaning is done on daily basis during the morning (it was an exception in one day, when the lady came at noon and I gave up at the service because my little girl was sleeping).

We've used to sleep on temperatures less than 20 deg.

We had daily problems with the water pressure and the fact that most of the times the water wasnt warm at all.

In the room 1317 the drains of both sink and shower tub were partially blocked.

The room quite small, the bathroom really small, a bit of refurbishment needed.

The room, bathroom and balcony are very small.

-	Cockroaches in the bathroom at night (had to always keep the light on so they won’t come);
-	Very small rooms (no exaggeration, one has to walk in a file to navigate the few steps available in the room – the bathroom is the pinnacle);
-	Some of the furniture in the room, on the kids bed, has dangerous screws left out so one can easily get hurt (see foto);
-	Ridiculous towel area on the private beach (1 m wide at most).

when I entered the room, I realized that it wasn't clean at all, the bathroom was a mess, it had a lot of mud and sand spots, hair all over the place, dirty towel, dirty beds, carpets, a bin was staying right in the center of the room.

- TV on the right side of the wall, while in front of the bed you have a mirror.

The room is small, door squeeks like a dieing animal, balcony looks industrial with hammer made drain hole and impossible to close door, thin walls, bathroom falls appart with bugs on the floor.

The bathroom is very very small, only one person can fit in it.

The bath is waaay too small and you cannot open the bathroom door and the entrance door at the same time.

It was impossible for me to take a shower or to bath the children after the beach or when they needed cleaning.

I had to clean the bathroom by myself using the cleaning articles bought in a store. 3.

The prices were the highest across all restaurants we encountered while the restaurant personnel would look at you in a weird way if you didnt tip atleast 10% of your order.

The new extended beach shifts the shoreline some 80 meters “away” while the sun beds are still in the old place…and VERY pricey and not worth it!

On the beach, the hard, plastic sunbeds, without a mattress and the worst thing is that he made us pay for the sunbeds for 2 days even if we didn't use them, one of the days it rained all day, and the -the second was a strong wind and we couldn't stay, they didn't understand the situation forcing us to pay for the 2 days, being very rude receptionist.

First question asked by reception lady was if I agree to pay at arrival.

We were booked in the second building, standard suites,for which we paid a horrid lot of money for.

The restaurant it's overrated, very plain and expensive.

Also, the access to the hotel pool 
had to be paid a lot of money.

Also one has to pay for things that would have been a given for a 4 star hotel (pool access, beach lounges)

Conclusions: 4 stars is a joke.

I did not try the a la carte restaurant, that anyway was overpriced.

This hotel is very expensive for the quality of service and size of the room.

I was not happy with the services offered by the hotel restaurant, the poor bargaining diversity, and the very high prices.

Over all, I won't go there, it's not a 4* hotel, it is dirty, the employees are rude and untrainted, the parking is too expensive and the pool too, the wi-fi signal was very poor.

Anyway if you are forced to visit it, ask for a room in the building wich is parallel  with the shore, the other rooms in the building wich is perpendicularly to the shore must to be avoided, no metter the price.

But, I also realised the mistake twenty minutes later, contacted the hotel, was willing to pay a penalty and still they would not change my reservation which is five months away.

I found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful, my room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

In a nut shell, Zenith is far from deserving its 4 stars.

Over all I’ll give this hotel 2 stars beacause I’m a generous person and I will never stay here again my life.

However, things still need improving, so I can't give 5 stars.

For sure it is not a 4 star hotel, it's maximum a 3 star hotel.

It does not have the accommodation and services of a four stars.

Zenith doesen't look like a four star hotel.

The elevator is not in working condition,

On the negative: the main street is quite noisy, there is no elevator (for your heavy luggage),

The only reason this doesn't get a rating of 5 is that I'm not sure there is an elevator, so I'm not sure it would be suitable for people with mobility impairments.

The elevator is not always working, so consider that when planning luggage.

