Great location, clean and comfortable room with a nice view of the bay!

The views of the bay from our 16th floor room were beautiful.

As you would expect, you get a gorgeous beach view in front.

The suite had 3 balconies which provided outstanding views of the bay.

We had a standard king room on the 11th floor which had a small balcony with a great view of the bay and we could see the USS Lexington.

Beach view was phenomenal, peaceful & private.

Nice view of bay from room and I liked the balcony.

Our room was very nice and we had great views of the waterfront.

We were met by a helpful staff, had wonderful parking, a room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the bay and a great bed!

The Republic is a top notch restaurant & bar on the 20th floor with an incredible view of the bay and is great for dinners with clients or just a relaxing drink at the bar to end the day.

The room was clean and we had a nice view of the bay.

The highlights are the great view of the bay and the excellent restaurant and convenience stores at the lobby.

Wonderful place to come and start the day with a beautiful view of the bay in air conditioning or catch a delicious beverage and snack in the mid day.

How can they charge so much per night and have a smelly building, small rooms and no breakfast.

When we got the Bill the cost they charged for one (1) night, $662.81 was almost as much as our entire stay for 3 nights, $762.82.

They will charge you $25 + taxes per day for parking.

The ambiance of the hotel does not reflect the rooms charge.

Our room was  on the 18th floor, and there was nothing special about that floor only  that it is a hotel key card access only floor.

Also, there is a $60 charge for early check in even if your room is already ready even for suites/upgraded stays.

The pricing was very inconsistent with charging $14 for a meal

called the card provider and they said no charges ever came across.

To begin, they cancelled my reservation and charged me as a no show, when I had written proof that I had changed my reservation.

When I got up there, she basically took my credit card, handed it to me staring at me, like are you going to move.

but they get you by charging high prices on in room Wi-Fi or ordering room service.

I am frankly amazed that the waiter, the cook and the manager would all feel it appropriate to charge someone for burnt food.

The only thing I would recommend are more outlets and/or USB ports to charge devices.

Although the charge was only for $16.24, it's the principal.

Parking is charged per night to your bill.

but what was concerning was I was charged a $10.00 tip for a $9.00 salad that I walked to the restaurant to get.

They double charged us for our room on the last night

Also, look at your reservation for parking INCLUDED AT NO CHARGE IN GARAGE.

but denied,  elevator lobbies trash laying around and exposed electrical cords, this is with getting one of their larger rooms on 15th floor for $500 a night.

It looks like no one has bothered to move the handicapped lift and clean the floor underneath in a few years and how hard is it to replace a couple of old, worn out caution signs and pool chairs for new ones?

The garage elevator sounds like it is some sort of chopping machine and very old.

Getting an elevator was a nightmare, always a long wait and packed with stranger.

We were given a room on the tenth floor and had to wait in line for several minutes for the elevators.

but very noisy from the elevators that ran all night.

The floor that requires a room key to get on the elevator is a joke

These rooms are all located next to the elevator shaft, which was noisy at night.

It seems a bit dated, there are LONG waits at the elevator banks and parking is a pain.

The elevators are in desperate need of replacement, bordering on a significant safety issue.

One complaint we had was that there was only 2 working elevators out of 5 and that was simply not enough for the tons of people staying here.

.. living in the hotel, it took us just an elevator ride, we stayed at 17th floor,

Waits at the elevators and difficulty parking were my only issues.

The hotel needs to provide more security during hotel events to help monitor and control intoxicated people in the elevators and hallways.

Special note: Room 1241 is by the elevator.

Ok,  now get off the elevator on the 14th floor to have my breath cut off from the dead air or heat.

I only rate this poor because of the Elevator.

Everyone is so friendly , professional and accommodating from the valet to the housekeeping.

The personnel were very friendly & professional.

Beautiful inside and everyone is super friendly and welcoming.

All staff were extremely welcoming & friendly; all around great service & clean facilities.

Every staff member that I encountered was friendly.

Quick and easy check-in, friendly staff, clean room, beautiful views.

The pool was clean and so was the pool are; bar staff at pool was extremely courteous and friendly!

