Location is right by the harbour and fabulous shops and restaurants.

Clean property, lovely pool, shuttle to the beach clubs

even though our group sometimes  all departed separately to the same beach club.

The hotel provides complimentary car services to all the beach clubs to drop you off or pick you up.

The transport from the hotel to the beach clubs and back was always professional and reliable, and the same for restaurant reservations and airport transfers.

They guided us with great recommendations from beach clubs, dinners, etc and set up transportation for our next leg of the trip.

It is walking distance from everything except the beach,

Before arriving to Saint Tropez we were in communication with their concierge who helped us set up beach clubs/lunch/dinners/transportation, the entire concierge staff was amazing

They booked reservations for us in highly demanded restaurants and beach clubs with no hassle.

We were there at the height of the summer season and all the restaurants, beach club bookings were taken care of effortlessly.

You say the name Samuel at any beach club or restaurant  in town and the doors open up for you .Staying here feels like your home away from home .

Everything in town is within minutes walk, beach clubs are a 10 minute drive, the breakfast buffet and roof top bar are top notch.

Everywhere - from beach clubs to restaurants - was booked solid and whilst we made all our reservations ahead of time (we sent the concierge team an email and they responded within 24 hours despite it being so incredibly busy)  we did request changes and they bent over backwards to deliver.

Samuel took charge and got us into the very best beach clubs, restaurants and he even helped us book a private boat for a day trip cruising the French Riviera.

but not noisy so one can sleep very well 
- convenient shuttle service which brings you to the beach and back within a waiting time of 0-15 minutes 
- amazing rooftop terrace to enjoy beautiful sunsets 
- but MOST importantly it’s the chief concierge, Samuel, who takes care of everything so we don’t have to worry about a thing during our stay.

Importantly, the hotel provides free shuttle service to Pampelonne (and other) beaches, which is an excellent and valued service so you do not need a car; the driver also gives you a beach bag with large soft towels as well.

From then on, I relied on Samuel's expert advise for lunch, beach club and dinner reservations.

Thirdly is the quality of the logistics and shuttle service that covers the allez and retour for all our various beach and restaurant visits .As the saying goes it runs like an impeccable Swiss clock!This again is thanks to the obsession to details from Samuel and team .

Their house car was extremely helpful in the daily transport to the different beach clubs.

They have run over to a restaurant to change my reservation when they weren’t picking up the phone.

The rooftop pool is so small I would call it a hot tub.

Actually from front desk through door man we felt a bit of attitude, there are something about this hotel I’d call ‘meanness’… clearly represented by the concierge guy.

I advise them over the phone and they supply us with something to plug into an outlet that kills then off.

On my second night the room next door was very loud on the balcony at 3 am and I had to call the reception to warn them for a multiple times.

When I asked her why she didn’t call me to tell me of her newly decided change of mind, she said she decided to wait until checkout.

however it would have been nice to have a kettle and some coffee in the room so we could have had a quick brew without ringing for room service.

there was a shuttle service to the beach and you could call them to pick you up.

We asked one day to be put on a waiting list and called in our room once a shaded area became available and no one bothered to call.

My husband was trying to arrange a surprise present for me from Chanel, unfortunately you can't purchase over the phone and they only had one left in the whole of Europe.

I made a phone call down to the concierge and requested a dinner reservation.

Sure enough the internet did not work and I had to go down to the lobby to answer some emails and a skpe call that I needed to make.

but on the 14th of July I had arranged to be picked up from Nikki beach in the afternoon and the rude staff at Nikki beach said they tried calling the hotel to arrange for pick up and the hotel said they would not be able to due to traffic.

The room directories were incomplete and we had to keep calling Reception for basic information.

Avoid this hotel at all your cost (especially fellow Americans)!

I will never come back to this property, will advise anyone from staying there as I am sure for the price point you are paying there are much better options in the area.

It definitely did not live up to our expectations or reflect the price tag.

Only drawback was the room which was very small - especially given the expensive rates we were paying in peak season.

And overall, things were unjustly expensive: I realise this is St. Tropez and is riddled with the super rich,

I know there are more expensive and more luxurious hotels in St Tropez.

I highly suggest no one stays here unless they like motel service at 5 star prices.

but the basic room is far too expensive (700euros) to be a 20m squared room with limited storage options.

