ROGÉRIO at the front desk is kind, polite, professional, resourceful, and funny.

Staff at the front desk was helpful and efficient and the internet is much faster than in places like Coltina, Teofilo Otoni and Vitoria.

The tv desk turns 360o degrees so you can watch tv either from the room or from your bed.

This hotel reminded me strongly of a TV show I watched recently about North Korea - the professional photos provided are very complimentary.

The staff always has been very friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious.

That only because they moved me to a room where the water was more 'clear'.

but the maintenance staff and restaurant staff, OMFG!!!

but very yellow, I wanted to know is why, they said they had washed their pipes, on 06/11 the water is still yellow.

And dawning to 06/11, today, was even worse, WAS ALL NIGHT, noise, banging doors, chattering under my window, etc, etc, etc.