Note there is no elevator and the stairs up to reception and then up another flight of stairs to the rooms are steep, so this hotel is not suitable for those with impaired mobility. Check in was very efficient, with a heartfelt we've been expecting you."

-The street is quite noisy and at night time you have a lot of guys driving their bikes to the maximum.

We took the blocking pillar away and started the parking when someone starting shouting from one of the hotel windows to not park there, as we are not allowed.

Except of the fact that there is a bit noisy from outside ( you hear a continous noise from the air co from the esto just in front) and you could not sleep with open window, the hotel itself is beautiful and comfy. The staff is polite, it s there when you need

Therefore, I choose not to cancel my reservation now and wait until July 2019 to hear any news from you.

The windows keep the traffic noise out when closed.

I find this to be a very quiet hotel, you don't seem to hear the other occupants or staff moving around, when windows are closed you don't hear the neighboring restaurants.

You may want to ask for room that doesn't face the busy street because on a weekend night because there is a lot of traffic on the street and it can be noisy,

but closing your window blocks any noise if you are trying to sleep.

although there was construction everywhere  around Constanta this time a year, I couldn't hear it at all.

but we weren't disturbed by any traffic noise.

The hotel is not prepared to enforce a non smoking policy !

but instead of being told that there are no good rooms available, the hotel has offered to accommodate me in their worst room (that is room 18) in their premises: an inconveniently small twin bed room, which suffers from intolerant bad smells (a combination of smoke and sewage smell) and, to my surprise, as equally expensive as the rest of the clearly superior deluxe mini-suites.

In the cafe where breakfast is served people smoke and the staff are rather indifferent if not rude- still it's not part of the hotel.

The only negative thing about the hotel is that lately they seem to have a problem with the sewage system and some rooms have a smell problem in the bathroom.

As in many places in Romania the non smoking area is not very well protected from the very large smoking area

If you'd like to swim, the beach is your best option as the hotel's pool is tiny and more suitable for kids.Also, you need the cross through the conference hall in order to get there, which can get awkward if there's a conference going on..

There were only 2 waiters so you order your food and by the time it comes you have forgotten what you had ordered. God forbids they miss one item from your order or get something wrong (which they do all the time!!)

In one of the days we had the unpleasent situation that, we couldnt order any soup from the menu.

There is no way to order beverages or refreshments on Del Mar private beach.

It could be crowded sometimes in the surrounding area so might get a bit noisy in some of the rooms.

Can be very noisy at times because of the kids, certainly not a place for adults that want peace and quiet.

but it is disturbing the garbage alley with closed containers.

While in your room, even with the windows closed, you can hear the music from around.

although nothing major (the shower door was not properly insulated, so water could easily flow all over the bathroom floor; we had some problems with the TV remote control that stopped working after a while every day).

The only inconveniences: some disturbing mosquitoes in the night and the restaurant.

If you do stay in the hotel when there is a wedding you will have disturbed sleep as they party until anything up until 7am, take some ear plugs!!!!

The surroundings are very crowded and noisy during the weekends and sometimes you may struggle to find a parking place

The only thing that was bad was the noise from the events organized at the forst floor and from the square in front of the hotel

The shower was a horror machine, it felt like an old airplane engine, ready to take off for fall.

The AC was working excellent without being noisy at all.

what they should be warning against is the noise from the bars and clubs till the early hours and the fat Romanian men who look like they have eaten their mother in laws.

the bathtub certainly did not flow, it was equipped with a floor washer  because on the floor in the bathroom I got wet after each shower!

The rooms look shabby, the objects in the room are yellowed and scratched, the soap dispensers do not work, insufficient lighting.

In the bathroom you will find mold and rust.

but no towels, no bathrobes, no toilletries, no slippers.

Lengerie was not exchanged according to the 2 day rule, outdated or degraded furniture with marks of poor repair, used up towels at the sweeming pool, liquid soap dispensers only in bathroom, no robes or sleepers, etc.
