The hotel is undergoing renovation so it is noisy espcially on the 6th floor.

Location of the hotel is decent, and not too noisy of the road traffic.

however the wifi connection is really slow, a bit noisy if have kid jumping around, i can hear the noise from upstair

Because of that it’s always full, sometime it’s noisy.

AC is not cool enough - lot of noise even you can hear noise from higher floor.

Also, room was dirty, toilet smell urine and poops and there was some bugs walking on the walls.

But when we wanted to use bathroom, the drainage is clogged.

but adequate with a very slim shower area and a towel rack so high the average Indonesian would find it a stretch to even reach it.

In waiting the for massauer/our turn, we didnt see female guest at all inside the waiting lounge, all were male which alr changed into robe (we still in our own clothes).

the shower curtain is too short, so the water splatters everywhere after we take a bath.

When we finally settled in and took a much needed shower there was no hot water.

but no reason for me if the bathroom is very dirty.

Breakfast is too standard, need to improve alot for the bread and cookies, not tasty at all

Cons: No gym center, not too fast check in, unstable shower, no elevator, dirty table at breakfast time, crowded parking area.

but no slipper in room, house keeping didn't clean up my room on my 2nd day, weak shower, unstable free wifi internet connection.

This place is an old hotel, very cheap and they do not have lift and i hate to see mice in swimming pool.

The room has neither elevator or lift because it is only 2 floors.

There is no lift and the stairs is to far away from my room so it's not recommended to elder user.

It was a two storey buiding, so they do not have an elevator.

Recomanded when you will visit in cilacap city, clean swimming pool also.

but I think the room and all facilities is good for a small city.

but they have good services and complete facilities, its good to do your work and get a good place to relieved your stress at once.

Being in a small town lacking of good accomodation facilities, this hotel easily won the competition in town.

It is a decent three star facility with a small lobby, large restaurant, and a very smoky bar.

I always felt comfortable leaving equipment in my room.

It has many outdoor area and clean pool which I like. The food, hospitality, security, the amenities and bathroom facility is ok. TV and WiFi (basic need!)

The swimming pool is located in the center of all the rooms in the hotel, so it does not have a privacy at all.

Well, yes we got another Executive room, which was clean as any room should be.

The room was very tidy, the bed and pillow very comfortable, I slept so well,  and the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

This hotel is brand new and the Manager and all his staff were very welcoming and most professional .The majority of the staff are new to the industry and are still be trained and in the month I have been here there is real evidence that this 3 star hotel will soon have 4 star service right across the board 
The modern western style rooms are clean and spacious.

Arrived from the trained station at the earliest hour ,checked in flipped up the bed and found two large and obvious mould spots the size of a man 's head ..really disgusting..went to request room change.

problems, some experienced drainage problems, others heard animals scuttling in the ceiling voids.

Room suppose to have been non-smoking (according to staff),

the exhaust doesn't work properly, so the smell from bathroom can penetrate to the room.

After  complaining to front desk i was  then shown 3  all  with filthy bed linen with blood stains on one.

Dafam hôtel is a nice place to stay in Cilacap for work or for holidays (beach is quite near, swimming pool look good)..

Swimming pool is the best spot to enjoy the atmosphere at the evening.

It has swimming pool, pool table, and a bar with live music.

They have bar, pool, bbq night, swimming pool and the breakfast menu was quite tasty.

- have been stay here for about 1 week when my last trip to Cilacap few months ago with my husband & one 3 years old son
- 3 stars standard hotel, might be the best in Cilacap
- Location is near to beach, where only 10 minutes walking distance
- Room : standard, and quite narrow if bring more family
- Swimming pool : nice, for 3 stars hotel
- breakfast : various choice, mostly local food

Beautiful swimming pool..and peaceful landscaping.

Facility similar with 5 star hotel which include resto, bar with live entertainment, swimming pool, ATM gallery and well recommended Spa.

Start with the minus's, several of my colleagues experienced a lack of hot water for several days.

Carpets along the hallways had lots of stains as well as walls in the rooms, water taps in the toilet were dirty, etc.

But the service  isn't well because there is only a bottle of mineral water.

In the heart of the city, it closes to most facility as government offices, shopping area, food stalls, banking, train station, etc.

- My last viait checkout process was very simple.

i'm very satisfy because this hotel have a nice service and the room is so clean and perfect.

Having tidy room, enough room facility, friendly hotel staffs, and good service.

but very comfort, clean, and for me during my business trip, the wifi very very smooth bot buffering.

Very recommended to stay if visit Cilacap, near from city town and good service.

Easy to find out the hotel due to on main road of Cilacap City.

I spent my lebaran time in this hotel, while visiting my family.

The location is strtaegic in the not-so-bussy part of the town, and food was relatively good

Breakfast is Ok, with a little touch of local cuisine.

This hotel provide more variant of breakfast and very tasty, staffs at restaurant are friendly.

Restaurant condition -- clean good arrangement,

Not to observe for food place near hotel.

Everything's OK, staff's services, clean room, spacious, nice breakfast, good location.

My children stayed on the other side of the building and found out that it was next to the railways!
