Great location at the city center, directly infront of Cebu Business Park and Ayala Center Mall.

Very clean rooms, I stayed in 6th floor and the water pressure was like I’m one of the strongest of all the places I’ve stayed so far (i do travel quite a lot), friendly staff, nice view, amazing location.

Accessible, Super nice location Super clean rooms, accommodating staff.

Service was excellent, reception was kind enough to ask me my ETA and unexpectedly responded by having the room ready in advance, Location is absolutely perfect since you are just a walking distance away from key stores, malls, and other facilities such as laboratories(for covid-19 testing), mandaue and sm seaside is even just a 1-3$ taxi ride from the hotel.

The location was very convenient in getting around.

Their location is prime to more than enough stores, restaurants, attractions and tourism.

For a location nearby to Ayala and surrounding area, Red Planet is hard to beat for a budget hotel.

The location is near to all needed shops, mall, hotels..At the center of the business district.

The location is top notch specially if you want to be close to Ayala Mall, you have everything at the palm of your hand!

Conveniently located near a mall and transport terminal.

We wanted to stay close to Ayala Center Cebu and compared to other hotels in the area with higher pricing, this was like a steal.

i paid all in advance; so i paid 4 nights to much being 6522,60 pesos.

Hotel is indeed modern with a reasonable price.

Red Planet is a standard 2-star property appropriate for the traveler who wishes to economize on expense without compromising comfort.

But relatively expensive for a good value hotel compare to other local hotel chains.

Would recommend this place to all who stay in cebu due to good pricing rooms.

The front desk staff were helpful suggesting how to get the best rate to extend my stay.

For this hotel, you get what you pay for: decent bed, clean room.

Th service is always  breeze and accomodations are perfect for   cozy and relaxing stay at fairly good price.

A little music or sound at hotel lobby so while check-in can makes us relax after traveling.

my rating is 3 because of the noisy Air con unit i couldn't sleep.

The downside is you can hear the noise on the street when you sleep at night and the airconditioning unit is a bit loud.

I wrote a mail to reimburse me and got a reply that its curently beeing handled, this is now 2 weeks ago and i still did not hear anything from them.

Though the hotel is located on busy Archbishop Reyes Avenue, there is minimal noise from traffic.

but completely functional, but the aircon is quite noisy unfortunately.

I am cramped & I has gas pain from the electric fan overhead.

The downside of that is that the rooms on the street side are so noisy!

but if you are that tired, the sound wont bother u as much.

The room I stay was very small,  no refrigerator and little noisy AC.

but I hope it would be quiet and not facing the highway.

My room had a very noisy aircon unit,  the sink in the bathroom was cracked and leaked water over the floor when filled with water, and the white bedding was grubby with stains.

The doors are too noisy that youll here if other rooms is leaving.

But no phone and fridge inside and the A/C too is very noisy.

The aircon is quote noisy and being at the side of the road, you can still hear the noise of motors and vehicles.

meaning no loud noise from the other rooms.

secondly the Aircondition was very noisy I don't make any complaint about it or ask to change room 'coz im not vwry demanding guest.

After attending a company sponsored event in Bohol, we were forced to take a fastcraft towards cebu since our plane ticket was not rerouted by the travel agency.

In any case, the rooms were clean enough and the beds were good.

Clean rooms, Cold air conditioning,  hot water for shower,  comfortable bed and pillows,  fast internet.

Highly recommended if just need a clean room and a nice bed to go to at the end of your busy day.

Moreover Ayala mall is located near (about 5 mins by walking) this hotel.

About 3 min walk to Ayala Center where you can have breakfast (hotel has no restau).

This Red Planet is located near Ayala Mall and only about a 5 minute walk.

It's about a 10 minute walk to Ayalla Mall which is worth visiting.

Although located in an area of the city a bit distant from main tourists sites that are a short taxi ride away, the Red Planet is a three-minute walk from the city’s Ayala Centre mall with its vast array of coffee shops, fast food restaurants and better dining establishments.

