The shuttle drivers to the beach and town are patient and reliable.

Plus the hotel is very close to the village and the beach.

The concierges planned everything for us:    Beach clubs, lunches, dinners.

but near enough to easily access the beach clubs and St Tropez town.

There is a very convenient shuttle service to run you between town and the beach clubs and the food on-site was terrific.

Everyday we went out of the premises they would ask where we were headed and ensure we had everything we needed, including beach towels and a beach bag.

as a matter of fact all staff have been smiling and kind in all the restaurants and beaches we went to in Saint Tropez, a rather unusual and remarkable occurence in France!

Choose another hotel and do not give them credit card.

But when we tried, we were notified by the mixologist that if we drank our own champagne by the pool he would have to charge us a fee.

however in room dining and wine card could be better.

although we were informed it was included, the charge of about £70 per day was added to our bill.

We then had to handover our passports, car keys, credit card - which felt a bit like being taken into police custody - and may say something about the nature of guests' behaviour in and around St Tropez?!

but upon check out we were charged 78 euro.

The extra bottle of drinking water is charged too.

There (to my knowledge) also aren't any doorbells or buzzers at the front door to alert to the staff arriving to service the rooms, so on two more occasions we looked up to see staff peering through our front door to see if we were there or not.

The only disappointing points were some of the little details, such as the curtain being off the railing such that it wouldn't close, the mini fridge door being a bit broken and hard to close, and the door hinge on the bathroom being broken.

Another issue is that the maid leaves  the door opened for about a half hour while cleaning also.

They have music by the pool and will spill into your room if you leave your bathroom door open.

Also it is next door to some sort of construction depot, so try and get a room on the left of the pool as the workers get up early.

Literally, the door was there some time ago,

Me and my wife had to leave the doors open because of the warmth and we got an army of bugs, spiders, insects joining us for breakfast the next morning.

The women at the reception are exceptional and extremely friendly and the concierge can get it done!

however the staff were all very friendly and helpful when available.

Some examples of why this wasn't 5 star for us: I’m disappointed that we were never informed of the complimentary breakfast at check-in, we would have loved that and felt very cheated by missing out on it while paying the high rate we did.

With the high price they charged, we would expect a more spacious room.

and believe me, i´m used to pay high prices for Hotels since years all over the world.

After we waited for what seemed like forever, they told us they found a room for us for the first 2 nights at a much higher price,

Rooms are spacious and quiet, with floor to ceiling glass windows that allow for ample natural light, and a private back yard and outdoor shower that offer a secluded retreat.

The general lighting system will be a more difficult and expensive fix.

We did not eat at the hotel - it was expensive and the restaurant, inside, was not that appealing.

Prices were not as astronomical as one might think.

The only negative point I'd make is the over-inflated cost of drinks and breakfast.

The only minor quip is the prices for food & drink by the pool and bar are a little high-

The only - point are te price of the cocktails.

Just make sure you understand the room rates.

so i think, i´ve to look maybe for another hotel around saint tropez during the euofestival 2016, which i will definitivly join, because even in saint-tropez i´ll get more for the same price.

The beach/town shuttle service was a great touch and the hotel also arranged for taxis directly when shuttles weren’t running, which was also helpful.

Loved the bikes available for touring and the shuttle service is amazing and friendly.

drive outside (they have excellent shuttle service) of the Town Center of Saint-Tropez, Sezz is offering you a very private and secluded environment, once you've had enough of the buzz of the Town Sezz offers a wonderful retreat, where you can relaxe at the pool or in your private garden.

Sezz offers complimentary parking, and a complimentary and really easy to use and accommodating shuttle service to and from the town center that is located just about a mile away.

but there is shuttle service provided to guests upon requests.

but the hotel offers a shuttle service into town on request and is available until midnight.

Car and luggage service at check-in, a nice welcome, super service and shuttle service also to the town of Saint Tropez and the beach.

We only used the shuttle service once and we didn't know it did not take you into the town, just to the edge of town.

but with the 24 hour shuttle service, we were able to get back and forth quickly.

Shuttle service is fast, concierge is knowledgeable, check in is pleasant, you have a private villa room in a hotel.

Staff are so helpful, worth every cent and ideally positioned, only about 5-10 minute drive into town with the Hotel's on-call complimentary shuttle service.

I was really impressed with the shuttle service, which is less of a shuttle and more of a personal taxi.

Location is right by the harbour and fabulous shops and restaurants.

Clean property, lovely pool, shuttle to the beach clubs

even though our group sometimes  all departed separately to the same beach club.

The hotel provides complimentary car services to all the beach clubs to drop you off or pick you up.

The transport from the hotel to the beach clubs and back was always professional and reliable, and the same for restaurant reservations and airport transfers.

They guided us with great recommendations from beach clubs, dinners, etc and set up transportation for our next leg of the trip.

It is walking distance from everything except the beach,

Before arriving to Saint Tropez we were in communication with their concierge who helped us set up beach clubs/lunch/dinners/transportation, the entire concierge staff was amazing

They booked reservations for us in highly demanded restaurants and beach clubs with no hassle.

