The elevators are extremely fast, and the breakfast offerings are very good.

We had fresh towels brought to us not even 5 minutes of calling their breakfast buffet was delicious and the design is just all out interesting I like walking out of the room and looking down in the hotel to see the water fixtures flowing.

They added a small charge to my folio that I did not incur, and no one at the hotel will address it.

I guess they are trying to sneak an extra charge in and hoping we'll eventually give up.

However, after the lack of response regarding a late cancellation that I was charged in full for, forget it.

So I had to go to the front desk and pickup a physical  key card in order to park.

If you plan to hang out playing cards or reading while the kids swim, you'll find no tables or lounge chairs.

but watch out for vending machines, they charge $6 for a drink that is posted at $2.50.

I shared this with front desk at checkout and the assistant manager removed the charge.

Worst of all - on 1/15 when I received my credit card statement, I discovered that I was charged twice for my stay - two charges of $700.

but twice and it was a lady and see was using her key card to knock.

There was an error with my bank card and she flat out asked me how much money I had on my card along with my friend.

Hopefully we are not all charged for the rooms.

poor if you use a debt card they charge you additional 50.00 a day hold money and it takes 5 days to return to you, my comforter had blood stains on it.

Housekeeping charged me for these $3 bottles of water that I literally didn't even breath on.

Now they pit togethet something at 10pm, that was no charge of grapes and crackers!! Really!!

The first room reeked of smoke and a fragrance to hide the smell.

Room our heat did not work and when the maintenance man came it was filthy.

When they came back with the sheets, the bag was wet, so the sheets were warm, damp and moldy.

Shower curtain reeked of smoke- I think someone smoked in the bathroom.

Our fridge wasn't plugged in when we arrived and the sheets for the pullout bed were a bit damp.

Only negative thing was my room had an odd smell to it.

One major set back was that the entire hotel smelt of cigarette smoke

I was a bit disgusted to see crumbs, other food bits, and random debris, like hair bands, behind the couch that weren’t ours as well as a hotel receipt from 13 April 2018!

The pull out bed was filthy and the new bedding.

but all my belongings smelled when I checked out the following day.

There was a stench, that even after the VERY HELPFUL housekeeping staff tried to deodorize, it was still awful, smelled like an un-ventilated locker room.

Housekeeping didn’t want to clean our rooms- they had smells in them.

but did a great job of keeping guests in rooms that weren't affected by workers, dust or debris.

Very disorganized hotel, checked into a smokers room, room service order was incorrect, breakfast was of low quality and received very poor service.

but this place for what I know about Embassy is disgusting.

Staff was great , cleanliness was great , the amenities great , the happy hour .However, 2 minor things the food is not that great and I never received towels that I asked for the next am that front desk states would be right up.

Covid guidelines were in place with no in-room coffee maker and specific quantity of towels as needed per guest.

The towels were better at exfoliating than drying.

Housekeeping skipped us the second day so we did call down for towels and someone to empty the trash which was addressed quickly.

My only complaint is that there weren’t enough towels in the room.

Not enough towels, used wash cloths and no pen or notepad.

the shower floor was sooooooo slick that we had to put a towel on the floor while we took a shower to keep from falling.

Think about how many people are  pumping that soap & shampoo into dirty hands and  washcloths, drawing some of that  contamination back up into the soap dispenser with every pump.

Towels were well stocked even during busy times at the pool.

Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers in the shower, lotion and soap by the sink, 
Ample towels, soap etc. .

Although there was a basket for wet towels, people just left towels lying around on the tables, chair and floor.

Had to put a towel over the light so we could sleep.

I was slightly disappointed on this last trip - refrigerator in room didn't work and took 2 days to get it fixed; bed didn't seem as comfortable; towels getting too worn and breakfast not as tasty.

but it was pretty gross and we called down to the front desk a few times over the course of several hours, requesting new sheets, a fresh roll-away, clean towels, plastic bags, etc.

but towels were thin and some had ragged edges.

The bed was comfortable, the towels a bit thin.

There were many breakfast options and the food was very good.

The front desk was amazing and the breakfast area was kept very clean and orderly.

My husband loved it as well, he just wished there would have been biscuits & gravy on the breakfast buffet.

Rooms could be modernized for charging electronics.

If they had EV charging it would be perfect.

The hotel was quite nasty when we contacted them and made no effort to reverse the charges.

It was supposed to be charged the day of check in on our credit card.

They charge $6 for a bottle of Budweiser.

They gave it to him without being charged.

Had I not reviewed my credit card statement I wouldn't have saw this.

However, when I checked out they charged me $50.

Our only complaints are that the beds were a little low to the ground and that the handicapped room we requested due to bad knees and balance problems was as far away from the elevator as it could possibly could be.

They charge you for water so be prepared to buy your own or pay $2.30 for a bottle of water.

After numerous conversations and an "investigation" the Manager did offer one nights credit.

I came down and handed my keys over and was told they would not charge me for the night.

The bathroom door is pocket style and makes what could be a small space feel huge, there are power outlets on either side of the bed making it easy to charge electronics and the dresser is smartly designed to hold a fridge.

Went to the front desk to be informed that the credit card wasn't valid.

From check in to check out and still two weeks later, we are dealing with the hyatt to get our CC charges and points straightened out and have left a voicemail and email for the hotel manager with no response.

