They added a small charge to my folio that I did not incur, and no one at the hotel will address it.

I guess they are trying to sneak an extra charge in and hoping we'll eventually give up.

However, after the lack of response regarding a late cancellation that I was charged in full for, forget it.

So I had to go to the front desk and pickup a physical  key card in order to park.

If you plan to hang out playing cards or reading while the kids swim, you'll find no tables or lounge chairs.

but watch out for vending machines, they charge $6 for a drink that is posted at $2.50.

I shared this with front desk at checkout and the assistant manager removed the charge.

Worst of all - on 1/15 when I received my credit card statement, I discovered that I was charged twice for my stay - two charges of $700.

but twice and it was a lady and see was using her key card to knock.

There was an error with my bank card and she flat out asked me how much money I had on my card along with my friend.

Hopefully we are not all charged for the rooms.

poor if you use a debt card they charge you additional 50.00 a day hold money and it takes 5 days to return to you, my comforter had blood stains on it.

Housekeeping charged me for these $3 bottles of water that I literally didn't even breath on.

Now they pit togethet something at 10pm, that was no charge of grapes and crackers!! Really!!

Shower curtain reeked of smoke- I think someone smoked in the bathroom.

Our fridge wasn't plugged in when we arrived and the sheets for the pullout bed were a bit damp.

Only negative thing was my room had an odd smell to it.

One major set back was that the entire hotel smelt of cigarette smoke

I was a bit disgusted to see crumbs, other food bits, and random debris, like hair bands, behind the couch that weren’t ours as well as a hotel receipt from 13 April 2018!

The pull out bed was filthy and the new bedding.

but all my belongings smelled when I checked out the following day.

There was a stench, that even after the VERY HELPFUL housekeeping staff tried to deodorize, it was still awful, smelled like an un-ventilated locker room.

Housekeeping didn’t want to clean our rooms- they had smells in them.

but did a great job of keeping guests in rooms that weren't affected by workers, dust or debris.

Very disorganized hotel, checked into a smokers room, room service order was incorrect, breakfast was of low quality and received very poor service.

but this place for what I know about Embassy is disgusting.

The Air conditioner sounded like a meat grinder and they couldn’t switch us rooms.

There was dust from the ceiling that flew around every time the fan came on.

Waffles were stale and hard in a way you really only get from freezing and thawing something multiple times.

The AC was loud, think 90s air conditioning units loud.

It looks at the side of the building at the roof and down on all of the HVAC and fans.

The smell was emitting through the heater and the only remedy was to spray the thing down with air freshener.

Difficulty breathing most of the night due to the funky air in the room which was not made any better by the air conditioner's circulation.

When I got back to my room at 6:30 pm, it was still a steamy 84 degrees.

The A/C units in the room are horrible and insufficient.

Bring ear plugs if you want to sleep; room AC is very loud!

Rooms get hot at night and only option is to turn on air-con which is very noisy and terrible for the environment.

The ac/heating units were very annoying. .

Is this the Spirit Airlines of hotels or what? Next morning, after a fitful night sleeping with a wall Aircon (!)

Heater unit is pointed directly at the bed so I fried all night while the remainder of my family had a chilly slumber.

Our room's decor was  mundane and worn, and the heaters worked constantly blowing hot air or super cold air resulting in a constantly fluctuating temperature.

We set the thermostat at 70 and the heat came on, then it switched to A/C, then back to heat, etc.

Instead, there is no microwave, you have to pay $10 for a refrigerator, and you have to pay for breakfast.

For a Hilton, I didn’t even think to ask if the room would include a microwave and fridge.

Major complaints: no refrigerator in the room.

My biggest complaint was that there weren’t any refrigerators in the room.

Dirty plates on all of the tables, food was underwhelming, eggs runny, couldn't get any service (please don't ask for a cup of coffee), the staff was standing around chatting (I wonder why there was no coffee), and for the price, it wasn't worth it.

And then discovered there was not a single cup in the room for the coffee maker or ice bowl.

Place was filthy, no refrigerators in rooms, only have like two people working the entire hotel, no cleaning of outside of hotel as well as inside of hotel.

Never in all my stays have I not had at least a refrigerator, until now.

There was no fridge or microwave in the room as there are at less expensive hotels.

.the temperature in the hotel was Antarctica - even the Starbucks didn’t have non dairy creamer - all Starbucks have almond milk - not this crusty one .

I was well impressed until we went up to our room to discover the room was VERY small, no refrigerator, Wi-Fi is not available unless you pay for it, no complimentary breakfast – unless you are a Diamond Member.

We had requests for paper plates, utensils, extra towels, garbage bags, even a deck of playing cards.

Rooms could be modernized for charging electronics.

If they had EV charging it would be perfect.