When I got to the desk, the girl working the desk was extremely friendly to the 2 girls checking in, telling them all about the hotel and restaurants, I thought wow this is nice, she goes through this whole thing, that’s great customer service.

just stayed there  last week with my teenage daughters , great location  , great view from  the balcony  , friendly staff , close to all major attractions  , clean and updated rooms, maid staff was great , front desk was very helpful

Parking is convenient, you pay $25 per night and you have in and out privileges.

Did not like we had to pay for parking I figure if you are a guest you should not have to pay for parking.

I feel like all we paid for was the name.

The parking is ridiculously expensive and the hotel even charges for self parking.

I was very disappointed in this experience & I paid for connecting rooms.

We requested a room change and offered to pay for an upgrade to a room that was published on their website and this request was not even acknowledged/ replied to.

And they charge for EVERYTHING (parking, internet, etc).

Whole floor smelled like weed one night, kids and dogs noises till 1 am, pool liner seperated in floor bottom, 20 plus kids running and diving over and over at pool and hot tub, trashed up parking garage, public bathrooms in hotel nasty, paid for early check in

but for the price they ask for it has to be.

The rooms are outdated, food is overpriced and takes for a very long time to get it to your table.

everything was better at less expensive hotels.

Stayed and ate here during a three-day stay.

Room was clean and nice, food also good.Location wise is very good and close to everywhere.

It’s an excellent location, walking distance to marina and the great restaurants there.

Stayed here for one night while on a longer road trip, fantastic location and the restaurant on the top floor was very good.

We checked in on July 02, 2023 for a 3 night stay, and this Omni Hotel, which appeared to be a complete package, on the water, great views, nice pool and good restaurants, so what could go wrong?

Great location to restaurants and the beach too.

The food and drinks were excellent from room-service, the pool-bar and the other bar & restaurant on the 2nd floor.

The restaurants are top notch and the food delicious!

The hotel restaurant was excellent for dinner.

There are good seafood restaurants within a short walk.

The hotel has a restaurant, and the food is quite tasty and decently priced.

The food is good, the breakfast buffet was well stocked with lots of items.

This hotel is beautifully appointed with the pool, downtown area, and the fabulous Republic it Texas Grill.

The food offered at the Glass Pavilion was delicious too and the breakfast and dinner we had were some of the highlights of our corpus stay, and the service was excellent too.

The Republic of Texas bar and grill is great.

When a company has a banquet and reserves 70 rooms at a hotel, you would expect that your associates would be made to feel welcome.

We had an issue with our room and it was swapped with no questions asked.

The rooms were nice , well kept and updated.

The view is stunning and every room has a great view of Nueces Bay.

When we arrived we were pleased because we had a beautiful corner room overlooking the water.

I had a waterfront "bay view" room, which is definitely worth it if.

Staff very supportive, rooms very clean, and hotel beautiful overall.

Overall quality of the room is that of an average hotel and you can see that you are definitely overpaying for the room.

The newlyweds chose Omni for the wedding block of rooms.

I have enjoyed free upgrades on rooms and great service.

but we offered to kill time or wait if needed, we were reassured however that the room would be ready by 2:45 and that we could early check in free of charge, which was appreciated so we didn’t have to run around with our bags everywhere.

Within 10 minutes of a quick text I had a great response offering the room with a small upcharge…great no problem!

View from the rooms was amazing, the beds were very comfortable and the AC nice and cold.

The room had a view of the marina and was a decent size.

Our 17th floor bay facing room subjected us to traffic noise until 2AM one night.

Our room had a great view (especially for fireworks), it’s a convenient location for the beach and local attractions and the beds were comfortable.

We stayed in Room 1855, an Executive Suite with wonderful Ocean Views from both rooms.

We travel to Corpus several times a year to visit family and this weekend my husband decided to treat me by booking us a beach view room at this hotel.

Room overlooked ocean was great view and absolutely no problems at all.Toilet was slow to flush

The hotel has incredible views from the rooms facing the bay front.

The rooms have a great view and Omni does a great job at this property.

Check-in was fast and efficient, the garage had plenty of parking (daily fee is required), decor is up-to-date, elevators were fast and easy to access, the view from my room was breathtaking.