Location was good - 711 right beside it and Ayala mall is like a 5 min walk.

A 5mins walk to Ayala Mall and major offices like VFS GLOBAL .

The Mall is just down the road (5-10min walk).

The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from Cebu Ayala with hundreds of shops and restaurants.

Close proximity to Ayala Mall easy 5 minute walk, shopping, theaters, restaurants anything you need almost right across the street.

But the biggest advantage of staying here would have to be the location, as it’s just a short walk to Ayala Center Cebu.

We were a walk in customer as our friends are staying the hotel.

The door men know how to give directions to walk to places to eat.Everyone talks about the Red Planet Cebu because it is 2 blocks from Ayala mall.

We can always walk to Ayala Centre in our own time, no pressure with time or traffic.

Location is excellent, a short walk away to Ayala Malls, very accessible!

As many have stated 7/11 is next door and laundry near by also very short distance walk to ayala mall.

All was well with my stay except for the water splashing from my shower bath because there is only half
a shower enclosure door when it should be fully enclosed.

Hallway is too narrow and dark

No door for the shower, so when you take a shower, all the water goes everywhere in the bathroom, so it gets really wet and slippery since they only gave one floor rag.

On the downside they do not offer any drinking water (wich most other hotels in Cebu that I satyed at did), you can BUY water in the reception.

You'll be thirsty when you sleep so prepare to have a water.

The hotel has no restaurant and you have to pay for water etc,

They don't have a water kettle either-- it's really just best to eat out.

i would suggest to add extra chair and a water heater which i needed - i love to drink coffee in the morning..please add also complimentary water.

Room in minimalist style with sufficient hot water, soap and paper towel had committed the minimum requirement chain branded hotel.

There is no black sediment just below the water line before waste enters the p-trap.

Soap dispenser on the wall instead of amenities and no coffee-tea facilities, or even complimentary water not even int he hotel lobby.

The only negative is you don’t get any bottled water in the room

there was no complimentary bottled water to welcome guests.

but the service is worst  They charge money for every water bottle they provide..

For us the bed is good, the water pressure in the shower is good aswell., But the aircon is too noisy., and you could not barely moved., :D very small space .. and they have 2 small looks like a camera in our room they said its a sensor for the tv and the other one is sensor for the aircon.. as far as i know tv have their own sensor in the down., and whats funny is when we book the room they said free toileteries.,

Biddet continued to spray water even if one had already stopped holding it.

Weirdly, they don't offer free cold drinking water as well.

My only comment is that they cannot offer hot water which i need and maybe a glass or mug so, these are essentials for travellers to expect in a hotel.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable .

The location is perfect, for someone like me who loves shopping in the malls :-) Just walk across to Ayala Centre.

The location is perfect, our room was lovely.

The major contributing factors for her to say it this hotel is excellent;  professional staff that is friendly & accommodating, cleanliness is a priority, top-notch freshly prepared food, freshly-brewed coffee whenever you request it, a stellar location next to the Ayala Mall, and they offer transportation to the Airport and Pier.

Location is perfect - cross the road via the bus terminal to Ayala Mall(abt 5mins walk).

Our 2 weeks stay at the Quest Hotel did not disappoint, as a matter of fact, I look forward to once again stay at this hotel and refer friends who wish to visit Cebu, Philippines to stay at this location.

The hotel’s location is perfect as it is just across Ayala Center Cebu.

The location in just walking distance in Ayala Center, where you can roam around if you are board.

Because it is close to almost all tourist destinations in the city, the location is very strategic not only for those traveling for business

Convenient location close to everything as well as a good buffet breakfast.

Facilities are good, centrally located and has a superb accomodation.

The hotel is centrally located in Cebu city.

Room was noisy:

They allowed noisy wedding entourage to stay next to us.

Only downside was that the walls are too thin - you can hear whats goin' on next door and outside.