Breakfast is always good and rooms are clean.

Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.

But the absolute BEST part of this hotel is the free, hot breakfast.

Unlike any hotel breakfast we’ve ever had.

Pool was nice and clean, breakfast was probably the best breakfast I have had while staying at a hotel.

Unsure about how breakfast is as we arrived here in the afternoon.

Based on her attitude and how good and varied the breakfast was, it seemed she truly enjoyed her job.

This was one of the better breakfasts I've had at a Best Western.

Good selection for breakfast, except the protein is the usual generic mixes.

My son enjoyed the breakfast every morning and absolutely loved the pool.

The Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the free breakfast was tasty and hot with options that appealed to both kids and adults, and the deep pool was was a welcome throw back to an earlier age.

The room, hallway and elevator reaked of wet dog, the bed duvet was stained, toilet was kid size and practically on the ground.

The second room was near the elevator and noisy and all of the room doors slam when people pass through which makes it difficult to sleep.

Upon going discuss it with the young lady at the desk, she was napping at the desk and on the main level wall next to the elevator there were roaches climbing the wall and elevator.

The halls are not as filthy as the elevator.

Lobby and elevators were dirty, slamming doors throughout the night, someone playing a guitar about four rooms down from us, hard bed and black hairs on four of our bed pillows (mine is gray)!

I said ok.  Just close to an elevator if available then 

I went to the 2nd  floor.

Hallway carpet and elevator floors looked dirty.

The elevator looked like it needed vacuumed.

but never even bothered to lift the seat.

The elevators are small so if you have a family and need a cart for luggage you may have to ride up to the room in 2 groups.

The elevator is small and smelly and needed repairs.

Floors I’m the room, hallways and elevators were dirty.

After returning to the hotel at 8:45 pm, and a long, long day on the road, BOTH elevators were broken.

We were promised a King room by the employee at the front desk, only to wait for the incredibly slow elevator, open our door and find a 2 Queen room.

The draw backs was that one of the two elevators was still broken (one of the other guest stated that it had been out for at least 3 months) There was times we had to wait 10 minutes for it.

Hotel has 8 floors and only one elevator working.

We asked the front desk about these annoyances and they said the toilets and the elevators were next on their list to update.

I would have to say, that this hotel is Outdated, Overpriced, and has a Bad Clean Smell.

They tried to move me to a room that wreaked of marijuana smoke.

Rooms were filthy smelled like paint and bug spray in the entire place.

There was black mold beginning to grow in the rooms from the dampness.

The outside patio was too close to pool door, allowing smoke to enter—not the hotels fault—some inconsiderate guests would not move to other available seats away from pool entrance.

Only issues were smoke odor in hall and pool was quite chilly.

We found wrappers and crumbs on the floor, mold and hair all over the shower, and crumbs in the bed.

This is wildly unsafe, unprofessional and outright disgusting.

First room given had a lot of debris in the tub from a backed up system?

The desk seemed frustrated that I wanted a maintenance man or to move rooms…Our next room, the water didn’t drain in the tub and the water pressure was awful.

The whole room had an awful odor as well as the hallways.

We called and ask for someone to come help with the odor.

Room smells like smoke, they spray deo and it does nothing.

& there was a yellow stain on my bed sheets & the room had a musty smell.

however the carpets could use a good deep cleaning to eliminate the small odor.

Parking is plentiful and the facility is well lit.

Terry was a joy to see every morning for breakfast M-F.

Very pleasant staff and delicious breakfast too!

I am sorry that I don't remember the names of the kind staff members who greeted us both at the front desk and at the breakfast area.

Hot breakfast was offered and staff was incredibly kind.

although not quite ready for breakfast as early as we were leaving, took the time to make us coffee and put a few breakfast items in a to-go bag.

Staff are very polite and breakfast is good.

Breakfast consisted of a pre-boxed assortment of yogurt, pre-packaged bagel, cream cheese, pre-packaged hard-boiled eggs.

The grab and go breakfast was pretty good as well.

Then go to cook dinner, the first plate out of the cabinet has dried cooked egg and the second has some kind of dried cheese.

I stayed at another Homewood Suites the night before in Oklahoma City and they had coffee and a brown bag breakfast.

Breakfast is as usual in US and quite good.

A good selection and a variety of breakfast food they even have an evening social Monday through Thursday with light snacks and wine.

Front desk, breakfast and social hour staff are always helpful and friendly.

Outside Doors Broken so no Security,Roaches in Hotel room and Drugs being Smoked on 3rd Floor and Heavy Traffic going thru the Broken Door and They run up stairs beside the outside Door to 3rd Floor I’m Calling the City of Chesterfield and Reported this it’s Directly across from Pfizer Labs and the Carpet in the Halls look 40 Years old and Stink!

And my room had some scruffy carpet and worn sofa cushions.

We were given a room where the carpet smelled and was stained all over.

Sofa in room came from my grandmothers home; carpets look dirty throughout the property.

It looks like the carpet has ever been edged with a vacuum or professionaly cleaned.

Its Dirty with stained and ripped carpet, and the entire Hotel smells.

The carpet felt wet to the touch the whole time we were there. 5.

The carpet in our room was so old it actually had a section with the subfloor showing where the carpet had been cut out and was never replaced.