Breakfast is not included and expensive (35 euro/person).

Bar was understated if not a little expensive and cant comment on food as I ate out.

but the price is not justified in my opinion

At a cost of 200 euros, I found it completely unacceptable.

On another occasion, Nicolas the hotel manager, personally walked a guest into the village to make sure they found the obscure photo location they were looking for, and personally paid for their items, as they did not have the proper currency on them at the time.

The hotel offers parking that considered the location is not very expensive.

but this didn't not compensate for the experience we had or overall cost of the stay.

Parking fees are €35,00 per night, which can get expensive if staying longer than a few days.

Not only is it centrally located with a beautiful rooftop pool,

From the rooftop pool to the lobby lounge and spa, every detail is exceptional.

We enjoyed the rooftop pool in the afternoon with excellent service from the Weed staff.

The service throughout the stay was very good.

but they are very well thought out and the roof top pool is perfect for a pre breakfast dip!

The hotel has a beautiful rooftop pool and a bar which has amazing views of the port .

After the checkout, we could leave our lugage at the Hotel, went to the pool and beach and later in the evening we could still use all the factilties in the Hotel, (Spa, Shower, Rooftop Pool etc). Brilliant!

The roof top pool is great for an afternoon hangout with plenty of seating and a large restaurant as well.

There is a pool on the rooftop with very nice views and also a restaurant by the pool.

The hotel has a wonderful rooftop restaurant where we ate an excellent buffet breakfast daily and a rooftop pool to cool off in with lovely lounge spaces around it to bask in the Saint Tropez sun.

The room was very clean; linens and towels were high quality and sleep was very comfortable.

Secondly is the room cleanliness and speed of service that we experience in the midst of a busy season .Impeccable cleanliness and superb housekeeping and room service .

The room has a clean feel to it, the bathroom is spacious and all the bathroom amenities is by Clarins, as it is the spa of the hotel.

We stayed on the 2nd floor in a nice clean room with a little view out to the harbour.

The bed was extremely comfortably, fluffy pillows, fresh crisp linen, spotless room with consistency, night service with turn down and attention to detail in aspects of the hotel.

The room was clean and the shower in the middle of the room was a nice difference.

This room was looking out to small alley/street.

When I got to my room it was very very small.

The room assigned to us was this tiny room with the only window looking over the next door bldg which is few meters away (making the room very dark)  So we asked if they can move us to better situated room in the same room category for the next 2 nights.

The only real problem is how small the rooms are.

The only thing we thought that was negative was the  rooms are on the small side.

but small with no real wow factor and small rooms.

our room was a bit small, and for more than $1000 per night, I would expect quality similar to PLAZA ATHENE OR 4 SEASONS GEORGE V in paris!

We were shown a tiny room (classic - $900US) with views of a cement wall and noise from the busy main street below.

but the rooms are so small and weren't significant at all.

Breakfast is a treat everyday and the spa is heavenly.

When the spa was booked for a massage, they worked to bring in an outside masseuse to provide services.

Thierry is a magician in the SPA and I wish I could export him to London for the winter months .He solved and helped a lot of my back ailments and flexibility !

The Spa experience was out of this world.

The treatment was one of the best I’ve had (combined massage & facial) and the use of the spa was lovely.

Very helpful staff and the spa was amazing.

Especially i want to point out the very kind and helpful staff in the hotel, regardless of whether the concierge, the reception or in the spa, the whole team was outstanding.

The spa staff who looked after us while waiting for our room and provided towels and additional Clarins products so we could freshen up.

The location adds to the appeal as it's close enough to walk into the old town area

Place is quiet, clientelle is upscale, walking distance ( a little uphill on the way back) from old town and harbour.

but at the price of the most beautiful palaces on the planet, we had been disappointed with this small village reserved for billionaires

but it was not,
friendly staff but lack of management, we saw the manager who did not even greet us,
and all this with a very high price

but the hotel wasn’t cooperative at all and forced us to pay the full amount for 9 nights, although we stayed only for 3 days and left.

but paying a premium for St Tropez and being exposed to this is not fair.

but we felt it was a bit expensive even for hotel food so we didn't try it.

Things aren't that expensive as far as food  goes and

But - after spending 2 days in St. Tropez - and seeing how expensive things are - I guess it was a good deal too.

