 - Elevators should at least be card coded for hotel guests only
 - Needed 1 hour extended check out due to a delayed flight and charged $20.00.
 - The one hiccup we had was when I picked up our rental car after our night stay I made the mistake of parking in the hotel lot so I could more easily grab and load our bags — I was charged $34 by the frontdesk for parking less than an hour.

 - Website research looks like ALL double rooms at this hotel have "interior" views so buyer beware: "interior" means "dark, black utility shaft".
 - The room is dark, noisy and you can never open your curtains as you are facing into office buildings.
 - The room was dark, the light switches were black, the curtains a dark dreary velvety brown.

 - The Drawing Room (aka main common space) was so relaxing with its three fireplaces.
 - The temperature in the room was perfect, the bed, pillows were very comfortable.
 - We had a view of the Bean from our room.
 - The mattress in my room was one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses I've slept on.
 - Instead, it felt like an uninviting vintage dorm room that went overkill on the masculine athletic concept.

 - When they say “fruit” it’s not the cheap melons and grapes that many hotels serve,
 - Why pay top dollar to stay across the street from Lake Michigan only to have your room be a depressing warren with a view of time-blackened bricks on all 4 sides.
 - A little expensive
 - Contractor said the owner spared no expense with the job.
