The hotel is 100 mtr from the beach in a very calm street and just around the corner of the shopping street and restaurants.

Friendly family run hotel with excellent location close to beach, harbor and Riccione center.

Located 2 blocks from the beach, 1 block from a street full of shops and food outlets the location is Excellent too.

I had a massage and most guest used the pool/ sauna and nearby beach very popular for safe swimming.

Friendly, big rooms, cycling washing service everyday, bike room, mechanic, guided rides everyday except Saturday and Tuesday, close to beach and restaurants, great roads to cycle.

Riccione is nice with a retro Miami Beach vibe and is a great and festive town.

The hotel itself is brilliant - well located close to the seafront and to the bars and cafes.

Ideally located very close to the beach and main shopping/restaurant area a well as only 10 walking minutes from the train station.

The hotel is a short hundred meters or so to the sandy beach.

The food was Excellent and the best was, 1 block form the beach.

You are couple hundred yards from the beach and this has a large promenade to walk down in the evening after dinner.please give this hotel a try you will not be disappointed and like many other you will find yourself going back year after year.

Situated between the beach and the market, there was always something fun to do after the ride.

It has an excellent location a couple of streets back from the beach, cycle track & waterfront; it is close to shops bars cafes and restaurants and only half a mile to Coastal Riccione & a mile walk into OLD RIccione, very worthwhile seeing.

The hotel is very nice, great common area, nice rooms and  just a couple blocks from the beach.

The owner is very attentive and often present, and the staff is very friendly and feels like family even after only a week.

The staff were outstanding and attentive and treated everyone like family.

With 5 different cycling levels to choose from and kids programs every day this is the perfect place for cycling parents to bring their families.

What a week came here with some friends to cycle and was not disappointed the guided rides In various groups of speed and distance means you will find the group that  best suites you on each day of riding the whole feel of the hotel is your part of a family and you will meet fellow cyclists from all over Europe.

Special Experiences - The bike rides to wine tasting and to the owner's family farm were definite highlights.

Service was great from everyone involved in this family feel location.

We had a fantastic meal out at the farm of Steffano's family and he showed us the true version of balsamic vinegar.

It is very uncomfortable to share when the beds are two slightly different heights though.

Second, excellent location - bus station is near, train station and airport in the nearest vicinity, beach is less 5 minutes on foot, a lot of cafes to eat.

It is a short walk to the beach where you have a choice of paid place or public free beach not too far.

Pros:
-The sea is very close
-The street is in front of the shuttle
-The beach in front of the street have a mini-gym
-There are many restaurants close to the location.

The location is absolutely perfect; 3 minutes away from the sandy beach and 3 minutes away the bus stop (29) that easily connects you with loads of fantastic local attractions!

but at the same time, you can be at the beach within 5 minutes.

Hotel is located very nicely close to beach.

You also get 10% percent discount at the beach cafe which I can also recommend for a meal.

Helpful & friendly staff, comfortable bed, easy walk to a very lively beach from the hotel.

Beach towels are available to use, which you can keep for the duration of your stay.

Rooms are clean, they provide extra towels for the beach and the breakfast room offers an excellent selection of hot and cold foods (and coffee from bean-to-cup machines).

You feel like at home, every person of the stuff is ready to help you, everyday cleaning, wonderful breakfasts (hello, Fabio, I would sell my soul for your torta alla ricotta😄), a shiny room with the balcony with loads of space for clothes and things.

There is also balcony you can sit at, to have Italian style breakfast :)

The hotel also offers you help with booking trips, reserving beach seats/umbrellas and advises you where to go.

However, the best things are the staff and the overall atmosphere, which are both very welcoming and relaxed.

The quadrupla room was of the right size, with nice forniture of modern style and appropriate to the level of the hotel, quite probably better than many others within the same category.

The room was clean and we enjoyed sitting on our small balcony drinking wine and enjoying the very quiet street scene.

The breakfasts were well designed, we could find a satisfying choice.

I really recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to enjoy the beach scene and what Rimini has to offer.

Stopped at Stresa for a week,the hotel and rooms are kept spotless .Clean towels everyday ,and clean bedding three times in one week,and plenty of storage andFREE Air conditioning and Wi-FiThe staff are brilliant,so friendly and helpful Maria and Gabriel especially .The breakfast was superb you were spoilt for choice and never needed to leave hungry,our companion is a vegetarian and she couldn't praise it enough.

The room can be quite noisy as you hear other guests moving around the corridor

So you can hear your neighbours a lot and all people in the corridor.

Rust on the wheels in the showercabinet, towels that have been washed a thousand times and lamps from the seventees.

The direction can lend you bikes for free, the only disadvantage is that there is no light on the bikes so you cannot use it at night which can be a pb if you want to go to riccione for exemple.

The hotel have discount cards from various restaurants.

The breakfast is big and you can eat healthy.

The breakfast was our favourite moment of the day,with our 3 years old child happy to eat whichever food thrown at his mouth and happy to make a "turistic tour" inside the kitchen (thank you Mr Fabio to allow him to do so many times).

I think the answer is very simple: comfortable rooms, very kind, positive and helpful people, tasty food, nearby sea and attractions!

Great variety of foods - from fruits and baked products to freshly made salmon.

I was welcomed with a refreshing glass of ice tea.

Fourth, excellent staff - everyday room cleaning, everyone were super helpful and nice and even provided us the sand toys.

The hotel is situated 5 min away from the beach.

but still within a 5 mins walking distance from the beach and the famous Viale Ceccarini.

Located walking distance to the beach and not far to catch a local bus to explore other areas in Riccione or beyond.

We spent a week staying at the Augustus Hotel which is only a few hundred meters from the stunning beaches & all the shops, restaurants, bars etc in the town centre.

The location is very good, 5 minutes’ walk either to the train station, or the beach, or to the centre with all the shops and restaurants.

Very nice hotel situated near the train station of Riccione, you can reach the beach and the city center in 4-5 min.

My husband picked this hotel, it is located in a lovely suburb if Rimini and just a 5 min stroll to the beautifully clean beach, the hospitality is excellant from welcome drinks to Buffett snacks and sangria in the bar I  the evening all free.

Near is: sea side, beach, restaurants, ice cream bar, bars, shops.

Location is great to reach both beach and heart of the city.

Furthermore, the last day we wanted to spend one more day on the beach in Riccione and they allowed us to leave the car at the hotel parking until midnight and they even provided us with fresh water to recover from the hot temperature.

A nice walk to the beach to find lovely bathing in the sea - nice evenings walks and some good beach-bars and restaurants.

Stayed at Augustus Hotel and my experience couldnt be any better:

- excellent breakfest;
- excellent room;
- very close to the beach;
- staff is really nice and professional;

I do recommend Hotel Augustus for a great time in Riccione.

The only downside is that when the hotel was built the lifts installed were so narrow that a wheelchair will not pass through the doors so my dear cousin who is in a wheelchair has to listen enviously to our praise for the hotel without being able to stay at the Augustus himself.

Sadly, this hotel couldn't accommodate my disabled cousin due to the narrowness of the lift doors ruling out wheelchair use

Only thing to be improved is the sound of elevator or water pump of the swimming pool that could be clearly heard in the room (5th floor) late in the evening and early in the morning.

It was a little noisy because our room was right in front of the elevators
