The ball room where it was held felt quite a poor experience and felt like an after thought.

Our stay was marred by a very poor housekeeping incident that frankly is unacceptable in a hotel of this “standard”.

It hurt so much to see them have such an uncomfortable, poor and inconvenient experience.

seriously I been shouted at the reception counter after breakfast then later they take this matter seriously..for me this is poor service by the hotel.

Lunch at Spectra was a near disaster, the food was tasteless, choices of dishes were poor and service was non-existent.

Dinner at spectra was bad as the service was poor.

but things don’t get done if you don’t follow up

- the wake up call was strange - the phone on the study table only rings with poor reception.

This is just one example of consistently repeated poor service.

Although the room did have poor plumbing which included the shower water overflowing into the room which was bizarre, my rationale being not too many people actually staying at the suite.

3 starts just because of poor management response and careless behavior.

He got my tie sorted within couple of hours late at 10 pm the night I checked in and took care of the readiness of my attire necessity with the best quality needed for me to be ready for my VISA Interview the day in the morning.

I do wonder why 'check-in' is such a slow & lengthy procedure though, when all documentation has been completed in advance. .

We took the one bedroom apartment, it felt like the rooms are not at all up to a 5 star standard … some of the lights were not working, the day we checked in the floor was sticky and dirty…

The room service is extremely slow .. every order took 1 hour… the food was decent… 

Some of the house keeping and restaurant staff were very helpful… 

Reception almost had long queues ..

The check in was very slow and unprofessional.

- Check in and Check out was very slow, with only 3 counters open, we had to stand in queue.

Check out was very slow inspite of very little crowd at the reception.

Very slow service even in their restaurants..no one even bothers to even take your order unless you ask 2-3 times.

Orders always go wrong, they’re very slow and not really friendly with the exception of Prabhu, he tried his best to make right for the mess his colleagues down there were making.

In fact my colleague complained several times that the service was extremely slow everywhere- checkin, restaurant she tried, at the room  etc.

I dunno why i'm staying room 20 something and its so slow.

but it ended up being slow and too-in-your-face.

Overall, our stay was good - my only complaints were the roach in my first room, the stench emanating from the carpets in the rooms and the slow service at breakfast.

A deeply unpleasant, rude character called Gelakrishna at the Upper Crust lounge - unsmiling, rude, slow and sulky - I fail to understand why people like these are in places where they can offend and irritate the clientele. 2.

The check-in process was very slow for some reason

We had a little hitch with the type of room given to us as we preferred a non-smoking and without asking we were given a smoking room that had a very strong smoke smell and we had to ask housekeeping staff to come and spray room perfume as my son couldn't take the smell.

Electric kettle in the room was broken and having foul smell.

And please be ready for a smoking room, when they know you have your Mom aged 72 who is going to stay in it (they did give a change, after trying out with a room spray, we waited for 9 hours in a single room.

Would never visit again,stinking dirty bathrooms ,bad service,when I asked about room upgrade they said no rooms are available inspite of majority rooms being empty.whats the point of constructing such a huge tower when you don't maintain it

I advised him that this will not resolve the smell.

She lied to us saying they don’t have any non smoking rooms.

I walked into the new room and it didn’t smell!

when you come out of the hotel the bad smell makes you feel is this really a 5* ??? ?

The second room (28th floor) smelled of mold

I find this unacceptable when my preference is a non-smoking room.

Room was very smelly and need to be renovate.

We felt a few of them did not smell fresh.

but was quite disappointed:
1: I had booked for a non-smoking, but was allocated a smoking room.

though the carpets had the same smell (to a lesser extent).

Raj's soothing voice and gentle approach to incorporating breathing techniques into the movement of each yoga pose along with his teachings on the benefits of yoga and mediation for the body and mind was insightful.

The smell is not good and the blankets are humid.

I had to change rooms twice due to bad smells and musty odors which lingered on my clothing and personal items.

The reception people are very helpful and kind.

The Front-desk Staff was very helpful and jovial.