Now, who can answer the call if you can’t hear the ringer (faulty) their IT guy tried repairing .

3)	 When we got to the room it was sealed off with a tape that ‘claimed the room had been sanitized.’  After a few minutes of adjusting our belongings we discovered a pillow ‘that was obviously used’ and had an old pillow case still on it.

Note: Bed headboard was noisy during my sleeping.

There was traffic from airport so it took about 1hr 5minutes to get to the Hotel.

Rooms weren't too noisy and WiFi connectivity was great for general browsing, emails and downloads.

Took us 2 hours travel going to the Hotel due to heavy traffic.

Traffic is not good in the area and will take you some time to get to the main entrance drop off.

Soundproofing of rooms are bad, can hear people talking, doors closing etc.

Unfortunately, there is a busy street and the windows are not very sound-proof.

Will be very noisy even at night if your room is facing street.

My daughter became sick directly off of the plane.

but there was some noise because it was a city.

We were woken up one night at 3AM due to noisy drunk neighbors and a quick call to reception sent security to patrol the floors after the neighbor got two warnings that were not heeded.

It is in a fairly crowded area, with lots of traffic and people,

Cindy the reservation manager coordinated our two room stay to be next to Ate and baby for our special occasion.

The food was superb and they will even assist you to get a Taxi.

5 star for your service food, staff and room cleaning  specially ate vaniza ocampo ,mildred codera and ate carmela .

the food also excellent in taste and presentation.

He always had our food out very fast and always made sure we were enjoying our breakfast.

It offered a variety of delicious foods during our lunch.

We consider your hotel/restaurant as one if our favorite place.I personally would rate your resto as excellent.

The QUEST HOTEL is an amazing hotel with class service, delicious food and a instagramable view of the Pampanga.

During my stay one of the nights someone was working in the building that caused a very toxic smell like varnish or acetone.

After getting into the room, we found that the bet was made up with dirty soiled sheets (photo's attached).

Room and facilities was good except for minor problem like the key card won't work outright also unpleasant smell was noted at the entrance.

Not to mention this horrible, nauseating smell in their lobby which seems to be their air freshener.

but only one thing is not good

But elevator from the parking lot to the main hotel stinks.

But the bathroon was flooded and smelled.

it looks too old, oily, smelly body odor which is poorly washed and dried you cant even smell a bleach smell on it.

Upon arrival the blanket was smelly from the previous guest, upon request it was changed.

The room was terribly outdated and had a lousy odor.

It's very disgusting to find the room is not vacuumed well.

Foul odor at the lobby going to the elevator of 11th floor.

The room towels and bath mat are thin and nasty, the bath mat had a blue stain on it and was virtually threadbare.

See, the staff quickly realized I was alone for my trip.

They provided us with so much attention that made my parents trip very memorable.

FYI: This was my 5th trip in 5 years to the PI and I always return to the Quest.

The Quest Hotel was a great place to start and end my trip to Cebu city.

I will definitely go back there soon for a leisure experience and not for any business trips.

We typically stay at the Radisson Blu on trips to Cebu, it's a far better hotel in all respects with a similar price.

Edwin Getubig,was so accomodating.BUT upon my arrival,the room was kind of dusty,I do some wiping ,using tissue paper.Sign in the place that it was sanitized,but dust was in my bedsheets-under the comforter.it was late that I noticed it.Its my wife who told me,to understand since its in pandemic and maybe,satffing is in skeletal.Well,I do umderstand,but,I booked many days ahead of my arrival and expected to have a clean and comfy hotel room from a long trip.

I will definitely stay again during our next trip.

We'll definitely book again here on our next cebu trip.

I first went to this hotel in 2012 on a Mission trip after Typhoon Yolanda, I fell in love with it and honestly it gets better and better!

I visited on a family trip, it was safe, Ayala shopping mall nearby, and swimming pool, so it was good to stay with the children.