We had a premier view room, at the end of the building directly overlooking the bay.

That was also embarrassing for our associates.

I was EXTREMELY shocked and surprised when this kept happening to me at the Omni… every employee from check-in to check-out WAS  FABULOUS.

The front dask steff was cheery and helpful.

Every staff member went out of their way to be helpful.

but even the staff at the bar was great despite all the people they had to serve.

This hotel has a great location, overlooking the marina.

We were put on the 17th floor as per our request for a high floor, and the views from our premier room were incredible like last time, and waking up with a prime view of the ocean on such a high floor was beautiful, and the balcony was a big plus.

The view was great and our room was very clean.

The location was great, super close to the aquarium and lots of beautiful views.

The beautiful views from the hotel are also a plus.

Bathrooms were too small wilth limited cleanliness.

Hot water for showers only 1 day out of 5.

The old sliding doors they have screwed closed with rusty hardware and nasty caulk need to go.

The main problem was that the toilets are almost like sitting on the floor - WAY too low!

Bathroom had a shower and toilet - no sink.

I asked to change rooms the next room had sticky floors in the bathroom.

On the first morning I noticed a dark stain on the inside wall of my shower.

The hot water in the shower is lukewarm at best and the cold water is also lukewarm at best.

Only 1 elevator in a Very Big hotel, I was there a year ago and I think only 1 elevator was available then too, the toilets are very loud when flushing, as noisy as the toilet in high school.

Old happens, minimal amenities happen, construction happens, and mistakes happen.

The hot water was out on Sunday so no showers.

I went down stairs to advise about the phone and toilet.

More attention could be paid on making sure the shower walls are cleaned and free of mold and typical shower residue (soap, shampoo, conditioner).

3) Be Careful, Bathroom Shower Faucet is counter intuitive.

but I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect hot water in a shower when you’re paying close to $300 a night.

One thing that we really liked was the shower with the sliding glass doors nothing like the old shower curtains.

Great view of the bay from 11th floor bar 5pm-12pm.

Had a beautiful view of the Bay Area, an the employees were all friendly an helpful.

Beautiful view of the bay and good verity of breakfast.

Breakfast options were tasty, vast, and staff was friendly; to top it off the view of the bay makes for a lovely way to start your day!

Breakfast was good variety cakes, bread, waffles and served on top floor with beautiful shoreline view - they could add Yogurt .

All the rooms face east and west so you don’t actually have a full view of the beach.

Rooms were very clean and offered a view of the beach.

4) PERFECT LOCATION, a perfect mix of views of the bay, close to great food and only 8-9 mins away from the North Beach Aquarium and other fun things.

Finally, for some reason, the balcony doors are sealed shut and so you can’t even go outside to enjoy the beautiful views of the bay and marina.

The room was comfortable and quiet with great views of the bay.

Really clean rooms, nice staff, great service, awesome unexpensive prices, delicious breakfast and an awesome view around the beach.

They serve the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel, and the breakfast space (and their bar) have huge panoramic views of the bay.

The hotel offers a nice hot breakfast on the 11th floor 6-9am with a great view of the Bay!

The employees were all friendly and you get a nice view of the bay.

Bar on 11th floor mixes good drinks and the Bay view is magnificent.

Breakfast on the top floor was great with a amazing view and check out was a breeze.

Breakfast was very good with wide variety, scram'd eggs, meat varies by day, potatoes, Biscuits and Gravy, cereal / oatmeal, waffles.

The breakfast was awesome (eggs, bacon, waffles, beans, sausage, bagels, sweets, etc) and is included in your stay.

The hotel breakfast was a bonus with lots of options and the grand view again.

Excellent breakfast and lovely views from the bar.

A plentiful breakfast is also served on this floor.

hotel is close to selena statue so we went for a walk after breakfast 3-4 blocks maybe and enjoyed the view of the water.

The view from the breakfast room is the best thing in the whole hotel.

Only good qualities were front desk staff, view from 11th floor breakfast area, and cold air conditioning.

The breakfast ladies were wonderful and had everything ready in the mornings.

For the most part the rooms are nice: clean and well maintained.
