How can they charge so much per night and have a smelly building, small rooms and no breakfast.

When we got the Bill the cost they charged for one (1) night, $662.81 was almost as much as our entire stay for 3 nights, $762.82.

They will charge you $25 + taxes per day for parking.

The ambiance of the hotel does not reflect the rooms charge.

Our room was  on the 18th floor, and there was nothing special about that floor only  that it is a hotel key card access only floor.

Also, there is a $60 charge for early check in even if your room is already ready even for suites/upgraded stays.

The pricing was very inconsistent with charging $14 for a meal

called the card provider and they said no charges ever came across.

To begin, they cancelled my reservation and charged me as a no show, when I had written proof that I had changed my reservation.

When I got up there, she basically took my credit card, handed it to me staring at me, like are you going to move.

but they get you by charging high prices on in room Wi-Fi or ordering room service.

I am frankly amazed that the waiter, the cook and the manager would all feel it appropriate to charge someone for burnt food.

The only thing I would recommend are more outlets and/or USB ports to charge devices.

Although the charge was only for $16.24, it's the principal.

Parking is charged per night to your bill.

but what was concerning was I was charged a $10.00 tip for a $9.00 salad that I walked to the restaurant to get.

They double charged us for our room on the last night

Also, look at your reservation for parking INCLUDED AT NO CHARGE IN GARAGE.

but denied,  elevator lobbies trash laying around and exposed electrical cords, this is with getting one of their larger rooms on 15th floor for $500 a night.

It looks like no one has bothered to move the handicapped lift and clean the floor underneath in a few years and how hard is it to replace a couple of old, worn out caution signs and pool chairs for new ones?

The garage elevator sounds like it is some sort of chopping machine and very old.

Getting an elevator was a nightmare, always a long wait and packed with stranger.

We were given a room on the tenth floor and had to wait in line for several minutes for the elevators.

but very noisy from the elevators that ran all night.

The floor that requires a room key to get on the elevator is a joke

These rooms are all located next to the elevator shaft, which was noisy at night.

It seems a bit dated, there are LONG waits at the elevator banks and parking is a pain.

The elevators are in desperate need of replacement, bordering on a significant safety issue.

One complaint we had was that there was only 2 working elevators out of 5 and that was simply not enough for the tons of people staying here.

.. living in the hotel, it took us just an elevator ride, we stayed at 17th floor,

Waits at the elevators and difficulty parking were my only issues.

The hotel needs to provide more security during hotel events to help monitor and control intoxicated people in the elevators and hallways.

Special note: Room 1241 is by the elevator.

Ok,  now get off the elevator on the 14th floor to have my breath cut off from the dead air or heat.

I only rate this poor because of the Elevator.

Everyone is so friendly , professional and accommodating from the valet to the housekeeping.

Parking is convenient, you pay $25 per night and you have in and out privileges.

Did not like we had to pay for parking I figure if you are a guest you should not have to pay for parking.

I feel like all we paid for was the name.

The parking is ridiculously expensive and the hotel even charges for self parking.

I was very disappointed in this experience & I paid for connecting rooms.

We requested a room change and offered to pay for an upgrade to a room that was published on their website and this request was not even acknowledged/ replied to.

And they charge for EVERYTHING (parking, internet, etc).

Whole floor smelled like weed one night, kids and dogs noises till 1 am, pool liner seperated in floor bottom, 20 plus kids running and diving over and over at pool and hot tub, trashed up parking garage, public bathrooms in hotel nasty, paid for early check in

but for the price they ask for it has to be.

We had an issue with our room and it was swapped with no questions asked.

I was EXTREMELY shocked and surprised when this kept happening to me at the Omni… every employee from check-in to check-out WAS  FABULOUS.

The front dask steff was cheery and helpful.

Every staff member went out of their way to be helpful.

Bathrooms were too small wilth limited cleanliness.

Hot water for showers only 1 day out of 5.

The old sliding doors they have screwed closed with rusty hardware and nasty caulk need to go.

The main problem was that the toilets are almost like sitting on the floor - WAY too low!

Bathroom had a shower and toilet - no sink.

I asked to change rooms the next room had sticky floors in the bathroom.

On the first morning I noticed a dark stain on the inside wall of my shower.

The hot water in the shower is lukewarm at best and the cold water is also lukewarm at best.

Only 1 elevator in a Very Big hotel, I was there a year ago and I think only 1 elevator was available then too, the toilets are very loud when flushing, as noisy as the toilet in high school.

Old happens, minimal amenities happen, construction happens, and mistakes happen.

The hot water was out on Sunday so no showers.

I went down stairs to advise about the phone and toilet.

More attention could be paid on making sure the shower walls are cleaned and free of mold and typical shower residue (soap, shampoo, conditioner).

3) Be Careful, Bathroom Shower Faucet is counter intuitive.

but I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect hot water in a shower when you’re paying close to $300 a night.

One thing that we really liked was the shower with the sliding glass doors nothing like the old shower curtains.

One elevator was out of service which made the wait long.

Elevators getting stuck and trapping people between floors on several occasions.

Downside: small elevators, noise getting through walls between rooms and a little dated

We were allowed to use the freight elevator which was out of service 75% of the stay.

Luckily we were on a lower floor because of the issues with the elevators.

The elevator sounded like it was going to fall apart.

Only real complaint was only one elevator was working my entire weekend, the others were under repair

The wait time to get in the tiny elevator is extremely long

One elevator was out of service and the other one way too slow.

The bad thing was only one of two elevator was working.

Third, 1/2 of the elevaters  was out so everyone including the staff had to use one elevator.

