They don't have or serve water bottle, strange,  Poor hygiene, first time experiencing such worst service in ITC as the sales manager is Ready to refund and asking the customers to vacate. Strange.

Offered me a bottle of water followed by news paper.

They offered us water bottle on which printed MRP was 20 Rs & they have charged 115 Rs for that.

We had around 3.5 glasses on an average which could be around 10 or 11 bottles of beer and he charged for 22 bottles (750ml). .!!!!

Pathetic service, they are refusing to give water bottle even if we are ready to pay.

Brazen attitude of hotel staff
GM Shiv Kumar not reachable. No consistent payment policy (abruptly asked for on the spot payment in room dining and same was not recognised on final billing)
No accessories present in room( laundry bags, toileteries like shaving kit, cutlery for tea kit)

but frankly guys the entire credit goes to the captain OP, Pinky, Ram, kiran, Divya and his extraordinary full of heart and a service with a smile team.

When we asked that you can't charge more than MRP then staff became rude & he was not in listening mood.

Muthazhagan was the person who helped me out during trouble when my phone turned off due to some malfunctioning and I was running late for some very important meeting.

It was a last minute stay as I was supposed to travel back to Delhi after finishing my meeting.

We organised a conference for 100 people in this hotel with lunch arrangements.

The conference facilities are nice and the waiting staff is courteous.

The conference arrangements were world class.

Stayed along with my colleagues and this hotel is like second home for us now.

The hall on the 1st floor is cosy and perfect for a conference setting like us of 50 persons.

Our event was organised by our company, staffs were very cooperative and friendly hall is big is enough for our meeting.

This IHG brand hotel is the only decent option in this area, so hotel is full of crowd.

Had to use a different room for shower in the morning.

I had to request several times for hot water for a shower, finally getting it the next morning.

Visited for Dinner with family on the occasion of my wife Birthday.

our family decided to come again and again .

however the food is almost good,as  i reviewed this hotel all go with ur family.

Not serving water and plates even after dropped ordered food on table.

Better to order room service than to go to restaurant because its hard to find attenders to take order or pour water.

U have to search them to place ur next order or any other items u need.

At 12 in the night I was suddenly woken up by extremely loud music which went on for 15 minutes and was told the next morning that the hotel was testing their speakers on the terrace.

this hotel is one of the excellent hotel in that area according to its price it offers more food was very good staffs were very friendly room size is good and it was very clean i enjoyed my stay over there.

though the rooms are bit small,they were well maintained like a star hotel.the dinner was excellent.they provided a complimentary breakfast in a la carte style and took excellent care of us.i was told they have a roof top restaurant also,but we didn't had time to have food there.the property owner has taken a lot of pain to design every inch of the hotel.

considering the place and price, i must say its a WOW!Looks like the owner has really taken time and will to make the hotel good.

The manager was very cordial and he himself made sure everything was smooth.

As we checked in, the Manager greeted us and took us to our room and chatted with us for a bit.

They even provide free pick up and drop to Mahindra World City, which was very helpful for me.