We were there at the height of the summer season and all the restaurants, beach club bookings were taken care of effortlessly.

You say the name Samuel at any beach club or restaurant  in town and the doors open up for you .Staying here feels like your home away from home .

Everything in town is within minutes walk, beach clubs are a 10 minute drive, the breakfast buffet and roof top bar are top notch.

Everywhere - from beach clubs to restaurants - was booked solid and whilst we made all our reservations ahead of time (we sent the concierge team an email and they responded within 24 hours despite it being so incredibly busy)  we did request changes and they bent over backwards to deliver.

Samuel took charge and got us into the very best beach clubs, restaurants and he even helped us book a private boat for a day trip cruising the French Riviera.

but not noisy so one can sleep very well 
- convenient shuttle service which brings you to the beach and back within a waiting time of 0-15 minutes 
- amazing rooftop terrace to enjoy beautiful sunsets 
- but MOST importantly it’s the chief concierge, Samuel, who takes care of everything so we don’t have to worry about a thing during our stay.

Importantly, the hotel provides free shuttle service to Pampelonne (and other) beaches, which is an excellent and valued service so you do not need a car; the driver also gives you a beach bag with large soft towels as well.

From then on, I relied on Samuel's expert advise for lunch, beach club and dinner reservations.

Thirdly is the quality of the logistics and shuttle service that covers the allez and retour for all our various beach and restaurant visits .As the saying goes it runs like an impeccable Swiss clock!This again is thanks to the obsession to details from Samuel and team .

Their house car was extremely helpful in the daily transport to the different beach clubs.

Upon our arrival to Hotel de Paris, we were greeted by the friendly staff who made check in smooth & pleasant.

Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and always looking to help.

The service is always great, staff is professional and friendly, and extremely responsive.

The hotel staff are really friendly, and the roof terrace is amazing, great for a dip in the pool to cool down or for a sunset drink with great views of the sunset sky and even a little bit of the gulf of st tropez.

The staff are ultra friendly and professional, always there to hold a door or help out at the Conciergerie.

but it didn't really disturb us, Hotel Location was great, breakfast very good, staff very friendly and we enjoyed our stay a lot!

They have run over to a restaurant to change my reservation when they weren’t picking up the phone.

The rooftop pool is so small I would call it a hot tub.

Actually from front desk through door man we felt a bit of attitude, there are something about this hotel I’d call ‘meanness’… clearly represented by the concierge guy.

I advise them over the phone and they supply us with something to plug into an outlet that kills then off.

On my second night the room next door was very loud on the balcony at 3 am and I had to call the reception to warn them for a multiple times.

When I asked her why she didn’t call me to tell me of her newly decided change of mind, she said she decided to wait until checkout.

however it would have been nice to have a kettle and some coffee in the room so we could have had a quick brew without ringing for room service.

there was a shuttle service to the beach and you could call them to pick you up.

We asked one day to be put on a waiting list and called in our room once a shaded area became available and no one bothered to call.

My husband was trying to arrange a surprise present for me from Chanel, unfortunately you can't purchase over the phone and they only had one left in the whole of Europe.

I made a phone call down to the concierge and requested a dinner reservation.

Sure enough the internet did not work and I had to go down to the lobby to answer some emails and a skpe call that I needed to make.

but on the 14th of July I had arranged to be picked up from Nikki beach in the afternoon and the rude staff at Nikki beach said they tried calling the hotel to arrange for pick up and the hotel said they would not be able to due to traffic.

The room directories were incomplete and we had to keep calling Reception for basic information.

The rooms are tiny for $1600 a night !

Avoid this hotel at all your cost (especially fellow Americans)!

I will never come back to this property, will advise anyone from staying there as I am sure for the price point you are paying there are much better options in the area.

It definitely did not live up to our expectations or reflect the price tag.

Only drawback was the room which was very small - especially given the expensive rates we were paying in peak season.

And overall, things were unjustly expensive: I realise this is St. Tropez and is riddled with the super rich,

I know there are more expensive and more luxurious hotels in St Tropez.

I highly suggest no one stays here unless they like motel service at 5 star prices.

but the basic room is far too expensive (700euros) to be a 20m squared room with limited storage options.

Breakfast is not included and expensive (35 euro/person).

Bar was understated if not a little expensive and cant comment on food as I ate out.

but the price is not justified in my opinion

At a cost of 200 euros, I found it completely unacceptable.

On another occasion, Nicolas the hotel manager, personally walked a guest into the village to make sure they found the obscure photo location they were looking for, and personally paid for their items, as they did not have the proper currency on them at the time.

The hotel offers parking that considered the location is not very expensive.

but this didn't not compensate for the experience we had or overall cost of the stay.

Parking fees are €35,00 per night, which can get expensive if staying longer than a few days.

Not only is it centrally located with a beautiful rooftop pool,

From the rooftop pool to the lobby lounge and spa, every detail is exceptional.

We enjoyed the rooftop pool in the afternoon with excellent service from the Weed staff.
