Bathrooms were too small wilth limited cleanliness.

Hot water for showers only 1 day out of 5.

The old sliding doors they have screwed closed with rusty hardware and nasty caulk need to go.

The main problem was that the toilets are almost like sitting on the floor - WAY too low!

Bathroom had a shower and toilet - no sink.

I asked to change rooms the next room had sticky floors in the bathroom.

On the first morning I noticed a dark stain on the inside wall of my shower.

The hot water in the shower is lukewarm at best and the cold water is also lukewarm at best.

Only 1 elevator in a Very Big hotel, I was there a year ago and I think only 1 elevator was available then too, the toilets are very loud when flushing, as noisy as the toilet in high school.

Old happens, minimal amenities happen, construction happens, and mistakes happen.

The hot water was out on Sunday so no showers.

I went down stairs to advise about the phone and toilet.

More attention could be paid on making sure the shower walls are cleaned and free of mold and typical shower residue (soap, shampoo, conditioner).

3) Be Careful, Bathroom Shower Faucet is counter intuitive.

but I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect hot water in a shower when you’re paying close to $300 a night.

One thing that we really liked was the shower with the sliding glass doors nothing like the old shower curtains.

Great view of the bay from 11th floor bar 5pm-12pm.

Had a beautiful view of the Bay Area, an the employees were all friendly an helpful.

Breakfast options were tasty, vast, and staff was friendly; to top it off the view of the bay makes for a lovely way to start your day!

Breakfast was good variety cakes, bread, waffles and served on top floor with beautiful shoreline view - they could add Yogurt .

All the rooms face east and west so you don’t actually have a full view of the beach.

Rooms were very clean and offered a view of the beach.

4) PERFECT LOCATION, a perfect mix of views of the bay, close to great food and only 8-9 mins away from the North Beach Aquarium and other fun things.

Finally, for some reason, the balcony doors are sealed shut and so you can’t even go outside to enjoy the beautiful views of the bay and marina.

The room was comfortable and quiet with great views of the bay.

Really clean rooms, nice staff, great service, awesome unexpensive prices, delicious breakfast and an awesome view around the beach.

They serve the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel, and the breakfast space (and their bar) have huge panoramic views of the bay.

The hotel offers a nice hot breakfast on the 11th floor 6-9am with a great view of the Bay!

The employees were all friendly and you get a nice view of the bay.

Bar on 11th floor mixes good drinks and the Bay view is magnificent.

Breakfast on the top floor was great with a amazing view and check out was a breeze.

Breakfast was very good with wide variety, scram'd eggs, meat varies by day, potatoes, Biscuits and Gravy, cereal / oatmeal, waffles.

The breakfast was awesome (eggs, bacon, waffles, beans, sausage, bagels, sweets, etc) and is included in your stay.

The hotel breakfast was a bonus with lots of options and the grand view again.

Excellent breakfast and lovely views from the bar.

A plentiful breakfast is also served on this floor.

hotel is close to selena statue so we went for a walk after breakfast 3-4 blocks maybe and enjoyed the view of the water.

The view from the breakfast room is the best thing in the whole hotel.

Only good qualities were front desk staff, view from 11th floor breakfast area, and cold air conditioning.

The breakfast ladies were wonderful and had everything ready in the mornings.

One elevator was out of service which made the wait long.

Elevators getting stuck and trapping people between floors on several occasions.

Downside: small elevators, noise getting through walls between rooms and a little dated

We were allowed to use the freight elevator which was out of service 75% of the stay.

Luckily we were on a lower floor because of the issues with the elevators.

The elevator sounded like it was going to fall apart.

Only real complaint was only one elevator was working my entire weekend, the others were under repair

The wait time to get in the tiny elevator is extremely long

One elevator was out of service and the other one way too slow.

The bad thing was only one of two elevator was working.

Third, 1/2 of the elevaters  was out so everyone including the staff had to use one elevator.

She told me two of the three elevators were out of service and that there was construction in the building.

Elevators were small and only 1 was working so guests had to use stairs next day.

The 2 of the 3 elevators were out of order.

But only 2 small older elevators is a drawback.

Additionally, the free internet did not work, out air conditioner was stuck on a very hot temperature, the mattress was hard as a rock, and there are only two tiny elevators for a fully booked, eleven story hotel which made going up and down problematic.

This hotel is in a perfect location to downtown.

Perfect location,  and the most beautiful view Day and night.

Good location and parking not too expensive.

This location has beautiful water views from all rooms.

The location really makes this hotel IDEAL--3 piers across the street(seafood rest.& bars) a 24 hour whataburger joint next door, And the BEST oyster bar/rest behind this place.

What we did not realize is that their is a bar (Executive Surf Club) located directly behind the hotel.

The l;location was in the heart of downtown Corpus close to everything essential.

It was conveniently located to all the attractions and restaurants.will definitely recommend to others.

Excellent location - great view and convenient, wonderful staff, comfortable stay, rooms had floor to ceiling windows and view of marina/gulf, delicious hot breakfast on the top floor with lots of windows, natural light and space.

You just have to cross the street and you are on Marina.

The bar on the top floor is a great way to close out the evening with a great view of the marina!

Very easy to park, great view of the marina,and close to many great restaurants.

I especially enjoyed the large canvas photos of the USS Lexington and the Marina in our room.

View of the marina from the 8th floor was awesome.

Overall the location is very nice right across the marina.

We enjoyed the walking distance to the beach and the views of the boat marina.

Although I didn’t use the pool, there is an outside shaded sitting area right above it overlooking the boats in the harbor that I very much enjoyed hanging out at.