She told me two of the three elevators were out of service and that there was construction in the building.

Elevators were small and only 1 was working so guests had to use stairs next day.

The 2 of the 3 elevators were out of order.

But only 2 small older elevators is a drawback.

Additionally, the free internet did not work, out air conditioner was stuck on a very hot temperature, the mattress was hard as a rock, and there are only two tiny elevators for a fully booked, eleven story hotel which made going up and down problematic.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Checking in is a breeze staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

AC a bit noisy, old style thermostat not clear how to use (remove cover), no instructions for TV in room, finally found a channel guide by accident.

although the room had a balcony the door had been sealed and we later found out it was due to humidity.

Room 201 has a loud constant hum that is not part of the heating system.

I had to ask for ear plugs and I could still hear it.

We had issues with no hot water and very loud, intermittent plumbing noises,

Street noise significant, at least on the fifth floor.

The road noise thru them is loud, and they need to be taken out and some insulated windows put in.

We requested a high room to minimize noise from the street.

but thought I better mention it because anyone staying here will definitely hear it.

but they are sealed shut, so they're really windows (and not recently cleaned outside).

I was woken up by the sound 2 night out of 3.

There was a constant wait as so many guests were trying to share one elevator.

One was (and has been) the traffic noise going on late at night it being right on a busy avenue.

We were next to the elevator so we can hear the beeping of people coming in and out of the elevators

We were also shocked to find that all glass doors leading to lanais are sealed closed and no access to lanais.

I liked that the balcony was sealed i have kids it made me feel alot better that the door had a lock at the top that way my kids couldn't leave or open the door when someone knocked.

The balconies are sealed and they dont tell you.

Was very upset when we arrived and found the balcony door sealed up so we could not go out on the balcony.

however the lady working Saturday night was argumentative upon me asking a question.

The staff were all very nice and accommodating.

The staff here is exceptional, especially Thalia Martinez in sales.

However it is mostly circulating hot air.

Returning to the room after leaving the A/C on all day, it was still hot.

There is no fan in the ceiling of the bathroom so all that moisture has to go somewhere.

The AC didn't work in the two rooms they tried to put us in.

Interesting choice of decor with moving blankets and duct tape in the one working elevator for 7 floors so be prepared to wait in line often to get to your room.

Next room no toilet paper holder ac didn't work properly metal pieces were hanging off of bed verydangerous.

exhaust fan that was disconnected, no switch, leaving the bathroom always wet and stinky.

between the roaches, ride desk, giant fans circulating stank  thru the lobby, and workers on the balcony at 8am Radisson will never have my business again and I suggest you stay away as well

This place is old, not maintained well at all, room is humid because the AC doesn’t work, and because the bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust the steam from the shower makes your humid room WORSE!

Our room smelled like mildew and it was so humid that my medication started to disintegrate.

As soon as you went up to the rooms, the hallway carpets were dirty, the room was damp and smelled like mildew, mattresses were zippered into covers which makes me think they've had a bug problem, A/C unit was moldy, tiles broken in the tiny bathroom, ceiling tile was pushed up and to the side above the shower, and the general feeling was of uncleanliness and lack of maintenance.

The AC system is about to fall off the wall.

You really had to listen for the waves hitting the beach over the constant hum of the air conditioner mounted on the balcony that also dispensed hot air.

The outside unit of AC is facing to the balcony so you can’t sit there because of noise and hot air.

Here are some of the issues we encountered, the AC was not cooling had to set it at 60 degrees and was still hot sticky environment my son is a crawler during a one night stay his knees, shoes and hands were filthy with a black stains.

Also my room was facing the front of the building right over the AC units which were extremely loud and unpleasing.

The bathroom door was cut to accommodate the lowered bathroom ceiling left large gaps on the top and bottom of the jam.

I could.bot get the shower floor cleaned.

When we completely ran out of toilet paper on the morning of day two, after a difficult night of little sleep, we went to get it ourselves.

but the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work so taking a shower left the entire area humid.

Then you open door #3 and your prize is hair on the toilet. Unacceptable.

The mirrors had even dust to write your name.

The halls are loud with workers during the day; kids seem to run rampant at night; NO amenities are open - no restaurant, no pool, no jacuzzi.

Door did not close in bathroom told front desk and he said oh well.

No where does it tell you that the entire hotel is under construction and there are absolutely NO amenities open - no food, no elevator, nothing.

Pubes on the toilet in one room and in the shower in the other.

Most of the showers taking did not have very hot water.

Plus is was loud-squeaky; we put soap on the hinges.

Then the sink is PLUGGED and had standing water in it as soon as we walked in - no one unpacked anything - much less use the bathroom - and the sink is clogged!

In the room: balcony door does not lock, toilet stopped working after the first flush, black mold on the bathroom door.

Dirty around the tub, rust had been painted over, hole where an old smoke detector use be that had not been fill in correctly , tried to patch ceiling I presume from a leak, sand in the bed.

The bartender at the pool bar did a great job and super friendly (I don't recall her name, some with an X).

The staff is very friendly and efficient.

but the location, friendly staff and the view still made this work for us.

Very well run hotel with nice, friendly, helpful employees.

Even under construction this is a very friendly place to stay so cheerful!

Front desk staff was friendly, and the maintence guy that works 3-11 was helpful about the hot tub and pool area.

One good thing I can say about any of the staff was David, who got us a fresh set of linens on our second day was most helpful and friendly.

Upon arrival at check in our attendant was friendly and sweet.

but other than that staff friendly and very comfortable is going to the beach

We had a room on the 5th floor that smelled terrible and appeared to be missing furniture.
