The bathroom could do with some renovations as the bath tub is out of date.

The bathroom was a bit dingy with a stained bathtub.

The only downsides were (i) the rooms had slightly musty smell; (ii) the bath tub had some rust stains which we did not expect in a 4+ star property.

The ensuite bathroom needs a complete makeover as the bath tub was dirty and stained.

It had indelible stains all over from bathtub to walls to WC.

The bathroom shower was completely mismatch with ill maintained bathtub.

Especially the bath tub, where the tap did not work and the default/only outlet for the water was the shower.

Bathroom looked worn out, especially the bath tub which had a rusty shower head.

Only bad part is the brown water in bathtub to which none of the reception gave a heed.

3.The washroom bathtub had brown water stains.

The bathroom needs renovation and maybe the bathtub( with stains)needs to be removed.

Hotel location is right in the center the staff specially supervisor Mr. Prasanth and Mr. Vinoth, Ms. Sivakumar was very helpful and provided all the help as needed room are very good excellent food nice hotel to stay and enjoyed my stay room service good the stay is beat and the staffs are very customer friendly accord thank you team.

but no so great at night with poor lighting and mosquitoes flying around.

At this point of time i would like to reiterate that the Hotel as a poor Booking system.

They charge hafty and poor quality stinking rooms ..I was charged Rs.

but not the poor attitude from the staff with getting taxi's for us.

We had a pleasant stay at Accord Metropolitan T nagar, The room was clean and spacious.

Excellent stay, beautiful clean room,superb foods, amazing staffs whom are all very helpful and polite.

Smoking and non-smoking rooms in same floor.

Rooms r pretty old and bathroom r stinky and smelly.

I informed him that i have made the payment and requested for smoking rooms prior to arrival via emails.

During my stay, I noticed some construction work in the same floor where I stayed and I requested to change my room due to smell and the they did it immediately.

but the smell returned after a few hours.

We stayed in 5th floor room.. rooms were smelly and the smell was of damp wall.

We were given room #723 - there was a crack in the floor boards, no safety deposit and overwhelming smell due to opposite room being painted.

The only negative point is that upon our arrival, we noticed a smell of moisture coming from the room.

but make sure you have sufficient time as you have to deal with reception..

Cons: Unfriendly reception, all dishes taste the same and bathroom water smells of sea or chlorine..

However, I felt the bathroom was musky and outdated.

I declined the room and asked the receptionist to arrange another room in a non-smoking floor.

All major entertainment channels are available (important a many hotels haven't adjusted after the TRAI regulations), ok wifi, very slow lift.

only problem was the room service was very slow.

Service is a bit slow and the menu card in the room found to be not upto date.

the moment we came into the reception there was some smell which I could not identify (it was not a good smell btw) and we booked the  executive room which we have actually stayed few years ago and there was dust everywhere .

Without A/C, whole room becomes damp and fogged.

Although marked as a non-smoking room, the room had a strong tobacco smell.

The house-keeping manager tells me that the fabric was thin hand hence it got torn during bleach.

Room 6xx was bad and the air was stale, and very dirty.

There was an awful smell in the last room

Smell emites from the drain while having bath.

Although smoking not allowed in rooms, some guests smoke away and the smell permeates to other rooms in the floor..

The sofa chairs are all grimy, sweaty and unfortunately have bad odors.

Firstly, the alley in which my room was located, had a very unpleasant smell.

As usual, Chennai water smells Sulfur di oxide .

For a room that I had booked, we had noticed a very strong smoking smell (which we did not like at all).

Whilst some were fine, others smelt of damp, one had a leaking AC and the third had a showerhead that was mouldy.

The new room also had a weird smell to it

though our room wasn't non-smoking, it was not uncomfortable & did not have any smell.

So if you are a non smoker, please avoid this hotel.

Big mistake, the room 2* max smelled horrible and the Window showed a dirt covered roof area.

The room smelt stuffy and slightly moldy, as if it had not been opened in a while.