I easily walked across the street to walk along the seawall or watch the sailboats come and go from the harbor.

I love staying at the Best Western Marina.

Easy walk to the marina and short drive to several attractions including Lexington.

The property is located across the street from the marina.

The best part is all the rooms have Marina view.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the private balcony with a view of the marina.

Walking up and going to sleep with the marina view is a bonus.

Our room is always ready for us & we always have a lovely view of the marina & downtown Corpus.

You can’t fault this place for its marina view and it’s easy to walk along the sea wall .

The breakfast was on the 11th floor with a great view of the marina, and it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had.

Great location friendly staff don't know what you're looking for there they're grateful to help you find whatever you want to do ocean view the marina out your bedroom windowthe greatest breakfast you'll ever ever.

The hotel overlooks the marina good views from the rooms which are a good size the usual chain hotel "complimentary breakfast ".

Also, a great view of the Marina and gulf.

We stayed in Room 520 with a fabulous corner view looking over the Marina over the weekend 3-5 November 18.

AC a bit noisy, old style thermostat not clear how to use (remove cover), no instructions for TV in room, finally found a channel guide by accident.

although the room had a balcony the door had been sealed and we later found out it was due to humidity.

Room 201 has a loud constant hum that is not part of the heating system.

I had to ask for ear plugs and I could still hear it.

We had issues with no hot water and very loud, intermittent plumbing noises,

Street noise significant, at least on the fifth floor.

The road noise thru them is loud, and they need to be taken out and some insulated windows put in.

We requested a high room to minimize noise from the street.

but thought I better mention it because anyone staying here will definitely hear it.

but they are sealed shut, so they're really windows (and not recently cleaned outside).

I was woken up by the sound 2 night out of 3.

There was a constant wait as so many guests were trying to share one elevator.

One was (and has been) the traffic noise going on late at night it being right on a busy avenue.

We were next to the elevator so we can hear the beeping of people coming in and out of the elevators

We were also shocked to find that all glass doors leading to lanais are sealed closed and no access to lanais.

I liked that the balcony was sealed i have kids it made me feel alot better that the door had a lock at the top that way my kids couldn't leave or open the door when someone knocked.

The balconies are sealed and they dont tell you.

Was very upset when we arrived and found the balcony door sealed up so we could not go out on the balcony.

However it is mostly circulating hot air.

Returning to the room after leaving the A/C on all day, it was still hot.

There is no fan in the ceiling of the bathroom so all that moisture has to go somewhere.

The AC didn't work in the two rooms they tried to put us in.

Interesting choice of decor with moving blankets and duct tape in the one working elevator for 7 floors so be prepared to wait in line often to get to your room.

Next room no toilet paper holder ac didn't work properly metal pieces were hanging off of bed verydangerous.

exhaust fan that was disconnected, no switch, leaving the bathroom always wet and stinky.

between the roaches, ride desk, giant fans circulating stank  thru the lobby, and workers on the balcony at 8am Radisson will never have my business again and I suggest you stay away as well

This place is old, not maintained well at all, room is humid because the AC doesn’t work, and because the bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust the steam from the shower makes your humid room WORSE!

Our room smelled like mildew and it was so humid that my medication started to disintegrate.

As soon as you went up to the rooms, the hallway carpets were dirty, the room was damp and smelled like mildew, mattresses were zippered into covers which makes me think they've had a bug problem, A/C unit was moldy, tiles broken in the tiny bathroom, ceiling tile was pushed up and to the side above the shower, and the general feeling was of uncleanliness and lack of maintenance.

The AC system is about to fall off the wall.

You really had to listen for the waves hitting the beach over the constant hum of the air conditioner mounted on the balcony that also dispensed hot air.

The outside unit of AC is facing to the balcony so you can’t sit there because of noise and hot air.

Here are some of the issues we encountered, the AC was not cooling had to set it at 60 degrees and was still hot sticky environment my son is a crawler during a one night stay his knees, shoes and hands were filthy with a black stains.

Also my room was facing the front of the building right over the AC units which were extremely loud and unpleasing.

The bathroom door was cut to accommodate the lowered bathroom ceiling left large gaps on the top and bottom of the jam.

I could.bot get the shower floor cleaned.

When we completely ran out of toilet paper on the morning of day two, after a difficult night of little sleep, we went to get it ourselves.

but the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work so taking a shower left the entire area humid.

Then you open door #3 and your prize is hair on the toilet. Unacceptable.

The mirrors had even dust to write your name.

The halls are loud with workers during the day; kids seem to run rampant at night; NO amenities are open - no restaurant, no pool, no jacuzzi.

Door did not close in bathroom told front desk and he said oh well.

No where does it tell you that the entire hotel is under construction and there are absolutely NO amenities open - no food, no elevator, nothing.

Pubes on the toilet in one room and in the shower in the other.

Most of the showers taking did not have very hot water.

Plus is was loud-squeaky; we put soap on the hinges.

Then the sink is PLUGGED and had standing water in it as soon as we walked in - no one unpacked anything - much less use the bathroom - and the sink is clogged!

In the room: balcony door does not lock, toilet stopped working after the first flush, black mold on the bathroom door.

Dirty around the tub, rust had been painted over, hole where an old smoke detector use be that had not been fill in correctly , tried to patch ceiling I presume from a leak, sand in the bed.

The views are amazing from the balcony and you can see large tankers come into the bay.

So whenever a breeze from the beach happened the door popped open.

Clean and definitely convenient to the beach!

The location on the beach, the welcoming staff from the check-in, breakfast and check-out were great.

Sandy beach is literally right outside the hotel’s Oceanside doors.
