Not serving water and plates even after dropped ordered food on table.

Better to order room service than to go to restaurant because its hard to find attenders to take order or pour water.

U have to search them to place ur next order or any other items u need.

At 12 in the night I was suddenly woken up by extremely loud music which went on for 15 minutes and was told the next morning that the hotel was testing their speakers on the terrace.

Excellent hotel  ,all staffs are very nice, rooms is very clean and neat, hotel is maintain properly and hygenicaly.

On the positive side my room was clean and quite decent.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the complementary breakfast is just a standard mini tiffin, more than this will be chargeable!

To my surprise, room was very clean and comfortable.

I had to request several times for hot water for a shower, finally getting it the next morning.
