We had lunch when we arrived and finished the next morning with a lovely breakfast.

The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the food delicious.

The unlimited breakfast menu was most appreciated.

We could find no fault with our comfortable and well appointed room and the breakfast was excellent.

I couldn't have been better looked after by Poppie and Billy from perfect breakfast omelettes to a most comfortable bed and to organising melon free fruit salad!

I did not have time for breakfast so cannot comment.

The"food in the restaurant "The pepper-tree" was really delicious.

The guesthouse is in a save place of Pretoria and I felt like at home, my room was amazing, friendly people, quiet place,I enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner in the evening ning.

but other guests were relaxed and enjoying their breakfast.

The breakfast was absolutely lovely and the room itself is very beautiful!

I just loved my coffee machine! The food, from the sumptuous breakfast spread (that nut cake!)

We departed after breakfast for a short drive (30 min) to OR Tambo international airport Johannesburg.

Everything from the food, the accommodation and the Staff was beyond excellent.

I have travelled a lot and stayed in many top hotels, his level of hospitality is equal to that you receive  in these great hotels, he has a talent.

I loved walking into a spacious room with Old Brown Sherry and luxurious touches after not wanting to fall for cheap deals this was so worth it and the restaurant experience and food was special and such a good unwinding time.

I want to thank the staff of Opikopi Guest House for this good experience.

Price was correct for what I experienced.

My experience at Opikopi was marvelous and if I need to stay in Pretoria I will definitely stay at Opikopi again.

Though I did not overnight at the Opikopi Lodge, the service I experienced daily while participating in a workshop of the Afrikaans Language Commission was top class.

It is  really amazing, I was very impressed with  every single aspect, the staff are outstanding the cleaners the waiters, every single person made our stay very hospitable.

Attention to detail in every aspect, and homely comfort.Just a pleasure from start to finish.The room/guesthouse is sufficiently equipped and very neat and clean.

Unfortunately, the coffee, sweetener, water in our room were not refilled, and it is not quite expected at a 5 star property.

Stayed 2 different times and first night- empty minibar not even water - had to drink tap water- had to carry iwn bag upstairs with a sore back 🙁
Second time I requested a ground floor room - was better

I would say that for the tariff, bottled water should be included.

The Bathroom shower took a long time to heat up and with the concern of water usage it was a concern.

In this room the bulb that I really needed for studying did not work, The shower needs sealing at the bottom to prevent water leaking into the passage, the aircond is at the wrong place (Blowing directly onto the bed regardless of the swing position).

All we miss is environmental measures such as water savings measures and waste separation.

but the water squirted out of the head in all directions, the shower head in the bath tub was worse.

Breakfast was top standard to set up for a good day ahead.

We enjoined the breakfast the following morning on the stoop, it definitely didn't feel like we were in the City
and the wipe was so relaxing.

Breakfast well presented and tasted delicious.

Staff are friendly and very well trained, the rooms are extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

The guesthouse provides individually prepared breakfast and the staff is wonderful (attentive and professional) .

We had delicious breakfast topped with a fresh fruit salad.

The Sunday evening dinner was superb not to mention the breakfasts which were appetizing.

Arranged for dinner at the facility that was excellent and the breakfasts are great.

I went there for a Spa booking for my birthday, and i will say i have found a new home.

The spa is nice and we had a great 3 hours of pampering.

The spa treatment was a highlight and the ladies are very professional.

Been  visiting Bohemian for a few years now, and we value the consistancy, in terms of friendliness and also the room quality.Not all the rooms are the same, and i believe one should just make sure  that what it is you would like to have.The Bohemian has always been helpful in this regard; if we wanted different bed arrangements , for example.

This residence is excellent as well as the Staff and the General ManagerBreakfast is gorgious, our suite (they call it a room !)

The guesthouse is built into the mountain so there are several stairs to climb which was not a problem for us,

The one drawback was the stairs up to the rooms,

Warning: there are three flights of stairs to negotiate to get there and whatever room you get you will have to climb.

but the best bit was when I asked the Lady of the house how I get to the interesting little second floor library which I could see had no wall and no stairs and was told "in your dreams". .

The evening meal and the breakfast next morning were taken in the elegant dining room.

True to form, again we were treated to a brilliant breakfast for the family.

The breakfast and dinner were perfectly ok

Breakfast is served with a view over Pretoria and the breakfast itself is satisfying, again with outstanding service. Outstanding!

Supper and breakfast were freshly cooked and tasty.

The food offer at breakfast and dinner was good.

Refreshing morning with wonderfull late breakfast with some special friends.

Our room had a large balcony for us to sit out on and admire the wonderful view.The food at breakfast and dinner was delicious with plenty of choice and the gardens were very well kept.

Comfortable bedrooms with beautiful views all add to the ambience and the food prepared by the skilled Chef is exceptional, breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We had our evening meal in the restaurant which was exceptional in quality and service and the same goes for the breakfast.

Breakfast was good, taken form a buffet where the cooling could be even better.

but we had a table and room service for breakfast on our second visit which was perfect.

We had an early departure and were told we could have a continental breakfast - which turned out to be a very full one with cooked items as we wanted.

The breakfast was very good and we really appreciated that they let use the common areas well after we booked out.

Service on the terrace was appalling and similarly in their restaurant.

On arrival we were greeted most cordially and seated on the terrace with a drink until our room was ready for occupation.

Spacious room with everything you want, excellent food and service, peaceful shady garden and terraces to loiter whilst waiting for an onward connection.