The hotel was quite nasty when we contacted them and made no effort to reverse the charges.

It was supposed to be charged the day of check in on our credit card.

They charge $6 for a bottle of Budweiser.

They gave it to him without being charged.

Had I not reviewed my credit card statement I wouldn't have saw this.

However, when I checked out they charged me $50.

Our only complaints are that the beds were a little low to the ground and that the handicapped room we requested due to bad knees and balance problems was as far away from the elevator as it could possibly could be.

They charge you for water so be prepared to buy your own or pay $2.30 for a bottle of water.

After numerous conversations and an "investigation" the Manager did offer one nights credit.

I came down and handed my keys over and was told they would not charge me for the night.

The bathroom door is pocket style and makes what could be a small space feel huge, there are power outlets on either side of the bed making it easy to charge electronics and the dresser is smartly designed to hold a fridge.

Went to the front desk to be informed that the credit card wasn't valid.

From check in to check out and still two weeks later, we are dealing with the hyatt to get our CC charges and points straightened out and have left a voicemail and email for the hotel manager with no response.

Staff was great , cleanliness was great , the amenities great , the happy hour .However, 2 minor things the food is not that great and I never received towels that I asked for the next am that front desk states would be right up.

Covid guidelines were in place with no in-room coffee maker and specific quantity of towels as needed per guest.

The towels were better at exfoliating than drying.

Housekeeping skipped us the second day so we did call down for towels and someone to empty the trash which was addressed quickly.

My only complaint is that there weren’t enough towels in the room.

Not enough towels, used wash cloths and no pen or notepad.

the shower floor was sooooooo slick that we had to put a towel on the floor while we took a shower to keep from falling.

Think about how many people are  pumping that soap & shampoo into dirty hands and  washcloths, drawing some of that  contamination back up into the soap dispenser with every pump.

Towels were well stocked even during busy times at the pool.

Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers in the shower, lotion and soap by the sink, 
Ample towels, soap etc. .

Although there was a basket for wet towels, people just left towels lying around on the tables, chair and floor.

Had to put a towel over the light so we could sleep.

I was slightly disappointed on this last trip - refrigerator in room didn't work and took 2 days to get it fixed; bed didn't seem as comfortable; towels getting too worn and breakfast not as tasty.

but it was pretty gross and we called down to the front desk a few times over the course of several hours, requesting new sheets, a fresh roll-away, clean towels, plastic bags, etc.

but towels were thin and some had ragged edges.

The bed was comfortable, the towels a bit thin.

The room, hallway and elevator reaked of wet dog, the bed duvet was stained, toilet was kid size and practically on the ground.

The second room was near the elevator and noisy and all of the room doors slam when people pass through which makes it difficult to sleep.

Upon going discuss it with the young lady at the desk, she was napping at the desk and on the main level wall next to the elevator there were roaches climbing the wall and elevator.

The halls are not as filthy as the elevator.

Lobby and elevators were dirty, slamming doors throughout the night, someone playing a guitar about four rooms down from us, hard bed and black hairs on four of our bed pillows (mine is gray)!

I said ok.  Just close to an elevator if available then 

I went to the 2nd  floor.

Hallway carpet and elevator floors looked dirty.

The elevator looked like it needed vacuumed.

but never even bothered to lift the seat.

The elevators are small so if you have a family and need a cart for luggage you may have to ride up to the room in 2 groups.

The elevator is small and smelly and needed repairs.

Floors I’m the room, hallways and elevators were dirty.

After returning to the hotel at 8:45 pm, and a long, long day on the road, BOTH elevators were broken.

We were promised a King room by the employee at the front desk, only to wait for the incredibly slow elevator, open our door and find a 2 Queen room.

The draw backs was that one of the two elevators was still broken (one of the other guest stated that it had been out for at least 3 months) There was times we had to wait 10 minutes for it.

Hotel has 8 floors and only one elevator working.

We asked the front desk about these annoyances and they said the toilets and the elevators were next on their list to update.

Breakfast is always good and rooms are clean.

My room was clean, smelled fresh and adequately stocked.

Always friendly service and rooms are clean and well cared for.

I would have to say, that this hotel is Outdated, Overpriced, and has a Bad Clean Smell.

They tried to move me to a room that wreaked of marijuana smoke.

Rooms were filthy smelled like paint and bug spray in the entire place.

There was black mold beginning to grow in the rooms from the dampness.

The outside patio was too close to pool door, allowing smoke to enter—not the hotels fault—some inconsiderate guests would not move to other available seats away from pool entrance.

Only issues were smoke odor in hall and pool was quite chilly.

We found wrappers and crumbs on the floor, mold and hair all over the shower, and crumbs in the bed.

This is wildly unsafe, unprofessional and outright disgusting.