But that is not what makes St. Tropez so exclusive or why you pay the quite steep price tag.

Moreover if you pretend to be very luxurious hotel,  clients should be allowed to take 10 baths a day if they wish to, I think that the price covers the water costs!

But I would have rather paid more and had more comfort  and a restaurant .

I forgot something in our room and they sent it to me immediately (costs were taken from the Villa Cosy).

I understand the south of France can be expensive

Outdoor spaces are a delight, peaceful and picturesque, the rooms clean and equipped with all amenities, and the food so yummy!

Stayed with my wife for 5 days March / April 22, very clean rooms, lovely pool and spa close to the town centre.

We go to Villa Cosy every year and we'll definitely return as beyond a superb location close to the center this boutique hotel has everything you can look for: clean rooms, a beautiful decor creating a relaxing atmosphere, excellent food & drinks service all day long at the room or by the pool, and a new luxury spa.

Everything about our stay was brilliant, the room was immaculate and very comfortable.

This is the place to go .. of course if you find a room .. there are only 13 rooms .. small paradise in St. Tropez!

And the amenities are perfect for a relaxing stay with a heated outdoor pool and whirlpool, a spa with a steam room, sauna, massage and gym.

Even the massage treatment I had at the spa was one of the best I’ve had.

There is a hot tub on the property as part of the spa.

Add to that a very nice SPA and very nice guests overall, to make a great experience

The pool area, zen area and Spa are great and the hotel is walking distance from the centre of St Tropez.

Enjoyed the peace and privacy of the Zen garden with its fab hot tub, great Spa treatments, impressive wine cellar and the warmth coming from everyone in the team; every day, rain or shine.

I felt cocooned from check in to check out, from the seamless transfers, delicious food to my dreamy massage.

Also - I had a good massage, Audrey was great.

We chose to stay here to find peace and serenity, beautiful swimming pool, large room with all the necessary equipment for a good stay, the staff was very welcoming, pleasant spa, it was an excellent stay

Everything was great: very comfortable and modern rooms, excellent spa and very professional team.

The wine was delicious, the massages were amazing, and the hot tub was the perfect temperature (even in December).

5 Stars hotel, 10mn from the heart of St Tropez, beautiful suites with a view on the vines and the city, the latest amenities including Dyson hair drier, 10mn drive from the beach clubs, an amazing caring staff pampering you with a beautiful smile and most importantly the owners positive attitude efficiency and friendliness you cannot find anywhere else.

The service was exceptional, nothing was too much for the team; and the cappucinos were perfection.

the hotel is five  minutes from a beautiful beach in the middle of the really nice town.

Details, location, hospitality were all top notch. Port Grimaud was my favorite stop— family friendly, you wake up right on the water with a view of the port, easy access to an amazing beach, and short trip to St Tropez if you want the night life and the beach clubs (which we did!)

Breakfast was consistent with the continental option and the surrounding/feeling is a mini Venice.

Service is outstanding, staff is amazing, they have parking options, and its located inside the marina, definetely a great option for the beach and St. Tropez.

Port Grimaud is France’s mini Venice with an attractive modern twist.

The lovely Grimaud beach is a five minute walk and beach towels are available if you need them.

The view reminds you of being in Venice with the boats passing by on the canal & the people watching.

You have best of both worlds, beach a few minutes away and obviously the port has everything, bars restaurants shops, als a must take the boat to Saint Tropez, and see the beautiful people.

This was a very good option to stay very close to the pricey St. Tropez and enjoy the nice marina the hotel is located.

The location of the hotel is excellent and within close proximity to all needed recreational areas, resturants, bars, cafes, beaches and shops.

The beach is a short walk away with stunning views of St Tropez across the bay.

A really convenient location in the middle of Port Grimaud with easy access to shops, restaurants, ferries, hire boats etc.

Boat tours made St. Tropez a convenient boat transfer and the beach was very good for taking a swim.

Access to the boat taxis to Sainte Maxime and Sainte Tropez which are not expensive is a real bonus.

The boat to St Tropez is right by the hotel too.

Our room door opened directly to the canal and we had a nice boat (I wish was mine) just in front of us.

I stayed here while working in St Tropez, every morning went to St Tropez by boat.

I had a room on the ground floor directly on the canal, with a boat parked right outside,  the view is really exquisite.
