Also, room was dirty, toilet smell urine and poops and there was some bugs walking on the walls.

But when we wanted to use bathroom, the drainage is clogged.

but adequate with a very slim shower area and a towel rack so high the average Indonesian would find it a stretch to even reach it.

In waiting the for massauer/our turn, we didnt see female guest at all inside the waiting lounge, all were male which alr changed into robe (we still in our own clothes).

the shower curtain is too short, so the water splatters everywhere after we take a bath.

When we finally settled in and took a much needed shower there was no hot water.

but no reason for me if the bathroom is very dirty.

Breakfast is too standard, need to improve alot for the bread and cookies, not tasty at all

Cons: No gym center, not too fast check in, unstable shower, no elevator, dirty table at breakfast time, crowded parking area.

but no slipper in room, house keeping didn't clean up my room on my 2nd day, weak shower, unstable free wifi internet connection.

This place is an old hotel, very cheap and they do not have lift and i hate to see mice in swimming pool.

The room has neither elevator or lift because it is only 2 floors.

There is no lift and the stairs is to far away from my room so it's not recommended to elder user.

It was a two storey buiding, so they do not have an elevator.

Recomanded when you will visit in cilacap city, clean swimming pool also.

but I think the room and all facilities is good for a small city.

but they have good services and complete facilities, its good to do your work and get a good place to relieved your stress at once.

Arrived from the trained station at the earliest hour ,checked in flipped up the bed and found two large and obvious mould spots the size of a man 's head ..really disgusting..went to request room change.

problems, some experienced drainage problems, others heard animals scuttling in the ceiling voids.

Room suppose to have been non-smoking (according to staff),

the exhaust doesn't work properly, so the smell from bathroom can penetrate to the room.

After  complaining to front desk i was  then shown 3  all  with filthy bed linen with blood stains on one.

Thumbs up to all in Hotel  Dafam  for the great team spirits!

One thing I cannot deny, the staffs are so warm, showing the true Indonesian hospitality!

Dafam hôtel is a nice place to stay in Cilacap for work or for holidays (beach is quite near, swimming pool look good)..

Swimming pool is the best spot to enjoy the atmosphere at the evening.

It has swimming pool, pool table, and a bar with live music.

Beautiful swimming pool..and peaceful landscaping.

Facility similar with 5 star hotel which include resto, bar with live entertainment, swimming pool, ATM gallery and well recommended Spa.

Start with the minus's, several of my colleagues experienced a lack of hot water for several days.

Carpets along the hallways had lots of stains as well as walls in the rooms, water taps in the toilet were dirty, etc.

But the service  isn't well because there is only a bottle of mineral water.

The hotel is undergoing renovation so it is noisy espcially on the 6th floor.

Location of the hotel is decent, and not too noisy of the road traffic.

however the wifi connection is really slow, a bit noisy if have kid jumping around, i can hear the noise from upstair

Because of that it’s always full, sometime it’s noisy.

AC is not cool enough - lot of noise even you can hear noise from higher floor.
